Rojo Tango was very enjoyable and I recommend it. The dancers seemed very talented (I can't really judge as I don't dance and don't know anything about tango) and I liked the immersive feel of the experience as the venue is small and intimate. I suspect this is not an authentic tango experience - it is clearly designed for tourists - but it was entertaining nevertheless. Our dinner was good too, which honestly was a surprise, given that these "meal and show" arrangements don't typically provide great meals. A couple of things to know, however. The show we saw did not begin until 10:00 (dinner began around 8:00), which was not clear to me before we booked. You need to be ready for a late night. And throughout the show they pipe some kind of scented fog throughout the venue, probably for ambiance, which was pretty unpleasant. I had to breathe threw my scarf much of the performance. I worry about the dancers breathing that stuff in night after night. If you have any sensitivity to scents or respiratory problems (which I do not), you might want to avoid Rojo Tango.
