"Alameda is getting in on the rolled ice cream trend with Roll & Bowl, which is anticipating a December opening at 2302 Encinal Avenue. The shop is promising unusual flavors like intensely black charcoal." - Janelle Bitker

I love coming here with my family. The food is delicious, my 4 year old says their popcorn chicken is her favorite food. I’ve had the noodle bowl which was good, portion is just right. Rolled ice cream is creamy. My only complaint is they can be a bit skimpy with toppings on the ice cream but overall, I still love it and would keep coming back. Also I LOVE the music, 90s R&B ballads.

Google
This place never disappoints. I go here specifically for the durian ice cream. I love how fresh the ingredients are, how fast the service is and the staffs are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended and will be coming here again.

Hello! I drove to this place because of its rating, and didn’t realize that all reviews are old (more than a year ago). I don’t know what happened to this place, maybe the management moved to Hawaii, but this is what I experienced today. 1. Service. When I entered the place, the cashier asked if I want a take-out, and I said that I want to eat here. The mask didn’t cover her nose, and she took my order. Than she moved to another corner of the place to cook my meal, so it was the same person who was the chef and the cashier. She didn’t return my receipt, didn’t even look at the screen to see that I tipped her well. After 5-10 min she have me my order in a plastic box and in a plastic bag while I said that I want to eat here. Please see all pictures attached 🤷🏼‍♀️. 2. Food. The meal was relatively good, while the oil in which was prepared seemed to be old and I believe that it was not changed from the morning. Please see the picture attached 🤦‍♀️. 3. Environment. I was having a dinner there and I was the only person in the cafe. While I was eating the same cashier/chef went inside and began producing a very loud sound. I highly recommend avoiding this place, because of its service, quality of the food, and place itself. Place pay attention to this review and enjoy your dinner at some other place🍛!

Google
Cute little restaurant + ice cream roll shoppe. Great, fast service. Loved the selection for rolled ice cream. My husband and I got a oreo combination. Yum!

Google
Delicious food, amazing ice cream, UNLIMITED TOPPINGS, but a tad pricey. The lights are a little weird because they continue to change color but it's a fun/chill vibe. Dinner was $10 and dessert was almost $10.

The flavors was good but missing variety. Prices were great and costumer service. The family enjoyed it and loved the originality of how the options are served.

Google
Yummy and super cool ice cream method! I had the rolled coffee with sliced bananas. Sweet customer service, cool music and overall wonderful vibe.

Google
I'm sorry to give a low review, I tried to order 2 bowls and an ice cream, but was brought a completely different order, way under the price of what we got. I got a reorder, and the same exact thing happened. I was not able to get a refund and now we're out almost $50 and have no icecream on this hot afternoon. Additionally, the bowls we got (despite our order) were very bland, we had to add a lot of salt.

Yelp
I went here to get out of the office for lunch. I went shortly after their opening hours. The interior was sparsely lit so I had to make sure it was indeed open. Open entering, I was promptly greeted at the chilly entrance and found myself looking for seating at the warmest corner. I sat closest to the window to get a view of the people passing by and hind from the intermittent gusts. The weather called for a soup so I ordered a wonton soup with added shrimp. I was worried that the soup wouldn't be enough as some other places only give you 4-6 dumplings. It was not the case here. The serving was generous, piping hot, and definitely homemade style. The chicken was crunchy and hot. I was super satisfied with my lunch pick and would come back for dinner and dessert.

Crystal S.

Yelp
Food is made quickly when I got around 7/8PM it's not crowded. The space is very clean and they have an amazing music playlist.

Haley T.

Yelp
Ice cream was pretty good for a decent price. Came on a Tuesday afternoon before the school rush. Ordered the strawberry and Oreo ice cream with Oreo crumbs. Recommend bringing cash! They have surcharge for CC use. Parking can be tough. The restaurant interior is pretty small. Not great for groups. Staff was nice and efficient.

Brenda R.

Yelp
Came in for rolled ice cream on a hot day. They were quick. Loved that they use real fruit, makes a big difference. Will be back. I love whip cream with mine, they don't have any. Will still be back.

Mark F.

Yelp
Had the Basil Chicken and Rice with a fried egg and it was perfect. Need to come back and try the rolled ice cream.

Yelp
Venue is next door to Sidestreet Pho. It has a counter to order and pickup food from, with about 6 tables inside. I tried the beef bone marrow soup from others reviews but unfortunately it tasted watered down to me and not really that satisfying of a meal.

Masen J.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. The ambiance is great for the innovative way of presenting ice cream.

Yelp
The BFF and I were taking our older kids to a concert at the Fox theatre. Which meant we needed to fill the time we waited for them and do so kid-friendly since we had her 1 littles in tow. So on to Yelp I went. Found this cute spot that would offer dinner and a dessert they'd enjoy and let's not lie we would enjoy as well. Easy to find but parking is a bit of a nightmare. It was 7:30 on a Thursday and although I'm sure street parking in plentiful during the day not so much once everyone is home and tucked in. We found a parking garage about 2 blocks away. Walked into this place and albeit its cozy there are seats and tables for dine-in. Well lit. Clean and music was at a comfortable volume. We were greeted by the cheerful person behind the Covid friendly plexiglass. Asked if we wanted ice cream and I kindly let them know after dinner. I ordered spam fried rice, honey basil chicken, garlic noods and salt and pepper pork. Food came out in a timely manner. We 4 shared it all family style. Spam fried rice was a hit as was the honey basil chicken. The chicken was nicely breaded and fried crisp. Then drizzle in a honey sauce served with rice and garnished with fried basil leaves. The Salt & Pepper I wanted to love. Unfortunately, every piece had a bone in it. We had to warn the littles. I also ordered a couple to-go's for when the kids got out of their concert. A basil chicken with egg and rice and for my son the vegetarian a salt and pepper tofu and rice. Glad I did that, because when they got out of the concert had worked up an appetite. On to the ice cream. This place offers a pretty substantial menu of flavors for their rolled ice cream. I had their ube ice cream topped with boba. Niece had green tea ice cream topped with boba. Nephew had cinnamon toast crunch ice cream and topped with mini marshmallows. The bff order a Nutella banana ice cream and topped it with fresh banana and drizzle of condensed milk. They were all YUM!!!! Customer service was on point. Love that they over full meals and not just snacks. Their ice cream was delicious. They even had a durian flavored ice cream if that's your thing. Price was decent. They don't have bathrooms for customers but there's a Jack in the Box just a few doors down. On a weekday they close at 9..dont know what their hours are on the weekends. I'd visit again

Ana F.

Yelp
I ordered brownie with banana & chocolate syrup. It was absolutely delicious! So happy to know that there's an ice cream rolls shop that does not disappoint in the East Bay! They have a great variety of flavors. I'd advocate for more toppings such as gummy bears :) but not a deal breaker. Will certainly be having this again!

Jess C.

Yelp
Always nice workers and service. Good, quick, affordable food. And tasty and aesthetic rolled ice cream. Smaller sized restaurant but there is seating inside, nice and clean. Prices are okay, parking is meh but not as challenging depending on when you go. Nice place to go for dessert when you're wanting something sweet!

Serena I.

Yelp
Thanks for the amazing ice cream again. Here's another one from when I came here earlier today.

Maggie H.

Yelp
Rolling ice cream and poke in the same spot?! Yes pleaseeeee. The base of the ice cream is made from their very own homemade recipe and is rich & creamy with the right amount of sweetness. I like how they have a variety of flavors especially those that you don't see in every ice cream shop such as charcoal. My favorite is ube (purple yam), which isn't the artificial kind. They add in the real thing to make it more authentic. Decor is also on point. They have a wall full of motivational quotes. Definitely felt the love and positive vibes. And of course, very instagram/Snapchat worthy lol it's also very entertaining to watch your ice cream being made and they make that space available for people to watch. I did notice that compared to other rolling ice cream places I've been to, their ice cream doesn't melt as quick so you have time to get that picture perfect shot without having to eat melted parts of the ice cr. Can't wait to try more flavors and their poke the next time I visit!

Yelp
We randomly found this place and the food was really good. We ordered the Basil chicken rice bowl and spicy Wonton soup. Good portions, but more importantly it was very flavorful and legit spicy. We will be back.

Wendi W.

Yelp
Very good spicy noodle soup and wonton, perfect for the winter time! If you have only been here for their ice cream, definitely give their food a try.

Tori F.

Yelp
WOW! I mean WOW! The soup I had was AMAZING! I had the Beef Bone Marrow Spicy Noodle Soup, soooo much flavor. I was almost going to get pho tonight but decided to check this place out and it was way better than the pho I was craving. Going to be craving this secret spot. Also to add, the service was very good as well. The ladies working were very accommodating and friendly. Everyone should try this place. Going to try their ice cream next time!

Figofilucky T.

Yelp
Let see what to review Ice cream always good esp my fav durian. Used to be a lot of good food and snack Now they turn it to the soup stand which is a big no no in the summer. I wish they still have the garlic noodle, and fried food. So i think wont be back anytime soon till they change it back. Soup no bueno tried couple item the lotus cake was so hard . Chinese donut was old .only the fish ball that taste ok.

Kozy S.

Yelp
Food 6/10 -wonton soup -pork bone marrow soup Service 0/10 The server had a poor attitude and did not meet us with the same grace and respect in her customer service as she did others. She gave us one cup of water for two people, which by the way, she never brought to our table after we had ordered it. Ambiance 0/10 The server was not serving :( #boo !

Kristin Q.

Yelp
Food: 8/10 Service: 7/10 Portion size: medium Value: 8/10 We ordered the dan dan spicy soup noodle, garlic noodles with chicken and miso- glazed chilean seabass. And for dessert we got the red bean and ube ice cream rolls! First of all, I love how you can get both a delicious meal and dessert all in one place! It is more of a seat yourself, pay at the counter sort of place. My favorite was the dan dan spicy soup noodle. It had lots of flavor and was pretty filling with lots of minced meat and noodles. The garlic noodles were also delicious. Chicken was tender but I do wish there was more garlic! The seabass was also delicious. Had very good flavor but a tad overcooked. The dessert was awesome. This is more their specialty. They make it in front of you and it starts with just liquid and they chop everything up and roll it into ice cream! I tried the ube and then hubby got the red bean. You can get unlimited toppings too! Also there are vegan and gluten free desserts as well!

Tara M.

Yelp
Just FANTASTIC! My son and I went for National Ice Cream Day to check out "Rolled ice cream." Watching was a fun process. We took ours to go and LOVED THEM! My son ordered his with chocolate chips, I don't remember the flavor but he enjoyed the flavor and texture. I ordered gluten and dairy free almond ice cream with chopped almonds. The flavor was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the crunch from the almonds. Great service! We liked what they had on the menu so will be returning for lunch to go with our next ice cream order.

Yelp
Spicy Beef noodle soup bowl That Taste is what I want Yummy

Amy C.

Yelp
The food here is amazing! I have returned three times and highly recommend the wonton soup and Thai curry. The chef (who also works the register) simmers the broth for 24 hours and makes the wonton filling by hand. These two dishes have been very soothing when my stomach is upset. Hidden secret just off Park Street! Very cute decor as well!

Lexi H.

Yelp
First things first, this would've been a five star review if I had received the correct item. I ordered the spare ribs snack and the wonton soup. Instead I received the spicy wonton soup. Very frustrating. So thats the only bad. The good.... The portion sizes and quality for the price is great for these inflation days. The $13 wonton soup came with at least a dozen wontons and rice noodles. It was incredibly filling and I couldn't finish it. Next time, I will save half the soup and split it into two meals. The wontons had thin wrapping. they were savory and delicate. The spicy soup (that i didnt order, again wrong item) wasnt terrible but i couldnt taste the broth at all. All i tasted was chili oil. The spare ribs are more of a 4/5 rating. So when you first taste them, the fry coating is very plain. But the meat itself is extremely well seasoned, just not the batter. If these were even season with just salt and pepper on the outside, theyd be great. Eat them very carefully though, the bones are small, plentiful, and hard to see. Im excited to try more from this place.

Lii W.

Yelp
Food is great! Love their honey chicken, wonton soup and Thai basil chicken. The price is very reasonable, plus staff is super friendly. I highly recommend it! Almost become our go-to spot in Alameda every week.

Sarah A.

Yelp
Love this place! It's our go-to when we have no food to cook at home and it's the middle of the week. We are addicted to the garlic noodles with sausage. It's a portion large enough to share with the entire family if you order other side dishes. It's greasy, but worth it! We regularly order the popcorn chicken which comes with sweet chili dipping sauce, also a staple in our home. Sometimes we add other savory sides to our order, but honestly this place earns its five stars for their dessert. The perfectly rolled ice cream with endless choices of flavors-toppings-sauce combinations means ordering here never gets old. My favorite flavors are the Oreo, Nutella, strawberry and fruity pebbles. They also have interesting flavors like durian! I can't comment on the service or inside of the restaurant since we have only ever ordered delivery or takeout, but I will say it's the only place I've ordered frozen food where the store packs it on ice to ensure it arrives to the patron still cold. Talk about quality control!

Rachel D.

Yelp
Parking was easy , basic street parking, it was all empty spaces in front when i went. Customer service was excellent, very sweet nice employee who seemed to be the only one there. Lots of good food choices including veggie options. Ice cream options also include vegan choices of coconut milk substitute It was fun watching my ice cream rolls being made. My garlic noodles were ok. Could've been better had they not had an after taste of old oil. I really prefer butter when making garlic noodles, but , if you using oil... please make it fresh. The ice cream rolls were really good. We chose mango with coconut milk sub ( vegan) Strawberry with mixed fruit jelly. Both were very good.

Melissa Y.

Yelp
Excellent food, excellent service and the rolled ice cream is amazing! Really enjoyed the popcorn chicken and the soup based bowls were yummy.

Tu-Anh N.

Yelp
WHEN: Sunday @5:50pm *** This review takes place during another Covid-19 lockdown**** I've always been curious about this place--not for the rolled up ice cream but for the savory dishes. I finally remembered to this time for dinner. Here's what I had: ROTI w/CURRY SAUCE - $4.50 Just as expected! I really enjoyed it and it tasted hot and fresh! The curry sauce was quite subtle in flavor but very good! I wished there was more roti cuz they are quite generous with the curry sauce! I'd love this as jus a snack! DAN DAN NOODLE SOUP - $12.50 Asian noodles with minced pork, preserved vegetables, bean sprout, Bok Choy, and green onion in house spicy broth. I liked how most of this was deconstructed since I did take out: Noodles/Greens, Broth, Minced Pork. It's quite a large portion because I only about half, plus half of everything else I ordered! This wasn't bad! I felt there could be more flavor but overall I liked it! I wished for more veggies and pork--or maybe they just provided a very generous amount of noodles and broth. It wasn't spicy but there is a bit of a kick. Totally manageable since I don't like spicy food. MISO-GLAZED CHILEAN SEA BASS - $14.50 Pan seared marinated Sea Bass and finished with R&B's special miso sauce. Serve with green bean, salad and rice. Ah, this was so good! Although the rice was a bit dry, all that miso glaze fixes that! This dish felt healthy--fish and veggies, and all the sweet yummy miso glaze makes it all taste so good! The fish itself was tender and I thought this was a very good price for what you're getting. Around this time there was plenty of parking in front, but on busier days you can park in a lot between the business and Jack in the Box. All Metered. I noticed that the pricing on DoorDash is the same as their website. However if you order from their site you get 15% off! Too bad I didn't know. It's okay there will be next time :)

Vicky H.

Yelp
After reading the reviews, me and my husband decided give it try. We ordered Beef Bone Marrow Soup and Spicy Beef Bone Marrow Soup. Both are so delicious! Very rich and big portions. My husband is not a big fan of noodle soup, but he finished everything. Good service too. We will be back.

lin s.

Yelp
The atmosphere in the store is very good, the environment is also very elegant, the children like the fried ice cream here, and the service of the store staff is also very good

Steve D.

Yelp
Very nice Garlic Chow Mein with Prawns! Not super spicy with an overpowering garlic sauce. The noodles were a little on the dry side, but I don't like soggy noodles. The shrimp were medium sized and tender. It would of been perfect with an entree. OK, so the garlic noodles were great. Now, the main reason for ordering here......Rolled Ice Cream. I ordered the strawberry-banana combination. On this warm day, it was refreshing and good. I went light on the free toppings.....strawberry sauce, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips. I wanted to enjoy the texture and flavor of the ice cream, without having to dig it up. I don't know, maybe some people like tons of toppings! But the rolled ice cream is fresh and lightly sweet. Perfect on a warm summer day.

Gabriel M.

Yelp
The service was warm and dang, this ice cream is DELICIOUS! I've never seen fresh fruit and fresh cream used to create ice cream right in front of my eyes and it did not disappoint! It was so good we went back again the next day so my partner could try it. Looking forward to trying the bowls!

Margaret W.

Yelp
I do not like giving sub par reviews but sometimes, it's just unavoidable so - here goes. My husband and I (especially me) like JianBing so we're excited to see they have started serving this here, in addition to their rolled ice cream. Walked in on a Sunday, 1:00pm. There was one other customer who had already ordered and was just waiting. Hubby and I decided to share the Chicken Curry JianBing. The place was neatly decorated. Kinda trendy with several "feel good" quotes and a large R2D2 on the bigger wall. We waited, and waited... 30 minutes past and the lady who took our order finally got started on it. It took her a good 5 minutes to prepare it. After it was ready and bagged, she apologized for the wait and said "it's was TOO HARD to make". I didn't understand why she'd say that, when she only took 5 mins to make it. I don't know why it took her 30 minutes to get started. This is a really long wait for one small thing. Now for the JianBing. The curry was OK. I think they used ground meat. The crepe could definitely be crisper. It's on the greasy side. $10. Not sure I would come back for this. There's another place in Oakland Chinatown that makes this snack and is a lot better.

Mei Mei C.

Yelp
Food is delicious, ice cream is order to make it very special and taste very good too , price is reasonable and decoration is cute

Denise R.

Yelp
I've been eyeing the miso sea bass for a while now and finally decided to check this place out for the first time yesterday. We got a late dinner and I ordered through their website. I ordered the sea bass, sausage with garlic noodles and the beef stir fry a little after 7:30p and the site said the order would be ready at 8p. Got there at 8p and was lucky to snag parking right in front. I was told that the order was not quite ready yet and I waited an additional 5 minutes which wasn't a big deal. The garlic noodles used different noodles than what I'm used to. I was expecting the longer thicker noodles but the flavor was there, so that was good. The beef stir fry had a spice that I wasn't used to, as I was expecting it to be like Vietnamese shaken beef. It's not like that, and my husband noted that it wasn't very flavorful. The miso sea bass was tasty but I think it was too sweet and salty for me. The green beans that came with it were extremely salty to the point where it was inedible. My 8 year old daughter was the first to try it and she said "wow, that's a lot of salt"! The "salad" was soaked in some kind of thick (miso?) dressing and I couldn't even eat it. I thought it was just to line the fish and was for decoration but then I looked back and saw it's supposed to be a salad. The worst part was that when I was scooping some rice onto my plate, I uncovered a dead FLY in the pile of rice. I was so disgusted because I don't know if that fly was cooked along with the rice or if it just landed in there when the rice cooker was open and eventually just suffocated in there. Either way, I couldn't stop thinking that there was fly essence all over my rice! I'm just glad I was scooping the rice out, saw it and didn't accidentally chew on it! I dumped that real quick and just ate the fish and the garlic noodles. As for whether I'd go back, I'm definitely in no rush. Maybe when I can forget about the fly in my rice. Ugh!

Yelp
Ordered: Durian with boba, almonds, and whipped cream. You can taste the durian and skip the bland boba. Mint Oreo cookies with oreo crumbs and sprinkles for the kiddo and she loves it! Snacks: (forgot to snap the pics) Crispy baby squid - It was sure crispy with 98% all batter and they were not kidding 'baby' aka minuscule squid! If you love only batter then you'll love this. Not edible! Roti with curry sauce - would not recommend. Not edible! I highly suggest skipping the above two snacks and just come for their ice cream rolls. Two stars for the two ice cream and 1 extra star for the friendly staff.

Karen C.

Yelp
I got the Ube rolled ice cream with graham crackers, Oreo crackers, and strawberry toppings. It was delicious and did not disappoint! The ice cream was smooth and creamy with a distinct ube flavor, which I appreciated! Regarding the toppings -- Strawberries are not in season right now, so I wouldn't recommend strawberries as a topping, but the Oreo and graham cracker toppings gave a nice crunch! I was sad that they didn't have mochi topping, but the selection that they had was sufficient. They also have non-dairy options made with coconut milk, which was also very refreshing and smooth! I would definitely recommend trying the dairy-free option as well! FYI - $15 minimum charge for credit card! Have cash handy if you only intend to get ice cream!

Jaane F.

Yelp
This small restaurant not only selling ice cream roll (Thai version), but also selling egg puffs and some meals. I suggested my husband and sister to come here for dinner as I have bookmarked this place for more than 2 month. Alameda is always the place for us to explore as we living next to this city. We arrived here around 6pm, and we got the menu from counter and decide what we want and share. We have steak rice, garlic noodles with shrimps, dessert with grass jelly cold with their handmade glutinous rice balls & egg puffs with ice cream rolls with varieties toppings. I have nothing to complain about their food and desserts. All were delicious and satisfied to us. The steak was really good when biting it, and they hot, they cook after you ordered. They gave a decent portion for garlic noodles and it wasn't too oily. I really like their grass jelly (can taste it) and the glutinous rice balls were really freshly made (I can tell that). The egg puffs was so good, as it crunchy when biting it and not too hard or too soft. Because some place they may overly baked the egg puff. The ice cream roll was our dessert and we mix it with our egg puff. We definitely come back here whenever we craving for grass jelly & egg puff.

Pranamee S.

Yelp
The toppings are okay, service was slow, ginger tea was super sweet. The ice cream rolls tasted like they were made with artificial flavors. It was nowhere near most of the rolling ice cream places such as icicles or snowflake. They could add more toppings!

Kharey R.

Yelp
This place is NOT GOOD , the food is sub par and the server got everything wrong she put our food in togo boxes when we were dining in then charged us $1.87 dine in tax. I sent my daughter up to get her ice cream with some money (the ice cream was awesome) and she charged her for the 2 sodas we ordered at the table (she's 10 years old) WHO DOES THAT? I'm just saying we paid $50 for our food it's not like we're gonna run out on a $2 Diet Coke. Ice cream good , food and service bad

Benjamin L.

Yelp
Good Garlic Noodles for a reasonable price Now I'm there every Wednesday for lunch now

Mimi H.

Yelp
The rolled ice cream here reminds me of my home country so much its so good not super sweet but just right. We got durian topped with crushed almonds and shredded coconut with a drizzle of condensed milk

Mila E.

Yelp
Exploring ice cream shops and flavors is my hobby, and Roll & Bowl is definitely one of my favorite ice cream shops not only in the Bay Area but entire country! I have had several flavors and combos here all of which have been excellent in their way. The Nutella with cookies and chocolate drizzle is a must-try for chocolate enthusiasts as it's oh so rich. The mango with mango chunks is for the fruitie who enjoys vanilla but wants a little more. The mango chunks make it extra fresh and leave you feeling on the healthier side. The strawberry is my favorite thus far as it's creamy, smooth and delectable. The mango chucks add a different type of sweetness nicely complementing the strawberry. The food here is also tasty. My college friend and I were able to dine here prior to shelter-in-place. We had the spicy chicken and rice plate that to our surprise was actually spicy, and we enjoy our spices. The menu is expansive with something for everyone's taste buds and dietary needs. I am looking forward to continue trying new flavors and dishes. The place is doing their best in keeping workers and diners safe during the pandemic. There is no dining-in but one is able to get takeout or pre-order via applications. There is hand sanitizer available at the counter. People wear face masks and are good about waiting for their orders outside the store. Overall, I have been happy with experiences at Roll & Bowl and recommend you try it for yourself. :D

Gaylord G.

Yelp
On point on food! Changing menu and can't wait! Gotta try the ice cream rolls when we go back

Shannon B.

Yelp
Absolutely fresh and delicious. One of our favorite spots on the island you pick what you like and it gets mixed , flattened, then rolled up.

Salina L.

Yelp
AMAZING DURIAN ROLLS ICE CREAM!!! Literally the best durian ice cream and best rolls ice cream I've ever had. The durian flavor is very prominent which is why it's so amazing. I hate when you can barely taste the delicious flavor that is durian. The ice cream was also very thick & creamy, everything you'd want in an ice cream (I got the regular durian ice cream, but saw they also have vegan coconut based durian ice cream). It's a bit pricey at $10 for the durian flavor but totally worth every penny. The regular flavors are $8. For that price, you also get unlimited toppings and sauces. To pair with my durian flavor, I chose graham crackers, boba, bananas & a drizzle of condensed milk. It tasted amazing together. My favorite was the graham crackers and condensed milk with it, might just get that next time. Overall they have a good variety of options in terms of ice cream flavors, vegan / gluten free options, toppings & sauces. They also sell savory comfort snacks / food items. The store itself is cute & little. I can't speak about the seating situation because I went during COVID. As for the parking situation, there is nearby residential street parking. In closing, I give this place HANDS DOWN 10/10 for their durian ice cream. You have to try it if you love durian. Would definitely come back again & again!

David F.

Yelp
Not very good. Very poor value. And workers seem unhappy. Kinda ruined the ice cream experience

Daniel A.

Yelp
Ordered delivery tonight. Haven't ordered in a while and decided to try something new. Was very disappointing. I hate to disparage a local place but I won't be ordering again after tonight. Decided to try the spicy chicken. (Pretty much general chicken) I will say it DID arrive hot. Very hot. But the chicken was so crazy over sauced that it was super soggy. Sooooo much sauce. I'm very sorry to say it was just not good. Had potential but just was not well executed. Just tasted greasy and sweet and not spicy. Very disappointed. The fried tofu I ordered was really good and perfectly fried. Though the dipping sauce it came with was pretty much just soy sauce and terrible.

Yelp
The food is good, the curry rice was pretty decent and inspired me to add broccoli to my curry's at home. But, and I hate to say this, it's not as good as before. I genuinely miss the Thai basil chicken. Haven't had any of the soups yet so might update my rating. The woman who owns it is super nice and I understand that she probably needed to streamline service, that's fine, but I honestly would have paid more if it meant she could hire more staff.
