Rollin’ Phatties - Review - Galleria - Houston - The Infatuation

"This Pakistani spot takes popular curries and kebabs and wraps them in flaky, butter-laced paratha. The next time you need something to grab and go, get the chicken tikka masala with a drizzle of garlic mayo or barbecue beef with sweet tamarind chutney. It’s the fries, however, that keep us coming back. Doused in masala spice and melted cheese, the tangy but spicy snack is great before shopping at the Galleria." - Chelsea Thomas

Phatties are definitely rolling out of here. I ordered a beef kebab wrap/roll and I would not order this again nor come back here. Took about 20 min for my order to come out, did not get the pleasure to speak to employee (which I'm not complaining about). Received wrapped, a little side of ketchup & fries. Fries was stale, not freshly made, wrap/roll was not what I expected. Beef was dry, sauce was a bit too much and my tray of food was not hot when I received a message it was ready (I was sitting on a nearby table as well). Overall I'm confused on who giving this spot 4-5 ☆'s. I had better kebab close by that's an actual food truck. Sadly I did not finish my food & left out of that food court disappointed with the food quality....once again.

Decent taste of the Phatties. Fries were a bit too hard. Samosas could have better flavor. Good spot, but the bar is just too high in this food court

During a short trip to houston I went to Rollin phatties in the conservatorium galleria and was blow away! I got the Chicken Tikka phattie with marsala fries which was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Crispy, flaky paratha wrapped around succulent chicken drizzled with a flavor packed sauce, there are few things better in this life. The marsala fries maybe the best specialty fries I ever had period. Also had the Quesadilla had 2 flaky paratha as the tortilla which was also very good and really unique take on the traditional quesadilla. Dan was really helpful and overall great guy that provided top notch customer service. More people need to know about this place and give it a try because they are missing out!

My go-to dish is the Chicken Tikka Phattie and Masala Fries. The paratha is crispy, flaky and flavorful, and comparable to the location in Post Houston Downtown. The service was quick and the Conservatory had a nice vibe.

WOWWWWW 🤤 We got the Zinger and Chicken Tikka and MAN!!!! 10/10. Also had the Rose Lemonade which was extremely refreshing without being too sweet. I can’t wait to come back! Daniel was also great, knows the menu really well and was able to help us with our selections. Although there’s plenty of food options in this area, Rollin Phatties is the ONE!

Food was soooo bad here. Service was fine, atmosphere was good too. Food looks visually good but taste sooooo bad. I followed reviews and now I dont know if they were even real. Feeling like I need to leave this review so other people would not have this kind of experience that I did. Hope your business can improve. Cheers!

I ordered the chicken tikka over rice and it was so delicious! I love that it comes with a paratha, the chicken was cooked perfectly as it was tender and juicy. It was a perfect fusion of flavors! Highly recommend!
