The food is alright. The smoked ham croquettes are good. The dips we had were alright but I wouldn’t get them again. If you’re Hispanic and you see chicharrón in the menu it’s not what you think it is, it’s chicharrón chips.. and disappointing ones. I’m Dominican and the guasacaca is not guasacaca at all, it’s not even remotely close to the taste of it. The cubano does not taste like a Cuban sandwich at all but it was not bad sandwich, my fiancé said he would order it again. But if you order it craving a Cuban sandwich, it doesn’t taste like it. The drinks I ordered I think were supposed to have alcohol but they didn’t. I ordered 2 mojitos and my fiancé ordered an espresso martini and a Cuba libre.. the Cuba libre had a sprinkle of rum so maybe order that. At the end of our meal we ordered a cafecito and a cortadito and they were both very good. The service was also very welcoming and the restaurant is very pretty and different. I hope that with time the food will have seasoning and the drinks will have alcohol. But I’ll be back for the service, croquetas, and the coffee. Then I’ll try the rest of the menu and hope it has seasonings.

Was very excited about trying this place but unfortunately was very disappointed. We were told that we could take a seat and menus were provided. Then told we order at the counter. Not an authentic Cuban Sandwich or close in flavor. The pork used was a poor quality lunch meat. Not Lechón Asado. Considering the price, tried to eat only what was edible. The place is cute and the Yuca fries were delicious. Hope you can take honest criticism well and improve. You’re fairly new so you have time to make the necessary adjustments.

Food was amazing, service was undeniably great. Thank you Alex for your help and hospitality. Thank you Rosa Blanca restaurant for everything. This is a great Cuban spot. I’ve had Cuban food in Miami and this beat it. The chicken milanesa and yucca fries are TOP TIER ! Chefs kiss

This place was fire loved the service and the food great! I’ll be back for sure. Food was very tasty we loved everything we ordered. A few things I would correct the water needed ice it was served warm it was hot that day, the music outside could have been just a little louder and the food was a little cold when it came I want my food hot. Other than that it was great and we will be back very soon!!

If I had to choose one word to describe my experience at Rosa Blanca.... WOW! When I walked it I felt like I was sitting in a nice bar or restaurant in Miami. You feel the energy and vibe of the place as soon as you walk in. I got a mojito and my wife got a Pina color on the rocks and both drinks were very good. We started with the empanadas, 1 chicken, 1 beef both were crispy, tender and packed with flavor. For my entree I got the Cubano, absolutely fantastic sandwich, crispy buttery toasted bread, packed with meat, slight acidity from the pickles all solidified with melty cheese, I would drive an hour for this 🥪! For sides we got the Rosa chips, the maduros and croquettes. All good but the standout was the croquettes they rival Amada in old city Philly. Lastly for dessert we for the cafe con leche flan and guava tres leches cake both phenomenal. Don't walk. RUN. Once the word gets out about this place getting a seat is going to be hard.

So excited to visit this new eatery...It was a Friday early evening. Very crowded, no seating available...Not a restaurant size spot, more like a cafe. Sat at the bar to wait for our table. Outdoor seating is available but the tables are metal, they are dusty and there are no umbrellas or awning. Archer drink not available.(It's Friday evening) Junglebird did not have any guava taste and it was 80% ice...Espresso martini was perfection! Fufu appetizer dip texture and flavor no good. Pre made chips were also no good. Beef empanadas were outstanding, loaded with flavorful filling, and fried to perfection. Chicharones I've tasted better from the supermarket. The Cubano sandwiches are very, very good. Will definitely return for one of those and the delicious yucca fries. By the way, fries do not come with the sandwich. Order tequila and was charged $56.00 for four Ocho Reposado shots, which is the cost of a bottle. And last but not at all least they do not have bottled water. Overall the atmosphere was great. The space is colorful. Service was good considering how busy it was. "John" did a great job.Tables are limited so wait time was over an hour!

This was a very disappointing visit. When we arrived, there was no staff to greet or guide us we had no idea whether to seat ourselves or where to order we were lost , it was another customer who had to explain how things worked because she was also lost and asked another customer in line lol. The girl at the bar brought over our drink, put it on the table, and walked away without saying a single word like it was free lol not even asking who order what. The drinks was good The food was not good . The Cuban sandwich didn’t taste good at all and the flavor and quality was bad. On top of that, the cleaning of the place was BAD , The floor was dirty, the entrance door looked so dirty and horrible and this was only 12pm for lunch , so it clearly look like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in days. Overall, this place needs serious improvement in service, food quality, and hygiene and more staff!

This is my 2nd time there.. The food is uniquely put together. The drinks... I have not had a bad one yet. The archer is my favorite. It's beautifully crafted. The color is amazing. The taste is one of a kind. The service is good. It's appetizers, sandwiches, and bowls. Their gauva tres leche cake was my favorite. They do have a few outdoor seats. Parking is on a street meter.
