Absolutely hidden gem in Chiswick! Deserves more than 5 stars rating! Rooms are beautiful my designed, spacious, cosy. Beds are very comfortable and little kitchen unit is a massive bonus if you want to cook something while you staying! Rooms are cleaned to high standards Staff is extremely friendly and always ready to welcome you with a smile! Winnie’s restaurant/bar is also amazing. Good selection of breakfast and brunch and very delicious as well! In the evening they have plenty of cocktails to choose from. When you are in the area pop in at least for delicious brunch! Definitely will be coming back! Can’t recommend them enough!

Very nice hotel with very nice stuff.|The room was updated and really comfortable. The vibe and atmosphere was great. Breakfast was also nice. Location wise |3 subjects for improvement-||1. No official parking lot, you need to find a parking in the nearest neighborhood.|2. Lack of light within the bathroom, really hard to do shaving or makeup|3. The ironing board is poor and low. The bottom part of it was as sharp as a knife and caused a deep cut in my finger when I tried to steady it. The ironing board should be replaced immediately.

This was nearly the perfect hotel and location for our visit to the London area. The rooms were cozy and cute, plenty of amenities, cookware, and utensils if you choose to make some meals in your room, WiFi was fast, well-kept bathrooms, and the little restaurant downstairs was great for meeting up and planning the day. The staff was the best part, though. Del was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the other staff seemed to always be ready to help out. There's a ton of restaurants and pubs within like a 5-minute walk, and the railway is maybe 10 minutes away. Plenty of bus stops, so all-in-all, it's easy to get around. London proper is a 10-20 minute train ride away, Richmond is about the same. Bottom line, this hotel is a great home base to spend time getting out and exploring the nearby cities. We'll stay here again.

Wonderful experience - staying at Room2 Chiswick helped me relax on a business trip. Comfortable and sustainable room allowed me to feel a little bit like at home. Thoughtfully equipped kitchenette reduced 'breakfast stress when travelling' since I am gluten and dairy intolerant. Super chill and friendly staff made the stay even more special.

We stayed at this hotel for just three nights and I must say, it’s such a beautiful and cozy place. The cleanliness is excellent and the room has absolutely everything a guest could need. The Chiswick area is truly lovely, peaceful and only about 30 minutes by tube from the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Firstly, we were kindly upgraded when we arrived so we could have a twin room which was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchenette. The staff were very attentive and friendly and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had on [date] at Room2. I am a regular customer at your establishment, and I was very disappointed by the treatment I received. When I arrived, I wanted to have a coffee, but I only had cash and was not allowed to pay. I informed the staff that I would stay for a short while. Later, a waitress approached me to tell me that I needed to leave. When I asked for her name, she questioned why I needed it. I suggested that she could be reported to her manager if necessary. As I was leaving, I noticed that four waitresses were talking about me. As I walked past, I said sarcastically, “Have a nice day,” and they laughed at me. I looked at them seriously and asked, “What is your problem?” but received no response before I left. I found this behavior unprofessional and humiliating as a regular customer. I request that this situation be reviewed and appropriate measures be taken to ensure other customers do not experience similar treatment.
