Rodeo Goat has some of the messiest and least manageable burgers in town, which makes them perfect to eat out of sight of the public. Favorites to try include the Nanny Goat (a lamb burger topped with herbed goat cheese) and the Royale with Cheese (a classic cheeseburger, but with jalapeño-infused bacon and spiked ketchup); there’s also always a monthly special burger to try.
