Best Mexican food in castle rock. They used to be in Ecclesia food hall downtown but recently moved to the west side of town. You order at the food truck and they have a nice dining room to eat and play pool. Their chips and salsa are delicious and made in-house. This is our new go-to spot!

We had a taco craving and wanted to visit a Castle Rock Taco place and found d Romo's Street Tacos nearby. There appears to be a sit down resturant, but it had an Opening Soon sign on it. But, we did notice the Food Truck Trailer next to it in the parking lot. We ordered 6 Tacos; 2 Chicken, 2 Chorizo, 2 Asada, and some beans. The tacos were awesomely fresh with great flavor, and the beans were delicious. With an added Mexican Coke that has Cane Sugar really brought the food to an authentic street food feel. We look forward to trying them again real soon. Would love to see the restaurant open, though.

Incredible taco spot. Basically every time I’m near castle rock I have to stop by. The Carnitas and the Al Pastor are not to miss and the owner is awesome. I dropped some tacos off to some friends that don’t even like tacos and they couldn’t stop raving about them. Come check this place out 100/100.

I love Romo’s!! The tacos are delicious, they have an amazing Taco Tuesday deal, and the owner (Romo himself) is such a good guy. This place has impeccable service! They recently moved locations and now have their own restaurant in town. The place is beautifully done and is going to be a great place for people to hang out and eat good food. The owners have big plans and I can’t wait to see this place evolve and continue to grow over time. I’ll be back again and again!!

Romo's Street Tacos are the best!! I am OBSESSED with their chips and salsa! Seriously the best chips and salsa you can find in town. They are made fresh and the salsa isn't too spicy but has a great flavor. I usually get their burritos or burrito bowls and I've always enjoyed my orders!

We ordered the carne asada burrito smothered in queso, chile rellenos tacos, and strawberry filled churros. The food was delicious and the service was great! They also often have deals on Groupon and the staff made those easy to use. We’ll definitely be returning again soon!

"Ambiance and quality you can taste" Came here for an afternoon snack; I had the Quesorito, and my wife had the Asada tacos. It was our second time coming back to the area, and we had no idea they were located on the bottom floor of the building. We've seen their truck around Castle Rock but never had the chance to stop there. We loved the food and the experience and will certainly be coming back to try more of their menu. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

I'm not sure if hipsters are going here and rating it 5 stars because they think it's a unique hole-in-the-wall place most people haven't heard of, but the food is not that impressive. I have tried a ton of Mexican restaurants in Colorado and this place serves average, overpriced Mexican food. Guadalajara and La Loma are restaurants around the area with much better food that open the same time as here (this place says "open 10am" but I've gone there at 10am and they don't even open until 11). I will admit, the steak quesadilla was different from others I have had but it was just ok. The steak wasn't dry like a lot of restaurants make it which is a plus but it had a lot of extra wetness. It was almost like birria and had a weird taste (almost too rich). It wasn't horrific but was not my cup of tea. It was also $15 and came with the cheap generic green salsa. Very overpriced for what they are serving. The chips were really good although it's hard to screw that up as they just deep fry tortillas. The guac was less impressive although it was decent with a slightly sweet taste, but I have had much better elsewhere. The pastor tacorito wasn't bad but didn't stand out much either; had a nice seasoning to it though. The carne asada tacorito was a little dry and chewy. The carnitas was decent but I have had way better. To be honest, the tacoritos were pretty lame and disappointing. They screwed my order up and gave me regular tacos, then when I told them they still put a sad amount of cheese between the tortillas. Chips + Guac & 3 Tacoritos were $28.
