Roosevelt Apartments

We had an amazing experience living in this penthouse. The apartment is truly unique, with stunning 360° city views, beautiful natural light, and generous outdoor space full of charm and a lot of unique details. Raquel, the property manager, is exceptional: professional, helpful, and truly the angel of the building. She made everything seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended.

Great management in the building! I’m very happy with the apartment, its location, and the overall maintenance. Raquel is fantastic— super responsive and attentive. Everything gets addressed quickly and efficiently.

I moved in about a month ago, and this place already feels like home! Raquel, the apartment manager, does a tremendous job in making sure all of our needs are met. She makes sure to communicate with the maintenance staff to have any apartment issues resolved in a timely manner, and she is very hospitable in her words and actions. The renovated apartment includes many stainless steel appliances, and a spacious living room / bedroom. The apartment is in a safe location, and it is in walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and bars in the Rittenhouse and Center City area.

Loved living here. I work in a restaurant down the street and that convenience combined with the area and building itself made my stay here so wonderful. I think my favorite part about Roosevelt is that there is a balcony which is accessible on each floor, so even though the unit itself doesn’t have one I still had a chill hangout spot when my friends came over. Leasing agents were also very nice and helpful since day one and still are even though I’m on my way out. Wish I could stay!

There was a leak in the building after hours and the management team handled it exceptionally well. They were very responsive and they got the water shut off and leak fixed within just a few hours. I have lived here for a few years now and although the management and maintenance teams have always been stellar, this was a truly amazing coordinated response that I was incredibly grateful for.

The building manager, Raquel, and the maintenance staff have done a great job responding to concerns. They are always very timely and accommodating, which has given me a lot of peace of mind. I’ve also never had issues with noise, which I really appreciate

Just ended a year's lease in a studio apartment here. My wife and I were looking for something that will have amenities (In building washing machine+dryers & gym) without a super high price and were looking through 9 other places at that time. We chose to sign a lease here due to the well planned space of the studio (and storage) and because it was on the 8th floor facing the south - giving great sunlight and view of Phili. I've had a great experience right from the start. In the day I moved I requested to change the oven and have some fixes (paint & holes fill) made in the bathroom I have not noticed before when I checked the apartment previously - the oven was changed and all the fixes were made the following day. It was easy to reach out and get the window unit (the portable air conditioner) installed and uninstalled, change lights and in the two times I had problems with the heating there always was someone there to take a look the next morning. Even though a studio is small we made it work for us and were able to have guests and family over (staying to sleep on air mattress) and we had a great place that felt very much like home Was really surprised from the low ratings here, guess everyone has their own personal story..

Raquel is a great building manager. Communicative and cares. Location of building amazing. Older building but good value
