Came shopping here with my mom because she said it was a mall. It’s an outdoor mall I was gutted! I was hoping for some fancy ass indoor mall where I can wear my big tall obnoxious mall boots . Nope. Probably not coming back this place wasn’t what I had hoped for but they do have some stuff here. Going to a REAL mall next time !

They’ve really improved this mall over the years! There are a lot more stores and food places now, making it a much better shopping experience than it used to be. It feels more lively and convenient with the new additions. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been in a while!

The Roosevelt Mall has recently been renovated adding more clothing stores, as well as great places to eat. LA Fitness, Eye Options, and ROSS “dress for less” are just a few of the merchants noted.

This mall is for everyone I swear, they have prices for everyone. From a 50 dollar dress to a 1 dollar shirt. They are will organized and seal a lot of stuff. They even have a furniture section. They also have a good curt and their is staff all over the place. Not to mention a great place to take pictures. A very nice place to visit

No place to sit and eat no food court but just a diversity of restaurants where you have to sit in one of them, stores spread confusingly

Yelp
Wow, the demographics of this once-great mall have dramatically degenerated in recent years. It now caters to lazy welfare recipients who buy $2 dresses, pants, and shirts, with your tax dollars, of course. And has frequent robberies, shootings, burglaries, shoplifting, vandalism, looting, assaults, and other mayhem. And Jerry Lewis's illegitimate daughter is one of the plethora of homeless people who visit and live nearby (as per the 2017 Inside Edition segment). But Popeye's, USPS, Macy's, Wendy's, and Wells Fargo are still here (for now), hence the three stars.

Yelp
Good place to go if you want to join a gang or get Rita's Water Ice. May e that's a bit too harsh. Most of the stores aren't places I'd shop. Growing up my favorite store here was K*B Toys... Good times. But that was 20 years ago. Furthermore, it's a strip mall, meaning it's not an indoor mall. Cold weather shopping here? Eh no. And in the summer there are way too many females wearing things that don't fit them or their daughters for that matter. That sounds like fun, right? It isn't. I'm still giving this place 3 stars because of the sentimental value and because everything is relative [to location]. ps- Yelp, how is this an average length review? Who is writing reviews? Leo Tolstoy?! (I always feel like Yelp is mocking me when it says its average length! So now it's longer than most!) ;)

Yelp
Unfortunately I can not give this mall more than 3 stars. Let's start with the positives. It is a big outdoor shopping center with many stores. You can get some shopping done and get some fresh air if the weather is nice. The prices are pretty reasonable also. The negatives are mainly centered around the neighborhood. It's not one of the best places in Philly and attracts, as someone else put it, a lot of shady characters. There are also very rude people all over the place. If you know what you need and where to go it's a nice place to shop where you can get in and get out.

Yelp
I have been going to since center since 1960, back then there was a huge selection of stores, harvest house cafeteria where hooters is now, levitz furniture, e j korvette's (general merchandise), toy store and many more old names. In 2016 the owners have kept the center fresh by updating the facing along with now an even wider array of stores. Personally i love America's Best, they always have a deal going on. At times name brand frames on massive discounts. Also they have allowed a tented flower store as well as some typical weekend warriors who sell carpets to furniture. The parking is tight enough to me it cheapens the center. Get rid of those tents & rent them a storefront instead.

Yelp
I would give this mall a better rating if I was only rating it on its stores, but it unfortunately attracts a very sketchy crowd and it's degraded over the years as a result. The modells here is pretty nice and the gamestop isn't bad either, but the other stores have become knock off beauty stores and check cashing huts. On a side note, bobbys pretzel shack is amazing and the sole reason I still go here

Yelp
At first I was really skeptical of the Roosevelt Mall. I didn't think of it as a real mall because the stores are all outside..but I have found it to come in handy countless times in only a few weeks. Sears, Macy's, Ross, Kicks and about twenty other stores in a convenient location.
