Exclusively take out - eat out. There are seats and a few metal tables outside, with large sun-blocking umbrellas.
They make pizza shaped in rectangular slabs, salads, and have beverage offerings of San Pellegrino orange and lemonade.
the pizza offerings are Regina Margherita, fiori di zucca (zucchini blossoms), potato, mushrooms, and others.
The salad is spring mix with "scaglie" (shaved shards) of parmiggiano reggiano, with a Champagne salad dressing.
The flour is Caputo brand, the best. The mozzarella used is high quality. The tomato sauce is simple, unadulterated, and of natural flavor, the way it should be.
This is what in Rome, Italy, is known as "pizza al taglio", but this one is of higher quality, at the level of the high-end pizza al taglio retail street food sellers in Rome, as Roscioli (Via dei Chiavari, Roma). In the USA, it is expensive to produce because all the source ingredients must be imported, so it costs more here for a reason.
A recommendation for the management: to the numerous beverages, add Chinotto, but not the Chino' from San Pellegrino, which is too sweet, but Chin8, from Neri.
