Google
This place is an absolute dream!! The have many plants that are becoming increasingly difficult to find , well priced especially for their size and the emaculate condition the plants are in . This is a well cared for nursery with endless ideas for the garden of your dreams. I have been to nursery's all over Los Angeles. First time visited and the staff are so polite and knowledgeable. Good vibes !!

I don't know who their stylists and buyers are but they are amazing. I absolutely love these stores. Good prices on plants and all kinds of inspiring design stuff. Great source of classy gifts too. Oh, and it had its own parking. ⭐

Google
I won’t call this a plant store, it’s a zen retreat, especially if you go there , first thing in the morning when they open. Lovely aesthetic, and well taken care of plants, great range of planters and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Could be a nice venue for an intimate wedding, only problem would be parking.

Google
I love this place. They have some really nice plants and beautiful home decor. I always discover a new plant when I’m there. I like have how they almost always offer three sizes of each plant. So it is affordable/ easy to try your hand at plant care for different plant types. The staff is always really knowledgeable if you have questions on how to care for any plant. It closes early, like at 6pm so keep that in mind. The room behind the register with the orchids is my favorite part. It’s walking distance from the grove. It is along a little strip of cute shops and restaurants. Love this place it feels local / neighborhood vibes in the middle of a tourist heavy area. Perfect place to stroll and browse with a cup of coffee on a lazy Sunday ❤️

Google
What a great place! I was shopping at a store nearby and stumbled on this store. So many healthy, amazing plants, pots and home decor. The prices are good, and the staff is helpful in picking out the right plant for your needs. I ended up buying some snake plants that look wonderful at my place. I think I found one of my favorite new plant stores.

Google
It’s a nice place with a lots of nice pots and plants. For me too many “ordinary” plants, but I got something with me from the store.

Google
In terms of interior design and layout; this place is seriously gorgeous and very Instagram friendly. They have a great collection of plants, succulents and flowers - and amazing home goods, the latter is VERY expensive and over priced, but you’re paying for quality here. One can definitely go broke trying to furnish their apartment or home at this place, but their stuff really is beautiful!

Yelp
This is our favorite local nursery. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful and informative if you have any questions. They have a wonderful pride of plants, pots, and decor items for inside as well as outside. Beautiful design options, there're happy to help you in any way possible.

Yelp
Beautiful garden and home decor spot! The layout is spectacular and it is a peaceful place in the city. Parking: street, bring quarters.

Yelp
Just the best store in LA. It's so beautifully curated - I seem to want every single thing in this store. I love how you can walk through and just discover little openings into new rooms and surprises - each room more inviting than the next. I want these people to design my entire house. Ok my entire life.

Yelp
What a STUNNING shop! The vibes here are seriously immaculate. Walking through is fun on its own. The collection is great - definitely a perfect place to stop in and get a gift for someone. Everything they have is so carefully curated and beautiful. The candles all smelled amazing, and they cover each candle so you have to lift a vase to smell it. It allows you to actually smell the candle and not get overwhelmed. I'm so shocked more stores don't do this! While the prices can be fairly extreme, I think you're paying for the quality and uniqueness of what they sell. So even though another nursery might have a wider selection at much more affordable prices, it's hard to compare. That said, I wouldn't make Rolling Greens my every day shop - it's more of a treat. I came in and picked out a cute planter and searched for a small plant that I could bring to work with me and liven up my desk. Knowing very little about plants, I tried to flag someone down to help me decide. No one was particularly enthused to help out and gave kind of conflicting answers. When I finally went to pay, the cashier pointed out that the planter I was purcahsing didn't have a hole which meant the plant wouldn't do well. Turns out, the large majority of their planters don't have holes, yet require one. They charge $5 to drill the hole for you. Not so bad, but make sure to factor that in! After drilling the holes, they planted them for us at the arrangement bar, which made it feel like a very personalized experience.

Yelp
Beautiful little shop! Whoever runs it knows what's on trend & has put together some pretty arrangements. They have a nice little terra cotta selection with unusual designs too. But they'd do well to be more selective in their hiring and training. I was ignored while I shopped which is fine, I like to browse. But once I'd selected a plant I liked and had a few questions, the service I received was terrible. An employee who quite obviously knew nothing about plants or the shop's inventory, wandered around the store trying to find what I was asking for then gave up and told me that they didn't have it. Then when I'd selected my plant and pot and brought them both to the register, I noticed roots poking out of the bottom of the pot. I asked to inspect the root ball to see how badly the roots were bound. (A common practice when purchasing plant material) and the man refused. His only reason being that "they never do that" and he would "get dirt everywhere". Crazy thought at a nursery. Given the state of the plant upon further inspection, there were more roots in the pot than dirt anyway. Such a shame. As a landscape designer, I wanted to support a small business in the neighborhood, but ended up getting a healthier specimen at Home Depot for 1/5 the price. I did purchase a pot there which I'm very happy with. (pictured) Crazy markups on plants that have been sitting for at least a year in undersized nursery pots, but reasonable prices on decorative containers!

Yelp
It's the nicest and prettiest plant shop I've ever been too. Succulents and cactus outside by the parking lot and beautiful healthy indoor plants along with gorgeous pots and home decor inside. Place looks like it's straight out of AD magazine, minus the huge price tag. To my surprise the plants and pots were quite affordable, so affordable I walked out with 12 pots! Going back for more!

Yelp
Rolling Garden provides a lot of plants, stones, containers, tools and very professional amicable staff. You can ask them any question about plant or any question about setting up your gardening

Yelp
The staff was super nice- they have a cute arrangement bar in the back where they'll help you design cute combinations! The store is super aesthetic, and there are so many options. They have some really cute and unique pot options of all sizes. It is a little pricy, but everything looks so nice and is high quality. We got a few succulents and pots and it was around $40. Definitely worth stopping by even just to look around!

Yelp
What a beautiful store! Everyone was so helpful. There were so many things to choose from. I don't normally buy silk flowers but these pieces were like art. Such attention to detail! I couldn't resist.
google avatar

Cindy N.

Yelp
Beautiful and open space for a nursery, and I do appreciate the planter selection they had wasn't generic like all the others. Reasonably priced, too! The plant prices is higher than average (medium size monsteras are $60ish where I found the same size at another nursery for half the price). The health of the plants here seems very good, and they are well taken care of. The staff were friendly, and helpful when I asked questions. Once I browsed the entire store, it became obvious it is not just a nursery but also a garden and home decor store. They sell furniture, faux plants to arrange, orchids, artisan pots and planters, candles, etc.

Yelp
Cute plant shop! Located off Fairfax and Beverly it's been around for a bit and I've wanted to check it out so badly since I've moved to the area here in LA. What's really cool about it is that it's also a home decor store much like "Terrain @ Anthropologie". Usually stuff limited to planting and simple decor. Inside they have faux plants as well and they are great at constructing succulent walls. I saw one of the artists at work while shopping and it really inspired so many gifting ideas for the holidays coming up. The plans were limited though and a bit pricey. I only say this because I hit up a few more shops and found way more variety and cheaper prices. However this place is more of an experience so it's hard to compare the two. And to be honest, I probably would've felt great buying a bunch of plants but first steps are overwhelming! Grabbed a few photo shots while I was there. They have parking inside their gate, very limited but convenient. Outside there is also tons of spots. I'll be honest I forgot to feed the meter and got away with staying for about 40 mins no one was up my alley bothering me. But I don't suggest you do that. Eek!

Yelp
This is one of our favorite nurseries in Los Angeles. Situated in a vintage building with so much character and detail, come shop here for anything from indoor plants to pots and accesories! All the staff are helpful and able to answer any questions you have. While some plants are indeed higher than you would find at some of the big box stores, you're supporting small and staying local. I also enjoy the home decor section that has a lot of fun items for sale! We even picked up some edible herbs and vegetable plants! They have their own parking lot off Beverly so it's nice to not worry about that in that busy area.

Yelp
Fantastic store. Heaven for plant lovers. Beautifully curated selection of plants. I don't know how competitive the pricing is, but this feels like a premium experience that is worth a little extra

Yelp
Stopped here to get some plants to create a live wall at home. Right when I got here I saw they had their own live wall full of beautifully curated succulents which provided great inspiration for my own wall. Although they were out of stock of a few of the succulents from the wall that really caught my eye the rest of the stock was more then enough to make up for it. The atmosphere here is very bohemian, and they have a large selection of beautiful planters and decor, including seasonal decorations and outdoor blankets and pillows. Anyone looking to decorate their outdoor space this place is a must to check out for statement decor and beautiful plants. Also a great spot to buy gifts for anyone special in your life. The staff were also very helpful in providing information about the care of my new plants!

Yelp
AESTHETIC! AESTHETIC! AESTHETIC! Checked out Rolling Greens today and here are my thoughts: * Shop was very large with plants arranged by light needs. * Prices clearly marked and very reasonable for quality and size of the plants. * Very friendly staff * Decent selection of house plants, small selection of common succulents. * Has a cool potting station in back * Great selection of cover pots and baskets * Fake plants and home decor was available as well. All in all, my new favorite spot to get large healthy reasonably sized houseplants and minimal cover pots.

Yelp
I'd like to update my review as Sasha reached out to me and was very kind and apologetic and wanted to hear a more in depth explanation as to what happened in the store. She then offered that I could exchange the dying plant for another at no cost. So I went in on Monday and Danny helped me out and he was so kind and friendly! I ended up getting an "easier" plant to take care of and he potted it so beautifully, showed me exactly how to care for it, and put it in a box with pretty paper for me to take home, which is especially nice because the first time I bought the plant it fell over in my car and spilled everywhere (no box) so I'm not sure if that was just him being proactive or if the other gal who potted my plant failed to do that. Either way, Danny was wonderful!

Yelp
This is my favorite place to get plants. I've gotten three out of my four last plants from here and the oldest one was from two years ago, and is still alive. They are also really helpful if I have any questions about a plant.

Hannah G.

Yelp
Came in looking for two succulents to give as gifts. Knowing nothing about succulents, I was slightly overwhelmed. But Alisa at the arrangement bar helped me out with suggestions and ideas. She created a beautiful little arrangement for me. As for the second succulent, I picked out a beautiful pre-made arrangement.

Yelp
Super cute niche plant shop. They have a great selection of plants and the staff are great. The manager Roy was super helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning!!

Yelp
It was an exceptionally hot day in Los Angeles, yet all the plants that were out in the open air looked lush and beautiful. Staff was nice, even to lookie loos like us.Parking is a challenge. The decor is beautiful.

Yelp
What a gem! This place is fantastic! I needed a pot full of succulents for a funeral and it was just gorgeous. I had the help of the wonderful Lovely(not sure if that's how she spelled it), but she lived up to her name helping me pick out a pot and go through which styles of succulents I would like. This thing turned out beautiful and everyone loved it. It was very reasonably priced for the quality, also. I highly recommend. Cheers, Rolling Greens! I'll be back.

Susanna K.

Yelp
I went in today to shop for a chic holiday arrangement and Sam was just a delight to work with. Everything is so gorgeous in this store!!! Along with a stunning container, Sam helped me try out an array of possible holiday branches and we got the perfect combo. My client is going to just LOVE the finished product. Thanks again Rolling Green for having such style!

Yelp
Where do I even start. i am obsessed with this place! I also find new plant friends every time I come here. I was in the other day and purchased 5 news plants and they were all exotic and I have never even seen some of the before. Ryan is super helpful and knowledgeable and always helps me plant anything that needs to be potted. I purchased peace Lilly's for my office since they can live in low light and are air purifiers which I did not know and is pretty cool. I also found a Chinese money plant which looks very alien like and so cool. I have never seen one before. I also picked up a couple prayer plants which I am not sure what there proper name is but I simple adore them. The quality is really great and all of my plants are super healthy. Will come back again soon. I have attached photos of the planters that Ryan planted for me. They turned out so cute and are a great addition to my bedroom.

Yelp
Rolling Greens, usually a drive by on the way home from Hollywood became a destination in my search for more authentic looking faux orchids either plant or stems. Many a day I'd wished I'd had more time to stop. The façade alone and then the rich history as per their Yelp page - "A charming home and garden store occupying the Historic Town Tire Co. building, originally designed in 1930..."- piqued my interest, my creative side. Definitely a haven for gardeners, designers, crafters or shadow artists like myself. Rolling Greens' free parking lot, amid displays of live plants and classy containers waiting to go home with you, is totally convenient as opposed to a meter on Beverly Boulevard especially if your purchase requires lugging and toting. Once inside, find more plants to buy then nurture, decor and seasonal items to grace your home. Grab a seat at the Arrangement Bar and let expert designers turn your brainchild into a viable reality. Preferring to go solo, I found exactly the quality of faux orchids and river stone vase filler to complete my DIY project. Check out was swift, friendly and the only time I got smiles from staff. I felt bad that many associates I encountered seemed sad, especially the Arrangement Bar designers. I get it that implementing art can be serious stuff but Rolling Greens is a blank canvas and so it seems those who create should be having more fun, be more joyful...I was upon completing my arrangement...

Yelp
Its like the West Elm for nurseries, the home decor selection is FABULOUS. The plants here are great but who knows if the employees actually know anything about plant care; lets be honest here. Most of the bad reviews here seem to be about bad service. But what everyone here seems to forget is that these people are barely making above minimum wage and having to deal with your pretentious self and your need to fill your home with overpriced home decor. Honey guess what, no one cares about your fur babies, no one cares if you have *gasp* $300 dollars worth of merchandise, no one cares if you're a designer and don't feel a sense of community, and no one cares if you cant find a good parking spot. AH-MAH-ZING store guys, had a blast here. Solid 4 stars, minus 1 for lack of service.

lisa d.

Yelp
Cute concept but I would shop elsewhere. Prices are double to triple what you could find at any other nursery but beyond that the employees are insufferable. They have a pretentious attitude and didn't even look in my direction when I was trying to ask for help. Take your business to a smaller mom and pop shop.

Yelp
This place is changed to BAD service. Do not expect a good service. I went to Rolling Greens on Beverly as a regular customer. I just got horrible service at the store. At Last year when I bought many plants, one of the manager said that "When the plant grow then need to repot, Rolling greens will repot for customer if the plants or pot is from Rolling greens". I was beileve that. However, when I visit with my grown plant that was from Rolling green and I also had receipt, also another manager said if I purchase wide-pot for the plants, they will repot my plants, And then One of Asian manager change her sentence right away, They don't have any service to repot for any custumer. Were they lie to me before? To sell pot and plants? Whenever I buy plants in there??? HORRIBLE experience. I will never go there again. The American Asian manager was sooooo RUDE as well. Do not play with customer.
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
After receiving an email back from the manager expressing her misunderstanding and trouble (Thank you) I went back in to select a new tree which had been offered (who would willingly bring a tree into their home that has been infested with bugs??). However, apparently due to my honest feedback on here, the offer to give me a new tree has been revoked. My old tree was indeed re-soiled but unwatered and now half dead. Even the assistant manager helping me, was very apologetic about its state but that was all she could do. Overall, this entire situation has been incredibly disappointing. Two trips to and both leaving frustrated.

Yelp
GREAT VIBE AND AESTHETIC THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO LIVE THERE PROS--------- STYLE: Loved the way everything is presented so that I can picture it in my own home VARIETY: There are many great options you can pic from. From types of plants to pots and everything in between KNOWLEDGE: Brianne Bird helped me figure out what types of plants would look best with my aesthetic and I couldn't be happier CONS--------- Not enough time in my day to buy everything I want!!

Yelp
While I love all the plants at Rolling Greens and have been a loyal customer for years... the service today was CRAP ! The man behind the cash wrap was head down on his phone when I arrived w over $300 in merch. His demeanor was short and dismissive as if I was bothering him w my questions and purchase. Rather than lend a hand or even offer a simple thank you when I finished my purchase, his attention went right back to his phone. Is your IG, FB or Scruff really that important ? Customer Service training anyone ???
google avatar

Tannaz S.

Yelp
To call this store "happy place" is an understatement! Every single item and plant is gorgeous. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. I have to rave about my favorite florist/designer ever, Brianne. Her talent is beyond anyones I've ever seen. She has magic in her hands and makes the most gorgeous tasteful arrangements and designs. Lupita, another employee helped me check out and was so informative about plant care and upcoming events. The energy in that store is revitalizing. So much so that when my plants need to be redone or freshened up, this is one maintenance I look forward to! Brianne is a joy and has true talent. You will not regret your visit and money spent

Yelp
I saw beautiful healthy plants. Great prices. The arrangement area, outdoor and indoor garden was very satisfying to the eye. Just wish there was more of a selection to choose from. But I completely understand due to the plant community growing rightnow. I called previous to coming to this location if furbabies were welcome. The gentleman on the phone was so welcoming and said they were "absolutely VERY pet friendly!" We arrived and was in awe at how beautiful this place looked from the very small parking area. My daughter and I wandered around the inside of the location to look at more foliage other than what was outside. My fiancé had my pup on a short leash so he kept my pup very close and away from any plants. What I did not appreciate was the man standing behind the counter giving my fiancé and my pup not so welcoming looks. All I could hear was the woman behind the counter telling the other man, "Yes, he's allowed." Not once did anyone greet us. Not one person asked if we needed any assistance with anything. But as soon as another family walks in, they are automatically greeted and offered assistance. Customer service is everything no matter what we look like on the outside. Remember that always!

Yelp
Maybe the joke's on me for paying $30 for a Dracaena that costs $15 for the exact same size at Home Depot. First, I had to wait until one of the many employees stopped gossiping with each other to assist me as the plant I wanted didn't have a price on it. Only that never happened so I had to flag someone down who made it very clear that he was annoyed by my audacity to ask him what the price was. There was a group of 3 or 4 employees huddled in a circle talking to each other at the cash register. After seeing me pile $100+ worth of plants on the counter, their only response to this was to cover her mouth with her clipboard so I couldn't hear what they were saying. When one of them finally decided I was worthy of their attention, he rang me up without giving me any information or care instructions for my plants (this is important for later). The next morning I woke up to find that the leaves on my brand new overpriced Dracaena had turned black. After emailing photos to an employee named Erin, she swiftly told me that the reason the leaves were black was because I had it near my window (which gets low to medium indirect light AT MOST since I am on a ground level apartment). Here's the catch: I bought the plant early in the evening, drove it straight home under tinted windows and put it near my window when it was dark out. The leaves had turned black before the sun was even up the next day. I explained this to her but she just ignored me and told me it was past their 24 hour return policy (even though I had DM'd them on instagram 11 hours after purchasing it, they just ignored my DM). Furthermore, WHAT PERSON WOULD NOT PUT A PLANT NEAR A SOURCE OF NATURAL LIGHT UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED NOT TO??? Why was I not told that this was a special needs plant when I purchased it?? I've never had this happen at any other nursery. I was told I needed to call the store manager to discuss this. Every time I called she was conveniently never available. The employees here act like they're doing you a favor when you need them to do their job and when they sell you an overpriced dying plant they will place all the blame on you and take zero accountability for their negligence. Home Depot has a much better selection at half the price and unlike Rolling Greens, great customer service and a money back guarantee on all their plants. Save yourself from spending twice what you need to on the exact same plants in order to pay for their horrible employees' paychecks.
google avatar

Jennifer K.

Yelp
I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but I have never left a shop because of how rude the employees were. I walked in ready to spend because I love their aesthetics, and after about 15min, I walked out because of their holier than thou attitude. I'm sure it's not all their employees, but two was enough. I never thought a home and plant shop would have such snooty attitudes lol. I'd rather spend my money where it's welcome

Bobby H.

Yelp
Amazing place, has beautiful and high quality plans, walked in and met a gentlemen named Bobby who was extremely helpful and patient as i couldn't make up my mind with all the varieties they have, he was kind have to show me around and also suggested i go see their second location at the wear house. As i got to the second location he was still kind enough to help me pick out additional plans. love this place and i suggest anyone who goes there to talk to bobby as he was very knowledge and has a eye for plants and decor.

Yelp
This is a gorgeous store. Though a lot of the items are quite expensive, I was pleasantly surprised at how the plants are reasonably priced. They didn't have the same markup as a lot of the home items seemed to have. The best part of this place is that they sometimes do special events. I recently attended one to kick off the holiday season and it was AMAZING. Completely free. They had a huge table spread of appetizers and cheeses, so many desserts I felt sick, and drinks (including non alcoholic cocktails!). They also had a lot of great vendors set up from local artisans. If you can ever attend one of their events, you MUST go. It was amazing. Definitely will be back here whenever I'm in the neighborhood and will try to keep tabs on when they host events as they really know how to throw a party!

Yelp
The cutest nursery I have ever been to. The customer service was also excellent - the crew went above and beyond to help me design a centerpiece arrangement.

Yelp
Happy with my purchases. Friendly staff, beautiful plants and well organized! Their plant selection is great! Found an unique collection for my garden. Good pricing. I'm so happy that I discovered this store. This place is incredible!

Yelp
The most bougie and sophisticated nursery I've been to where I wanted to buy everything my eyes laid on. Everything here is SO PRETTY. It's like a blend of Anthropologie and Pier 1 Imports with splashes of greenery everywhere. I came just for succulents but was surprised to see the vast collection of beautiful home decor. So my first impression was that customer service wasn't the most welcoming. I had to ask two workers how to make the DIY succulent and they gave really concise suggestions/instructions.. You basically choose any pot in the store which will mainly determine the price. If you get a small pot, you can get only 1 or 2 succulents. If you get a fairly large pot, you can put several plants in. Looking back, I should've gotten a bigger pot because I was only able to fit in two succulents and didn't like the way they ended up looking :( Price breakdown is $15 for pot and plants + $5 labor fee. Parking is easy because they have a private lot right in the front.

Yelp
I cannot get enough of this place. I go here mostly for the home decor, but they have some beautiful plants too. If you ever need help with anything their team is there for you, especially Brianne.
google avatar

Kian A.

Yelp
Customer service is not great here. Every plant I've bought here was overpriced and died fairly quickly. Plus they don't take cash for some reason. Can't recommend coming here - support a small, independent mom & pop business instead!

Ying J.

Yelp
I found some perfect plant here and I love it. Love the fact that they wrapped my plants with papers in case the plant fell on the ground in the car. Love this store. Would love to come back for more plants

Laura S.

Yelp
Infested plants. HORRIBLE customer service. We just bought a couple cacti from this store. After transplanting it into our otherwise thriving garden at home we began to notice white dots on the cacti, so I called in to ask if they had some advise on what it might be and how I could deal with it - I was worried it might be an overwatering issue. They told me to text in photos of the plant... and after sending them multiple messages with photos they took TWO WEEKS to get back to me to say the plant was infested and I should throw it away. By this time the cacti is brown and rotting They were not helpful, and actually were downright rude. Now my other cacti in the pot also look infested and I will likely have to uproot the whole garden. I can't believe I spent $80 on infested cacti. Will never shop here again. There are so many beautiful nurseries in the area and this is not one of them. UPDATE: the manager called in response to our complaint and said she would get back to us later that day. It's been around a month and we never heard back from her! Never shopping here again.

Yelp
DO NOT SHOP HERE! They sold me a cactus that was infested and then refused to let me return it. Not to mention it took them over a week to get back to me. I honestly think you will get better customer service at the DMV - avoid this store at all cost and shop elsewhere. I for one will never spend another cent here again.

Yelp
Although I haven't bought any plants or home decor here, this place is beautiful! I can't wait to visit other locations. There is a small parking lot in front but can fill up fast, but there's always street parking. The vibe of this place is a very cool, calm, and collected vibe and very enjoyable. They have indoor plants along with outdoor plants including succulents and cactus. They also have home decor and pretty planters! Price of the plants are reasonable, not cheap but not expensive, but I'm sure worth the shiny $$. They also have carry fake plants so I guess if you're into that, have a ball!! Lol. Anyways, can't wait to come back and visit their other locations!

Yelp
Need to work on customer service. Staff seems friendly but they are all busy, distracted and a little spaced out. You need to ask a question or make a request two times to get an answer. New employee seemed to brush me off because she was busy figuring out how to work the cash register. Too much trouble signing up for a workshop. Never got confirmation by email or phone. I thought the online message said someone would be contacting me but it didn't happen.
