Romance Istanbul Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this five-star hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was extremely clean, very spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. Comfort and attention to detail were clear from the first moment. What really made the experience special was the staff. Every single person was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to the gentleman working at the reception during the evening/night shift — he was extremely polite, welcoming, and supportive. Also, all the staff in the breakfast area were amazing: warm smiles, great service, and a very positive atmosphere. I especially wish I knew the name of the man in the kitchen who prepared our coffee. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and made our mornings even better with his attitude and care. Honestly, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Exceptional service, great comfort, and truly wonderful people. I would happily stay here again

I stayed at Romance Istanbul and everything was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. Not to forget Ms Shirin was the sweetest and approachable 💕

Quirky accommodation at the Roman Hotel in Istanbul - not your average hotel room but decorated in Turkish style. |Felt as if the room was a bit dated but generous in size, extremely hot in the room on arrival. Airconditioning struggle most of the 5 days of our stay. |Bathroom had its quirks also with almost nowhere to put any toiletries at all. There was a little sitting area also with a very old, uncomfortable couch and lighting in the area was also difficult. Almost impossible to see the numbers on the safe to use it! There was also another small sitting area, more comfortable. As we had a corner suite, we had a wrap around balcony as well.|Staff were helpful, especially when one of us became unwell and directed us to the closest pharmacy. Recommendations for restaurants were great, as well as directions. Really cared for there customers.

I had a wonderful experience in Romance Istanbul Hotel. The location is great as it is between the old city and Eminonu which links to the significant public transport services to both the Asian and European side of Istanbul. The facilities are clean and the rooms are spacious with all the necessary services. The hotel also provided a pool, sauna, Turkish hamam and massage service which is a huge plus. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful no matter what your background is. I would highly recommend this hotel to all guests from couples to families etc.

My husband and I had amazing stay here, location is in the heart of Sultanahmet, just a stone’s throw from Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sofia & Blue Mosque. Stunning hotel and immaculately clean. Şirin, Miraç and Furkan are very friendly and helpful. They provided exceptional service and prompt guidance for us to move around in the area. Highly recommend anyone who wish to enjoy a memorable stay. Love from us, sunny island Singapore.

We had an incredible time at the Romance Istanbul. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful and romantic style with the best lighting. The suite we stayed in was spacious and had plenty of room and privacy for both us and our two boys. The bathroom had wonderful towels and quality bath products. We all enjoyed the breakfast each morning. It was special with the made to order coffees. Our children said they would be sad to go back to their normal breakfast. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice for dinner, both times it was excellent. Thank you for making our short time in Istanbul so special. We will recommend you to friends and family and hope to stay again soon.

The front desk staff were wonderful, always genuine in greeting us each time, and gave us a loan of a travel/ tram card ( rather than us buying one) we still had to put money into it just up the road at the tram station, it saved us buying the card and when we were leaving we handed it back. The service staff were also great in room service and down stairs in the breakfast area with coffee and the variety of breakfast changed daily. The location is great lots of restaurants around we found the 360 restaurant was the best and was the first we tried. I don’t normally give reviews, however they deserve one, I should have tipped them more , we Australian don’t tip at home and found it odd but got in the swing of it by the time we had a week in Turkeya and during our following holiday. On a nut Schell great location really friendly staff and made us feel welcome 😎👍👍👍
