Roosevelt Historic Loft Apartments

GORGEOUS environment. Incredible staff — KRISTI was phenomenal. Even ran into a resident who was friendly enough to invite us into her own space, so I wasn’t just looking at an empty room for my tour. The historic architecture spoke to my artistic inclinations and you can tell the residents are friendly and eclectic. Don’t leave without viewing the ROTUNDA. An absolute showstopper.

Randa was amazing. She showed us everything the property had to offer and we were sold almost immediately. The property also has great staff, very friendly and welcoming.

Visited the community this afternoon and it was love at first sight! After googling Lofts in Atlanta, The Roosevelt immediately popped up and I was intrigued. I noticed I was near, so I decided to stop by and was greeted by Kristy who gave me a fabulous tour of both a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom loft. There were several residents enjoying the pool, just 1 of several amenities that included a fitness center, and more. I loved that the parking is gated, and the area felt very secure, quiet, and safe. Definitely one of Atlanta's best loft communities that I've toured by far. Elated to have found it!

My boyfriend and I toured the apartment and absolutely loved it! The space was beautiful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was our leasing agent, Donajia. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend touring with her!

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible work of our maintenance technicians. Every time I've submitted a request, the response has been quick, professional, and effective. Most recently, he fixed an issue with my refrigerator, and it was taken care of the same day I reported it. What really stands out is not just the speed of service, but the friendly and respectful attitude. It's clear that Daniel genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. It makes a huge difference knowing that any maintenance issue will be handled efficiently and with a smile. Thank you for keeping our community running smoothly!
