Roland Restaurant Review - Singapore - The Infatuation

"Everyone in the country has an opinion on who makes the best chili crab, but almost everyone agrees that Roland’s was the first. Housed above a multi-story parking lot, it’s not the easiest place to find but it’s well worth the search. Roland’s specializes in traditional Singaporean seafood, and while the sweet and spicy crab is the star here, it would be a mistake not to get the black sauce prawns and the crispy baby squid, which tastes like calamari tater tots. Go with a big group, get a bucket (or three) of Tiger beer, and eat until the parking lot empties out." - Anthony Eu

Roland’s Restaurant is one of those classic, no-frills diners that delivers exactly what you hope for: great food, friendly service, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I stopped by for breakfast on a weekend morning, and the experience was everything I hoped it would be—and more. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a regular. The staff greeted me with a smile and treated every guest with genuine warmth. There’s a true sense of community at Roland’s, and it’s clear that many of their customers come back again and again. I ordered the classic breakfast combo with eggs, bacon, home fries, and toast. Everything was cooked just right—the eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crisp, and the home fries had that perfect golden texture. The portions were generous, and the food came out hot and fast. Coffee refills were constant, which I always appreciate, and the coffee itself was fresh and flavorful. I also noticed that many of the other guests were enjoying pancakes and omelets, which looked amazing. I’ll definitely try those next time. If you’re looking for a reliable, satisfying meal in a comfortable setting, Roland’s is the place. It’s a true local gem that feels like home.

Classic breakfast diner. Generous pour on our mimosas. The food was delicious. I'm picky with my scrambled eggs, but they were done perfectly. Initially, service was slow. But she was alone and busy. We understood and were in no rush. The restroom was very clean.

Let’s call this a 4.5, as half stars should be a thing. I have lived in NH and basically Nashua my whole life and this was the first time I had ever come to Roland’s. I was greeted immediately by two servers to sit wherever and I bellied up to the bar since I was by myself. The service was quick, the food good and the people were friendly. I helped myself to a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich (and they grill the English muffin which is really the only way to have it) and some silver dollar pancakes on the side. I only give this a 4.5 as this is my first time here but I hope to come back. The owner came up to me while I was eating and asked if I knew of anyone who was looking for a job. It sounds like they have had some high turnover, as most people have experienced in food service, especially post Covid. They are hiring for an immediate weekend and week day position so if you know of anyone looking for work, tell them to stop on by! Some of these reviews make me sad and make me wonder if anyone commenting has ever worked in food service before. Working in restaurants and cafes or anything food related is harder now more than ever and I can only hope more people lead with compassion during their dining experiences. Regardless of what you feel entitled to, if you want your food a specific way, make it at home.

WOW today may 11 I went to Roland to have mother's day breakfast with my wife and was the first time in my life she had ever experienced not being served by al older white waitress because she of her husband being black now let me explain how horrible the treatment was and specifically give you detail, we walked in she told us to sit where ever we wanted too not to mention that look of ohhh ur with a black man hand in hand we both got from her, we sat down and waited and watch for 10 minutes before she came back to us not to mention she server 2 other white couples that came in after us, the place was not busy at all and only had about 7 people in there all together, she came over after ten minutes and said I'll b3 back to take ur order soon not offering any coffee or asking us what we wanted to drink all with having a look on her face, we sat there for an additional 5 minutes waiting for her to return but she did, she went behind the counter and proceeded to eat as she made eye contact with my wife, so at that point we both got up and walked out the door point taken, she never asked us any questions as to why we were leaving but just watched us walk out the door with a smirk, we will never return to Rolands ever again after that , we are not saying everyone there is racists but clearly this one particular waitress is, we want to repot this behavior to the owner and ket him know what our experience was and I will let other know about our bad experience was, my wife is still in shock of what she just experienced for the first time in her life

I have reviewed a lot of restaurants here in Nashville since I’ve moved from the West Coast. I can truly say hands-down if you’re looking for a local family restaurant this is the place. You will definitely be happy.

Google
First time here and it was great! Wonderful, friendly service and very fast. Place was clean and well spaced out. Waitresses were great at bringing coffee around and keeping our cups hot and full. Will definitely be returning to try out lunch and dinner menus!!

Google
Hours listed are wrong we knocked on the window for 10 minutes and everybody ignored us. Literally looked me in my eye then turned away. when you do actually get inside they stand in front of you and pressure you to order immediately. Not a family friendly place

Great place for breakfast! Love their food. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Yelp
We have lived in Nashua for almost 10 years and we've heard about Roland's pretty regularly but never stopped by. However, recently on a Saturday my fiance and I were looking for an affordable place to take my mother for an early dinner after a day of shopping. We stopped by mid-afternoon and were greeted promptly by a friendly waitress and a kind man that we later learned was the new owner of the restaurant. There were a lot of tasty looking items on the menu and their special board but my mom and fiance settled on the Fish n Chips and I ordered the Pork Chops. My pork chops were grilled perfectly and were nice and juicy. Both my mom and fiance raved about how crispy the batter was on their fish and how moist the fish was. I couldn't resist trying a little piece and it truly was delicious. I thought the portions were good and the prices were reasonable. If you're looking for some unfancy, simple comfort food I would highly recommend checking out Roland's.

Yelp
Roland's is a Nashua gem. Service is unmatched and food is homemade, delicious and portions are huge! Everyone is so welcoming when you walk in and the atmosphere has charm. Best haddock sandwich I've had in a LONG time. Breakfast is also excellent!

Suzanne W.

Yelp
Ordered breakfast for delivery today. It was delicious and good portion size!! Ordered steak and eggs with home fries. Was asked what temperature for the steak and was wry pleasantly surprised that not only was it rare as requested but a sizable portion that could be cooked that way (often you get a thin slice of steak that can only be cooked one way). The home fries were fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend Roland's! Very affordable and great quality

Yelp
Horrible experience from start to finish. We last visited Roland's Restaurant a little over a year ago. Surprised at the poor service and quality of the meals, I did a little research and found out It is under new management. The portions are much smaller, and the broiled haddock was horrible. We received our meals at separate times, and one was different from what we ordered. I sent it back for what we ordered, which still came back incorrectly--no adult beverages either, as their liquor license was suspended. One waitress was on for all the tables. We felt sorry for her. Not the Roland's Restaurant everyone knows and loves.'s

Yelp
My dad and I had to travel to Nashua today. Unlike me, he really only likes American food. He's always saying he's a meat and potato man. Lol. So I found this place in a search and thought it would be a place he'd enjoy. I was right! This little place is bigger than it looks. We walked in and were told to seat ourselves. We sat at a booth and saw the menu was already on the table. The waitress appeared soon after we sat down and took our drink orders. I asked her if the seafood was fresh or frozen and was very happy to hear it was fresh. I ordered the fish and chips with mashed potatoes and decided to try the butternut squash at her recommendation. Dad ordered the turkey dinner. He had his with the mashed potatoes and opted to also try the butternut squash. The fish was delicious and the portions were quite large. I'm so glad I tried the squash, too. It had a hint of cinnamon and was sweet and yummy. Dad really enjoyed his turkey as well. I ended up ordering the haddock nuggets to go for my daughter and she loved them. In total it was a little more than 50 dollars for the three meals and two sodas. Not a bad price for the serving sizes. Would definitely return again.

Yelp
The food and the service is below average, every time I go by there the place is empty, maybe one or two people in the restaurant which should tell everybody how good they are. I don't know who bankroll in this, but they're blowing through some major cash, keeping it afloat, his relative does good with the roast beef restaurant in Amherst. in my opinion, total fail.

Stephanie T.

Yelp
Used to be a great place . Service is terrible and food is overpriced . You'll also get kicked out by the waitress if your political views differ from hers !

Evelyn M.

Yelp
Fantastic food. We had the Falafel Wrap, Fish Sandwich and Chicken Kabob dinner- they were all outstanding. Fresh fish - beautiful vegetables. Perfectly cooked. Atmosphere is relaxed and the restaurant is very clean.

Dennis W.

Yelp
Have eaten here for many decades The server Denise(very French accent) has always remembered my"usual" Consistent food

Yelp
Under new ownership, smaller portions, and food not as good as before! Feel bad for the waitresses!

Yelp
Just wrnt yo Roland this pass weekk haven been in over a year and half we went for breakfast first thing all the prices on the menu you have yo add $1.00 to why New owner great now if the owner is the cook he better learn how to cook eggs over easy because both of ours weren't. Plus could they remove or open all the booths to be bigger or I just won't go to Roland's I'll fine another breakfast place , and he needs to add more pantries to each order I left their hungry I was really looking forward yo the pantries not nearly enough. Keep up the good work I'm sure you'll make.

Yelp
So many sites, not sure which one to use.....I read a bad review on this restaurant sometime ago and not sure where. Today my friend and I decided to go to Roland's again, one of our favorite restaurants in Nashua, and decide for ourselves. It was awesome. Chicken salad sandwiches, side salads and the best fries I ever ate. April, our waitress, is the sweetest person working there. We're glad we tried it again and didn't let one bad review keep us away. We will go back again. You must try the fries...Plus, they have a huge menu with all sorts of great dinners. We have never had a bad meal there and today was right on. Glad we went again and formed our own opinion.

Yelp
What a wonderful diner! When I walked in I felt like I was in an old town atmosphere with friendly servers and a great smell of home cooked meals. I chose the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and butternut squash. This was a great call...meat loaf had a good taste and the potatoes were smothered in a brown gravy the was delicious. However, the highlight of the meal was the squash....the best I've had outside my home. It was mashed and I believe the secret ingredient was cinnamon. This will be on my list of returns when I came back to town.

Yelp
Great food at affordable prices. The seafood is always fresh and on Saturday they have a prime rib that is great

Yelp
I do not recommend. Bread was stale. Way over priced. Prices as advertised are not accurate!!! Totally got robbed from them today. Be aware!

Yelp
We go all the time , father in law is there 2-3 times a week . Fast is great . Service is fast . Restaurant is clean .

Yelp
It was alright, my first visit was good even, I had some delicious lemonade, and the food was decent. However, I'm not from around here so it was a little confusing unsure where to sit, if we wait where to pay and some other things, staff was aloof. Now I came back and got scrambled eggs, to my surprise I had a hair in it, and I let it slide but found two more short after, keep in mind they were short black hairs and I have long, light brown hair. I would also say all of my order could've used more cook time, bacon, very fatty underdone, pancakes, pretty light underdone, as were my eggs. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Christine G.

Yelp
Been going to Roland's for over 30 years. Went twice last week. First time service was awful. Waitress spent all her time talking - loudly - with other waitress. Waited 5 minutes before she came over. Got soup and she plopped it on the end of the table. Never asked if we wanted anything after we finished our meals - no offer for dessert, coffee and had to ask for check because she was too busy yapping. I always loved the food here. Still do. I know prices are up everywhere but the new owner is going to price himself right out of business. Second visit with friend. We each had a sandwich, 1 order of onion rings (was extra) and 2 cokes - $40!! Service was good so $8 tip - but c'mon - $48 for sandwiches??

Yelp
A good little neighborhood restaurant established over 50 years ago. Roland's Restaurant is located at the corner of Kinsley Street and Ritter Street, next door to Roland's Variety Store. Roland's Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast menu offers egg dishes, pancakes, French toast, home fries, meats, hash, & the standard side orders. The lunch/dinner menu offers sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads, comfort foods, seafood, Italian dinners, pizza (10"), and desserts (pies, ice cream treats). Kids menu is available and beer & wine offered. The atmosphere is very classic and homey with L-shaped lunch counter seating, table and booth seating with breakfast menus at the tables. There are some old pictures on the wall of Roland's from back in its heyday. The food staging area behind the lunch counter and the kitchen window are visible from the open dining room. The clientele seen here are senior citizens and young families. I had a brief lunch here a few days ago. I ordered the Boneless Chicken Parmesan ($9.99) served with salad or soup. I opted for the cup of beef barley, which had ground beef, barley and vegetables in a tomato broth, a thick consistency with a similar taste to stuffed peppers filling. The 2 dinner rolls were served warm. The Chicken Parm was served on very hot metal plate since this entree was baked. It was a large breaded thick chicken cutlet topped with melted cheese and served over spaghetti & meat sauce, a good portion of food which was very tasty and filling. I needed a box to take the rest home. The service was good and attentive. Also, the servers and the kitchen staff looked very busy, constantly communicating food orders and hustling back and forth between tables and the food staging area, a solid crew here. NOTE: Cash only, no credit cards accepted. OPEN HOURS: Mon-Sat: 5AM-8PM; Sun: 6AM-2PM

Yelp
This is the first time I've ordered from Roland's! I got a grilled cheese! Very very reasonably priced, really delicious, quick, and really nice staff!

Yelp
Went this weekend food was ok waitress was very friendly. (Linda) took awhile for are food then over heard a guy bitching to waitresses very unprofessional!!!!!! We asked who is that and we were told the owner Billy. We will NEVER return to this place as long as owner still runs it. Thank you Linda for great service!

Yelp
Just got done with breakfast at Roland's. I stopped by on the recommendation of a friend (not Ian W, but I think I need to start following him around!) The breakfast was good, nothing great but everything was done well. Eggs, Toast, home fries, and hash. I tried their beans as well, their beans were just a little too sweet for my tastes. I tend to like them savory as opposed to sweet. It's obvious that the shop has a Greek heritage and I was hopping to see some a few Greek items on the menu, but even the specials board was all American (that is if you consider French Toast American, which I do.) Staff was friendly and attentive. Lots of the folks in the shop were regulars as the conversation between the wait staff and the customers, and from customer to customer was frequent and familiar. Coffee refills where dispersed with friendly efficiency. I think I will have to go back and try the lunch and/or dinner menu and see if they have any of the Greek specials. They still have a cash only policy, but since the prices aren't very high, that shouldn't be a problem to most of you.

Yelp
Fantastic classic food, homemade and local. I've been living in Texas for the past twenty years and every time I come into town I have to go to Rolands and eat. The food is delicious and the wait staff are just great. Rolands is truly a local gem that needs to be experienced.

Cindy D.

Yelp
Always have had great food. Great Customer Service. We used to go a lot before my husband had some health issues hit once those are all taken care of we will be going again. We often use the take out . Love that when I call an order in they know who I am and what I am ordering. The seafood is great never had it as good any where else close to home. My husband likes the pasta or lasagna........... Cindy and Don Davis

Jamie B.

Yelp
Called to talk to the owner and ended up on the phone with a VERY RUDE cook telling me that he had no idea why i was calling a restaurant during lunch time to talk to the owner that wasn't there, mind you I was told to call back at this time to speak with the owner when i called earlier this morning. DO NOT EVER TRY TO CALL THEM.
google avatar

Shermin M.

Yelp
I love this place however what's a big turn off is one of the waitresses Coughs without covering her mouth. It wasn't just one time i have gone here many times and always notices her coughing. The owner needs to teach his staff on how to cough while serving food.
google avatar

Ryen M.

Yelp
The food would keep you coming back; but the management would leave you running to the hills. I was shocked at the behavior of the manager who was screaming at his employee. He even followed her outside of the building. It was seriously something out of a lifetime movie. I was appalled I believe it's the owners brother. They seriously need new management. That poor girl I could only imagine, my heart was so upset for her. The food is good but not good enough for anyone to go when they treat their employees like garbage. I don't care who you are you do not yell and screams at your employee, let alone chase them to their car and try to open the door.
google avatar

Nicole M.

Yelp
I have been eating at Roland's restaurant since before I was born. Recently, it's been our family's go to on Friday nights for dinner. The waitresses Diane and Lisa usually work on Friday nights and know our family by name and about things that are going on in our lives. Talk about family restaurant. I have never had a meal here that was disappointing so I will not even recommend a dish, because whatever you get, it will be home cooked and delicious! Patrons keep in mind this place closes at 8pm, be sure to have an early dinner! This place is also really only set up for groups no larger than 4.

AJ M.

Yelp
This place is the BEST!!! Y fame and I have been coming here ever since I can remember. Greta prices, good food and the service is always amazing. I love this place. Very consistent. We go about 3 times a month. Always interesting specials. It's a nice old school dinner. Best breakfast in town.
google avatar

Amy J.

Yelp
The food here is excellent. atmosphere great nice and clean definitely one of my favorite places to go. Unfortunately the service is not so great i waited to order for 10 min while the waitresse's were standing around talking food came out fearly fast but took forever to get drink refills bc my waitress again was just talking and didn't even come over once to see how we we're doing or if we needed anything so 4 stars on food no stars on service

Yelp
Rolands is a very nice place to eat with your family anytime so go check it out because the food is amazing and it is very nice and classical

Yelp
a hidden gem for sure for breakfast. had to kill some time while buying a car and found this by accident and glad i did. great staff. quick service and pretty damn good breakfast

Jeannie S.

Yelp
Extremely basic, standard unhealthy breakfast options - seriously, the menu is the size of a large greeting card - there's not even an option of getting fresh fruit, oatmeal or anything remotely healthy - eggs were dry, as another poster commented - hash browns were salty, raw & starchy, white toast was on generic Texas Toast style bread (I don't like this carb-fest, but to each their own...) - Hash browns & Toast were brought home for a treat for my dogs - all that being said, this is a great place for inexpensive prices and friendly, fast service To touch on comment by another poster mentioning a waitress with a thick French accent, what is it with these French-influenced local restaurants and beans? Beans as an option for breakfast is just gross to me - Restaurant has Greek theme but clearly influenced by French This will be my last visit - this place is not for me
google avatar

Brian G.

Yelp
Great food and the most pleasant service we have seen anywhere in a really long time. Prices are really good and desert is homemade. This was our first visit but not our last. Fresh Seafood!

Dee H.

Yelp
Usually order dine in and take out here as the seafood is usually good. haddock dinner at $11.95 and up charge to rings goes to $17.16. I asked for their house made tartar she says we don't have any. I asked do you have even the packets referring to The cheap Kraft ones they usually try to give you instead of the house containers. She said yes there's some In the bag. Get home, no tartar sauce. I call where she chats with the cook and confirms they don't give them out on broiled haddock. The girls worked there for years as she's been in there since I moved to Nashua in 2014. She says do you live close and I said no. Says she will offer "a % off next visit." Yea that seems legit.. let's try them again for a % off so they can tell you stories and charge you $17 for a side salad and onion rings. Haddock sucks plain. Even with ketchup it's just not the same. Go to Surf or Lobster Boat. Seems like this place can't handle customer service and providing essential condiments. Yea sure... let's drive back and now eat my haddock cold. Job seems simple. Seafood... tartar sauce. Don't tell people it's in the bag if after 4 years of working there you don't have a clue but rather just tell people it's in there. Why don't you put it in if it's broiled haddock? If it's fried maybe you do? Stupidest thing I've heard in a while.

Keith R.

Yelp
They have the best breakfast in Nashua for sure. Although I believe that says it all, Yelp will not post unless I write more. That should be enough I would think
google avatar

Maddy P.

Yelp
Went with my boyfriend this morning. My food was awful, the eggs under cooked, home fries under cooked to the point of being raw and my toast burnt. The only real issue I had was the potatoes. I didn't want to pay for them because I didn't eat them. I have no issue paying for food I eat, but as I stated I didn't eat them. My waitress kindly removed them from my tab but another waitress with a thick French accent stood across the room talking smack about how I was being cheap and just didn't want to pay for my meal. In response I left a $10 tip for the waitress who removed the order of potatoes. Money is not an issue, I promise I will not be returning to this place I've eaten at for 10 years.
google avatar

Jackie O.

Yelp
They serve the BEST fish and seafood around! I would never eat fish until I started coming here. They have daily specials, all homemade with love. A must try if you have never been. The wait staff is top notch and friendly. You won't leave disappointed.

Mike D.

Yelp
Excellent breakfast today. Terrific service, perfect alignment of pepper coarseness to shaker exit hole diameter,.. all in all the best customer experience imaginable. Grab your wallet and head on down to the best kept secret in Nashua.

Hazel B.

Yelp
This is a nice neighborhood restaurant. And the prices are reasonable. Having said that: I had breakfast there today and it is very subpar my scrambled eggs were burnt the bacon was merely warmed up and tasty greasy while I would love to frequent this mom-and-pop place I'm afraid it's off my list now. To contrast and compare I would go so far as to say that Denny's is far more desirable for breakfast! Soooooo I love the neighborhood restaurant so I decided to go back one evening and try their turkey dinner they claim to be real turkey and it is sadly it's not very good be accompanying gravy looks like yellow holding the dressing was Brian and tasted horrible french fries however we're good. Soooo........ I tried this place again last night for dinner I had their fried chicken dinner and I can tell you it was horrible only good thing was the salad. The dinner was a very tiny wing, back, small breast and a small leg... all over cooked Soooo.... I won't be back!

Wendy S.

Yelp
We have lived in Nashua since the early eighties, and can now NOT BELIEVE we had not visited this "hidden jewel"! I had heard that their seafood was great and so I asked my husband to take me for my Birthday. Rolands is a small Mom and Pop type eatery, where you seat yourself. They have daily specials written on a white-board, as well as the regular menu items. Our waitress, Kelley, as well as all of the other staff, were very attentive and friendly. Very knowledgable about the menu items, etc. We both ordered the seafood platter, and they did NOT disappoint! Most establishments now a days, give you tons of fries or onion rings, and really skimp on the "seafood". Not at Rolands! Haddock peices, shrimp so big, it had to be butterflied, not overly "stomachy" clams, sweet and tender, and the scallops...o my! I would go back just for those! Succulent, juicy, meaty and sweet. The breading was perfect...not greasy or soggy at all. Normally, my husband is really picky about his seafood, and ends up smothering it in tartar (which was provided).....I was literally shocked that he did not use ANY tartar sauce at all! He asked our waitress if she had a marker. When she replied that she did, he asked her to write HIS name on the booth, and save the space for us! The one and only drawback? It was a cold night, and every time someone came in or out, you really did feel a cold breeze, but, this is also due to the establishment being on the smaller side. If their other dishes are half as good as the one we consumed (by the way, could not finish it all)....then, we are fans, and will definetely be back!! We had drinks, salad, soup, entrees and dessert, and only dropped right around $50! Thanks, Rolands and your staff....we will be back to see you!

Yelp
Friendly service in a clean, comfortable restaurant. Salads were crisp and fresh. The Spinach pita (spanikopita) was perfect; my mom and I shared an order and it was more than enough for 2 people. My dad got the veal parmigiana, which consisted of a good-sized veal cutlet, pasta, and a perfectly seasoned sauce. My daughter ordered a milkshake; I guess people don't order milkshakes very often here, because it took some doing to get the shake made! But our nice waitress managed to get it done and my daughter really liked it, as well as the chicken fingers and fries that she ordered. Would definitely eat here again and recommend to others.

Clay W.

Yelp
I have all ways loved this place. I have been going since the late 1980's. Never a bad meal although I mostly go in the morning for breakfast. All the wait staff have been there forever. I moved away in 15 yrs ago but always stop in when I am I in town.

Carole S.

Yelp
I am a frequent customer here for breakfast, however no more! I happen to bring 2 of my grandchildren for breakfast last week and had the french waitress. She was as rude as rude can be and practically threw my creamer for my coffee. My grandson got sick and threw up while my other grandson ran to get napkins. Our waitress came over without an offer to help and grabbed the napkins that I hadnt used yet and said "dont use these, they are to expensive!" I asked what she thought I should do to pick it up off seat and off my grandson. She looked away and maybe 2 minutes later came back and threw a few paper towels on the table. I will never go back when she is working again! She is lucky I even left her a tip

Joe C.

Yelp
We have gone to this place for several year's for is great employee's are super. But something has changed their coffee is awful complained to waitress and went back next weekend and same coffee is awful . WE WON'T BE BACK BECAUSE OF IT. TO BAD OWNER DOE'S NOT LISTEN TO HIS CUSTOMER'S .

Dave B.

Yelp
This plAce is a dump. Outdated and and staff is over friendly. The food is average with a large assortment of meals from breakfast to dinners. The restaurant needs a major overhaul with menus, cooks, staff and decor it is stuck in the early 80's. I would go back if it was updated.

Steve P.

Yelp
Stop by Rolands today for lunch. You cannot beat the food and at such great price tops on my list. Even though it was warm outside you have to try the home made soup, chichen with rice the best.

C S.

Yelp
Love the turkey dinner. I think it's even better that Harts Turkey Farm. Always friendly and quiet. Wish there were more places like Roland's around.

Yelp
I've eaten at Roland's several times. For one thing they now take credit cards. The food is very good especially the seafood. The portions are ample and the prices are good. I also like the homey atmosphere and the friendly service. Definitely a good value.
