Especially good barbecue in the Katy area. I've been here a few times and have enjoyed it every time. Really good brisket and turkey. Pulled pork wasn't bad. The fried okra was exceptional. The other sides were all also quite good. I look forward to my next visit.

Every penny spent was well worth it, the portions were HUGE which is rare with bbq. My husband got the rib special and added a link of jalapeno sausage. Frito pie is a side y'all ❤️ I got the pork belly burnt ends and the loaded trash fries with brisket. Those burnt ends were heavenly tossed in their in house bourbon sauce. The flavor of each of the different dishes was outstanding and I can't say enough about the portions, definitely a new favorite.

I ordered the brisket potato with the meat on the side (See picture). The potato was warm (not hot) but not enough to melt the cheese or the butter 😔. They were super busy but everyone was very pleasant. They mixed up my order with someone else's and the customer was the one to catch the mistake. They forgot the BBQ sauce and the beef brisket tasted and looked more like pulled pork. Also, there was more fat than meat. Not marbling, fat. I was disappointed because I'd heard such good things from this place.

I don’t know what happened. I’ve had Roegles before at another location and it was not like this. I don’t know if it’s because we went right at 11am when they open the doors on a Thursday but my friend and I both had the driest brisket. This has to be the driest brisket I’ve ever had anywhere. You can see the individual meat fibers flaking off. The sausage was dry, too; don’t know how they managed that. One slice of the pork belly was good, the other slice was dry. Bbq sauce was good. The fries were really good. Frito pie was good. I’m shocked and am actually looking forward to trying it again in the future to see if it was just a fluke.

Fabulous BBQ! In Katy doing some work for the day and googled best BBQ in Katy… did not disappoint. The only restaurant pulled pork I’ve had that’s come close to the one I make, hands down best brisket I’ve ever had - that one I can not compete with. Staff was great and got through a HUGE lunch crowd quickly. Definitely will stop here next time I’m passing through!!

I saw this place on “The Texas Bucket List”. We arrived about 11:30 AM, the line was short and the service was quick. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We came on a Thursday because that is the only day you can get the Ruben and it was worth the wait. The corned beef, sauerkraut and dressing are made in house. Another unique item at this place is the bologna sandwich. The bologna is made from brisket and pork butt and smoked. The baloney has a different texture than what you are normally used to. Additionally, you can buy the baloney by the pound and take it with you. After I had the sandwich I had to bring some back home with me. The side dish we got was the cornbread casserole, which is much like a sweet cornbread with some whole kernel corn in it, we really liked it. A new item on the menu was the Keylime pie pudding. This had a mild Keylime taste to it, and was not harsh at all. I found this to be a refreshing end to our meal. I look forward to trying some of their other menu items, but we will definitely be back for the Ruben and the baloney.

How come no one told me about this place? The food is great. Pork belly is legit. Turkey is moist. For sure it's a place to return
