The Best Sandwich Shops in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Roli Roti got its start in a San Francisco food truck. Now in a Las Vegas food hall, the sandwich and rotisserie restaurant is serving its porchetta sandwiches with juicy pork, lightly sweet onion marmalade, and bitter arugula on a ciabatta roll with rosemary sea salt." - Janna Karel

Downtown’s New Food Hall Has Ube Bread Pudding and Late-Night Ramen | Eater Vegas

"A business that grew from a fleet of Bay Area food trucks to its first brick-and-mortar in Las Vegas, featuring a back wall lined with rotating chickens and pork tenderloins used for porchetta and rotisserie chicken sandwiches served on ciabatta." - Janna Karel

Service was polite, professional, and prompt. Sandwich was tasty with fresh vegetables and wonderful bread. I felt like it could have had a little better portion size of its signature chicken. (Pics added) Presentations & concepts seem yummy and good. I will try again on my next visit and see if I can change to five.

Google
I used to have Roli Roti all the time at the Ferry Building in San Francisco & I was delighted when they opened a proper food stall here in Vegas. I get my favourites here. I like that the menu is simple. The chicken & sides are always mouth watering & delicious. It's so nice to have a healthy option to eat at! The staff that work here are very friendly which I really appreciate, they stand out in the food court. For me this is one of the best additions to Fremont's remodel. They are consistent & keep me coming back for more.

Google
Tuck away in the hotel, this is a nice clean, affordable and value for money food court. Roti Roli food is great.

Google
Great food. Ordered the 1/4 chicken with 2 sides which was plenty for 2 people. Chicken was tender and moist. The Brussels sprouts were disappointing Loved the fact you can clearly see all food being prepared.

Google
Horrible food and the service matched the quality. Half chicken looked good until you turn it over and blood starts pouring out. They were cutting corners turning the rotisserie chicken maker off while people are still coming in . We showed them and they came back 2 min later with another bloody half. A lady at the counter decided to keep eating her bloody quarter chicken while we got a partial refund for their incompetent service and food.

Google
It is located in the food court of the Fremont Hotel. Offering mostly bbq type foods, either plate or sandwich style. Nothing to write home about. Pulled pork was good but cold, Brussel Sprouts way to over cooked and mushy, potatos not bad.

Google
Perfect, delicious food. I plan to eat here every Vegas trip forward. This place like very little you can find in Vegas....The chicken was excellent. The pulled pork sandwich, even better. Worth the visit I assure you.

Yelp
Located inside the Fremont Casino, offered friendly service and fresh food. I enjoyed the garderi salad twice, bushel sprouts and fingerling potatoes. The food was really tasty. They offer rotisserie chicken and sandwich options for my carnivore friends. Place appears to be very clean. It's is located amongst other restaurants in an eatery environment with plenty of seating. Definitely recommend !

Yelp
First time trying this place. Located in the Fremont Hotel & Casino in DowntownLas Vegas. It's part of the food court amongst a few other food stalls. I wanted to try it since they offer healthier choices. Chicken was a bit dry inside so I didn't finish it but they do offer Brussels Sprouts as a side which I love. Thank you for that guys! Order food at the counter then find a table to dine at. When you're finished please dispose your items and return the tray at their counter. Enjoy!

Yelp
I remember Roli Roti at curbside at the Ferry Building for so long while I worked in the FiDi for many years. It was a pleasant surprise to see them at the Fremont Hotel a week ago. I ordered the half chicken with potatoes and ordered Woeski a porchetta plate with brussels sprouts. What you're getting is a no-frills plate of rotisserie goodness. The food came out quickly and big thanks to the staff. Oh and by the way, the piri piri sauce is really spicy. I opted for their balsamic dressing as a dipping sauce for the chicken and it worked out beautifully.

Yelp
Porchetta sando all day! For around $12 for a decent sized sandwich downtown and the epic taste that comes from every bite, you can't beat it. I imagine this spot will become very busy and popular over time but being that it's so new, it was nice to not have to wait in line during dinner time. Workers were very friendly and made additional suggestions although I was fine with just the sando. It's located towards the back of the new food hall in the Fremont Hotel and had a nice clean, good vibe to the area. Definitely recommend

Yelp
As a food truck, Roli Roti (short for Rolling Rotisserie) has long lines in the Bay Area and often sells out of food. No waiting inside Fremont Casino's new food court and the order came out fast. The porchetta sandwich ($13) is their most popular, made from slices of free range pork tenderloin rolled up and covered with a pork belly crust, then rotisserie cooked. The herbs, lemon zest, onion marmalade, meat drippings, and arugula on a fresh ciabatta roll make it all stand out. Their corn-fed and non-GMO chicken is slow roasted on the rotisserie and infused with rosemary, coming in whole ($21), half ($12), and quarter sizes. The Roli combo ($10) is a quarter, and it's a large breast/wing or thigh/drumstick, along with fresh potatoes or Brussels sprouts. The breast and wing were delicious and not at all dried out. Roli Roti potatoes ($4) are whole organic fingerlings, drizzled with drippings from the rotisserie and seasoned with homemade rosemary sea salt. Different and good. Roli Roti offers healthier, unfried food at reasonable prices and though they claim to be 'America's first gourmet rotisserie food truck' (they were not), their food is still a notch or two above most other fast food places. I also like how they cook and prepare your food out in the open, right in front of you, all of them gloved and masked. Currently their hours are 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. - if you're at the Fremont Street Experience, duck inside the casino or if driving, park on Ogden and enter at the food court's side door for a quick in and out. Lots of seating inside and everything there looks spotless.

Yelp
I found my new secret cheap eats spot in Fremont! The lady who served us was very friendly and the food came out in less than 5 minutes. I got the pork sandwich and my boyfriend got the prime rib sandwich and we did the half sandwich and soup combo. To be honest I was worried this wouldn't hold us over for the night but it's a deceptively filling portion! The pork was so well marinated and juicy it had caramelized onions that were well done. My boyfriend's prime rib was dripping in gravy and had a good amount of horseradish too. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for an easy bang for your buck.

Yelp
Pulled chicken sandwich had very little chicken and way too many red peppers (which I love) It was a pepper sandwich with a little bit of chicken. Side of Brussels sprouts were served virtually raw. I couldn't bite through them and sent them back. They opened at 4pm and sweet lady at the counter said it happens often because they aren't cooked in time to serve at 4pm. Over $20 for a sandwich, side and drink, plus tip. Terrible meal, 2 stars for service. Don't believe the great pics on the menu, not so.

Yelp
We got the pork entrée and half chicken entree. The pork was on the dry side. I wish they offered a sauce to go with the pork. With the pork, I got the brussels sprouts which were nice because it's so hard to find vegetables when you're on vacation! The half chicken was delicious and the potatoes were so yummy. I wanted to try the sandwich, but i thought the bread would be a bit too filling.

Yelp
Had the half chicken with potatoes. Chicken has a really good seasoning on it. Potatoes have a great flavor from the chicken/meat juice falling on them. We also got the prochetta sandwich with potatoes. Really good

Lorenzo D.

Yelp
Their porchetta sandwich is so delicious and yellow two fingers potatoes too.. I think the portions are great for your money....

Calvin M.

Yelp
Gave it a 2 star primarily because the 2 garden salads that we ordered were extremely SALTY to the point where it stopped use from eating more than half of it. Rotisserie chicken was good & also the potatoes! Prime rib sandwich was good too. Handcrafted lemonade was good.

Vincent T.

Yelp
We ordered the porchetta sandwich, rotisserie chicken, and porchetta combo plate and everything was fantastic. The chicken was slightly overcooked but still delicious, especially with the included sauce that was a little spicy yet very flavorful. The porchetta was really good and definitely worth getting in either the sandwich or plate form (which are basically the same except the plate is deconstructed without bread). The meat was tender and the skin was crispy and well-seasoned. Everything was also reasonably priced as well.

Junito C.

Yelp
Chicken is dry. The small garderi salad is really small for $6:00. Only good thing was the fingerling potatoes.

Alan E.

Yelp
Had the pork, chicken and brussle sprouts. The pork was amazing, crispy exterior and moist center. The chicken was a little dry, but had great flavor. The brussle sprouts were pretty bad, unfortunately. They were large and undercooked. Cooked better and maybe even some charred edges and they would be delicious.

Stephanie S.

Yelp
Savery goodness. Both the pork and chicken were delicious. Loved the potatoes and brussel sprouts too! Service was fast and friendly.

The Wild M.

Yelp
Overdone and dry! No sauce! No flavor! New business but no new flavor! Just don't do it! Not worth the try!

Debbie C.

Yelp
I was excited about this place as I love the one in San Francisco however the Porchetta was very dry and semi cold. What a big disappointment!
