A student‑era staple turned multigenerational favorite, Roma West is known for its crispy‑chewy pies and signature carolis (calzone‑meets‑stromboli). Highlighted by CBS Colorado, the pizzeria traces its lineage back to the 1980s and still feels like a town clubhouse on game nights.

The most expensive mid pizza I've ever had. Two medium pizzas, and garlic bread totalled over $50. You could go to dominos and get double the pizza for half the price. It tasted alright, but not great. Artes in Loveland blows them out of the water. Our $8 garlic bread had no garlic or seasoning, was just cheese on toast. Best to skip this place unless you like paying the most for the least amount of okay food.

Loved it! First time, will retun. Romas is right down the road so we decided what the hell let's give it a try. So glad we did! We went on a Monday so it was 40% off pizza, which was awesome! We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, an order of garlic bread, husband ordered a 34oz beer, and we had two sodas on our tab (free refills on the soda.) Our total was $36 and some change! Wow! The price for all we got made me so happy I could've cried 😄 AND the food was good, that was the best part! I'm tired of going out to eat and paying $50 plus for my family of 3 to eat just about anywhere, and the quality of food everywhere has gone down hill. Roma's was pleasant for the atmosphere too nice, small and cozy feel. All around 10/10 would recommend, will return. Asking ourselves why we've lived here for 2 years and just now tried this location, wasted my money everywhere else on pizza. No more. Romas was amazing!

Beware, when they add tip onto your bill at the end, the math doesn’t add up. When the option for 15% pops up, it’s a higher dollar amount than the actual 15% tip that is customary in America. The food and service were both excellent.

Was looking for a great Italian restaurant and I can say I have found it at Roma West. Great atmosphere for everyone. But the food was outstanding. Price was worth the food for our family of three. Highly recommend checking this place out. We WILL be back.

I try hard to support local businesses. I ordered a margherita carolis. I was told they were out of fresh Basil, but had dried. Okay, That's cool, let's go with that. I added chicken and black olives. I received a chicken and cheese carolis. It took a good 10 minutes to get a waitress, her response was, ummm.... do you want that remade? My whole family had eaten and were ready to go before I ever received my meal. The replacement had mushrooms.. I'm allergic to mushrooms 🤣🤣🤣. Jokes on me apparently. Waitress said well I guess it's just bad luck. I'm sorry I can't support a business that will not listen to a customer.

I usually visit the evans location, but due to them closing in an hour from order time, I tried the west location. Unfortunately, the bottom was burnt on all of the carolis. But I cut it off and ate em anyways

I ordered a veggie corolli (sp?) to go. I must have said 3 times no broccoli, add spinach . Please make sure there is no broccoli. Went and picked up, cut it open and not only was there crappy frozen broccoli, there was also frozen cauliflower which wasn’t even a listed ingredient. Using cheap frozen vegetables as a filler is a hard pass for me. Plus, in my opinion, they don’t belong anywhere near a pizza or corolli. I called to let them know and the kid wax like oh sorry I must have forgot. Actually he didn’t forget, it said minus broccoli right on the box. I wasn’t looking for any compensation which was good cause all he offered was a “sorry”.
