i have lived here for a long time and i dont have any complaints.Maitnence is quick and effective i have had no problems that weren’t fixed .office is really good at getting things done quickly and do to the best of their ability sometimes things are out of their control but they still make sure to follow up to make sure it gets done if its something with a third party company ! my tub was peeling which is normal due to usage and they did contact me and let me know it was a third party company not through them but they made sure it was taken care of

I have been living here for almost a year and my lease is due in October I have been so unhappy that I will not signed another lease due to the poor attention from the office staff I have reported many time the noise from upstairs and it seems that nothing happens to minimize the situation. Have not been able to sleep but yet when I have couple chairs and a cooler in my porch I get a quick notice that if I don’t remove that I will get a fine of $75 when every body else have stuff out on their patios. The staff at the office also never pick up the phone just overall poor management this place is worse than living in north Dallas. Couple pictures to show how this place is…have also reported about the tub dirt coming out of it and nothing.

We have been living at Ronan Apartments for almost a year and we have no complaints! amazing office staff!Stacy & assistant manager Monica are the sweetest and very helpful and understanding .Our maitnence requests have always been handled quickly and efficiently.Many reviews say inaccurate things all because things don’t go their way but we have not had any problems since we lived here and any minor problems we've had been handled and fixed quickly .If your looking to find somewhere to call home its definitely at Ronan apartments homes !

I have 1 year of living at Ronan apartments and this is what I have experienced…an amazingly attentive and understanding office team lead by an incredible management staff and a maintenance crew that is far superior and knowledgeable to any other I have experienced in past residences. There isn’t a single thing I have reported that needed attention that wasn’t handled quickly and accurately thanks to the wonderful staff and how well they communicate within each other and the tenants. The property is well maintained and the pool is an impeccable which makes me feel better having my kids spend a lot of time there during these hot months . The team here prioritizes not only the quality of the buildings and their upkeep, but more importantly the safety of its tenants. I have just renewed my lease for another year and am beyond grateful for all the time the staff has taken to make our time here feel like home.

MUST READ!!! SEE PHOTOS BELOW!!! If I could give it ZERO stars I would!! Absolutely NOT. The young office lady wasn’t pleasant at all, very minimal interaction with potential renters (me). The apartment is very small & over priced for a 2bed 2bath - $1500+ for rent (which is not posted in the listing on the advertisement on apartments.com), extra fees “admin & pest control”, water is NOT included. The tour was horrible, drove the property before viewing the actual apartment - the overall complex is not appealing, parking lot is seriously damaged, the apartment we viewed is considered “newly renovated” there were small damages throughout the unit, it looked like a rush job done by the “carpenters”. The listing compared to the actual property is very misleading, it’s giving “catfish”. (Paper is raggedy because I balled it up after viewing, decided to keep it for pictures for this review- just viewed this property 7/19/25)

Everyone was super kind throughout my leasing process, they explained everything in detail. All of the maintenance guys were super nice too, the makeready guy, Caleb left the apartment super nice and clean for us to move in

Honestly I wish I could give these folks zero stars👎🏽 The day I moved in, it was clear that the unit hadn’t been properly prepared—like the last tenant had just been pushed out and I was moved right in. From the start, the apartment stayed unbearably hot. I couldn’t even use the upstairs room because it had no door and was impossible to sleep in. The complex also has a serious pest problem. Roaches were a constant issue, trash was rarely picked up on time, and rodents would tear into the valet trash bags right by my door. On top of that, before moving out, I was hit with a water bill of over $800—even though I had always paid my water with my rent. Management was another disappointment. Most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of resident concerns.The little one who works in the front when you walk in always has a ugly look on her face like a frown or mug (not very welcoming) The only bright spot was Monica, who was consistently professional and kind. Unfortunately, the rest of the office staff made living here incredibly frustrating. At night, it’s also common to see mice around the complex and in the trees. Overall, I would strongly caution anyone against moving here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

This place is very welcoming the staff is absolutely amazing. I spoke with Sylvia and she was awesome she answered every question I had very professionally. Stacey and Monica were very kind as well they were in there making sure the office was cleaned and helping out any other tenants/ possible tenants out. The maintenance crew was all around getting things done and constantly staying busy and always helped when it was needed and they are very fast and reliable. Overall it’s a very well taken care of property and highly recommend this complex!!

if i could i woudld rate zero stars. i reached out 2 months ago regarding my deposit i provided back in 5/2024. ronan mailed me a letter stating i would recieve my deposit back within a 30 days of issued letter. back in 10/2024. still waiting and we are in 1/2025.....smh! i had one lady reach out vias phone after i posted the first review and i provided and update address. still nothing. 11/18/2024 i recieved an email from stacey delgado leasing consulting requesting a forward address from me, which i thought was unusal since i already spoke to someone and provided an updated address. forward to 12/10/20214 still nothing in mail, no call, no email regarding refund....nada!!!! i had to email stacey delgado again and she and i quote" it is now in corporates hands as she has forwarded them my address to them.'' i then requested an email and she stated " not a direct email as it is an office however their number is 214-308-6734." i have called the number numerous times and it states someone will reeach out within 3 business days. stil waiting ronan. 1/2/2025
