"This restaurant has retained its unique concept at its new location at Basel Zoo. Here, too, you can indulge the creative cuisine of Pascal Steffen and his team in a stylish setting. There is a surprise menu comprising seven to 10 courses – only the ingredients are revealed in advance; primarily sourced locally, their quality is second to none.
