One of the best michelin star which I ever had in Osaka. Warm and welcoming hospitality.
Definitely, I’ll go back.
1. Mousse, caviar and herbs
The taste was very nice, good combination and rich.
2.Takoyaki,squid,nori and salami
The best takoyaki which I ever had. So crunchy and delicious.
3. Uni cream pasta
The uni cream was very delicate and perfect combination with pasta.
4.Hirame( flounder fish)
The fish was marinated for 1 week, the served with “finger lime” and shiso sprout. So fresh…this food really no kidding. Next level..
5. Abalone, mushroom and liver sauce
Grilled abalone was yummy. The smoky flavour really lovely.
6.Whale sperm, with ginger soup
I skip it😂
7.Potato Gnocchi and truffle
This one was the star for me
8. Mackerel and turnip sake kasu(sake left over cast)
9. Vinagrette mousse with shiso sprout
They put some truffle inside the mousse, so unique
10. Wagyu beef steak with lotus
11.Prosciutto from “Japan” with trufle rice. This is the highlight, my favourite even I added more.
12.Pear Granita and pecan nuts
13.Chesnut and Coffee mousse with dark and white chocolate crumbs
The best dessert which I ever had
14. Florentine, chocolate cake and japanese plum.
