Room 55 Speakeasy & Rooftop Cocktail Bar

A hidden gem rooftop bar with indoor/outdoor seating on the top floor of the Pelican Hotel with delicious drinks! We didn't have too much time here as we had a dinner reservation immediately after. I ordered clara bow and my friend ordered the quince sour. The presentation of the drinks was phenomenal and they were also delicious! Loved the vibes here as it feels completely removed from the hustle and bustle of Miami Beach. Wish we could have spent more time here.

Absolutely love this hidden speakeasy that's located in the Pelican hotel in the penthouse. Dress code is a must for this step back into prohibition.

The place is great. Bartenders are very friendly and professional and the cocktails…simply the best. If you are around, you should really give it a try and let Nema surprise you with the best signature cocktails.

So, definitely NOT a speakeasy. The dress code was not enforced. Flip flops, beach shorts, etc. The loud Spanish music did not lend to a speakeasy vibe at all. Positive note, the drinks were wonderful and the food was great. I wouldn't come here again looking for a speakeasy vibe. More of a south beach lounge instead.

The staff at Room 55 are knowledgeable and skilled mixologists who recommend drinks and create a memorable experience. Room 55 is perfect for those seeking a unique and intimate night out.

I had an amazing experience at this rooftop. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, especially thanks to Joaquín, our server. He was a true professional, not only explaining the menu in detail but also recommending some fantastic signature cocktails. The Miss Josephine and Old Fashioned were absolute highlights—highly recommended! The atmosphere of the place is stunning, and the quality of service makes the experience even more memorable.
