Love this place. They have great non-alcoholic options. They are so friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory. Extra points for supporting local vendors. I got a non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and it was a hit at Thanksgiving.

I stop by this shop every few weeks or so and am always delighted to find goodies for whatever the occasion, whether its hosting a party, a dinner, or a quiet night at home. The staff is superb and always has a spot-on recommendation for a drink pairing. The local gifts and home goods are great quality and the snacks are unique and tasty. Everything in this store is comfort, Chicago-style!

tl;dr Rogers Park Provisions rules! Their staff is extremely well trained and are always super helpful any time you come by. It's not a huge store, by any stretch of the imagination, but the care and thought that goes into both the layout and the products offered is tremendous. Need beer? Cheese? Wine? Pickles? Cards? A last minute gift that looks incredibly thoughtful? Hit up RP Provisions!

Great selection of local and uncommon fare and features products from vendors from local farmers markets. Great pricing and friendly neighborhood staff. A very cute, quirky store and reminds me of a much cooler, neighborhood version of home goods.

This store offers a lot and delivers on unique! I love the selection of Chicago/Rogers Park merchandise, the selection of cheeses, meats, and coffee. Anytime I am near RP Social, I make a point to stop in and pick up a few small things for the apartment. This store makes an EXCELLENT place to pick up one of a kind gifts for friends too. I also cannot say enough about the great service of the staff! They are easy to make conversation with, great with suggestions, and overall so kind and sweet!

It's a wonderful little shop with all kinds of gifts, foods, spirits, etc. if you need a nice bottle of wine or a great gift, it's really a one stop shop. The employees are also wonderful and very helpful!

This is a shop that always has fun and interesting gifts. I was looking for bar supplies for a white elephant and found a complete bar set with wooden stand for 65$. Putting everything together would be double that. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Shop small businesses when you can please. Amazon has enough our money!!! Truth. My white elephant was the hit of the party BTW.

This is our go-to for special wines to match a particular dish, a quirky, elegant or useful gift, and interesting things we never thought of, like artisanal bitters or small-batch liquors. The staff is amazing, and the rewards system is great fun. I love getting surprise emails with discounts! This is a neighborhood gem, but even if I didn't live in Rogers Park I would shop here.

Rogers Park Provisions is a place I go frequently. This store has a thoughtful and well-curated selection of self-care items, home goods, cards, food, snacks, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic)! The rewards program for frequent shoppers is good too. I really have enjoyed the candles I have gotten from here, as well as the Meredith Dairy cheese, Casamara Club herbal soda, and Sukker Sweet candies. Definitely check this place out.

Rogers Park Provisions is a one-of-a-kind destination for spirits, snacks, fine foods, gifts, and other treasures. My favorite aspect is they have a giant freezer case full of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams--they literally have more flavors in stock than the Jeni's locations themselves, including limited-time and dairy-free options. The staff is nice and helpful, and if you sign up for their mailing list, they positively shower you with discounts and promotions (I just redeemed my birthday $5 off dealio).

Absolutely delighted to live within walking distance of this Rogers Park gem! Their inventory is varied, with loads of local and nearby makers and brands. Maclin (store manager) and his staff are knowledgeable, warm and very community-oriented. I trust their recommendations implicitly and I look forward to chatting with them on each visit. All of this is aligned that values that have kept me in Rogers Park for 40+ years.

I messaged Rogers Park Provisions on Monday 1/22/24 to see if they carried the delicious vegan artisanal cheese from Rebel Cheese in Austin, Texas. I got a response from the owner, Erik, the very next day, saying that he had placed an order which would arrive in a couple weeks. That is amazing customer service! Then yesterday, Thursday 1/25/24, just a few days later, I got a message from him that the vegan cheese had arrived. He put some aside for me and I picked it up this evening. I made an unusual request on Monday and it was fulfilled on Friday! That is truly spectacular customer service, and they just got a loyal vegan cheese loving customer! Thank you, Erik!!

Provisions is a true Chicago gem, particularly here in Rogers Park. This is the perfect place to shop for hosting a party, going to a party or just enjoying a quiet evening at home. The product selection ranges from beautiful wines, beer and spirits to luxurious cheeses, charcuterie, ice cream and more. Provisions also carries an extensive collection of locally sourced gift items that are perfect for any occasion. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the owner is a Rogers Park resident who also serves the community from the Rogers Park Social cocktail lounge a couple of doors south. I enthusiastically recommend this local small business and encourage you to check out Provisions. You'll be glad you did!

Stellar little shop in Rogers Park! Why wasn't this here when I lived here? oh well, I'm not far away now. Fantastic selection of booze and fancy food, in a nutshell. It's not cheap stuff, it's super unusual stuff, for your swank bar cart. Best place to pop in during a festival and get an ice cold $5 cocktail in a can. Shhhh . . . that's my secret pro tip! Overrated and overpriced? Yeah, if you're looking for sixers of Bud Light, best to not come here, it's not for you.

I love this place! They carry a grapefruit rose wine and it's amazing. The staff are always so welcoming and knowledgeable. You have to check out their cheese selection. They have a few different type of goat cheeses to choose from. Their wine is incredible, and if you are ever unsure what to get ask the staff member on the floor. We also usually try a new spirit each time we go. The selection is unique and if there are local options they try to support local, which is great.

What looks to be a cozy booze nook becomes something more, with a selection of home goods, cheeses, and even Jeni's ice cream! The staff always has expert suggestions. I never have to blindly choose for myself. I tell them what I'm cooking or what I'm in the mood for, and they have great suggestions every time. I love that they have a rewards system in place, frequent email coupons and I'm excited to join the wine club!

I've been a fan for a few years and they carry nice wines and my favorite bourbon. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful and I also enjoy the rewards. I love that it's in walking distance of the lake and it's always tempting to stop in at RP Social afterward!

The modern equivalent of a small town general store. Interesting and delicious things to buy and a friendly, engaging manager. A true gem among gems in Rogers Park!

It's a little bit of a haul for me (I live down south in Edgewater Glen)...but it's always worth the effort to get up to Rogers Park Provisions (it's also ridiculously close to the Morse el stop if I'm being super lazy). Rogers Park Provisions always has something interesting on hand...something I haven't tried...but which ends up catching my eye. Lots of local stuff...neighborhood microbrews, Metropolis Coffee, Edgewater Candles, Jeni's Ice Cream, etc. I think my favorite thing currently in stock is the Stillhouse Spiced Cherry Whiskey...I'm totally addicted to it (although I do wish that they'd bring back the Mammoth Cherry Bounce someday...a boy can dream...). Basically, everything is super curated...it's all really good stuff...no duds. I also like the little micro-neighborhood there on Glenwood...really fun area...it's so weird, because Glenwood sort of turns into an alley...but it's filled with small outdoor spaces...really nice places just to hang out (like the adjoining and affiliated Rogers Park Social Club). The staff at Provisions has always been super nice and helpful to me...I've yet to have a bad experience (I try to go about once a month). A couple of commenters have noted that it's a little pricey...and I'd agree to that...but if you put yourself on the Provisions customer list, you end up getting email coupons all the time. I always apply a $5 or $10 discount whenever I visit...it basically ends up making my total bill really reasonable. I'm hopeful that Provisions will be selling me whiskey for many years to come.

Great little spot for me to get creative gifts for friends and clients. During winter I gifted a shoot crew the homemade marshmallows. I've also bought small bottles of tequila, candles, hot sauce, soap, and coasters there, it's unique in the RP.

My friend and I are having a picnic in the park and we saw Rogers Park Provisions just nearby it. One of my friends says that the store has a lot of good wine, beers, and other liquors. That is why we decided to visit the place before going home. The place is really beautiful, clean and organized. There were a lot of nice selection of local beers, everything needed for a booze, some fancy food and even cheeses. The staff in there was very kind and friendly. He is also knowledgeable on every items inside which is surprising because there were a lot of it. He helps us on choosing the best drinks and he has a lot of suggestions. I got a nice bottle of whiskey for my dad. My friend bought a lot different kinds of liquors. We all had a great time in there, a lot of selections, great offering and great prices and I will surely come back.

This store is the best! There are so many things one could buy. They have a good selection of cheese, wine, liquor, snacks...and other knick knacks that would be perfect for any gift. Most of the items here are from other small businesses and you cannot get these things from anywhere else. The staff here is amazing and so helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Hadn't been inside in a while and felt like wandering around. While their prices are a bit steep, I don't mind supporting local businesses, especially during the pandemic and one with such friendly people and that goes out of their way to stock local items. (Not everything is local, but many, many items are!) They have a nice selection of local beers, including now a few choices from Hailstorm Brewing, which makes me happy. I was also excited to notice a cute lil six-pack of Malort because a friend in another state was asking for some, and I wasn't looking forward to buying and sending a big bottle (especially since it's so awful so it's silly to send big bottles for the novelty of it all. Now I have five more for novelty purposes). And of course, the delightful selection of specialty foods and boozes and other Chicago-specific things, like stickers, t-shirts, housewares, etc. are so fun to look at, making this a great stop for gifts for friends both local and distant.

LOCATION: Right of the Morse Red Line Stop SERVICE: Everyone is super helpful here. I typically come here before housewarmings and home-hosted parties because they have great cheeses, wines, and cocktails ingredients that make me looking more sophisticated than I am to my friends. Whenever I let the cashier know what my friend likes, they always direct me to a product I wouldn't have thought to buy. Be warned that this place isn't cheap, but it is one of the few palces in the city I can buy my Gin and Juice Salami and Luxardo cherries in one stop.

Amazing products and wonderful customer service. There is something wonderful for any budget. And you can get your snacks and head over to Rogers Park Social for a great beverage. This is the quintessential neighborhood business. Friendly, helpful and supports local businesses: what's not to love?!?

We bought our wine for our big thanksgiving dinner there and the staff was very helpful. She took a lot of time to help us get what we wanted and stay in our budget. It as a great experience.

Such a cute shop with a little bit of everything. How can one not love a place where u can buy a puzzle and a bottle of wine!

I love this place! It's great to stop in for a picnic and get basically everything I'd need (snacks, drinks, dessert, surprise candy because it was there) or if I get a great drink at Rogers Park Social I can get components to make it at home from Provisions. I used to live around the corner and unfortunately moved about a mile away, so I don't get there nearly as often as I used to, but I still love it. The staff is super friendly but also don't really hover, so if I say I'm just browsing they let me browse, but if I say I need help finding something they'll always help.

Great neighborhood shop to meet your needs when you want something of high quality quickly. The folks that work there are amazing and they always love when we come in with our dog, Lucy.

New favorite shop. Walked in for the first time picking up a host gift and looked around in awe - and thought - Holy Sh*t - they are nailing it. Haven't spent much time in RP for a while but I will def go to their Weds wine tastings. The owners put some serious skin in the game with quite sophisticated products - it truly a socially conscious general store for discerning sophisticates. Very discerning. You can get craft liquor, local cheeses, organic personal care products - Papersource-worthy cards and papers. The brands are all unique and hard to find. Nice friendly guy works there. Rogers Park is ready for this and I think they are onto something. One of the best shops I've been to in any neighborhood, period. Can't wait to go back.

My partner and I were driving through Chicago and stopped here to get cheese for a picnic. This shop is in a great location and is run by such nice people! They were so helpful and even loaned us cheese knives and plates. We highly recommend visiting this place and going for a picnic in the park down the street afterward.

My neighborhood goto whenever I need to pick up a little something for a dinner party, housewarming or just because. Staff is always so friendly and warm. Sometimes I just pop in to see what's new and say hello.

I love their pre-packaged cheese flights. Cheese tasting and education in one. I like to explore Cheese world but too lazy to choose, research and read. RPP is making my life efficient, cultured and interesting. GLOBAL TASTE FLIGHT had Bandage Cheddar from WI, Peppercorn and Garlic Gouda from MN, Queso Tres Leches from Great American Cheeses's Private Collection (la di da), and Smoked Gorgonzola from WI. The Flights may not be suitable for big groups as it can get costly. For my personal consumption, price and portion is excellent. Go Midwest/Local!
