Amazing hotel with breathtaking views. We went around Christmas time and the decor was superb. We got the forest view room it was the best it felt like the room was more of a mountain view than forest. Early morning view was beautiful. We had dinner and breakfast. Food was great. Overall had an excellent experience and will be back again soon.

Rooms Kazbegi Hotel has such a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The combination of the mountain views, lush green surroundings, and peaceful nature makes the stay truly relaxing. The hot spring pool is amazing, especially in the cool weather, and it’s the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast is excellent, fresh, and well-prepared, making mornings really enjoyable. Everything comes together to create a memorable experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I stayed at Rooms Hotel Kazbegi from 3–4 December 2025, and overall it was a very pleasant experience for a one-night stay. During my visit, the hotel was not very crowded, which made the atmosphere calm and relaxing. The view from the hotel is truly impressive—one of the highlights of the stay. The hotel is located on a hill, so while the scenery is stunning, walking outside can be a bit challenging, especially in winter conditions. The breakfast was good, and enjoying it with such a beautiful mountain view made the experience even better. However, in the morning during my stay, there were two brief power outages. Fortunately, they were short and did not cause major inconvenience. Room service was a bit confusing. It could not be ordered through the staff downstairs and had to be done by phone. Unfortunately, when I tried calling, no one answered, which was slightly frustrating. Despite these minor issues, I still had a positive overall experience. Rooms Hotel Kazbegi is a great choice if you are staying in Kazbegi for a short visit and want to enjoy unforgettable views in a unique setting.

Very disappointing, absolutely not worth the money. I rarely write reviews, but this time I truly feel deceived for the amount of money I paid. From the very first moment it is clear that this hotel’s best days are long gone. Everything feels tired, outdated, and poorly maintained, which is shocking considering the prices and the fact that this property is part of the Marriott Bonvoy program. When we entered the room, the toilet was dirty. The faucet was loose, and the shower flooded the entire bathroom every time we used it. The soundproofing is terrible. You can hear neighbors talking, walking around, and even using the bathroom. There is also constant noise from the restaurant downstairs. After I complained to the reception at 11 p.m. because I wanted to sleep, I was told that the restaurant works until midnight and that they could offer me earplugs. I was honestly shocked. The spa area felt more like a noisy children’s water park than a place to relax. Overcrowded, loud, and clearly far too small for the number of guests. Overall, this place feels more like a low-budget hostel for one-night tourist stays rather than a proper hotel. The only real plus is the mountain view, if you are lucky enough to get it. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects comfort, quietness, and good value for money.

Our stay in Rooms hotel was relaxing and cool, little snow dropped during our stay which made the scene out of our balcony very majestic, they also have a good hot chocolate downstairs which is the best to have in such weather. 10/10 for the beautiful view. However, some comments that need to be highlighted for anyone who is considering to stay there: 1. Forrest view isn’t the best, I booked through booking thinking it will be better than city view, however forrest view is just a very close huge mountain with another part of the hotel rooftop which made it like a normal view, I had to upgrade and pay extra to move to the next side which is waaaay better and worth it. 2. Room service could be better, I noticed that they didn’t change the bed sheet, and they took some towels without replacing with a new one’s, also didn’t add new black coffee or tea bags after running out of them 3. The rooms MUST have a renovation as they are very dark with low lights, poor structure and exposed balconies 4. There is not much to do around the hotel, the closest shops were 10 minutes walking downhill but all were closed due to Christmas, almost all activities around are shut down for some reason the only trip we did was to the monastery uphill and it was worth it, also note that after the sunset the city becomes empty and some street lights aren’t working so it becomes very dark (still safe tho,saw a lot of police cars going around) Enjoyed the view? Yes Enjoyed the lobby vibes and the billiard? Yes Enjoyed the snow and the hot chocolate? Definitely Anything else? Not sure

The hotel is just beautiful,the views are the best in Stepantsminda. The furniture, decorations and the lighting is very well chosen, with a great style and making a comfy aura. The staff is super good, they cared about us and the waiters were just fantastic and the food is delicious. The swimming pool is very nice, with a great temperature to swim in winter too. The rooms are great, with plenty of space inside, good mountain views and a big bed. I’ve seen a few reviews saying that there was some noise but it’sjust the regular noise you may encounter in almost all hotels

One of the best ways to truly experience the mountains throughout the day. No matter where you are in the hotel, the views are incredible in every aspect. Service was excellent, and the lounge area is very warm and cozy, perfect for hanging out. The drive from Tbilisi was an experience on its own, with beautiful scenery the whole way. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s very easy to get there by car. Would definitely come back!

A great hotel with a stunning view of Mount Kazbek! It definitely deserves 5 stars thanks to Sofia’s excellent massage at the spa — such professionalism and care are rare. I don’t understand why the hotel’s restaurant has a low rating. We travel a lot and love good food, and we can confidently say that this is the best place to eat in the entire region. Delicious cuisine and very good service. The hotel is perfect for a relaxed and peaceful stay — just enjoy the nature and atmosphere.
