Subject: Urgent Warning: A Plea to Interior Designers - Avoid Roll & Hill
To Interior Design Company’s and Future Customer’s:
It is with great regret that I write to you again regarding the ongoing issues we face with the Excel chandelier and the subsequent lack of resolution from your end. As an Interior Design company, we value not only the aesthetics of the products we choose but also their quality and durability. Unfortunately, our experience with your company has fallen short on every front.
1. **Unacceptable Product Quality: **
The Excel chandelier, touted as a premium piece, has proven to be subpar in quality. The shades' defects, including seams separating, white threads showing, lumps, and detachment from metal arms, are glaring issues that are both visually unappealing and structurally concerning.
2. **Inadequate Customer Service Response: **
Despite our detailed communication and photos, the response from Evan in your customer service team was unsatisfactory. The proposed adjustments fail to address the fundamental quality [meaning we didn’t get one] problems with the shades, leaving us frustrated and disappointed.
3. **Caution to Fellow Interior Designers: **
As an Interior Design company, we take pride in curating exceptional spaces for our clients. We would never want our fellow designers to make the same mistake we did by investing in a company that delivers low-quality designs. Given our experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend Roll & Hill to any other Interior Design firm.
4. **A Plea for Improvement:**
We believe every company has the capacity to improve, and we sincerely hope Roll & Hill takes immediate action to rectify these quality issues. A commitment to better products and customer service would not only salvage your reputation but also prevent others from experiencing the disappointment we have faced.
5. **Regretful Rating Limitation: **
We wish to emphasize that our disappointment is so profound that we would have Roll & Hill with zero stars if the option were available. Unfortunately, the limitations of the review platform prevent us from expressing the full extent of our dissatisfaction.
This cautionary message is not written with animosity but rather in the hope that you will take steps to improve and regain the trust of your customers, especially those within the Interior Design community.
