Where to Drink Bombay Sapphire Cocktails in Denver | Eater

"At the heart of Edgewater Public Market, the collective that’s home to food, wellness, and retail concepts a stone’s throw from Sloan’s Lake, Roger’s Liquid Oasis anchors the space with not only a daily happy hour, but an all-day happy hour every Monday. Its ample open picnic table-style seating is surrounded by the food hall, and it also has a rooftop patio that serves drinks from a vintage trailer turned bar. If you worked up an appetite walking around the lake, just choose from any of its many neighboring eateries — Edgewater Public Market is home to a range of options including Konjo Ethiopian, Lazo Empanadas, Arepas House, or Cochino Taco, which hosts drag bingo each Sunday." - Rebecca Treon

Fantastic bartenders atmosphere a little bit loud for carrying on a conversation but all the drinks looked amazing and you can bring the food in from the food area and enjoy yourself while you’re having whatever cocktails air conditioning isn’t too bad. I would like to see it a little bit colder butit’s a very open area so I think that’s why it’s a little bit warmer than I think it should be for as hot as it is but definitely it must come and check it out.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon. It's open seating and it takes a moment to realize you just go up to the bar to order, with people sitting there. Serve is fast and friendly and the drinks are tasty. Outside of bar seating, the rest is a mjx of lounge and tables. You have an option of ordering a single or a double. Because the Edgewater Market is an open layout, the music is loud, making it hard to hear while seated. Nice option for a casual afternoon cocktail or to eat your food from the rest of the market.

Visited on April 1st, 2025, between 5-7 PM and was charged $28.80 for drinks. I tipped in cash and did not add a tip to my card. However, when I checked my statement today, the charge had increased to $34 without my authorization. This is completely unacceptable. If this was a tip adjustment made without my consent, that is fraudulent. I expect businesses to operate with integrity, and this kind of charge manipulation is ridiculous. I will be disputing this charge with my bank if it is not corrected immediately. I strongly urge management to address this issue, as it raises concerns about how transactions are being handled.

On my visit last night, I found the female bartender to be unfriendly, which seems to be a recurring issue with her. At 8:30 PM, I asked if we could watch the Denver Nuggets playoff game, but she declined, stating it might encourage patrons to linger. As a Denver resident, I was surprised that a local bar wouldn’t support our team during the playoffs.

This is a beautiful bar absolutely packed with any kind of liquor you could desire plus bottles and cans. The cocktail menu is fun and creative. Drinks are $$ but worthwhile.

Rogers has some good beers on tap. I tried a couple cocktails too but not too many whiskey drinks. Overall had a good time and the bartenders were pretty friendly. I would go here over the other brewery in the public market.

I stumbled upon this place while visiting Edgewater’s Public Market. Great drink options and even better customer service. I was warmly greeted by bartender Zach. I told him I only drink zero proof cocktails and he said no problem! He crafted me not only a beautiful mocktail but it was also delicious! He used a variety of ingredients including passion fruit syrup, Dhos orange “liqueur,” lemon swath, mint, and pineapple juice. I was curious to see if he could pull it off after adding all those ingredients but the favor was perfect- not too sweet and very refreshing! Grab a drink here, you won’t be disappointed.

Google
Great drinks in a cool space. The rooftop has a super view of downtown Denver. Favorite drinks are the New York Fizz on tap, the Gold Rush, and their White Russian. Solid beer selection, too. We like getting a medley of food from the market hall vendors and enjoying that over drinks at one of Roger’s high top tables.

Yelp
I love coming to Roger's to have a drink! They have such unique menu of drinks and I love to try as many as I can! The service is a hit or miss, never bad but depending on who's working it will be a great experience or mid! The atmosphere is very cute!

Yelp
Hands down one of the best bars I have ever gone to. The expertise level of the bartenders was exceptional and they were actually polite. I tried a couple but my favorite was the "pool boy" freaking amazing! They have actual good tequilas and mezcal that are note worthy and hard to find. Lots of space to sit and drink and or eat with lots of restaurants around the market place. They had the Broncos game on also. We can't wait to go back and try more drinks. Cheers.

Yelp
Like the idea of a bar in the marketplace. What I don't like is being cheated. I ordered a 9 oz. wine and got shorted. When I questioned the bartender (with beard) he got snippy and asked if I wanted him to measure the pour. Yes, please. Turned out it was at least 2 oz. less than it should have been. I knew where the pour / fill line was as this was the second wine I had ordered that day. Attitude!!! The first couple of times I went here I had hit and miss with the bartenders. Some are good, but a few more have not been as good. The problem for all of us is if you want an adult drink at Edgewater, this is it. Recommend the management monitor their employees closer, emphasize doing the right thing, each and every time, to drop the attitude as soon as they clock in and remember, that people came to that bar to enhance their experience at Edgewater.

Yelp
Nice bar with good drinks and quick service. Tried the best in show which was a really yummy drink.

Yelp
I love this location, vibes are great, and bartenders are friendly. I just wish the custom drinks reflected other aspects of this excellent spot! I have tried four different cocktails now, and they were all so terrible. I tried a tropical, an on-tap, and two custom, and they were all gross and just drenched in sugar. This place would be so much more compelling, and deserving of its context surrounded by great food, if they could make a decent drink. Please, please, consider partnering with an expert and revise all of your disappointing cocktail menu.

Yelp
Roger's Liquid Oasis is definitely a great first stop when visiting Edgewater Public Marketplace. ++The Bloody Mary is AMAZING! Just a little kick, served up in the cutest glass, and lightly garnished. The perfect weekend brunch bevvie. Cheers!! Hubs sipped on a rotating local craft brew that hit the spot. ++ They offer up a rooftop bar featuring its own specialty cocktail menu for those ample sunny days here in Colorado! Hellooo! ++ At Roger's Liquid Oasis they even offer up a variety of bottled cocktails for those that want to take their tasty concoctions home for their more casual enjoyment. Love! ++ Have you heard of a "Walktail" Well I hadn't, but I have to say I kinda love it. This clever take on a cocktail is made to be portable for those wanting to browse the shops while sipping a little something special. Walktails are the perfect accessory for meandering about Edgewater Public Market. +/- While the prices are a little steep, you get what you pay for! They are truly artisans of their craft. So go ahead - treat yo'self! Roger's Liquid Oasis definitely offers up tasty concoctions for every type of palette and drinker. I know that I'll be stopping back by to get my adult bevvie fix next time I make my way to Edgewater Public Market. Cheers, Edgewater! **COVID Note: They have their COVID protocol down pat including social distanced seating, mask enforcement, and more.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of their sister bars (Brass Tacks and their DCM outpost) so it's not shocking whatsoever the team at Roger's Liquid Oasis crushes it every time. During COVID-19, there are restrictions and limitations in place when it comes to seating, ordering, etc. You know the drill by now. Edgewater Market has done a great job of implementing fun and safe workarounds. And Roger's should receive some of the praise, too. As always, the drinks are spot on. A detailed, thoughtful menu in place that transports you to a beachside, tropical oasis. Our most recent visit included a Dark n' Stormy and NY Fizz, while watching the Rockies. The fact you can order digitally from surrounding restaurants footsteps away only adds to the inclusive experience. If I hadn't made it clear, the staff crushes it every time. They work hard, efficient and at times, fast. The problem with being THE bar at the market means some people might not appreciate the process of creating craft cocktails from scratch. We saw a few people give up their place in line in a tizzy, because it was taking a while. Especially with everything going on now, please be patient. Places like Roger's care about their patrons and truly want them to have a great experience. They're slinging drinks, taking orders, bussing tables, delivering cocktails upstairs, etc. Be kind, be nice, and enjoy!

Yelp
Roger's was great and who isn't happy in a Liquid Oasis? Ordering was elegantly simple, and hopefully, Roger's considers keeping this process on-board post pandemic. Scan or snap a pic of the QR code, choose your favorite cocktail (alcoholic and non alcoholic options available), add your payment and tip information. Easy peasy. We didn't wait long and the drinks arrived via friendly, masked up waiter with a smile I could sense under the mask, lol. Round two was also quick and easy and this time, we picked them up at the convenient window on the outside patio. Also easy peasy. We enjoyed the afternoon, our conversation and also socially distanced and minimized contact with staff. Perfect foe a pandemic. That aside, can't wait to come back and check out the rooftop patio, once the all clear is given.

Yelp
I went here for a Friday date night. It was extremely busy, so I certainly don't blame the bartenders for my mediocre experience, but there are a few things that could be helpful! 1. Wine menu is only online, I didn't see any readily available QR codes so I googled the place and found the wine list. 2. I ordered a $16 8oz pour of Cabernet sauv. I really have no qualms paying for wine, but this wine came straight from the fridge. Not a hater of some-what chilled red, but when I know it's been sitting in a fridge for a long period of time.... Not impressive 3. Beer menu- similar with the wine menu. The rotating taps were not labeled anywhere that I saw, so we used the online menu we searched for My date ordered a beer, but I will say that the cocktails I saw getting shaken looked FANTASTIC!! Again most of my critiques are (hopefully) more process oriented vs attacking the servers- all of which we're doing the best they could to sling drinks!!!

Yelp
Of all the times I've been to Edgewater Public Market, I've never checked out the bar. Met up with a few friends and enjoyed a Paloma (made it a double) which was reminiscent of Denver Central Market. Would love to come back for happy hour. I don't recall much about Roger's, but service was quick and friendly. Maybe I have a terrible memory because the cocktail was strong... THAT I remember. Great spot to come with a large group or even by yourself to decompress after a long day. Oh, and grab food from one of the fantastic vendors here while you're at it!

Yelp
Got a wheat ale, an IPA, and some attitude. I went up to the bar for my beers. I couldn't have been nicer for this quick interaction. I get bad days, but you're in the service industry, man. This guy just had the crappiest attitude and made my 5 min interaction with him tough. Thankfully, i came with an idea of what I wanted. I wonder how he would have treated a customer with far more questions. If this bartender is reading this, I still tipped you because bad days happen. But, I legit cannot remember the last time anyone in hospitality was so rude to me in such a short span of time.

Yelp
This cute little bar in Edgewater public market is quite the vibe. Catch Happy hour every day. Happy Hour is all day on Monday, from 2-6 during the work week, and again from 9-close every day. Get a fancy drink in a glass to stay in their lounge or a plastic cup drink to walk around and explore other parts of the public market. My personal favorite is their Paloma (best Paloma in the city in my opinion). Honorable mention to the Rogers House Beer. It's a super cheap option that is also pretty tasty and light. Overall you can't go wrong stopping here during an Edgewater Market visit.

Yelp
Have come here on several occasions, and have yet to be disappointed! I am now feeling a special affinity toward this place, as it's owned by the same folks who used to operate Brass Tacks - one of my all-time faves. Roger's Liquid Oasis is conveniently situated within Edgewater Market. So while you're waiting for your food from one of the many market hall food stalls, as a quick happy hour, or if you need a night cap - Roger's is your spot for a stiff (and artfully made) drink. They have a great local beer selection, and their cocktail menu is creative, yet classic. They've got strong whiskey drinks, fun tropical cocktails, and everything in-between. My husband and I easily found a couple of drinks to suit our needs the last time we were there - I ordered a beer & an old fashioned (a fun shot-sized one), and my husband enjoyed one of their lighter libations. Both were delicious. I've also heard they have a fun rooftop! Each time we've been we've had our pup with us, so have been unable to enjoy, but we'll have to try it the next time! I'm sure you'd get great views of the lake!

Yelp
I love Edgewater Public Marketplace. I dine there multiple times a week, usually with groups of people, and enjoy a drink once every few weeks. But I will no longer be spending any money (especially with a credit card) at rogers liquid oasis. After buying 2 $14 doubles, I handed my card over, asked to close out, tipped cash, and went on my way. To my dismay, the bartender decided my (over 30%) cash tip wasn't enough, and added on another $6 to my total bill, as my card statement says I spent $34 even. This is outrageous. I seriously hope you get your staff in line, because they should be in jail for stealing. I've worked in bars for a while, and employees who do this once, do it 100s of times. Just think of the amount of money this bartender has embezzled from your innocent customers. Great drinks. 5 stars for drinks and 4 stars for price.

Yelp
Had an incredible experience here last week! First time visiting the Edgewater Public Market, and I've never seen anything like it. My visit was elevated even more by the service and drinks we had at Roger's though. Mackenzie was so knowledgeable and patient as she walked us through the cocktail options, making sure that what we ordered would be to our preferences. My guest and I are adventurous foodies, so it was nice to have someone guide us to getting dishes that fit our palate and preferences. Can't wait to return on our next visit and recommend to others!

Yelp
Wonderful experience. We arrived, parked and locked our bikes up front, then headed to an upstairs table on the rooftop patio. Each table has a QR code taped to it. You scan the code, peruse the menu, place your order and pay electronically. A helpful server brings your drinks to your table and voila! It's happy hour. No waiting for the check. No standing in line. The drinks are pricey for the area, but so delicious. A perfect end of week refresher with fresh air and sunshine and a lovely view of Sloan's Lake and downtown. What's not to love?

Yelp
Awesome spot that is a great anchor/gathering place for all the Edgewater Public Market has to offer.  Not going into details (it's my secret!) but their bourbon and beer selections are the best I have seen in Denver metro.  Bartenders are all great - so stoked to live a quick bike/walk/drive to this gem. All my out-of-town guests have been similarly impressed.  Keep it rockin', Roger's!

Yelp
This bar sure looks pretty but the whole experience left something to be desired. First, one of the bartenders yelled that we didn't need to make a line, we could just treat it "like a normal bar," which felt weird and unnecessary. He then proceeded to take SO long to make the drinks. The woman in front of us ended up with the wrong drinks entirely and he seemed to offer no explanation and just moved on to making our drinks. Mine was good, but I think only because it was one of the batch cocktails. My sister got a tequila sunrise and it didn't taste great. The whole thing was just uncomfortable and confusing.

George G.

Yelp
It's unfortunate that this is the only option for alcohol in the food court at Edgewater public market. We paid more than $30 for two drinks that were supposed to be doubles, but the female bartender with glasses only poured two shots in each that were about 75% full. I told her about it right away, but she was rude and pretty much told us to take it or leave it. I was tempted to leave it, but there really are no other options at the market. I told the friends we were dining with that day and they had a very similar experience with the same bartender. Because of this unfavorable experience we will not be back. There are too many better places to spend our money in town.

Yelp
Over priced drinks and TERRIBLE customer service. Just to name a few things wrong with this place.
google avatar

Melissa S.

Yelp
Quick service, amazing staff, and they're taking covid seriously. There was a large group of suburban marble head ding dings who were being asshats and not abiding to any covid mandated guidelines. Alex, and the rest of the staff politely and repeatedly asked them to not add more people to their party. These white people who've never been told no before in their lives were massive jerks and started yelling at the staff. The staff handled the situation professionally and patiently.

J K.

Yelp
This place is SLOOOOOWWWWW, As in, 1 bartender for holiday weekend and you will wait 20+ minutes in line to order a beer....do not go here
google avatar

LovinmesomeMe M.

Yelp
Been coming to Rogers since they opened, which is the best thing to happen to Edgewater since Target! Actually can get a great cocktail, amazing service, and is in the middle of some of the most amazing food options in a 3-5 mile radius. The bartenders Jesus, Kyle, Alex, and Ben are all so attentive and great at what they do! I hope that people don't screw this up and actually support local small businesses trying to make it!

Janet S.

Yelp
We were here on Valentine's Day & I asked one of the gentlemen tending bar to make me a cocktail with Midori, to surprise me with a new recipe I haven't had before. I was give the most delicious Midori Sour ever, with a super creamy top layer made from some aquafaba whipped with an electric milk frother. We talked about how good that drink was for like three days after Valentine's. The bartenders were all really excellent, super fast and service with a smile. It's a great environment in the public market and I look forward to going back and asking for another "surprise me" cocktail again soon (when it's slow...be respectful, folks, they get busy).
google avatar

Brendan E.

Yelp
8 bartenders and I heard 40 minutes plus to get a cocktail, love this place but come on!

Liam S.

Yelp
Short Bartender with the glasses and the beard is beyond rude and cold. Made the bar experience terrible and made my girlfriend and I feel very uncomfortable. Bar seems really cool but he should not be in the service industry.

Diana t.

Yelp
Bartenders had a terrible attitude. No eye contact. Rude. I thought it was just a hiccup, but every time I've come in it's been the same way and I have to leave this message. Go home if you're not happy.

Ben O.

Yelp
Great bartenders. Great drinks. Ask about their mezcal selection. All of their bartenders bring great diverse experience to the establishment.

Edward G.

Yelp
Amazing! Love the bartenders here, it's always a great time. Great cocktails and even better customer service. I'll be back for another mai tai (or 6)

Alexandra B.

Yelp
Hipster bartender could not be bothered to tell me the different types of wine, just said we have wine. Was not friendly at all and the wine wasn't great either. 8oz of wine was $10. After paying for overpriced wine I went to the liquor store and got a can of wine mistakenly thinking it would be ok to drink it in the building since it's ok at other similar venues. After 45 minutes of drinking my wine a member of the staff rudely told me I was not allowed to do that. His approach made me question if he has ever worked in customer service before. He told me I could drink it in the building so I went outside. Then the hipster bartender from earlier came out with the same stank ass shit attitude. The two men were incredibly rude. I'll go back to the food hall but would not consider supporting those people again.
google avatar

Greg T.

Yelp
Quite possibly the best rooftop bar in Denver. It's brand new, on top of the new Edgewater Market (great food selection btw) but the standout is both the 1st floor and rooftop bar. The rooftop (Roger's is both locations) has a wonderful city skyline view and an Airstream retrofitted into a super cool bar. Tons of space up there, views of the lake. If weather isn't permitting the downstairs bar is really nice too and everyone was super friendly. We couldn't have enjoyed the experience more.
google avatar

Kris E.

Yelp
You mean the place where each bar tender will only serve one drink order, to one person, closing each one out as they go...it's hard to watch as a former bartender. Maybe learn to take a couple orders at a time to get rid of the crowd guys.

Jeff H.

Yelp
Wow what an addition to Edgewater Market, cocktails on tap, an unbelievable liquor selection and a super friendly staff. The upstairs patio has a great vibe and amazing view of the city over Sloan's Lake. This is definitely the new spot to be in Edgewater.

Megan Rose A.

Yelp
Horrible customer service! We were the ONLY customers that were there and there were multiple members of the staff that were extremely rude for no reason. At one point I asked what appeared to be the manager (who had previously approached my boyfriend in an aggressive way after I paid) how his day was going and he responded "oh there are just some difficult customers". I tipped the bartender 20% after the she complained about one of my girlfriends touching a can that was out on display. There was no sign that specified this no touching policy. As we were leaving, they had the audacity to say that we were not allowed to sit in a specific chair because of the 6ft distancing rule. There was NO ONE out on their patio but us. COVID does not give you a pass to throw customer service out the window. Practice your purchasing power! Do not support this bussiness. I'm ashamed I bought 2 drinks here today :-(
