It's the end of the season and everything and everyone seemed tired.
Having booked this place months ago I was pretty disappointed. The highlight was the salmon dish with a sorbet.
But, sorry "no", a chipped plate is not rustic, it is a germ soak.
The chef has missed a trick with the snow crab; if I wanted to do all the work of extracting the meat, I would buy crabs, boil them, melt butter and go to work, for an eighth of the price. I am simply gobsmacked that a MBG restaurant thinks its okay to serve something that only saw a pot of boiling water!
The serving staff are uneven in their skills. One was excellent, but snotty, another was good and sweet, the third needs to sharpen up!
Finally, we were never asked if we wanted anything more to drink after our first.
Bill came to 1525dkk for two.
