Ron Dorff

Buying three City Jackets from Ron Dorff was a major mistake. I was fully aware that sale items are non-returnable, but the City Jacket labeled Dusty Beige was far from beige. In fact, it looked more like an unappealing shade of green. This isn't just a minor discrepancy; it's a significant problem. I understand that online images can differ in color, but there’s no excuse for such a drastic change. Additionally, the customer service I experienced was unacceptable. If you are searching for a true beige jacket, stay away from this one.

The staff at Ron Dorff on Broome Street NYC is always super helpful!! A few items I have been looking for were not on their website. However, they had them in store and held for them for me. They also do a fantastic job of keeping me abreast of items that I have been looking for that may not have been currently in stock.

Walking through lower Manhattan and came across this place…. Was not planning a shopping day but ended up with almost a full bag. It’s an independent brand with some actual identity! There’s a 2 open-button vertical design that’s consistent among the different pieces they offer. I asked every question the book about washing some of the cashmere materials and Christian (pretty much the brand ambassador) was super patient with me. Best kept secret.

It's one thing to have a great design team, a beautiful store in SOHO NYC, along with phenomenally well-made clothes and swimwear... it's another thing altogether to have as an emissary of the brand a man as knowledgeable and professional as Christian. Christian, the manager in SOHO, has helped me on numerous occasions, and at every shopping experience has impressed me with his intelligence, problem-solving skills, and customer-relation expertise. Good store but rude stuff. Wasn’t excited about my purchases and experience today. The lady acted unprofessional in all aspects, the guy a bit better but both of them look like indifferent to the clients and sales. Don’t want to come back. If I purchase in the future- online only.

Gr8 clothing at a good price point. Quality, comfort and Amalfi chic… I feel like a million bucks when I leave my apartment wearing Ron Dorff, all that’s missing is Mediterranean ambiance with sea salt in the air,good vibes and good food…not to mention beautiful beaches and beautiful women.

I began shopping at Ron Dorff in Paris two years ago, so I was delighted when their NYC outlet recently opened. The staff was very kind and helpful to me. The quality and originality of the merchandise is outstanding. Go check out!
