Stopped in for lunch on a work trip, great service even with a crowd. Pizza was really good, wings are giant, (typically don’t like jumbo sized wings) but had great flavor. Edit: came back a few more times while in town. Food and service top notch!!

I had a very good dining experience today. The Rooster salad was crisp. The traditional wings were on point. My server was very attentive and friendly. She stopped at my table several times in passing to see if I needed anything else. Albeit, it was not super busy at this time, I felt like I was being taken care of.

Always come to this location and the food is always very good. The service is great as well.

Let me tell you!!!! Every town/city needs this. Delicious food all around. The wings are meaty and the sauce is saucy!

The host taking the orders on the phone (server name on ticket as Am C ) is very rude. She sounded annoyed over the phone taking my order. Once i get there she still has an attitude. She forgot to put in something and i told her if she could ring it up and she rolls her eyes. I dont think this kind of attitude is suitable for restaurant/service industry. Mind you i go to this location quite often and ive never had an issue with any of the other staff, everyone is typically friendly regardless of how busy or slow it is

I had been wanting to go here since we moved to the west side. Came for lunch this week. Of course I got the wings. They have several sauces so I chose the garlic. They were okay. Next time I'll try the teriyaki. They have hot options too. Bleu cheese and ranch dipping sauce is extra. The fries are curly. Lots of food options. The Italian sub is excellent. Grilled to perfection. Has childrens menu. Very loud and close. Looks like a full bar if you're so inclined. Service was fast. A good place for takeout since we live close by.

This roosters was very good. The food took a little bit longer than I expected but it still came out good and delicious. The people that served our food were nice they were very patient and didn't really care how long we room to order. Finally if you don't think there is a sports show on in there that you don't like think again they have tons of tvs set up everywhere.

Dined outside this evening- had lovely service from Katie! Ordered 2 draft beers, 2 of us shared the dumpster tots and 10 traditional wings w/medium sauce. The food is solid, the wings are crispy, it's consistent and I appreciate that! Love the blue cheese. We tried the new garlic parm sauce today- it's tasty but quite oily. Thanks Roosters, we'll be back :)

i love this Roosters! Even with it being full on weekends, every time I call in with a go-to order, it's ready right on time, perfectly made and the staff at the counter are pretty cool and friendly.

Ohio yall have hyped this place up. This place is not it. Im just being honest. The best part was the tater tots. Its hard not to mess that up. I asked the waiter about the fried mushrooms and she said she didnt even try them. Thats how you know the food is kinda sus. My antennas went up instantly. No knock on her though because she was a really good waiter and attentive. Loved her. The sweet tea was everything but sweet. You will not get diabetes or have to worry about your sugar levels going up after drinking it. Them wings tho over trash. We gone name them wings Tragic because thats what they were. Straight tragic. I think wingstop wings are better. Like the tip on the chicken wing is trash and the prestation is trash with that. Thats more personal opinion on my end but yeah they not it. The vibes are cool there. Nice tvs everywhere. Cant miss a good game. Thats why they got 2 stars. Best part of the spot. Dont go here expecting good food tho. They regular

Solid food. We've been to various locations several times and all locations are packed, food is hot, delicious, well made, plus they've got some of the biggest meatiest wings anywhere in the city. We've NEVER been disappointed.

The managment is rude and can not handle a stressful work environment. I'm sorry you're busy and people want to give you their money but that is no excuse to talk down to customer trying to place an order. Then when I arrive at their location and asked to speak with a manager she confirmed it was her who answered the phone and proceed to justify her bad behavior in front of her staff. Hope they hire some professional managment soon that can set a good example for your employees

Had their Buffalo Chicken Pizza! It was fantastic! Very flavorful with a nice crunch! My kiddos enjoyed their mini corn dogs and potato wedges. Great service too!

First time coming here. I came here on my lunch break while I was in the area. I've already been to half of the Roosters establishments and this one is great. Staff here is awesome! I love all their slogans. The best part is that it's really easy to find parking and it has outdoor seating. Food comes to you at a reasonable time even during the busy time of the day. Prices here, like all Roosters are VERY well priced. It's really clean here too. If you're coming from the highway as well, it's definitely a place worth stopping for !

I will start by saying I am not a big chicken wings fan. EBS sure was, but like me avoided the boneless wings since they are just chicken nuggets pretending to be wings. White meat chicken still is the 2nd biggest fraud on the American public in our opinion. Being able to get mini drumsticks for just an extra 70¢ is a bargain. Lots more meat that is juicy. Honey BBQ was a little more spicy than Buffalo Wild Wings, but still good. Might try the mild next time. Shareable side of tater tots gave me enough for 3 meals. 2 orders of wings (buy 1 get 1 free) also gave me 3 meals. Really enjoyed the refills of Diet Coke that helped me greatly with the extra heat of the sauce. My server Kate even got me a to go cup for the last refill. Ask for her if you go to this location. I did take a star off for having only wooden seating. Uncomfortable to sit too long. Dinning room set up more for larger groups instead of couples, so it is aimed for more fun, than 1st dates.

Food was great. We had the quesadilla, sweet chili wings, and a wrap. Our server Jada was super busy but still managed to get everything to us quickly...appreciate it since we were on the road. Would definitely stop in again.

every time I order carryout from here, I order wings, and they put almost no sauce on them always. It is so annoying. I guarantee the kitchen does not follow the specs of the company and no one cares about the carryout orders to check if they actually have the sauce on them. The location is bad but the place is always busy which I don't understand the food is crap service at least for carry out is a bunch of kids. The service is fine but they tend to be a little distracted.

Pretty good wings! If you have been to Hooters and like their wings then you will like these wings. You get the full wing on the drumette. I had the buffalo and they were good. One order of 10 is more than enough. If you are not big eaters get one order for two folks. The service was very good. We visited on a Saturday night and did not have a problem getting a table. There is a bar should you want to go and sit at a bar. As for eye candy well the service staff was cute but that was about it. I would visit again and do recommend.

Really never had a bad meal here. Consistently delicious chicken tenders, salads, and pizza. Even the Mac and Cheese bites are yummmmm! LOVE the homemade dressings and sauces. Never disappoints!! Key word is consistent! Definitely a fan!

Full disclosure, I have actually never dined inside this location, but I do order take out a lot from here. Always good hot food. Always ready when they say. And the order is always correct! My only complaint is that they don't do online orders any more....please bring that back!!!

Service is good and meal tasty. I ordered fried mushrooms and half fried chicken salad . Mushrooms were crispy and not greasy! There were approximately 10. The half salad was plentiful however the strip of chicken wasn't all that big and there was only one. The chicken was a bit over cooked. I had a $5 off coupon so that made it nice!

Ran out of regular fries, and couldn't tell the calorie value of the new fries. One of the things I love ab roosters is that I can get wings and fries for 700 calories. Made my Sunday lunch sad.

Called in for a salad. Price on a salad has now jumped a dollar. Told me 15 minutes walked in at 20 minutes it was not ready? Got home opened it up put one tub of the ranch on lettuce. Determined the ranch went clear to the bottom due to hardly any lettuce. Normally this is enough for two meals. Today I will not even need the second ranch. Trying to figure out where all the garnishes are as well. Terrible let down!

Wow! What an amazing meal at Rooster's over the week-end with friends. We arrived at 6 pm and were seated immediately. Loved the decor and the tv's surrounding the entire dining room and bar area. The selection of beer was pretty impressive. We ordered deep fried pickles for an app and they hit the spot because we were beyond hungry. I ordered the full size Red Rooster salad and 10 boneless wings. The servings are huge and both items went way beyond my expectations! Ended up taking some wings home because I was stuffed! I will definitely visit again when in Columbus! (PS: Covid precautions all in place).

This location suffers from the same thing all roosters do in the area and thats just that they're so darn busy all the time! Plan to wait but the wings are the best in the city, without doubt.

Been here years ago, but visited again over Thanksgiving weekend. Packed with Black Friday lunch crowd, but our large party was seated quickly. Service was attentive and food was delicious! I recommend the dumpster fries as an appetizer they were a hit. I ordered donkey wings which were a tad hot, but not a fan of the smothered sauce. I think I'll stick with medium or hot next time. Will return again when in the area.

I don't know why everybody foams at the mouth of this place ,mediocre at best. Went with a friend. We ordered burgers, chicken and fries and a salad. Everything comes out at once which I can't stand after saying want salads first, rest of the food of course is freaking cold, the chicken wing drummies are stringy tough and disgusting , the hamburger was an embarrassing joke, there is only a handful of items on the menu worth a shit,it will be a long time before I go back in here , if at all

I love roosters. This is by far my favorite wing place I believe their wings are very large compared to some other places like a BW3 or Beef O'Brady's. The Waitresses are always really nice people are good they got great cold draft beer I got hot wings always go with the donkey wings with ranch and fries with no telling how much money I've spent in this place to be honest. But I've never had a bad meal here, steak and potato chicken wing type of dude and this is right up my alley I put this above Hooters I put this above any other wing place this is by far my favorite sports bars American bar whatever you want to call it. They always have excellent TVs and everything just is awesome love this place 5 out of 5

They have a decent COVID-19 system. One way entrance and one way exit. Place the order before hand and they text you 5 min before it's ready for you to head over there.

This is the only roosters that is more miss than hit. Tonight got my usual traditional wings while my daughter got boneless. Hers were mediocre at best while mine were trash. They were all fatty and seemingly overcooked. Definitely the worst roosters of the franchise. Its close to home so thought I'd give it another shot...looks like Hilliard will be the weekly go to from now on.

Great food and great service too. Becka was awesome at the counter. We did take out because we were having a bonfire with a few drinks and the service was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend

Went there with my sister-in-law for some cheap, quick eats one evening. We weren't disappointed. It's what you'd expect from Roosters, nothing too outstanding, but nothing really bad. We shared a Veggie Sub and Veggie Pizza. Both were pretty solid and came out fast and hot. Pizza was cut into squares as they should be. The prices are reasonable for basic bar food. Service was the usual quick and friendly I've come to expect from them.

We love this location, great food, great prices, great staff. Their carry out system is also well run.

Tried the tater tot's with chili and cheese - pretty good. And, created my own chicken sandwich a little of this and that, it worked Best part though was the cocktail

Fantastic! Had wings and pizza! Perfect! Traveling from NC and I thought I would never find wings this good in Ohio! I was wrong!

This is my place to eat and relax with a couple drinks in the summer months. Great outside seating, waitresses are always cute and friendly, and the food is pretty awesome as well. I don't go as often as I'd like in the winter seasons when they close the patio because of the inside seating and its a happening place most of the time, so it gets crowded quick. But that's on me! The dumpster tots are so freakin good, and the bone-in wings with the California Gold sauce and a Caesar salad is the way to go! GREAT place to watch football!

I've been coming to this location over the last 7 years. Now while i have had good visits to horrible experiences. More horrible experiences than good hence the low rating. The place is typically packed with wait time around and hour on chicken wings. Careless servers. Semi friendly staff and prices that may be above par value. From wrong orders, missing items, servers not listening multiple times, asking for things numerous times, careless servers and a ok food. They get a two star. Minus the discrepancies id give them a 3.5 if possible but instead they get a 1. I gotten drinks dumped on me via careless servers not paying attention, cold food, extremely long wait times wish no apologies. The experience just isnt that great yes they got many tvs but so does B-Dubs and my personal favorite Buffalo Wings and Rings which has the most tvs and some are quite big!!!! If you want chicken wings i wouldn't go here on my tab and all of my friend like BWR better than Roosters and B-Dubs since I showed them. Would I recommend Roosters? Yeah if you want a beer at the bar and nothing else! Enough said.........

Waited nearly 40 minutes for food. When my boneless wings arrived, food was extremely cold and couldn't even eat. I visit this location on a regular basis and service always seems to be poor on Tuesday evening. We are always waiting 30+ minutes for food. In my opinion, service varies depending upon when you visit.. consistency is very poor.

This is my husband & I's FAVORITE Roosters location in Columbus! Their food is ALWAYS amazing! We will go out of our way to eat at this restaurant specifically & we order her several times a month! Expect a wait though, they are always packed!

Best wings in town have been going to Roosters since the days they're only one location out on Hamilton Rd. Good beer prices during the games which is great what's better than wings and beer. I say get the Chipotle and Kickin'Q sauce mixed.

One of the better locations. I swore years ago to never patronize another roosters after i received horrible service at another location but since a coworker was buying lunch i couldn't complain. The service was fast even with the lunch crowd. I ordered an Italian sub and fries and they were both good. Overall, it was a good experience.

I come here at least one a month and I have a good experience every time. I think that this place has really good chicken quesadillas. It seems the wings would be delicious, but I'm not too sure because they were dry and needed more sauce on them. They also have a friendly staff too.

I have lived close to here for some time now. I avoided it for the simple fact the parking lot was always packed. It turns out there is alot more seating than the outside would make it seem. Everyone is friendly even when they are over the top busy. As for the food, all I can say is, AMAZING! They always do a stellar job. You may have to wait a bit from time to time but it's always worth it. If you want amazing wings this is your place.

I wanted to grab a quick lunch, so we stopped at Rooster's on W. Broad St. Our hostess was polite and promptly took us to our table as soon as we arrived. Shortly after we were seated our waitress came to our table with our menus, gave us a few minutes to look over what we wanted to order (even though we pretty much knew what we wanted). We ordered fried pickles and fried mushrooms, a side Roosters salads with extra Roosters Sauce, 20 wings each with one set for garlic and the other with a little more kick (pun intended) with Donkey sauce. The Roosters salads are always a big hit, especially with the extra dressing. Then, the mushrooms are a favorite of mine; always hot and delicious. The fried pickles go to my wife, who really enjoys the slightly bitter crunch of this veggie. But, the main course, the chicken wings, with the bone-in flavor, came to the table hot and crispy, which made for a hearty, lunch for the two of us. The wings are not the greatest I've had. Therefore, the biggest knock for this Roosters restaurant Is that sometimes it seems that two or more sauces are actually mixed together, as if the wok or whatever bowl was used might not have been cleaned thoroughly after using it for one sauce to coat the wings before mixing a new batch of wings. Therefore the result is a mudded taste rather than a clean, distinct taste of the sauce ordered. I enjoy looking around at the different signs that are posted throughout the restaurant. As customers read these humorous little "post-it notes" make the wait time for food seem so much faster. If you are wanting a quiet atmosphere for your dining experience, Roosters is not for you. But, if you are looking for a fun sports bar with good food and service at a decent price, Roosters will fit the bill.

This place has a friendly staff an wonderful food. Its very quick about getting your food out to your table an very quickly about getting your togo food ready. The only thing is they have no male servers at all. I don't understand why. Its nothing like hooters. Maybe its just me.

Terrible service!!!! Waited 30 minutes to get our order taken. Inside is very dirty! Go to the Hilliard Ohio roosters, way better service and more friendly on top of it.

This location we have had nothing but issues with. wings are always dry though we order them extra wet, I found a hair in my wings Then I start on my salad and feed my 2 year old some of it as well and theres a pretty big Piece of plastic (like plastic wrap) bunched up in the lettuce of my salad, I had it in my mouth!! what if my 2 year old got that plastic!!! not okay. We will not order for you guys anymore. you guys need to check everything you send out.

Cold food /incorrect food take your pick ! when I called in to get the issue fixed they want me to come back to the store with the cold food that was incorrect that they charged more for and get new food?? Like wtf I just ordered online came and was there right after I get the text my food is ready and it's incorrect but I have to drive to you with cold food to get anything done then your not a real manager and can't refund my money ! Waste of money and my time never again just a cheap version of BWW in my opinion. Just go to BWW save yourself !
