Accommodating staff, able to allow for larger groups. Unusual layout to the store, felt quite busy despite not having many people there at the time. Breakfast was enjoyable albeit served on an unnecessarily large plate. Would recommend to those in the area as not many other similar places (Gail’s doesn’t have the range of food and others lack seating space).

New bakery perfectly located in Hampstead area. Very much a delicatessen Italian style with pasta, coffee, sandwiches, milkshakes, and much more on offer. Lots of seating outside and they are dog friendly. I would recommend sitting outside especially if you have a dog, but beware its a suntrap. I had a delicious coconut milkshake and salt beef sandwich that I enjoyed. The seating inside is little odd with very low tables and chairs in the window area that feel a little awkward when eating. The staff and service was good. It must be difficult for a new business to open during a pandemic so I think they have handled it well, however it did seem a little chaotic but, in these times what isn't.

Love going here to get my lunch. There mixed salads are lovely. Their chicken soup is great too.

Loved it! First visit but definitely not the last. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, great layout - even though it was busy, sound didn't travel much and it was really easy to have a conversation. Our cakes were delicious! My cheesecake was the best I ever had! It was so good that I made a funny "OMG this is amazing face" with the first bite, which had my friend laughing out loud. When they tried some, they made the same face 🤣 Planning to go back on many upcoming Sunday walks! Perfectly located to visit before or after visiting Hampstead Heath.

Menu has great selection of food. Had some delicious breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Coffee and a cake..... service was.... unusual..... "no we don't have any dairy free pastries". Oh, yes we do.... It LOOKS like a coffee shop. With a glass serve over counter.... where you look at what you want.... and then order.... This caused a MASSIVE issue. Yes the food was lovely. The coffees including the dairy free cappuccino were fine. The added service charge was.... a bit much considering we self served. Ah well!

Food very tasty and big servings. We enjoyed it. Price is also affordable.

The staff at this coffee shop were friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant visit. However, I found the food to be quite average, lacking the quality I had hoped for.
