The experience was below low expectations. Here for My neice 21st birthday dinner. Server was struggling with keeping attentiveness for only 2 tables & he didnt seem to really didnt wanna be there. The bread was the only thing great and the server didn't seem to want to bring but 1 loaf for a table of 8. & we had to wait a long time for 1 loaf of bread. All of the food was bland and dry. Had to request sauces for all dishes. Lasagna dry and taste bland. Caesar salad dry & Shrimp had no season & tastesless. No season on none of the food. Overcharged for 2 items not received & had to have my credit card charged again for correct amount.. Paid for a togo Order of spinach., waited 30mins. Had to request the status on it, then found out it was given to another table. Found it rude not checking on your table whom has paid in full and paid for to go item. Server advised us to keep our tips and we certainly did. We will never eat here again, just wasted alot of money... ridiculous.

First off, I forgive them for lack of quality service and quality food, due to lack of HELP. This is an ongoing problem for many restaurants and businesses these days. However, if you are going to open your doors for business with limited staff, you have to step way up to keep patrons coming back. My salmon was cooked hard as a brick. I sent it back and received one as firm as a mattress. I suppose if I had sent it back once more I would have received one as soft as a feather. 🙄 🙄🙄🙄🙄 OK, I'm back. Our server was also the manager. He was all over the place....frazzled, but calm at the same time. My friends and I felt really sorry for him. On a good note, the pasta was delicious 😋. We also really enjoyed our endless Caesar salads and bread. This helped tide us over during the looonnnng time before our food arrived....(refer back to the previously mentioned salmon). I hope help comes soon. This could have been a 2 rating. 😳

Staff was incredibly rude. I ordered online for pickup, there was no hostess even though there is a "wait to be seated" sign. The bartender saw my sister and I just walked away when I approached the bar. I waited 10 minutes and she came back 3 times and ignored me. There were only 2 people at the bar and 4 tables at the whole restaurant. My sister was able to find where they kept take out orders and thankfully Alexandria helped us out. I would like to add 3 other staff members walked by and ignored us including the manager that walked past 6 times. Yes I was mad enough to count. Maybe promote Alexandria and have her show the others how to acknowledge customers, it's a restaurant, you need the staff to attend to people who come. It's ridiculous no server, bartender, or hostess can't help but it takes someone from the kitchen staff to step up and not be walking around with a scowl. I want to emphasize they weren't short staffed and the restaurant was next to empty. I was there 20 minutes after the food shown ready and wasn't ready and took someone who isn't even at the front counter or even close to the front door to assist us because everyone else literally ignored my sister and I. I feel disgusted I spent nearly $100 here to be treated like garbage. This is long winded but you want food that is mostly just alright, a joke size for things like brussel sprouts, and to be treated like you don't exist while wasting your money this is the place!

We came for a nice family dinner. We are used to such a great experience here so I am sad to write this. Our first 20 minutes they took our appetizer and drink order then we didn’t see anyone. Then we they finally came with drinks, no appetizer came and no bread and olive oil like normal. Next… everything came at once appetizers, salad and entrees. There wasn’t hardly room on the table. They took my entree back to keep it warm but it was returned to me room temperature at best and before I was ready for it. Worst experience with this restaurant chain ever. I watched a table of 9 with 3 rambunctious kids get fabulous service while we got treated like second class citizens Frustrating that it cost almost $200 to have this bad experience as well!!

We enjoy this place, have been coming here for decades. It’s always good food, the whole family enjoyed it. Service was great, the atmosphere was fantastic. Prices as with everything have gone up considerably, otherwise it was pleasant night. I would recommend.

We went for Supper about 730pm, We got sitted, but no Menu's, finally asked and got our Menus. Took Our Order and it took over 40mins to get My Appetizers. Longer for Our entrees to come. Now the Staff were very Nice but I want Service and Hot Food, which didn't happen. I would have given 2.5 stars if I could. The Restaurant was not that Busy, related to the fact it was a Monday Evening and not busy. Not Only was Service Slow but You have to pay extra for the Salad or Soup. I could go to Olive Garden for a Better Meal and Price. Again the Staff was Pleasant and Nice, but for the Price, I want more

We walked in and it was not busy. The waiter kept apologizing about how busy he was. He was flustered. We have our drink order twice. When it came it was quick. Our food was Spaghetti and meatballs( my husband liked it) Mine was mamas trio. The fettuccine was fine. The lasagna tasted sour and the chicken park was burnt to the point that it tasted burnt. The waiter brought our bill as soon as we started eating. I gave him this plate full of food and he didn’t question it. Or offer a take out box. Of course I wouldn’t have wanted one but seriously. He didn’t bring a large spoon with the pasta because there weren’t any. She. We asked for spoons. He brought one only. We had spaghetti and fettuccine. It was pretty awkward but he was trying hard to make conversation and not disappoint.

I had dinner at Macaroni Grill and order food to go for lunch on Monday. For and appetizer, i ordered the caprese salad. It was great. For dinner, I had the Seafood Ravioli with Shrimp. The bread is so good!! My to go order consisted of Tomato Basil Soup and I think I got Seafood Bisque and Chicken Marsala.
