"The one thing to know about Brazilian pizza is that it’s always thin-crust and always eaten with a fork and knife. No one will police you if you use your hands, but when at Roma Specialty Pizza, do as the regulars do. Located in a Culver City strip mall amongst some other Brazilian shops, here you can find thin-crust Brazilian pizzas topped with things like Portuguese calabresa sausage, shredded dried beef, hearts of palm, and creamy catupiry cheese to name just a few. Where things get really interesting is Roma’s ‘rodizio’-style menu, which is Brazilian Portuguese for all-you-can-eat pizza. You can mix and match slices from different pies, but my favorite is the classic Portuguesa pizza that comes with diced ham, green peas, black olives, and sliced hard-boiled egg. I also recommend the shop’s best-seller: catupiry chicken. It’s topped with tender shredded chicken mixed with creamy catupiry cheese that creates a mousse-like consistency. The decadent mixture is then generously spread on fresh pizza dough and baked until golden brown on top. photo credit: Andrea D'Agosto" - Sylvio Martins

It’s a nice Brazilian cuisine, Pizza dough is amazing, fresh and tasty. I like the all you can eat option but I think it’s too expensive per person and not worth it. Most of the 8 pizzas i’ve tried are tasty(my favorites were Frango Catupiry and Creamy Frango) however, some other toppings lack seasoning and taste. Service and atmosphere are not up to par. I would order pizza again but definitely not all you can eat.

Although, I have tasted Brazilian food in the past, I never had tried this style pizza. The concept it’s great Rodizio how it’s called, or all you can eat. The Pizza it’s really tasty and crunchy and you have the option to try as much or as little flavours every round! I particularly enjoyed the catupiry pizza which is one of the most popular cheese in Brazil. Besides the salty pizzas, they also offer pizza desserts which are absolutely delicious! My only suggestion would be to add more color and decor to the place as I think it’s has lots of potential to attract a lot more customers!! Muito obrigada!

We had a great time at Bella Vista (aka Roma Specialty Pizza) and ordered the Rodizio all-you-can-eat option for our group. Our server, Ian, was very helpful and took our orders for the initial pizzas to be served to our table. You will get many options for tasting their varieties of pizza. They serve tableside by the slice, and don't leave the unfinished pizza at your table. We were outside the restaurant in the covered patio common area. There was another group inside the restaurant that evening, and we were offered slices of the pizza that they ordered. It's an interesting concept to give you a chance to taste more than you might otherwise. As of this review date, there is no liquor license so we did BYOB, but it is not permitted inside the restaurant.

Even those who don't need to eat gluten free should taste the gluten free cheese bread crust. What a great idea! I'm from Minas Gerais, so this is the perfect pizza for me. My husband and I ordered a calabrese pizza and another bbq chicken pizza. Both was very tasty. The service was great at lunch time. I definitely recommend it and I will try to go more often even being 1 hour away.

Dining at Roma Specialty Pizza was a pleasant experience. Besides their Brazilian individual Menu, Roma offers their "All You Can Eat " Brazilian Pizza buffett, which is personally cater to your desk. The patrons and manager were a delight to talk to. I was even provided a tour into their kitchen, where every dish is made from scratch, no processed sauce, meats or cheeses. Their chicken is bought whole and, fresh. Their vegetables are fresh and crispy. Cheese is grated in house. Perfect family setting!!

I had to go to LA for a drs appointment and was looking for somewhere to eat that is delicious and somewhere I've never been. Well I definitely found it with this place. The whole room smelled delicious, and made me more hungry just being there. I knew this was the place to be. I ordered a Beef stroganoff pizza with potato strips on it, because come on who wouldn't wanna try that? The looks smell and taste was on point. Next time I go im gonna stay for their all you can eat option.
