Wonderful hotel in a fabulous area. Rooms were modern and very clean and each had a different decor. Breakfast was a vast selection of food and the best we experienced on our trip. You can’t drive up to the hotel but it is only a minutes walk on flat ground from where you can be dropped. We were super-impressed with this hotel and highly recommend.

Everything was excellent, loved the room & the bathroom! Loved the balcony & watching the bustle on the street below. Very friendly & helpful reception. Great location, walked everywhere. Great shower pressure, super clean, comfy bed & bedding. Highly recommend!!

Stayed at Room Mate Alba for 6 days and absolutely loved it! The staff are excellent - reception and desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and super helpful in with advice and recommendations. The breakfast is very good. Rooms were as in photos. Quiet, comfortable. Location is superb. 5 min walk to Plaza Mayor, the Prado, Gran Via.

Check in was quick and friendly. Room is clean and pretty! The side we are facing was not noisy. The room space easily fit 2 big 28inch luggages open no issue. The location is good and able to walk to many places. Many restaurants around. Kala the Greek yoghurt beside is the best.

We were only in Madrid for one & a-half days en route to returning home. We were so Delighted to stay at Room Mate Collection Hotel Alba! It is in a beautiful part of the city: 10-15 minute walk to the Prado & Thyssen museums; and 15 minute walk to old town Madrid. The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet & peaceful. Our bed was most comfortable! The breakfast was outstanding and included many offerings for vegetarians as well. The staff were warm, welcoming & most helpful. We will return & check out their other locations when we travel in Europe.

Room Mate Alba is the perfect boutique hotel in Madrid. This was our second stay and our love affair with the hotel and it's amazing staff continues. The hotel rooms are well designed and thought out with a very generous bathroom area and the location is perfect - being close to the major sites, shopping and great restaurants but not that you are right in the centre of the tourist areas. Having travelled extensively, a hotel is only as good as it's staff and this is where the Alba team really excel. They have the perfect combination of professional hospitality and personal service that makes staying there such a joy. You do really feel like their exclusive guest.

Stayed for 6 night at the hotel. Had a bit of an iffy start due to a flight delay but the management was excellent and super cooperative! From check-in to check-out, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hospitality was on point. A massive thanks to the lovely customer service rep - Felicia. She’s a true asset to the Hotel. She went OVER AND ABOVE in just creating the most hospitable stay. THANK YOU! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking at staying here!
