Google
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!🩵🩷🩵 there’s literally no other store like it. They carry items that I cannot find anywhere else in any other stores. All their stuff is fresh, locally sourced, and the fruit selection alone will have your mind blown. Of course the staff is amazingly helpful. And they’re always super nice. And for some reason, they’re never too busy… There’s always at least a couple people in there… But there’s never so many that it’s packed. It’s like Trader Joe’s times 1000. Check these guys out !!! If you haven’t then , are you even living life ??? lol

Very nice niche market here in the area. Very healthy choices and a nice selection of products. Their drink selection is pretty nice, several craft brews to go through, and plenty of wine too. They have nice vegan options available, so it's helpful if you have mixed dietary needs. The bakery section is nice, they have a small cafe where you can get some fresh hot food. I just docked a star because they didn't have all the prepared meals/dishes readily available. But when they do, some very tasty items to pick up. When the weather is nice, out front there's an eating area with tables/benches. So check them out and give them some business.

Tried Rollin' Oats after the bigger chain stores cut back on dairy-free options I normally buy. Wow, what a difference! Great store, super nice staff, and a great selection. The prices were really great, too. I will be a regular customer from now on. I wish I tried this place sooner!

Google
This is a unique store. They have unique foods delicious foods and a lot of homeopathic medicine. I love it. This is a place to go for things that are a little different but very delicious and they have a little food court with some soup lentil soup that’s amazing. gotta check it out. Go for a little grocery shopping. Go for lunch or a snack and enjoy.

Google
We love Rollin Oats because ALL of their produce is organic, they don't sell non organic. Prices are what you'd expect for organic but they always have a good selection on sale. The rest of the store has other items from baked goods to a deli, frozen food, staple items, a variety of water, drinks, supplements, snacks and a bulk section, with sale items throughout the store. They have a pick up option online that is not through Instacart or the other platforms which has a flat $4 charge. I've used this service a few times and I can place a call to move up or push out the time as needed. Staff is super helpful! It's a great mid-sized store that gives us a great option to Whole Foods which I appreciate.

We are enjoying our Christmas dinner a la carte from Rollin Oats in Tampa. Turkey with the trimmings! It is delicious! Thank everybody for the friendliness I receive every time I go there. Merry Christmas from Mary

Google
Currently in pure bliss over my Blueberry Lavender Smoothie🫶🏼 Big thank you to Denise in the cafe! I had not realized the time after making my way through the grocery and was a few behind 6pm closing time. Denise made my night with having the curtesy of still making my smoothie. The workers all gave insights to the products and were very informative! Can’t wait to come back and show my friends!

Google
Firstimer here! And so far I'm in love. I came since they were pretty much the only store in Tampa that had the Rubicon Neopolitan Vegan cupcakes in stock. They had a huge variety of dairy free/nut free groceries like quite chocolate bars, ravioli, and muffins... the good tasting kind too. It like a smaller, less expensive version of a Sprouts/WF. All in all 5 stars so far!

Yelp
Honestly I didn't think the highlight of a Tampa trip would be visiting a local market and cafe. My friend and I stopped by to grab a quick drink and were surprised to be offered a wine tasting. The selections of locals wines and beers were fantastic. We were offered a selection and an informative session. The cafe offered a variety of drinks. Each smoothie used real fruit and no additional sweetener. Though there was a wait I would say it was worth every second. They placed our names on a list and called us when it was ready. The cafe would use some outlets and an update on seating and it would be a perfect study spot. Hoping to visit again for a refreshing smoothie.

Yelp
Wonderful independent health food store right off the highway. It's also super close to Whole Foods so there's no reason not to support a local market instead of Jeff Bezos. This store has an amazing selection of local products. It seems they carry the entire line of Glaser Farms from Miami. I'm getting ready to start Whole30 and they had so many different items that it should be a breeze. Now need to check out the St. Petersburg location too. Very happy this market exists. They also have a large wine selection, including some non alcoholic options.

Yelp
A great place to get organic, whole, healthy foods! They have a wonderful deli with flavorful options for those with different dietary restrictions. They have a great organic produce selection as well as so many healthy pantry items and even "beef bacon"! It's a comfortable place to shop and always a clean atmosphere. They even have a few little kids carts which my kiddos love! Service is always friendly and helpful!

Yelp
Loved this little shop in Tampa! I also got to try one of their smoothies and it was wonderful, my husband got a banana water and as an avid banana lover he was obsessed. Will definitely go back!

Yelp
A locally owned market selling a variety of fruits, vegetables, canned goods, etc. They have a great deli there with homemade items. Lots of vegan items. Customer service is excellent.

Yelp
Checked out Rollin' Oats for the first time, and it was a really solid experience. It kind of feels like a mix between Sprouts and Whole Foods but with a smaller, more local vibe. They had a great selection, plenty of options for everything I needed. One of the workers noticed I was looking for apples and actually went to the back to grab fresher ones, which was a nice touch. The smoothies were described on tik tok as an Erewhon dupe and I can attest to that. I got the rose water smoothie and added matcha. SO GOOOD. It wasn't busy at all, even around rush hour, which made shopping easy. I'll definitely be back and hope this place catches on. They definitely deserve it

Yelp
I used to shop here many years ago because they carry awesome healthy and hard to find foods like Glaser organic Farms raw food line. I finally returned and was not disappointed. I had just come from the dentist and was starving but could not eat just anything. They had gf mac n cheese with fusilli pasta on the hot bar. It was awesome!!! They had a nice selection of Glaser Farms raw foods but not the fruit pies, so I placed and order with the produce manager. If you want to try the sweetest freshest tastiest healthiest concoction of fruits you ever had in your life, you have to get your hands on one of their mango fruit pies! Their chocolate haystacks are amazing too. They have tons of small batch, family owned fresh food products, great organic produce, just awesomeness throughout the store. The staff are very kind. You can eat in side or outside. They even have handmade chocolate rugelach from a place in NY. The best I have ever had. Def ck this place out.

Yelp
Stopped by for some prepared food and the selection was not good. Grabbed some broccoli that didn't look great but tasted pretty good.

Yelp
Rolling Oats Tampa Rollin' Oats is Tampa Bay's locally owned natural food grocer, providing high-quality products at affordable prices with unparalleled customer service. Had the pleasure of visiting the store and was highly delighted with them. So many times I've pass by them and never really knew who they were until now. Although they are a grocery store, but they do have a Cafe section where you get some delicious smoothies, soup and sandwich items. I tried out thier Vegan Macaroni Salad, Chicken Vegetables Soup, New York Cheesecake and thier Blue Spriulina Swirl . Everything was delicious.

Yelp
I shop here all the time. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. I love that the market is small and a lot of the items they carry are local. I think they have a great wine and beer section as well as gluten-free items. The cafe is quite large, and you can grab food and go, which makes it easy if you want to take those items to work. They have a lot of gluten-free options in the cafe as well. I had a chance to try the new boujee Smoothies which are made from 100% fruit and they are really good. I would highly recommend shopping here.

Yelp
I've been going to roll a note since it was nature's harvest 32 years ago and I have to say one of the most outstanding employees there is Nathan in the produce section. No matter what he's doing he always stops to greet me and ask me if there's anything that he can get for me he's always gracious to my husband and I he has a great sense of humor he's always in an upbeat mood he never lets anything personal get in his way of service when he's there he's even gotten back with me via texting when I've been waiting on wheatgrass or sunflower sprouts. I would believe he is a very valued employee there and has been dedicated for a very long time. We love you Nathan you're awesome love Donna and Joe.... LOL rolling oats not roll a note LOL it won't let me go back and change it. Thank you Nathan

Yelp
ATTENTION CRAFT BEER LOVERS!! If you are looking for local or unique beers from all over the country, this is the place for you! Growing up in St. Petersburg, I frequently visited the location in St Pete so when we arrived in Tampa and discovered there was a store here, we were very excited! I'm going to be completely honest, we did not explore the store in full. We came here to stock up the fridge with local beers for the week and we were blown away by the selection. Neal, the gentleman in charge of the beer selection is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. If you have any questions or need help looking for something to fit your tastes, he is sure to find something perfect for you. They have everything from sour ales to imperial stouts, hazy IPAs to pilsners. The best part is, everything is extremely fresh! We noticed beers that were canned just a few weeks before the date we were there. Overall 10/10 craft beer selection. We ended up stopping back four other times to try out other new beers and even noticed a few new cans on the shelves. Do not miss out on this variety if you are in Tampa.

Yelp
There is so much to love about Rollin' Oats. The local selection is great, the nonlocal selection is great. It makes shopping easy because they really curate the best products (it also makes shopping tough, because it's almost too fun...) This location in particular really blew me away with some spectacular service. I called to make sure they had a product in, and not only did they go check in person to see if it was on the shelf, but they also pulled it for me to save upfront! I don't think I would ever see myself replacing a Winn Dixie or Aldi for Rollin' Oats at this point, but I really am a huge fan. And if anything, it's a super choice for a fast bite to eat! The outdoor patio is a great place to meet a friend for lunch actually. (They do not have wifi.)

Yelp
I found myself in Tampa today because I'm on a sauna search due to heavy metal toxins causing me ill health. My doctor suggested an infrared sauna would work. So after my wonderful sweating experience I was hungry. The receptionist recommended Rollin Oats Market & Cafe. Well there's nothing like this in my area and I totally enjoyed my lunch and walking up and down the sales of good healthy nutritional food in one place. Can I bring a bed? Please I could just live here there's a cafe, LOL what more can I want? Than a customer walked by and told me about the place across the street. I'll go there next and give my opinion. There is a large selection here. Plenty of choices, I saw an alcohol section, cheese bar, the hot food bar choices change daily along with their soup selections.

Yelp
Best supermarket ever they have great prices on wine. Attentive staff. I can't say enough good things.

Yelp
A great organic, fresh grocery store and cafe. Perfect size for the things you need including a great wine selection. I've loved the fresh food section (gluten free Mac & cheese, vegan brownie, chocolate mousse) and the cafe for their shakes (had the shamrock shake). Perfect spot for me to stop in for things I've needed while in town. Very nice counter workers at the deli - they seem like they know everyone and were very kind while making my shake. Clean, nice, good finds.

Yelp
So I was on my hunt for Chill Dill pickles, and per their website this location stocks them. I took a look at other Yelper's reviews and decided to take a look. I have to admit I was a little underwhelmed. Whenever I walk in a place I always look for the greeter, most places have them, even if it's just a quick nod from the cashier. I always want to return the smile, however, I walked into Rollin' Oats and it was an absolute ghost town. There was a cashier holding up the register, but didn't bother to look in my direction at all, same with the deli staff, not a Hi, Good Morning, nothing. This doesn't make or break a place for me, but it is off putting. As I looked around I did notice they do carry a lot of vegan options, which is really nice to see how much is available in comparison to just a couple years ago. I read about the curry chicken salad from other reviews and was ready to take some home, unfortunately there was none in the deli cold case. Heard some good things about the R.O. Cafe, again another bummer, it's only M-F. I would have thought the weekend would be a good time to visit a store, but maybe this is a weekday thing? On a more positive note if you're into wine and craft beer there are walls, and cold cases, and corners, and end caps, and aisles of it -- just know you're paying for Craft Beer and artisan wines, these aren't 7-11 prices. They also have a really beautiful spice section, with some that were new to me! Oh and they did have the pickles I was in search of, so I did leave with what I was after, and then some. It's a nice little specialty market, and I'm excited to stop in again to try the hot bar I've read so much about. A video of my visit can be viewed on my IG: @jenny.eat.world_

Yelp
Over the past couple of years, Rollin' Oats has become one of my favorite supermarkets in town. I actually drive farther to get here than I would to the big name grocery stores, but the payoff is worth it. There is a cafe at the back of the store that offers both cold and hot dishes, but I have only bought ready-made items, so this review is just for the Market. Reasons I love the Market: first of all, the place is never crowded. I love being able to get in, get random groceries, and get out. Need water during the hurricane madness? They'll have it - no one comes here. Second, huge parking lot, never full, so I always get a first row parking spot. Third, they have an apple-walnut chicken salad that I am truly addicted to. It's located in the ready-made section at the back of the store. I love it. Fourth, check-out is usually quick and easy. Finally, I love that almost everything in the store is healthy, or at least, healthier than many options in other grocery stores. You will have to make compromises on some of the groceries you end up with; they don't offer many varieties of the same item to choose from (except tea!). But that is a small price to pay, and the convenience of this Market more than makes up for it.

Yelp
I wanted to treat myself after picking up my car at an auto body shop (another review to come) after two months due to a shortage of bumpers. It has to be a special dinner - something I knew I'd love but seldom eat. As I drove down a few streets I couldn't find a place that appealed to me until I was about to drive by Rollin' Oats Grocery and Cafe in Tampa. Why not get a few things for the refrigerator and still have a great meal? Besides, it was during rush hour and I couldn't think of a better place to chill, take my time shopping and have some tasty food. Where else can you expect to find a very good ale, a tasty chunk of chicken and some chickpeas with green peppers, purple onion and a vegan mayo? The café has regular food items like Louisiana kale (highly addicting!) alongside new items regularly. I've been shopping and eating here for at least ten years and I've never been disappointed. The employees are not only friendly but very knowledgeable about their products, especially the wines and beers as well as the health and beauty items. But getting back to the food. The chickpea salad was crisp, crunchy, very flavorful and, for me, addicting since once I started on it I forgot all about the ale and chicken. I could see dill, celery, capers and taste lemon juice in addition to what I first noted above. The chicken was seasoned with a tangy hot pepper rub and was very juicy and flavorful when I bit into it. It's a good thing that I had the ale. I needed a swallow of it to calm the excited taste buds. I met no bones or gristle in this piece of solid yet tender piece of meat. Highly recommended. The Trappistes always excel in tasty, flavorful ales but don't let that rich malty flavor fool you. Good Belgian ale will send you under the table if you get too carefree.

Yelp
I am never happy to write a bad review. However, the sloppy and inattentive way that the deli operates every time I encounter a certain worker there really needs to be addressed. I want in to order food from the deli about a week ago and had my stomach turned by this employee snapping a fly with her towel right over the food prep area as she asked what she could get for me. I turned right around and went to let the front to find something else to eat. There were come crackers and some chocolate covered almonds on sale by the registers so that became my lunch. Today I called in an order for a beyond meat burger with lettuce tomatoes and onions. The same employee that I encountered before answered the phone and pretty much rushed me through my order. When I got there I was disappointed to see that the person handing me my food was the fly swatted from before. I felt like I should have checked my food before leaving but I was in a hurry. So once I got back to my store went upstairs to my office and opened my burger, there was no tomato. The main thing I was craving for my burger. I called in to discuss my disappointment with this situation and to let the management know that I had been disappointed by this employees lack of customer service. The manager asked me who it was so I told her the name. The manager said she wanted to figure out how they could make this up to me and asked for my phone number. After work I found that I had a detailed message on my personal cell phone from the very employee that I complained about. This is inappropriate and an invasion of my privacy. I don't know what is going on in the world let alone in Tampa Florida, but that's not the way that works. This is almost comical. Mostly, it's a sad and aggravating sign of the times. No one seems to care and no one confronts their employees about upholding standards. This holds true for Rollin Oats too. Due to these couple of instances, my summation of this store that I once spoke so highly of is now that it's a lack luster store that isn't worth supporting as long as they allow this type of behavior with regard to their service, standards and complaint procedures. Step it up Rollin Oats cause your baked goods are great but no one will want to come back if the service side is horrible.

Yelp
Awesome and always spectacular! Deli, smoothies. And of course all the organic produce you can imagine!!! Been coming here since it opened. Staff is super informative and always have a smile! I go every other day lol! So I'd know

Yelp
Rolling Oats is a wonderful locally owned business with locations in South Tampa and St. Petersburg. This health food store puts an emphasis on healthy items and features local offerings/products. I'm happy that this place is near my house! I enjoy perusing the shop and seeing what is in stock. There is a food cafe with things like salads and soups and prepared entrees or sides. In addition, there is a refrigerated section with items that are good to take to work or for something easy to nosh on. There are lots of vegetarian and vegan food items as well :) The store isn't all crunchy granola for you meat eaters. There are better/healthier cuts of meat available but keep in mind other than a few items aside from Applegate Farms cold cuts and sausage the meats and fish are frozen. Even if you're a meat eater, there's lots of good stuff to try out here so give it a try. The cheese selection is pretty great and they have several organic types. For you craft beer lovers there is a wide and varied selection, with some organic offerings as well. The chip/snack aisle is pretty varied with lots of fancy chips and snacks. The bulk section is great for spices or special types of flours or additions to a recipe you might need but not want a lot of. There is a good sized vitamin, supplement section here as well. The organic produce is far cheaper than what I've found WF charges for it and I like their selection. They even have some produce I haven't seen at other specialty of health markets. Their frozen section has some great, convenient, food items also. The staff is nice and helpful. I appreciate that they leave coupons of items next to the item on the shelf. There are also coupon books available every month for commonly used items that they stock. I like that this was the original health market in the area. I enjoy shopping here and you should too. Shop local!

Yelp
Organic is the name of the game. They have organic food, veggies, fruit around the entire store. F you go to their web side, they have the daily special, recipes and events for the all people. We were there and we were welcome with the tasting of their food. There precook items at the chef corner include marinated chicken and salmon. One particular item is the wasabi salmon. It is good. The cold cut section include wrap, assembled salad, sandwich, mixed fruit, mixed quinoa with corn. They also has a sit down area you can buy food at eat there. Check out line is plenty. Store is compact enough and the parking is very available. Easy access is the key. It is real easy for the people in the south Tampa. Since the store close to I-275, it make easy to pick up any items before continue your journey.

Yelp
Tucked away in the residential portion of South Tampa, this is truly a hidden gem of grocery stores. I'm not a vegan, but some of the best meals I've had from any grocery store (hot or cold) have been the vegan dishes here. They definitely make up for the "no meat " situation in flavor. The environment is very clean and organized. Compared to a Whole Foods and other health food stores, this one is quite competitive pricewise. Their cafe staff are always willing to help and are very friendly with helping people select their choices. They provide samples to you if you don't know what you want (of anything that they don't have to cut). There's indoor and outdoor seating for anyone who chooses to eat at this store. Most importantly, they have a decently sized section in their store of non-alcoholic drinks, beer, and wine. Definitely worth a visit if you happen to be in this part of town and need natural/organic groceries.

Yelp
Just another perk of moving is that this gem of a nutrition store is just down the block! Rollin Oats has a great selection of organic fruits, vegetables and other pantry staples. The store is always well stocked and the staff is super friendly and helpful. A bonus to shopping at this nutrition spot is that they carry a variety of craft beers and a decent selection of wines. This makes it a one stop shop for everything I need to quickly throw dinner together and have my adult beverages, especially during the busy week. They also have a prepared foods section and juice/smoothie bar. You can enjoy your purchase outside of the store where there is covered seating. There is always ample parking and it's easy to get in and out as it is located on the corner of Macdill and Cypress. I noticed yesterday that they even carry all of my favorite kombuchas!
google avatar

Nick S.

Yelp
This place is pretty cool. Unusual earthy and earthly granola crunchy organic veg type food and beverage offerings. I liked the indie beverage offerings especially, and the friendly wholesome vibes. I didn't like the sugared up dried mango in the bulk foods section. They carry some local and regional offerings including Kalapo coconut oils, Surinder chutneys, Sami's Bakery items, and more.. Not inexpensive. But holistic or something.

Ritchard S.

Yelp
I was so glad when I found out the store existed. I've been searching for a local organic Foods store for a while now and I finally found one that doesn't have Liam working there last time I went to the St. Pete location and liam offered me since he doesn't like strawberries I know happily drive 30 minutes from St. Pete to Tampa every week just to avoid Liam. I love this store and will be shopping here a long time as long as liam doesn't get transferred.

Yelp
I'm going to be honest, I didn't want to share because this is the best kept secret I have found: BEER. Holy Bejesus, I have never seen such an outstanding collection of beer with such competitive pricing!! Rollin' Oats is not focused on beer...it's a quaint organic/natural foods shop on Macdill. But I swear, I was blown away by the selection of craft beers that they had on hand. I found myself saying "Oh my God" out loud as I picked up bottles and cans that I had never seen for a couple bucks a piece. If you are a beer snob...GO. But please don't buy all of it. I really didn't want to share the secret...and yet I want Rollin' Oats to keep up with what they've got going here! The rest of the store is very clean and if you love organic food you'll be in heaven. I bought a beautiful, fresh chicken salad for $7.99 that was super filling and tasty. The deli counter has plenty of fresh salads by the pound as well along with cooked entrees nearby. They have a large assortment of juices and interesting water selections as well. There is a bulk foods area in the middle of the store where you can weigh out your own grains, cereals, spices, teas and coffees. I love this option if you are looking to find something new or just cook for one or two people. About ten years ago, I stopped by here because my mom (who lives up north) was obsessively searching for File powder to make gumbo. She couldn't find it anywhere and neither could I. I stopped by Rollin' Oats one day and while it was not on the shelf, I wandered back to the deli counter to ask if anyone could give me advice on where to find it. An employee wandered to the backroom and gave me a spice pack for free! I will never forget this simple gesture and how elated I was as well as my mom when I sent it to her. Little things like this stay within my memory. This is a great store with friendly staff and an outstanding selection of great products. I will be back...and prolly within the next few days for another outstanding beer run.

Yelp
Rolling Oats is a great market and the deli is to die for. They have a great selection of food including amazing vegan and vegetarian options. I will for sure be back to try more options and shop.

Yelp
This is one of my weekly lunch spots! The avocado Reuben helped me convert from being a carnivore to eating vegetarian. There's enough umami flavor and nice tangy kraut to help me forget there's no meat! I used to always order sandwiches which are all great- but be patient they are all made to order so expect about 10mins unless you grab a prepared meal from the cooler. The sides are also great fresh and vegan friendly. Portion size is good for these items at a very reasonable price. Lately, the hot bar has been my go to! Wow talk about a nice filling lunch. There's always a vegan option but I usually get the Mac and cheese it's every bit as good as Publix if not better. It does repeat often but that's ok because they are all good. I've never had anything but delicious food here. Highly recommended.

Yelp
I buy my vitamins there. They have a good selection of vitamins to choose from. Staff is very helpful in helping purchase the right vitamins for my needs. They are very helpful and very professional. I love going in there to see all the neat and great products they sell. It is convenient and close to my home. Parking is great and easily accessible. Very convenient. They also have a nutritionist that helps you choose the best product for your health needs. When you call they always have someone that will help you to discuss and answer any questions you may have.

Yelp
I was in Acapulco Mexican grocery having yummy tacos . I browsed through their grocery aisles and could not find a particular item. So I asked the cashier do they have sun-dried tomatoes. He said "we don't have it but the organic grocery next door may have it". So Rolling Oats, here I come! My first impression was this nature food store was so clean and organized . They carry wide variety of any possible organic items and the cafe has a lot of Ready-to-Eat food items and drinks. They all looked fresh, healthy and delicious. The staff here were helpful and friendly. I found my sun dried tomatoes pack and checked out easily. Next time when I am looking for organic items I definitely will comeback here.

Yelp
I LOVE THIS PLACE with all of my heart. I discovered it due to my addiction to Sunny Culture's water kefir (which they carry), but I keep going back because it's simply the best. I've now got my brother and his wife hooked on the St. Pete location. I love supporting local and this is one of my favorite places to do just that. They carry a lot of my regular grocery items, but I almost always grab something new to try while i'm there. I've never been disappointed. They also carry Vybes drinks which I have had trouble finding other places. I don't really follow any kind of restrictive diet, but if I did, I'd only shop here. They have such a good selection of restrictive options. I haven't yet tried the smoothies or deli, but that's because there's always a line so I assume it's great.

Yelp
I've driven past Rollin' Oats many times without realizing there's a great little organic market and health foods store tucked back in this little shopping center. As you drive north along MacDill Avenue, about ten blocks north of Kennedy Boulevard, you'll see a brightly-colored yellow building on your right, without a lot of exterior signage or windows; and that would be Rollin' Oats. This place is located just north of the I-275 overpass, but it can be easy to miss if you've never been there before. Once inside the front door you'll feel as though you've stepped into a tiny little Fresh Market / Whole Foods / Nutrition S'Mart all rolled into one. To your right is their fresh produce, fruits and juices area, and a clerk sits at the information counter to answer your questions and guide you through the various choices. Further back on the right are the cases for dairy and cheeses, followed by an impressive area for craft beers and wines. Across the back of the store is their café area with a deli that is filled with all sorts of salads, and a hot case with a wonderful selection of pre-cooked entrées, ready to take home, or available to eat at one of the nearby tables. The left side of the store is filled with all types of pre-packaged dry goods, organic foods, nuts, seeds, granola, dried fruits, household supplies, vitamins, nutritionals and more. I found a very helpful clerk and got her suggestions on a new multi-vitamin blend that I really like, and also an herbal green tea to enjoy in the evenings. The lady behind the café counter talked me into some fabulous smoked salmon fillets (sustainable, of course!), and I paired that with their homemade Caprese salad and fresh, organic asparagus for an outstanding dinner. I happen to have a lot of very good natural and organic grocery stores, as well as health food and nutritional retailers near to where I live, and so I'll only be visiting Rollin' Oats occasionally on my trips home from downtown Tampa. This store is a gem -- the selections are very fresh, and the staff is incredibly helpful. If you live in this area then I highly recommend that you give Rollin' Oats a try.

Yelp
I love it when a business exceeds my expectations. Rollin' Oats Market blew my mind with their amazing customer service yesterday! It's been a while since I've shopped at Rollin' Oats. I've always been a fan, but since I live next to Whole Foods I don't find myself shopping here often. Due to the annoying construction on I-275 I have deviated my path home and now drive by Rollin' Oats every evening. I stopped in last night because I wasn't in the mood for my leftovers so I was wandering the aisles trying to decide what to make for dinner. Rollin' Oats saved the day! One of the employees (I unfortunately didn't catch his name.) saw me wandering the store and offered to help me. When I told him I was just picking up a few things for dinner he suggested making bacon wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese. Not only was this recipe super easy to make, but it impressed my household and we were all grateful to not eat another bland chicken dinner! Some noteworthy features of the store: the café in the back of the store offers a full service deli and hot bar daily from 10am until 4pm. The menu changes daily http://rollinoats.com/the-oats-cafe/tampa-hot-bar/ I also saw the café makes smoothies and juice. The juice prices were average, but the smoothie prices were so much cheaper than I usually pay elsewhere. The store hosts a variety of free events at the store each month, including cooking classes, wine tastings and seminars. You can sign up for these events on Rollin' Oats website: http://rollinoats.com/events/category/tampa-location/ Will definitely be stopping by Rollin' Oats on my commute home more often!

Yelp
Now I don't have to drive all the way to St Pete. I used to frequent the one in St Pete when I worked out there and when I have the chance I get their private labeled organic extra virgin olive oil. This store isn't as big or fancy as the original in St Pete but it will do.

Yelp
I have highly sensitive skin so I purchase almost all my toiletries from Rollin' Oats. I love the convenient location of this local market. Rollin' Oats has a great selection of products ranging from produce to alcohol. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The store is clean and easy to get in and out of quickly. Support local and Rollin' Oats is a good place to start.

Yelp
So...one day when I was bored, I decided to watch Food documentaries on Netflix, Hungry for Change, Vegecated, Forks over Knives, and GMO OMG. If you've watched any of them, you know it's impossible to watch any of them and look at the food we eat the same EVER AGAIN! So, as a result, I've decided to eat like a vegan for 20 days for fun. No alcohol. No sugar. No dairy. No animal products at all. STRICTLY and plant based diet. GREENS, FRUITS, NUTS, BEANS. (I'm on my 9th meatless day) Everything I need, I found at Rollin' Oats after draining my wallet at Whole Foods. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Whole Foods, but it's hard on the pockets. Rollin' Oats is the less expensive, more budget friendly alternative for us non-millionaires. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED!!!! EVERYTHING!! Raw, unsalted nuts, a decent produce section, supplements with associates eager to help, almond butter, essential oils, cacao powder, JUST EVERYTHING! From a personal recommendation from the guy that works over there, I got my B-12 supplement AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I couldn't be happier with it. In the back of the store, they have a small cafe that prepares a "vegan option" for lunch everyday. I tried it just for fun...it was Vegan Lo mein with tofu and bok choy. It was outstanding!!! SOO SO SO GOOD!! They also have a refrigerator with lot's of salad options by the cafe'. The kale slaw is SLAPPIN!!!!! While I was wandering around the aisles, I found different "local" brands of several items, like Coconut Oil that a purchased and fell in love with. As quiet as it's kept, ROLLIN OATS is better than Whole Foods because of price point, and KILLING Trader Joe's, miniscule product availability. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS STORE!!

Yelp
Really cute little market that reminds me of a tiny Whole Foods. Something that I enjoyed about Rollin' Oats was that there seem to be lots of local vendors selling their products here. I have been to several markets in the area and many have told me they link up with Rollin' Oats and sell their products there. That, to me, is a really good thing since it encourages people to shop local. There's a nice little cafe where they serve hot food. The menu changes up daily and it is all pretty fresh. The produce section is plentiful, and everything looks ripe and ready to go. For anybody on a special diet, or just looking for a good health food market, this is a great place!

Yelp
This is a nice little market that I did not even know existed. I've seen several of my friends on Yelp check in here and I wanted to see what it was like. In some ways it reminded me of a smaller version of Whole Foods. There was a wine section, produce, snacks, etc. I decided to try their hot bar for lunch. It is nowhere near the size of the buffet you find at Whole Foods, but there is a fairly good selection. I was able to get a quarter chicken as well as two sides for $5.99, which I thought was a good deal. The chicken was juicy and tasted good, but I cannot say the same for the two sides that I selected. My spring roll was very greasy and whatever the filling was was very bland. I also did not care for the vegan lo mein. I found it frustrating that they are only open until 8 PM on weekdays, especially considering that their website lists their St. Petersburg location as open until 9 PM. That would severely limit the times I could come here at night. There's no way that I could give this place the same rating that I gave Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, which means it's a solid three stars for me.

Yelp
Do anyone work at the register? Ever? I've been coming here for almost 2 years and I keep hoping something will improve. The inventory is nice and such a cute place but the only people that I ever see working are in the hot food section. Anytime you ask if someone can ring you up (after you search the store to find someone); the person is hanging out with someone else and irritated that you want to buy something. Just not sure how this place is profitable.

Yelp
Stopped by the harvest market this year, it's a small event but it was nice to try their holiday options and best of all the beer and wine. I was unaware of how many options they have at the store. This is the place to find those unusual items you've been looking for

Yelp
Fabulous, local market for healthy foods. They have a great selection, especially for those hard to find items. I went there specifically looking for brown rice oatmeal, which I couldn't find elsewhere, and they had it! They also have a cafe w healthy options. This place is great!

Yelp
Eat local... Shop local..... This is my quick run to for fresh produce and pre made meals since it's so close to me. I will say that I think Rollin oats was the first large organic shop in Tampa before the whole food and fresh market came to town. You can pretty much find anything for your healthy diet. The customer service is always great and you can find unique sale items. They are reasonably priced and have just as much selection as the big retailers.

Yelp
A great little store. Rollin oats is great if you are looking to change your lifestyle. My household recently swore off harsh chemicals and wanted to find more natural organic cleaning solutions, GO TO ROLLIN OATS FOR THIS. They have an amazing selection of home care products. We even phased out our Ziploc brand items for better quality products that have less harmful ingredients. Rollin oats has that local small grocer feel but has a wonderful selection of higher grade ingredients and products. I dont' like comparing stores as I feel it isn't fair but in this case it reminds me of a market that starts with the word Fresh but with a far larger selection of organic products. The place is great, never packed with customers which I like. Great wine and beer selection. Give it a shot sometime it is a nice place to shop.

Yelp
Great people and products. Great place for everything from crafts beers, organic groceries, and vitamins. Plus the food bar is really good to. Also, one of my favorites is the GF chocolate desserts. Love that this store is always bringing in new products that creates variety in what you cook, eat and enjoy.

Yelp
I absolutely love rollin oats. Their smoothies and prepared foods are so good! The nutritionist guy is very intelligent and knows his stuff. It's very expensive to shop here but you know your getting good quality items that are organic and natural.

Yelp
Most of my shopping is done in the produce aisle and I was very happy to find lots of organic fruits and veggies here. They carry both fresh and prepackaged but I prefer the freshest ingredients for my smoothies. Glad to have that choice. Less expensive than Whole foods and not as packed, could be due to the time of day I was there or that it's smaller than WF. Similar concept of health foods but they also carry not so healthy foods, so buyer beware. I had been picking some of my bunny chow at publix, but they are still somewhat limited in organics and what they do have is prepackaged. And the selection here is clean and not picked over. Will definitely add Rollin Oats to my rotation, just wish it were a bit closer to home.
