Experience: I ordered online after going to this location in person once and the chicken was good in person. So I ordered 10 piece in soy garlic BBQ W/ the medium fries. I wanted a combo but they give very little fries when you do a combo so I ordered a medium truffle fries on the side. Taste: Bland. That’s just the reality. You would have to stack on all of their seasonings to get a really good taste when I went in person. I put the honey butter seasoning, and Cajun garlic seasoning together, which gave the chicken a bit more better flavor but honestly, they charge you for that and putting seasoning on top of chicken doesn’t season the meat. IFYKYK. The fries aren’t crispy they’re hard soft. Which is confusing to me. I used to really like shoestring french fries but lately I’m noticing that it’s dry if that makes sense. The truffle was minimal just a little sprinkle on top. If it even truly is truffle I don’t know what it is. There’s no salt or pepper. No flavor on the fries at all. Even McDonald’s puts salt on their fries. Rating: In person: 6/10 Ordering: 4/10

I was really excited to try this, especially the chicken but when the food came it was uncooked but the fries were really good. I had really high expectations but the girl at the register has really great energy and is really sweet.

Great chicken place. Way better than going to popeyes or KFC. They have a ton of flavors to choose from and it's made fresh to order so be prepared to wait a bit for your food. It's totally worth it. You can order online if the waits an issue but it's kind of nice to do grocery shopping and then sit for a few after while the food is prepared. I got Cajun garlic wings which are really tasty. They also stayed crispy until I got home so that's a huge plus. The service was great too. The cashier is supper friendly and sweet. Definitely give the place a try.

Their chicken is soooo good! The soy garlic sauce is it!! We also tried the cajun shrimp and onion rings, everything was fresh and delicious! Been here twice now, both times we had a pleasant experience with the food and cashiers Elizabeth and Hannah

This spot is so good. Customer service is great. The girl at the register Natalie is so nice. She made me feel welcome. I will definitely come back. Oh yeah the chicken is so fresh and juicy. I love the kimchi fried rice is my favorite and the fried calamari so delicious 😋

Chicken was good and crunchy. The honey butter fries were yummy. I ordered dark meat meal and white meat chicken tenders meal with Sweet potato fries. I will definitely order again.

The food was amazing; the chicken was nice and crispy. I got the soy honey garlic; it wasn't too overpowering, which was great. Hannah had amazing customer service; she greeted me with a smile and answered all the questions I had. She also greeted me goodbye once I was done eating. Will be back again.

One of the best Korean fried chicken in the city! I am so happy Rockstar chicken is here so I don’t have to go to the city all the time to get Korean fried chicken. Korean hot sweet chili and soy garlic flavor is our favorite so far! Chicken is juicy, tender and seasoning is just right. Also, the staff in the front is always very friendly and welcoming.

Rokstar Chicken (which stands for Republic Of Korea Star) is located on the 4th Floor in the Food Hall of The Bronx Terminal Market Mall by Exterior Ave. & 150/151 St. This Korean fast food restaurant has only been there for a couple of weeks & it's great! The 1st to open in the Bronx with 4 others in the Burroughs of New York. You don't have to go all the way downtown to Korea-town to get fresh, delicious Korean street food any more if you're in The Bronx. So if you're shopping in any of the stores in this Mall you must make a stop here & get a bite to eat! Or some takeout. The place is brightly lit & cheery colors & the staff is friendly & ready to serve you. The owner is equally accommodating. Our Yelp Elite Group Event was held here for a most filling & tasteful sampling of their menu items. We also enjoyed an interesting & creative Match up game with stimulating food questions called Foodie Speed Networking where we made new foodie friends & answered 3 food related questions, in addition to the complimentary gift tote bags & mini umbrellas that our host & leader Shah prepared for us.
