What we liked Excellent location right next to the slopes — truly ski-in/ski-out Very modern, futuristic design; the resort looks great from the outside and feels well thought out overall Friendly, helpful staff throughout our stay Parking and amenities were convenient and well organized Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and a good-sized fridge What we didn’t like We booked an apartment for 6 people but received a 4+2 setup (main apartment for 4 plus an adjacent room for 2), which made the main living area too small for all six — especially for cooking, eating together, or relaxing in the evening Bathroom situation was not ideal: only two bathrooms for six people, no proper air ventilation, and the shower opened directly into the living/dining area, which felt uncomfortable Very limited ventilation overall — only one small window could be opened. With six people staying and cooking, the air quality quickly became unpleasant For a group of six, this setup is not comfortable and hard to recommend

We stayed at Rock Resort for one week in a large connected apartment with a kitchen and bathroom, and overall the stay itself was pleasant. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the resort has a nice atmosphere. However, we were very disappointed with the cleaning service. During our stay, we ordered apartment cleaning twice. Unfortunately, the service was extremely limited — the staff only quickly swept the floor. Dust on furniture, lamps, and other surfaces was not cleaned at all. Bed linen was not changed, and towels were not replaced. We later found out that changing bed linen and towels requires an additional paid service that must be ordered in advance, which was not clearly communicated. When the fresh linen finally arrived, it was simply left on the bed, while the used bedding and dirty towels were piled together and left in the apartment, creating a very unpleasant impression. For a resort of this standard, we expected a much higher level of housekeeping and clearer information about what the cleaning service actually includes.

It was such a beautiful experience. The apartments are spacious zen style. Bathrooms have a steam room facility and the most comfortable bed. The breakfast is amazing with awesome Swiss food and yogurts. We did take a bit to find the toilet but overall an amazing stay and it is conveniently located near the gondola and the restaurants

As a pro snowboarder I came to Laax and accidentally booked the most amazing apartment. From my past experiences of hotels in Laax I think apartments are the best option and considering rockersort is one of the only apartments in Laax it’s absolutely fantastic. The buildings are close to almost everywhere making it a convenient place to stay.

In very simple words: the rooms and the location are amazing. The service and the personnel is really not at the level of the prices you pay. Service is really impersonal, close to impolite. I have stayed several times in here, thinking every time, that perhaps I had a bad experience out of bad luck, but after 6 visits is enough to complain, which by the way, it does not matter much to them if you do: they really don’t care. If you are willing to pay this price, then better check Flims for the options there ( i.e. the newly open Hyatt or the Waldhauss Flims, a bit more further from the lift but also a super hotel with nice people).

We are currently staying at the rocks resort for 14 nights. The position of the hotel and the room is beautiful. What is disappointing are the rooms facilities. The site refers to fully fitted kitchen, but there is no microwave and no toaster. When we enquired about a toaster we were told we could maybe go to town and buy one. Also, during the 14 day stay we were informed there is no linen change. For a hotel of this price and caliber it is very disappointing We have travelled a long way and definitely expected more of a hotel of this price point. We have had many many family trips staying in similar, and less expensive accommodations with far better facilities and service.

Great location but the rooms lack any charm. Upscale barns with basic amenities. Good enough for a ski weekend but beyond that...no. stayed in room g top floor. Gold fish bowl ....

Good location. You are close to the ski lift. Quality of the materials in the rooms is also very good (lot of true wood and stone). But I don't get a point of doing that high standard room, ment to be rented for EU people and putting like few electrical outlets in 4 people room. Also You have no "hotel wifi" the only one available is some public one that lost signal every 20min. So forget smooth online working or Netflix in the evening if You don't buy our own e-sim for 30/40CHF. Small things like that can make You frustrated when You want to chill a bit in the room after skiing, but u cant power up ur phone and get some stable internet signal. Hope they fix it, because it doesn't take much - it would make overall much better.

The rooms in rocks resort are pretty spacious and well furnished. There are a lot of sharp corners that are very predictable so it might not be a good idea bringing toddlers or other very young children. You can borrow classic games that I love at the front desk and in my case play the games with your family. I also love the portable sleds some rooms have and there is a really good restaurant/pizza place neer by so I can just do a one minute walk and pick up my pizza.

This review is for Signina: Tried to check-in at 3, said my room wasn't ready yet. They'd call me when it was, but that I'd never get. Turns out it was prepared the whole entire time- but I never got apology, nor reason for this rhyme. We did the dine around, which worked for our large crew. Of the 3 restaurants we ate, the Italian I'd recommend to you. But not the Spanish tapas place, although the drinks were great- the waiter was so very rushed, spilled all over my leg and plate. Our room was in the chalet, which as they're usually found: we heard every conversation, in and around. It was a great location just by the gondola and bus. So easy by car or ÖV, without all the fuss.
