ABSOLUTELY AWFUL… AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This is definitely the worst chicken shop in Peckham 100% The food is terrible! The female staff here have the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long while. They don’t wear the correct clothing and their hair isn’t covered whilst dealing with the food. I’ve been here twice and both times staff are on their phones and I’ve been given poor customer service and today when I went the food was terrible!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!! The shop was very dirty and the tables wasn’t wiped down, so there was no way I was eating inside. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers for £4… when I opened it up it was an ugly shock! This was not a double cheeseburger. I showed the lady who served me and she said the burger was perfectly fine… sooo angry that I’d paid for this and the lady looked me in my face and said this is how it’s meant to be… no refund or offering to make another one… AWFUL!!!!!!

Really poor. Order large combo 8 chicken, 8 wings, 4 chips. Also i added 3 extra wings and burger. They gave 8 chicken, 3 extra wings and 2 chips. Missed out 2 chips and 8 wings. Terrible. Food arrived cold and soggy. Never again and will chance my money back.

my biggest mistake was not checking the reviews here before ordering on uber eats. the food was tasteless, and the portions were kids size. this is the skinniest wrap i’ve ever had in my life, and they onion rings portion wasn’t even full? like i don’t understand how this could be worth £15 for a kids size meal? i kid you not i could’ve believe my eyes when i opened the delivery, and the flavour didn’t even make it better, i was basically eating air and dreams

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love this place! Rooster Hut is hands down one of the best spots for late-night chicken cravings. The food is always fresh, crispy, and packed with flavour. I tried the spicy wings and a chicken grill burger – both were cooked perfectly and came out piping hot. The staff are friendly and quick, even when it's busy. Prices are fair, portions are generous, and the vibe is exactly what you'd want from a classic chicken shop. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want proper comfort food done right!

Don't even bother, I don't write reviews but I have compelled to write one about this hell hole. Never seen worse customer service or chicken and chips take more than 40 minutes to deliver whilst YOURE IN THE PLACE

I’ve order chicken dinner kebab and I received something that does not even taste or looks like meat. It was also even burnt I’ve called the restaurant and showed photos and they did insist on saying that’s meat but I highly doubt it whatever I received tastes more like veggie wrap rather than chicken and if that’s how their chicken tastes please go and stay far from that. Would not recommend.

Very very bad none of the staff were hair nets I have been going there for years the new staff that has taken over is really bad the lady who does the food cooking never has a hair net her hair is really long and it gets in the food, once again went back to get food Months later And found hair in my food again Took another picture

I came here today for lunch and got the 3 chicken strip meal with chips and a drink. The chicken strips was nothing like the images on the menu and was tiny… quite displeased with this and the £4 I spent here today, I had last been here a year ago looks like the workers and owners are all different and the menus plus prices have changed. I won’t be coming here again unless they change how things are going currently.
