"A sign posted to the front door indicates it is also closed for renovations; I note that it is owned by Ying Huang and is located across the street from Sushi Factory." - Terrence Doyle

Customer service sucks. The dude harassed us to buy a $30 box of deep fried oreos until we were forced to just walk away because he would not take “no” for an answer. Those bad business practices might get you a one-off sale every once in a while, but harassing customers is a great way to ensure they never come back. I used to drive an hour and a half to grab some rolled ice cream from this place, but now I don’t even bother going to the mall at all.

They harass you to get something. We wanted to try the fried Oreos then the young man would not stop trying to get us to get ice cream; he said it would be free for some reason and that he would pay for us if we left a review. We went to walk away and he started saying we scammed them because we couldn’t tip them.

SIR??? I was with my friends and we were offered a fried Oreo sample. After each taking one and thinking that would be that, we began walking off. We were only a few feet away when the worker called us back saying we were gonna get a FREE ice cream. WE ALL SAID NO. But he commenced in making one and giving it to us anyways. He grabbed our phones and made us leave a review on the website for 5 stars. And when we were officially annoyed he handed us the “FREE” ice cream when he told us we NEEDED TO LEAVE A TIP?!?! I began pushing my friends away and walking off. He claimed they had gotten scammed and left me and my friends terrified to ever receive a free sample of that store. DO NOT GO TO THIS ICE CREAM STORE IF “CJ” IS WORKING. They will trick you. The ice cream is good so I would recommend going to a different store, just steer clear of that one because of “CJ”. (We were at the town center location, I don’t know any information on the other locations)

Good food, but don't appreciate their sales methods. My son was given a sample and then told he was being done a favor and to not go anywhere. The employee made the food and then told him that would be $10 without my son asking for it. That is not a favor, that is an unethical pressure sales technique. He felt obligated to pay for it at that point even though he did not want it. Need to do a better job training their employees. This will maybe result in one forced sale but greatly diminish repeat business. We are walking on the other side everytime we visit this mall to avoid this business. No more "free" samples for us.

Rolled ice cream is extremely overrated, it tastes like regular ice cream except it’s hard to eat. The rolls are very hard you have to give it a few minutes to melt and even then it’s still awkward to eat with a spoon.. in regards to this place they are VERY push and demanding. The guy acts like he works off commission but doesn’t like to take no for an answer. It was my first and last time patronizing this business.

KEEP THIS PLACE OPEN i love the atmosphere, the ice cream was amazing. The customer service was outstanding. If I can give 10 stars I would I had a wonderful experience with me and my family will be back and one more thing. They took their time, my whole family, so we didn’t know we want. They’re very helpful in each way, even try to sample of a fried oreo i’ll be sharing with my close relatives and family across the way

Stopped by the Kennesaw location for a sweet birthday treat for my daughter! The 2 guys working were super friendly and funny! We got the strawberry cheesecake, birthday, and banana split. It was all super delicious!

Stay away. As you first walk up you think you’re purchasing from a nice small business because they are greatly advertising with their voice and free samples. However don’t be fooled. They are a business full of con artists. I began to ask the worker what were their prices. I was told a small was $10, a medium was $13, and a large was $15. After being told the prices I should’ve left because I’ve never been anywhere where Ice cream is $15. However, I decided to support the business. I ordered the medium. While ordering, I seen the prices fluctuating as the cashier was ringing me up. Then another worker said “don’t worry I’m making this mango drink just for you” “it’ll be a deal, give her a discount” keep in mind that I never asked for a mango drink just the ice cream! The total came out to $28, I asked him what was wrong with the total and then he stated “he forgot the discount” then the total came out to $18 which is still more that my $13 ice cream. I told him that I never asked for a mango drink and he looked disappointed because his scam didn’t work! I was then charged my $13 and I will NEVER be returning. Also, turns out a small was $8, again, a Scam! At first it seemed like good marketing however, this business will not last trying to scam! Especially with way better rolled up ice cream like 7 ROLLS AND SWEET CHARLIES!! I promise those places will no disappoint!
