This spot has become more than a pizza joint, it’s a community. Every visit is an experience. People from all different backgrounds coming together to enjoy the best pizza in Brooklyn (The Jerk slice is insane!). If you know, you know! Randy is an artist and a wonderful human.

Crust has a bland and tiny bit odd taste. Cheese is bland. Sauce is good. Edible, but not special

Google
Five Stars! This is hands down the best pizza! Since the 1960s, their legendary sourdough has been the heart and soul of the most delicious pizzas. The crust is perfectly airy yet crispy, that only true sourdough can offer. Every bite is a masterpiece, the sauce is rich, tangy, and bursting with flavor. You can truly taste the love and tradition in every pizza they serve. If you’re looking for authentic, timeless Brooklyn pizza, this is the spot. Don’t miss out!

This place is amazing. I am from Chicago so had high expectations for pizza. The pizza here exceeded my expectations! Definitely will go again before I go back!

Google
I love it here and probably go at least twice a month. The owner makes new and interesting slices regularly. The deep dish meat lover's is my absolute favorite. The vibes inside are excellent.

Our fav pizza we had in NY. Chill service, local vibe, solid pizza (even after going out and eating it again cold like 12 hours later)

Google
Delicious pizza, some of the best crust I’ve ever had. Everything was super fresh - classic joint that’s been here since 1960. Owner was super lovely

Stopped in for slices and was wowed by the choices. Spoke with the owner, who was busy creating new pies and offered us a sample of an interesting new one. He tells a really cool story how he was a customer for many years before he ended up working and buying it the place,. Honestly,if I lived in the area, I would be a regular

Yelp
Roebling Pizza is an owner-operated pizzeria slinging a fine selection of slices and pizza pies in Williamsburg. the interior is well-maintained and welcoming--it is a small space with a limited number of seats. Roebling Pizza is very much a neighborhood pizza spot and isn't pretending to be anything else. you can rest assured the pizza here is good bc the pizza is for the people who live in the area...it is NOT relying on gimmicks, empty social media / influencer antics, and other forms of trickery to create illusions of grandeur. stopped in here and thoroughly enjoyed a plain cheese slice. the pizza is a cross between a classic NYC pizza and Neapolitan pizza. my slice was served hot--and did not disappoint. the airy crust was thinnish but firm with some chew and crunch. this crust is where it's at! a good layer of flavorful of sauce--that has careful balance of savory seasoning with a touch of a sweetness. the mozzarella cheese is nice and melty without being thick or stodgy. the pizza is a definitely made with quality ingredients---how do I know? because quality ingredients have simple flavors that really sing through and that you can taste in each bite. also quality ingredients don't give you a food hangover post-eating...which is a win in my book. plain cheese slice, $3 + tip the staff is friendly and passionate about pizza. had a chance to chat with the owner who makes the pizza dough from scratch, and his hard work shows in how good the pizza turns out. the pizza here is a result of honest hard work and great artisan craft in the form of delicious eats. drops mic cuz pizza is life I out zzz

Yelp
Great pizza! The owner is super hospitable and even gave customers at the end of the day free pizza, and meatballs. His son was in town from Australia so they have a special recipe only during the store ration which we luckily got to try. Everything was very flavorful and crispy. The pizza dough bread was just perfect!

Yelp
Owner is super kind and served us an extra slice at the end of the night before closing'! Home made meatballs were delicious and their square pizzas had crazy crispy edge. A local must visit.

Yelp
Best pizza I've had in NYC. Local owns and operates. A chef that's classically trained that just took the place over this year. All natural. But most importantly, delicious. Amazing crust. Crunchy, thin and on point.
google avatar

Gabby G.

Yelp
A good cheese slice for $2.75! Service is good and you won't wait long for your pizza. I was so excited when I heard a crunch after taking the first bite. The bottom was crispy so the slice wasn't floppy when I held it. I sometimes go home and heat up my pizza to achieve this kind of crunch but I didn't have to with this one. There's oregano, garlic powder and chili flakes you can add to taste.

Yelp
The best pizza in NYC. Joes pizza is grey, until you try regular cheese or vegetarian slice at Roebling. I come by often to get one or two slices and I am coming back. All the time. I'm not a huge food reviewer, and I don't think there is a lot to improvise when making pizza, but Roebling makes some magic: the flavor, ingredients, crust. It just melts in the mouth and make me crave it.

Yelp
This little pizza spot is a gem. It is a hole in the wall. My kid and I like it, a lot. The owner is friendly and gives off this good energy. He looks like he loves what he does. You know what they say about food prepared with love; it is great! Even though the place is tiny, we always choose to stay and eat here. Pizza should not go into a box and carried out. That is my opinion. The pizza is just right. Not too thin or thick. Just the right amount of cheese and sauce. It is not like those soft, sloppy slices that you get at some places. I eat the crust here; I rarely eat the crust. We usually get two plain cheese slices, and I will get one with pineapples, mushrooms, and black olives. If you are in the area and, want to eat delicious pizza. Come here; it will not disappoint. -Toppins are 0.50 cents each. -They take cash and credit cards.

Yelp
the new management is good news for this beloved neighborhood slice joint! i tried the plain slice which featured a sour dough crust and was nothing short of wonderful -- the cheese, sauce, and crust were perfect. i'll be returning and highly recommend them.

Yelp
Consistently amazing pizza... AT ALL HOURS. They're open at my crazy late night owl hours and are quick with deliveries. Good cheese-sauce combo flavors and solid specialty pizzas. If you're visiting NYC, definitely one of the places you have to try!
google avatar

Yelp
Love the pizza, I added ricotta to my reg slice! They're also open super late, which is a plus if you get hungry at night -- like me. Lol.

Yelp
Ordered this close to 1am & not only did it get here in a timely manner but it was fresh, hot and sooo sooo surprisingly delicious! Top 3 best pizza spots I've tried in all of NYC, drunk or sober! *chef's kiss*

Yelp
My best friend and I love NY. We come out from CA 2-3 times a year and have had our fair share of pizza. We stumbled upon this sweet little spot (late night/after a huge meal earlier in the evening). We couldn't get enough of this pizza. He had 3 slices, I had 2- the simple cheese is just amazing. Flavor, texture, phenomenal crust- this place has it all. The also have an amazing hot/wing sauce that we smothered our slices with (so good!!). On top of all of these wonderful things, the owner and the blonde gal working the counter were so extremely kind and friendly. Do yourself (and your taste buds) a favor and try this place. Can't wait to order an entire pie the next time we're in town!
google avatar

Gracie L.

Yelp
The best pizza in NYC. Hands down. No contest.

Yelp
Go for the Cheese Pizza. I have ordered for myself, for parties, and would definitely order again. If you're looking for something in meat, get the Carnoso Pie. Wouldn't go wrong with that.

Yelp
Roebling Pizza you are totally amazing, I had a lovely experience here today. Worth every penny. Every single thing was delicious. Service is nice, no issues at all. A+ for Roebling Pizza.

Yelp
I've ordered a lottttt of pies from many different pizzerias while living here in the Bedstuy/Bushwick area, so I'd like to think I have a decent idea of what a good pie should taste like. I ordered delivery a couple of days ago, specifically a large pepperoni pie. The delivery was on time, which is always a good start. The annoying thing about delivery is that the cardboard box makes the crust a little less crunchy, unfortunately. But you can always tell when a pie was made right, even if it isn't super crispy out of the box (courtesy of the cardboard). This pie made the list for good crust, that's for sure. You could just tell. The cheese was dope too, can't lie. Great taste. Pepperoni was also pretty darn good. I've had better, but this one was definitely adequate. The pie was quite large too. Can't go wrong with that. If you're considering ordering from here, I def recommend. You'll like it.

Mihai M.

Yelp
Was excited to find such a highly rated place that delivers after midnight. Unfortunately, it's just that - late night pizza. The dough was meh and topics were generous but very low qual. The cheese was particularly yucky - a thick gooey layer that tasted super milky and sweet.
google avatar

Monica R.

Yelp
Came here for a quick slice and ordered the pepperoni pizza. It was great size, and greasy, just as I like a New York pizza. The dough was soft and fluffy and the sauce is tasty. The staff are friendly would def come back to try more pizza selections
google avatar

Tony L.

Yelp
Ordered an 18" regular pie. Overall it was good pizza, I usually like my pizza's bottom somewhat hard and not flimsy where you can hold the pizza up with one hand to eat but the soft chewy dough was pretty good as well. Cheese was the chewy kind but I was surprised by the taste of the tomato sauce, really enjoyed it. Only gripe, which isn't their fault but the delivery could of been better. The pizza was shifted all the way to one side so the pizza came out squished and not laid flat when received. Maybe a center piece holder would help that issue.

Yelp
The neighborhood spot is what the weekend calls for, Movie Night or for pulling the all-nighter with homework Roebling Pizza doesn't disappoint, Friendly Staff and a mean pieAlways a treat, Great Tasting Crust and ample toppings!! Yelp
Rolled in here after an epic boosted board skate which found me venturing from midtown east (conveniently located on the isle of manhattan) into bk over the Williamsburg bridge. After my feet had taken a pounding my compatriot (a fellow boosted boarder who is kind of big in the skating scene - actually, he's not at all but for the story it makes it somewhat more entertaining) and I popped in here for a couple of slices and to charge our boards for our epic skate back into arguably the epicenter of the world via the Williamsburg bridge. We needed something of substance.... something that would wow our bellies. I was growing tired of the petty screams bellowing from my umbilicus (I know that's not how medicine works but my belly button essentially acts as a speaker for my inner hunger). As i listened closely it said 'I'm fucking hungry, bro.' Word? I knew what had to be done. Two slices. Straight to the dome. My not-so-famous compatriot polished off two slices himself and we charged our boards for the better part of an hour. The staff were kind and were super chill with our presence. I arrived home and didn't feel the need to empty my bowels immediately. I thought to myself 'great success.' Another night, another reason why nyc is special. And I thank you, pizza purveyors, for making my night lovely. Cheers to the world!

Yelp
Pizza? New York? This is the place to go! Made fresh to order. Best pizza I've ever had. Thank you Roebling Pizza!

Yelp
Amazing pizza!! We got a primavera pizza and pineapple jalapeño pizza delivered. It was extremely delicious, loved the crust, flavor and everything about it. This was one of the best pizzas I have had in Brooklyn. Definitely getting more in few days.

Yelp
Near the aptly called Divison St. lies Roebling Pizza. I was intrigued the last time I went to Gottliebs for my KOSHER Fix. I ambled back and was very pleasantly surprised. This spot is open since 1960 and the interior sports a wooden church bench and good 'ol school Brooklyn pizza feeling. $2.75 includes a can o' soda $2.25 for a pizza slice a,really cheesey, tasty, nice crisp crust pizza- some good Brooklyn pizza. A white bench outside for some Spring alfresco pizza dining.

Yelp
Came here when I was craving pizza on a lazy Sunday ... I got a small Pollo pizza - chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, roasted garlic and onions for $16. I was a little weary of the location ... I just moved to the area so finding it I felt like I was walking in a neighborhood that I shouldn't be in, but the lady who helped me was very nice! She made the pizza herself and it took about 15-20 minutes. Will come back here when I get a pizza craving.

Corinne B.

Yelp
Roebling Pizza is BY FAR the best pizza in the neighborhood and I love that you can order by the slice and add your own toppings. The sauce is perfect (not too sweet, not too acidic), the cheese is rich without being greasy, and all the toppings are super fresh. The people who run it are incredibly nice. Whenever I go out of town, grabbing a slice, especially on a cold night is one of the things I actively look forward to about coming home. A must try! *I literally activated my Yelp so I could write about what an amazing find this place is! It's one of the oldest pizza places in NYC and you can tell why, I just wish more people knew about it.
google avatar

Sacheen V.

Yelp
Upon walking in very small place. Cozy tho. We ordered a plain cheese slice. First impression... SALTY!! Sauce was ehhhh. Dough was doughy.. overall not bad pizza.
google avatar

Caroline A.

Yelp
Excellent NYC pizza! Perfect crust and sauce. I love this place because it's the perfect grab and go pizza spot but the owner and staff are very welcoming. You can order take out by the slice, sit to eat, or order delivery. The store can probably fit 8 people. Great location on Roebling about 2 blocks from be Marcy Ave JMZ train.
google avatar

Yelp
I judge all New York pizza against Joe's in the West Village, which sets a high bar. The slices I got here do not come close to measuring up, but were still fairly serviceable, i.e., better than one of the dollar-slice places everywhere in Manhattan. Came in around 1pm on a weekday. Pizzeria was empty. Two full pies were on the counter - one plain cheese, one pepperoni - so I got one slice of each, figuring at that time of day, they were probably both freshly made. The dough, though thin, was visibly undercooked and therefore lacked that desireable mix of crispiness and chewiness. On top of that, the cheese-to-sauce ratio heavily favored the cheese. First, couldn't really taste the sauce at all. Second, lots of cheese = too much grease. Third, between the weight of the cheese and the extra grease, it only added to the plight of the thin, undercooked crust. The result, a sad, droopy bland slice. But at least it didn't taste like canned tomato paste and cornstarch, right?

Yelp
This place rules. A perfect slice shop. I can't believe it's in our neighborhood. Yum.
google avatar

Elani M.

Yelp
Yummy classic NY style pizza made with fresh ingredients. The owner is great and I love supporting local businesses.

Fatima L.

Yelp
$2.50 for a cheese slice thats good enough to satisfy a craving if you're in the neighborhood but not so amazing you should go out of your way. Tiny, cute hole in the wall. Very limited seating space but friendly staff and fresh ingredients.
google avatar

Bieta A.

Yelp
Pizza is good but delivery is ridiculous. I'm still waiting for my pizza an hour and a half after I ordered it, and I live a 3 minute drive away. Five minutes before closing and I have no pizza and my calls are going straight to voice mail. Not worth it.
google avatar

Miguel F.

Yelp
This is one my favorite pizza stops in Brooklyn. The shop is small but the pizzas made here are some of the best around. The owner is a very nice guy as well. I'm originally from Williamsburg and this has always been one of the best pizzerias in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Gabi A.

Yelp
This review is strictly off of my experience with them on Seamless.com. That being said my experience with this pizzeria was bad. I made my order for a regular pie at 7:30 pm. Seamless estimated the arrival of my food at 8:10. I then get a text from Seamless at 8:00 saying that my food is on the way. Great! Food is supposed to come earlier than expected. Come 9:00pm and my food is still not here. I call the restaurant and they said they were very busy etc. I finally get my food at 9:25. A two hour wait for a pie?! Mind you I paid a 30% tip in advance and live on the same street. Thankfully it was still mediocrely warm. But was very soggy with a weird sauce that was way too sweet for me. Will not order again.

Paloma V.

Yelp
We have been ordering from here for over 10 years, on a weekly basis. It is the best pizza in the neighborhood and we miss it when we are gone. We really appreciate the owners, who always go above and beyond for us. Grateful Roebling pizza is our neighborhood pizzeria.
google avatar

Suhita G.

Yelp
Had a classic New York slice and I must say this is so remarkable in the balance of flavors in the sauce, the softness of the mozzarella and most of all the crust! Aah the crust is so lovely that im sitting here five mins past finishing my pizza slice, there is a lovely after taste of a hint of sweetness. Certainly far past the touristy spots!

Catherine A.

Yelp
Well, I grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and the only good pizza place in the neighborhood was Roebling Pizza. Back in the day, the brothers Mike and Joe made only regular slices, cheese and tomato sauce with a thin crust. Perfect. They eventually added sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese that I recall. Now, Rasoul the owner has kept similar qualities but with much more to choose from. My favorite is the Privmavera pizza and Paesano. But the old regular slice is just as good. You will not be disappointed.
google avatar

Luna G.

Yelp
Simply put the best pizza in the New York area and probably the world. The first thing that we did after arriving for the fifth time to the States was going to Roebling's for perfect slices of crusty yummy yum yums! The owner even remembered us after a years "wait". It was nice talking with him again about reindeers and Finland and other stuff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
google avatar

Sean J.

Yelp
Legendary dough! I highly recommend the pepperoni or sausage although there are a variety of choices. Don't forget to add grated parm and some oregano which is on the table. The environment is quaint and warm. The owner is a super cool guy and is always friendly. Always a great time when stopping in. It's your perfect neighborhood hot spot. Enjoy!!

Yelp
A traditional, old fashioned, "good for your soul", family made brooklyn pizza slice is sadly nonexistent in Williamsburg. So when dad comes to visit and requests a real brooklyn pie, any daughter starts to panic. He just HAD to have it...and I just HAD to find it for him...because nothing lights this man up more than good pizza . BUT WHERE IN THE H*LL DOES ONE GET PIZZA NOW??? Real Pizza. Not gluten free, thin crust, or topped with Kale. (i by the way love salad on my pizza, so williamsburg continue on, thank you very much) Anyway. Queens??? Red hook??? Wherever this pizza is, it is definitely NOT in Williamsburg. So out of desperation I choose Roebling after a few promising referrals. First the shop is perfect - it's super small, used, abused, happy, busy and of course, smells like complete pizza heaven. This, friends, is what great pizza shops are made of :) And most importantly, THE PIZZA IS LEGIT. The dough - soft and fluffy, the sauce - a hint of sweetness, i could have cried. I knew it was a success because dad ate 3 slices before he could even nod in approval. Thank you Roebling Pizza for keeping the tradition alive in Williamsburg!!!! (and for making me daughter of the year) So, so, so, good. See you guys very soon.

Yelp
This place and its pizza till 11PM are a god send to this neighborhood. Try a slice with pepperoni, pineapple, black olives and ricotta cheese. Or don't, whatever you do, try the pizza.
google avatar

Dan O.

Yelp
Amazing pizza and the perfect neighborhood spot. I live nearby and I can say hands down it's the best made slice in the area. The ingredients are very fresh and the dough cooked perfectly. At $2.50 per slice of cheese it's a good value for the size and quality. The owner is super friendly!
google avatar

Madina M.

Yelp
What a great Pizza place! Pizza is super tasty in every possible way and it is very affordable The place is very clean and has lots great art on the walls. Definitely will go back :)

Grace H.

Yelp
This is my favorite spot in Brooklyn, the best pizza you can can have. I highly recommended to this spot to eat. Pizza is always nice and crunchy with great flavor.
google avatar

Michelle P.

Yelp
Small pizzeria near Marcy Av train station. They offer different toppings such as Gorgonzola and they always offer their most fresh slices. Every time I buy a slice of pizza, they give me the fresh out of over one instead of warming up the old one. The staff is extremely friendly and the pizza is delicious, dough has a perfect texture and flavor. Their slice is big and their 16 inches pizza can easily feed 3 people (2 slices each). Great prices for great pizzas.

Yelp
Do the math: Roebling = The Best Pizza in Brooklyn The Best Pizza in Brooklyn = The Best Pizza in NYC The Best Pizza in NYC = The Best Pizza in the World Roebling = The Best Pizza in the World If you want barbeque sauce on your pizza, go somewhere else.
