Google
This my top 3 favorite pizza places. I have been all over the US and anyone can find a slice they will love here. We got two slices of the special which had pistachios on it which after being in the oven were buttery goodness. And a 16" pizza for about 40$. Great price for being downtown and this good. You get a great balance of sauce and cheese which you can taste both perfectly. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Great vibes. Our road trip has us coming back this way and it is now a must stop.

I can confidently say this is the best pizza I've ever had in my life! It's true that there are a lot of people, long lines, and it takes about 20 minutes to get your pizza after ordering, but once you taste it, you'll understand why. I ordered the Caprese pizza with tomatoes. It had so many tomatoes, the crust was just the right thickness, and there was a generous, balanced amount of cheese – it was truly delicious. I think they use high-quality olive oil too, as it added a deep richness to the flavor. We took our pizza to go and ate it at an outdoor table near another pub's entrance. People saw us eating it and actually started flocking over, thinking that pub sold pizza, trying to order some! That's how good it looked! Seriously, after visiting the hot springs, you absolutely have to go get this pizza. It was so incredibly delicious that it's left a wonderful memory. The staff were also genuinely very friendly, and the service was excellent.

Google
The best pizza I've had in Colorado! The restaurant is casual, perfect for families, and service was timely considering how busy it was on a Friday night. The large pizza is enormous, which is a big bonus for our growing family of 5. We ordered the Smoke Jumper and we were not disappointed. The dough is made fresh daily creating a crunchy, airy crust that doesn't leave you feeling too heavy afterward.

Ended up eating lunch here while we were visiting Glenwood Springs. We both ended up getting the combo which is a dink, slice of pizza and a side salad for like 15$ depending on if you get beer or soda. Food was very solid, was impressed by the freshness and taste of the salad and the pizza was very well made. Extra points for excellence service: the waitress gave my partner 2 slices of pizza as they had cut them small. Would recommend this restaurant for the quality food and excellent service.

Google
My buffalo chicken ranch pizza was okay but oddly enough I feel like cicis buffalo chicken pizza is better and half the price 😆 The chocolate chip cookies were burnt but he offered to get me a less burnt cookie that still wasn’t good to eat so I tossed them. My family enjoyed their vegan veggie pizza The self serve style of restaurant makes it odd to figure out how everything is done. Friendly staff!

Google
We got there and was told there was a 10 minute wait for a table. We asked if we could go ahead and order now and then that way the pizza would be done when the table is available We were told no. We could either order it for take out now, but otherwise we are not allowed to order until our table is ready. What? After our 10 minute wait for the table, we walked into a mostly empty dining room with 4 or 5 open tables. When we were seated, they were nice enough to bring us a pitcher full of warm water with no ice. The mason jars are actually pretty cool though. What beverages do you have? The waitress told us to just “go get our own” out of the cooler and they’d settle up with us later The cheesy garlic break was ok, not great. Let’s call it a 6 out of a 10 But …. The pizza was absolutely amazing. And it saved our experience!!! So good!

Google
We had a wonderful dinner here tonight! We ordered a huge pepperoni pizza, smaller standard, medium salad, garlic bread, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was wonderful!

Google
A must visit. 100% the best pizza ever. Our server Josh is literally the best there is and provided the best service possible. The owner Glenn also came to our table and was very kind. Josh was very attentive and so kind to our group. This is a must visit in Glenwood Springs. Truly a special gem! Made the kids feel appreciated and special also.

Yelp
We had a bit of a wait with a party of 7 but enjoyed the food. It was a busy time on a Friday night and totally understand this place gets slammed. It's a small place so there are maybe 7-10 tables. They also have a lot of to go orders. The kids got a large pepperoni and the adults got 2 mediums split so we could have 4 different kinds to try. We love the jalapeño popper and pistachio. Also great is the meatball and the big daddy. The crust is delicious, it's light but also chewy and crisp. We really enjoyed the taste and texture! Also the beer on tap was awesome, it's Austrian called Stiegl and we loved it. Our server was great and comped a round of drinks since the food took a while.

Yelp
Rocky Mountain Pizza had all around good vibes when it came to the staff and service. True rating would be a 3.5. While it was self-serve, the staff checked in regularly and were super nice despite it being quite busy over the holiday weekend. Their outdoor patio is dog friendly and comes with adjustable umbrellas for shade. Plenty of street parking in the area. The pizza is just ok. The dough is actually quite tasty and unique but the pies themselves are not the most memorable. We got the Colorado Aloha which was solid. It has a little kick with the red sauce base and jalapeños. Would recommend. But once again it's just an ok pizza compared to slices I've had over the years. We also ordered the Goddess because it was popular on Yelp but it just lacked...flavor? There's a lot going on. Olives, mushroom, balsamic, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese. Empirically these things go together and make sense as a flavor blend but the pizza gave nothing. Not bad but also not good. It is a beloved local favorite however so it could just be us.

Yelp
After a day being thrown around the Colorado River like a sock in a spin cycle, you don't want quinoa. You don't want avocado toast. You want something hot, crusty, and possibly kissed by flame. You want carbs, salt, and beer -- in that order. Enter Rocky Mountain Pizza Company. No frills, no tablecloths, no pretense -- just wood-fired redemption served on a metal tray. The place is tucked into Glenwood Springs like a well-kept local secret. You walk in still damp from the raft, sunscreen streaked like war paint, and no one blinks. That's the kind of joint this is. The outdoor seating is perfect for drying off, licking your wounds, and watching the mountains remind you who's boss. Now, the pizza? Forget your Instagram Neapolitan nonsense. This is the real deal -- blistered crust, smoky edges, and just the right balance of cheese and sauce. You can taste the heat of the oven in every bite, like it's been seared in by someone who actually gives a damn. And the Kolsch on draft? Cold, crisp, and German as guilt -- the kind of beer that doesn't try to compete with the pizza, just makes it better. Service? Casual, local, unbothered. Nobody's rushing you out. Nobody's trying to upsell you on truffle oil. It's all refreshingly human. Bottom line: You come here with river mud still in your ears and leave full, buzzed, and vaguely grateful for the simple things in life. Wood-fired pizza. Beer on tap. Mountain air. No one asking you to rate their service on a scale of 1 to 10.

Yelp
Stellar pizza and very friendly service! Also, probably the only place I've seen Elevation's 8 Second Lager outside of Salida. Their ingredients are super fresh and even their fries are amazing! Go here!
google avatar

Yelp
Soooo good! If you're looking for something to eat, want pizza or don't...I promise you, you do. The Colorado Aloha was phenomenal. My only regret was not getting a second pizza to go!

Yelp
Got a pizza while I was at the Amtrak station on our way back home from glenwood springs / Hotel Colorado. The food: The pizza was delicious the best pizza I had on my 3 week trip across country! It was prepared correctly The service the staff were all very friendly and courteous. They all had smiles on and were in a good mood. Seemed like all the employees worked along together fine. The ambiance: The store was charming the aesthetic is perfect for the brand and the employees fit into that company identity perfectly. I wish I had more time so I could have hung out more. The place seemed a little small but that just makes it more intimate. Thanks Rocky Mountain pizza and glenwood springs, Colorado! Beautiful country friendly people great food. will be back!

Yelp
Ordered a takeout order from a nearby bar and walked over to grab it. It was ready right when they estimated it to be done. The little shop was busy and pretty cool! We really enjoyed the pizza! We felt it could have been cooked slightly longer but barely. The one pizza had an olive oil base, which definitely makes the crust crispier. The garlic bread was just average but we still ate it all. The mediums were pretty big so we ended up sharing with a bunch of people at the bar! Overall, friendly staff and pretty good pizza! We'd definitely get it again.

Yelp
This is a great spot for anyone needing a good slice in Glenwood. They also have salad sandwiches and salads
google avatar

Tony C.

Yelp
First off, great pizza and plenty of choices. The downside was the service was a little slow due to one server being overwhelmed by take-out orders and seated customers. The owner was wonderful and made up for the delay by being very attentive and friendly. The pizza was delivered very hot and full of flavor and very popular in Glenwood Springs. I still recommend this place, just be patient and you will be pleased by the end of your meal.
google avatar

Yelp
Vibe was good and it didn't take ling to be sat. However, they seemed ro be getting their butts handed to them. They were unprepared for the holiday weekend. Pizza wasn't the worst but not the best either. We had to ask for a cutter bc it wasn't cut. It was madness from start to finish. Plus, everyone seemed like they were high AF! (Not 420)
google avatar

Brenna B.

Yelp
Smells great when you walk in and tastes good from the first bite to the last. We got the mozzarella sticks (flavor and breading were spot on), the house salad (fresh ingredients and tasty dressing), and two slices (goddess and Hawaiian - would recommended both but especially the goddess). Friendly and fast service. Delicious place; will come again next time we're in town. Nice to take a break in before the next adventure.
google avatar

Yelp
Service was great and quick. A cute little pizzeria shop. Both beers were okay. The cheesy bread is average. The dough was good on the pizza but everything else was average. I was surprised with how great their reviews are but other than the crust the food is ordinary.

Michael D.

Yelp
Pizza was nothing special, could definitely use some management help controlling food quality. Refuse to add an extra topping to a slice that taste like day old pizza because "it would screw up their oven to add onion". No lines, literally everyone standing around with nothing to do. Front of the house was great, back was pathetic. If you want quality and customer service go to ZA.

Yelp
Came here around 5pm on a Saturday. Only 2 other tables occupied. Seated right away. Waters and menus brought right away. Order placed. Our beers came quickly. And then things really slowed way down. Place got packed pretty quickly. Our appetizer was taking a long time. We inquired about in after 20 minutes or so. Then someone from the back brought it. It was the house fries. And they weren't hot. So they had been out for a while, but our server was way too busy to bring them to us. So they weren't very good. Our pizza came shortly after the fries. Now the pizza was great. We enjoyed that. While eating, 2 tables got up and left, as they never even got water. They were really busy at that point. Great pizza. But perhaps hire more staff? Or at least have the waitress inform guests of the long wait. Great pizza though, we will return !!

Yelp
Everytime we cone to glenwood spring this is our go to.. The food, service and environment is always great. Price is very affordable for a little pizza joint.
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
I didn't know Colorado pizza was a thing ... until I did. We drove past this pizza joint while visiting town and couldn't help but to stop in for some fresh-to-order pie. We ordered the Aloha Colorado (a scrumptiously spicy hawaiian pizza) and a small pepperoni for the kiddos. Both were absolutely AMAZING! Will definitely be stopping in whenever we drive through the area!
google avatar

Jonna L.

Yelp
Good pizza! I got a build your own pizza with onions and sausage and it was great! They give you your own pitcher of water so you don't have to wait for them to fill your glass when it's empty, which I appreciate, but there was no ice (which for me, isn't good). But, the pizza was good, so I still gave it 4 stars. The restaurant was pretty cool, nothing too crazy. It wasn't too busy on a Tuesday night so we got our table and food pretty quickly.
google avatar

James H.

Yelp
This place is so good for so many reasons...From the minute you walk in and greeted with smiling happy employees to after ordering a slice or two of epic pizza and or killer salads. The wait is minimal and why not enjoy either outdoor views of downtown or stay inside for a quick game of Pac-Man. Beer selection rocks too!

Danielle S.

Yelp
Awesome service. Pizza was great. I came in and my order got messed up originally, but staff were so quick to remake my order and make it right. They also came by to check in on me as I was waiting to update me on my order. Although this may seem like basic customer service, I cannot express how many other places would not do the same. 5 stars for handling a situation like this so gracefully

Yelp
If you're a tourist in Glenwood Springs trying to figure out where to eat, stop reading and GO to Rocky Mountain Pizza! This was the first time my wife and I ever tried "Colorado Style" pizza. We were visiting Glenwood Springs at the tail end of a business trip to Denver, and this was such an unexpected surprise find. The ambiance was fantastic! Pure "pizza shop" vibe with a ton of local Rocky Mountain flavor. The staff was friendly and fast and put up with a lot of questions about their menu. Even though it was just the two of us, my wife and I ordered one of the larger pies. They are BIG! I'm glad we got a large, though, because we both ate the remaining slices cold the next day on the drive back to Denver. It tasted great and the Colorado-style pizza crust was still delicious on the second day. I can't wait to come back, spend the entire day in the hot springs, then eat at Rocky Mountain Pizza again!
google avatar

Danielle A.

Yelp
Picture perfect pizzas that taste as good as they look- the crust was bit heavy and flavorful. The perfect amount of cheese. Excellent. Mozzarella sticks were tasty and perfect texture. The sweet knots - well we couldn't put them down. And lastly homemade cannoli - thank you for keeping the crust a light crisp, full of flavor. The entire meal was heaven
google avatar

Aaron P.

Yelp
Solid pizza, good crust, the cheese was actually my favorite. The dessert pizza bites were my favorite thing overall.
google avatar

Luke G.

Yelp
This place wins because its price point is incredible. We ate for two for under $30 and we got drinks too. The crust is light and fluffy. However, the Caesar salad has way too much dressing.
google avatar

Bicycle M.

Yelp
Best, light tasty pizza. Service works hard. Great salad. Casual atmosphere. Might be hard to sit during very busy times.
google avatar

Gabrielle A.

Yelp
Best place I've ever been for pizza by far!!! The music, the art all over the place and the "buy a slice for someone else" was so so cool! They're not big fans of answering calls because they're so busy, but I promise it's so worth it. Will def come back when we go back to Colorado!!
google avatar

Peter C.

Yelp
Let me tell you, folks -- I've had pizza all over the world. The best pizza. Tremendous pizza. But this place? Total disaster. Probably the worst pizza place in the history of pizza. Maybe in the history of food. And the manager? Wow. Just pathetic. A real lightweight. Nobody's ever seen anything like it.

Yelp
"Tai Mai Shu" - Chinese Freestyle Rap (UNCENSORED). Torn on the rating. Service - 1.5 stars Food - 5 stars Average: 2.5 stars. It was more like 3 but I couldn't do it after my experience here (see below). I read a lot of reviews that mention "racism" in their reviews all across Yelp (not specifically here) and that's something I haven't experienced much since my heydays of traveling through wine country, California back in the early 90s', but coming here was a flash-back to that. First let's talk about the good things: PIZZA: I ordered the small Goddess based on everyone raving on how good it was as a veggie pizza, and YES it was GOOD!! I wanted to go back the next day but my husband reminded me of how they treated me, so it we didn't go back. My husband and son ordered the pepperoni and they loved theirs as well. We got a side of fries and it was delicious as well. Crust is THIN, you don't have an option. DRINKS: the Tropical IPA was FABULOUS, a beer with subtle coconut and pineapple flavors. It was so good that I found a local shop only a block from where we were staying at the La Quinta, Spirit Liquors, that sold it in a six-pack for $12.95. I was worried I couldn't take it on the plane with with me, but I managed to pack it on my checked-in baggage and it survived the trip to Hawaii. SAUCE: They serve Sendy Sauce - the Full Send, a really nice garlicky, hot sauce. I liked it so much I purchased 3 bottles, and later online. I had to send my husband up to the register since the girl up there ignored me (see below). SERVICE: here is where it gets ugly. We were told to seat ourselves, since there was no service available from one of the two women at the counter. We were told to get our own water and anything else we wanted. A couple came in soon after us and got full service from one of the girls at the front. We were like WTH? My son asked for water and one of the girls got the pitcher from the fridge and plonked it down on the table, with no glass, WTH? We had to drink our beer so our son had a glass to use. After our meal I went to the front to buy some hot sauce and the girl who was there at the register had her arms and legs crossed, staring at me for several, uncomfortable minutes. I went back to my husband to ask him to buy the sauce and she ran up to him to help him (he's Caucasian), again WTH/WTF. I'd like to think these things are just coincidental and maybe a product of imagination, but I've been alive so long and been across the world so many times to know this was not a coincidence, this was deliberate and pretty ugly. RETURN FACTOR: only if I were wearing a Halloween mask, but probably not. Even the best pizza tastes like crap when it's served with a dose of inhumanity.
google avatar

S And J B.

Yelp
Pizza and salad is yummy. Unsure if it was the day that we went or what but wow. Service was really slow! We got our food before our drinks and we had to go up to the front to get our beverage we ordered. They do have a sign that says help wanted. Maybe that's the fact unsure. But food was yummy.

Austin M.

Yelp
Seriously, the best pizza I've ever had. My family absolutely loved it. Pizzas are much bigger than what I would expect. We had a lot of leftovers. Great environment and great service.

Paul R.

Yelp
This is some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. The crust was nice and crunchy and the sauce hit the spot. I'll definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Cindy K.

Yelp
We stopped here for lunch while driving from Colorado to Moab. Wow! It was so good! We got a pepperoni, mushroom and tomato pizza and it was huge!! The crust stayed crisp and was thin and delicious! We also split a caprese salad- also great! We are taking about stopping by again on our way home to get a pizza to go :).
google avatar

Austin L.

Yelp
Amazing place and amazing dough!! Became my new favorite pizza joint, I'm from Texas and was visiting for skiing and found this Rocky Mountain Pizza place. Had a real good cider with my witty named pizza "Yard Sale". Attentive and kind workers all around, haven't been disappointed by customer service in Colorado at all. Will be coming back most definitely, and missing it harder. Great music too
google avatar

Ed N.

Yelp
We sat outside at a picnic table and ordered 3 various pizzas. A GF 9", a simple cheese pizza, and the meatball ricotta. All good, tasty pies. Our server was great, prompt, quick, and attentively polite with our needs. We'd go back again.
google avatar

Nina C.

Yelp
Stopped by here after my trip to the iron Mountain Hot Springs, and really love the pizza that we had here. There was nobody waiting for takeout orders, but the restaurant itself was full, and there was not really a place to sit, so you know the food was gonna be good. The atmosphere was quaint, really selling the rocky mountain vibe with brick interior with lots of nostalgic art. Once you ordered, you would be given your number via an Uno card on a stand. I tried the classic margarita pizza and had a side of hot honey with chili flakes, which wasn't my favorite honey ever but paired well with the pizza and the pizza itself was pretty good, not too burnt crust thin enough just so, and the cheese melted very well with lots of flavor. The wait was a little bit longer to get the pizza than I anticipated, but it was worth it. Next time I come to the mountains, I will be sure to stop by again!
google avatar

Jubi J.

Yelp
It's busy expect a wait!! But holy.. well worth it!! Amazing pizza we got a small big daddy and my husband and myself killed the whole thing plus some cheesy garlic bread. Way good. We skipped beer and got some coca colas in a bottle from Mx. :) Seriously very delicious!! Ambience is okay. Loud sometimes you have to get your waiter or staff..

Selena D.

Yelp
Great place to eat pizza. Great customer service but they did forget our garlic bread and the sweet knots so we just had the pizza. (:
google avatar

Honey K.

Yelp
Very busy but pizza was great. The only thing we got seated next to the restroom and it stinks and it was dirty. Kind of ruined our appetite. Probably better off telling customers beforehand that they will seat you next to a dirty smelly restroom before seating them.
google avatar

Shay A.

Yelp
Excellent all the way from service very polite young gentlemen to the food taste and quality. Many thanks
google avatar

Jacqueline T.

Yelp
A friend recommended this spot to me and I'm really glad they did. They closed in the middle of the day the day we went, so we had to wait for them to open, but it was worth the wait. My husband and I split a large pizza: Half Classic Pepperoni and Half Colorado Aloha. There was another one we wanted to try, but they were out. The large pizza was huge. We definitely had leftovers to take back with us which is great because I love cold pizza. The crust was fantastic. That's not typically the highlight of pizza for me, but theirs was very good. Overall, I loved the pizza. I think I preferred the Colorado Aloha. I wish they took more of the seeds out of the jalapeños because the heat was a bit intense, but it was still very good. I'd definitely recommend checking this spot out while you're in Glenwood Springs!
google avatar

Karl A.

Yelp
The pizza is good , but pricey. The service is mediocre. I say this because I have been multiple times over the summer , one they sat me in a corner at counter by the window I watch others receive service that came after me. 45 minutes later when I was getting ready to leave they took my order. I walk in 30 minutes before close time on the window and they stated they were closing. I would say customer service needs to be polished The place is self is clean and comfortable and have out side seating. That is a positive.
google avatar

Bryanne H.

Yelp
Delicious!! Stopped here after the hot springs and the service was quick and easy. There is lots of sitting inside, so easy to order! They have by the slice or whole pizza! YUM YUM
google avatar

Anthony T.

Yelp
You gotta try the Colorado Aloha. It is their take on a spicy Hawaiian pizza and it slaaaaaaaps. Typically, I am not a fan of the classic Hawaiian pizza because--at many other pizzarias--the ham is disappointing but the smoked pork collar bacon is phenomenal. On the other half of our pizza, my wife and I tried their pepperoni. It was also good. If I was in the mood for pepperoni, I would get it again.

Jamal M.

Yelp
Excellent taste and service Ordered the margarita and goddess pizza, it was very good with nice ingredients well baked Love it
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
I want to start by saying the pizza is REALLY good. There are no servers here, you pick a table and a menu and then go up to the counter to order. I thought that was strange. Very nice staff though. I thought the prices were fair, and the pizza came out in a timely fashion. No complaints there. The pizza was literally perfect. The right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. The crust was baked perfectly. I wish I would have been more hungry. I could have had two!!!! Plus, this place is located in downtown glenwood springs which is stunning to walk around. Great place to walk off the pizza! I would come here again.

Lori W.

Yelp
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! It was too hot to sit outside and even hotter inside so we opted to get our food to go. Worst Margarita pizza that I've had in my life. Who doesn't put basil on a Margarita pizza? It was a cheese pizza with a few globs of tomato sauce on top. The bottom of the pizza was completely burnt--almost inedible. The meatball sandwich was modestly warm and only the meatballs were worth eating--through the rest away. The side salad--maybe a half dozen soggy leaves with a bunch of croutons hastily thrown in a box, was a joke. I wish that I could find something positive to say about the food but I cannot. The one positive about the whole restaurant was that the waitresses, although extremely rushed, were friendly.
google avatar

Rich D.

Yelp
Pizza was top notch! Cooked to perfection and used top shelf ingredients. Staff were super friendly and helpful! The local root beer paired perfectly with the pie! Will be back if ever in the area again!
google avatar

Christian L.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town and we had to enjoy a local pizzeria. The quality of food was exceptional, thin but crispy to where the slice won't fall over on you. The service is so great even the owner was helping his staff, that's how you know you are eating somewhere that serves quality.
google avatar

Hec B.

Yelp
Love their pizza, love their beer selection. One of my favorite spots in GS. Dave Portnoy should roll on through and try their pizza.

Kashyap J.

Yelp
We took detour to Aspen via I 70 instead of independence pass. We drive through glennwood springs and parked in the lot behind all the cute stores. The place seems quite popular with all the right type of decor inside. We ordered veg pizzas in 12" each. They baked two large size ones by mistake and offered for no extra charge. Everyone liked the red sauce veggie pizza. Not as much the ho ye sir achha jalapaneo in white sauce. It might be good with added meat. I would reduce the amount of cheese. As it was but more than our liking. Overall lot of space to sit in or out. Nice vibe!
