There are three things necessary to make a good restaurant: good food, good prices, good service. Roma has failed.
A few weeks back we ate in the restaurant, and the service was lousy. My wife ordered a pizza, I ordered a stromboli, and my son ordered a cheeseburger. She got her pizza in about 20 minutes. I got my stromboli about 10 minutes later. My poor son didn't get his till we were leaving nearly 45 minutes later. The waitress only came to the table once in that time. He had to eat his mother's pizza. I chalked it up to covid, and a lack of good employees to pick from.
Tonight, after working all day, and not feeling like going into a restaurant, we called in an order: 2 pizzas and a stromboli. We were told it would be 30 minutes. We were at the restaurant 25 minutes later. It took a full hour for the food to come out. Many other call in orders were picked up while we waited, but ours took a full hour from the time we called. I received a halfway apology, and I left.
At home, my wife opened her pizza, and it was not fully cooked. Absolutely piss poor service, and uncooked food. We will not be back. If this downward trend continues I don't think anyone will be eating there for long.
