Spectacular all around.. service, atmosphere, location, to the time they open. Opening at 7:30 am was a huge plus to us. We enjoyed breakfast multiple times while sitting in the outdoor area. Both our servers were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious both times, as were the bottomless mimosas. The steak and eggs, what a deal! Steak had great flavor and eggs come as you requested. I really enjoyed my two eggs, any style with toast the potatoes, amazing! The peppers gave them a nice kick, and they had such flavor! Best breakfast potatoes we've had at a restaurant. The second time, I added a side of ham, which was good.

Delicious guacamole — if you sit inside, they’ll make it fresh right in front of you! The outdoor seating is more fun vibe-wise, though. The duck taco was amazing — super flavorful and worth trying. I didn’t love the mezcal margaritas, but that might just be me not being a big fan of alcohol.

Google
I’m still not sure what is better: the breakfast or the brunch. Whatever you choose, make sure you get the bottomless mimosas as they are delicious! The chilaquiles are really nice but the plate is massive, make sure you have someone to share with. If it’s not too hot, the patio is very comfortable.

The food was incredible and complemented by the outstanding service. The place is very pretty with lots of pink — and we loved the plates and drinks too! The chicken enchiladas were our favorite, but we loved the Birria Quesatacos too! We plan to make this a visit every time we return to Vegas because of what a great experience it was. It’s a little pricier, but that’s to be expected - you are in Vegas, on the strip, eating delicious, fresh food.

It’s hot here in Vegas. We were looking for something within walking distance and somewhere that we didn’t have to leave the air conditioning for long to get to. Also, something with gluten free options. We kind of stumbled upon Rosa Mexicana. It checked all of those boxes and then some. My first good impression was when I approached the host stand and they were actually knowledgeable of the menu and gave suggestions of everything gluten free. Often times the reply is “ask your server.” Once we were seated they brought water, chips and salsa. But, not just any chips, they were pink! As the server approached the table, he asked if it was our first time there, which it was. He said that most of the food is prepared from scratch and the color in the chips is from beet juice. I’ve done that with pasta, but had never thought of that for the chips. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to be quite descriptive with the dishes such as “just the right amount of acidity” not the usual “oh, it’s a popular seller.” I try to keep my expectations realistic for service in general let alone in a touristy area. But, did I just meet my doppelgänger? I have been teaching cooking since 1998 and waited tables off and on since 1995. Our servers knowledge and passion made the meal. We ended up getting the queso appetizer. My mom had the Birria Quesatacos. I had the duck carnitas tacos. I was intrigued as I rarely see duck on the menu at a Mexican restaurant. The pineapple-jicama salsa was so good. It added a seasonal freshness to the dish. The surprise of the day was the fajitas en molcajete that my sister ordered. I think we are all used to how fajitas typically come to the table. This came out in a stone similar to what the table side guacamole is made in. Don’t let the price deter you. She took more back to the room for lunch the next day than what some restaurants serve to start with. The shrimp was seasoned really well and tasted like it was cooked on a grill. It also came with rice and beans. At the end of the meal the server brought out some churros for my mom’s birthday. Also, if you are with HGV, you get a discount. I wish other servers at other restaurants could take note of the knowledge and attentiveness of our server. Two additional things that impressed me is that he gave up a six top to another server realizing the language barrier and the other server would be better able to assist them. (For those of us that have worked in the industry, we hate giving up 6 tops because that is auto- gratuity.) The other thing that impressed me was noticing him give recommendations for dessert elsewhere. What? I thought that was only in that old Christmas movie that you sent the customer elsewhere. While they did a great job accommodating dietary restrictions, when nothing caught the eye of the table behind us, he gave a recommendation for dessert somewhere else. I am more appreciative of your honesty, knowledge of your menu, the menu at other establishments and wanting the customer to have the best possible meal rather than pushing your own desserts. That is the type of service that will win my loyalty. It isn’t often that I repeat going to a restaurant during vacation. But, we’ll be back in a few days. I really want to try the shrimp, lobster, crabmeat enchiladas!

🌟 100/10 Lunch Experience at Rosa Mexicano! 🌟 I came to Rosa Mexicano today with my cousin and her beautiful baby boy for lunch, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. The service was exceptional from the moment we sat down. Milton took such amazing care of us — he was attentive, kind, funny, and made spot-on recommendations for both food and drinks. We were lucky enough to meet Fernando, the chef, who came out to personally thank us. He was so genuine and wonderful to talk to. It’s rare to see that kind of hospitality! Jeremy also came out and checked on us, and his energy just added to how special the whole experience felt. We enjoyed the food so much that we didn’t even pause to take photos — we were too busy savoring every bite! I seriously wish I could’ve tried everything on the menu, because if what we had today was any indication, everything must be amazing. Thank you, Rosa Mexicano team, for a memorable lunch. I will absolutely be back soon!

Google
You always have to try the Mexican restaurant in any state, in my opinion. This place was ok. Their cheese dip is small and for the price you’d expect more than you receive. The shrimp tacos weren’t bad, but again pricey. And as for the Marg, I get a larger one at home for the same price. Again, when in Vegas expect to pay double for the same thing you’d get at home.

Google
One color to describe this place: PINK! Pink tortillas, pink menus, pink decorations, and pink lights. Yes, they really do have pink tortillas! It's not just the lighting! We stopped here for happy hour! Very delicious noms and nice staff! I had the Baja fish tacos - so yum! Very nice and cozy vibes here especially since it's right next to the Strip!

Yelp
Not only was the food great but Chelsea our waitress was the best. Everything she recommended from drinks, spicy marg for me, to a delicious virgin drink for my kids was a hit. Can't say enough how wonderful the service was. Queso dip was our appetizer and steak fajitas was my fav out of our dinners. Will be back next time

Yelp
Came to go ol Vegas for a friends birthday weekend. First stop Rosa Mexicano at the shops. We were seated right away for an early afternoon meal. Service was fast we ordered the table side guac which was very good. For entrees we did the Fish Tacos and Enchiladas Suizas. Tacos were ok not sure what was wrong with them but I just didn't feel the authenticity. I didn't try the chicken enchiladas but my partner said that it was like "canned chicken" meeek :( The blood orange margarita was delicious. I can see how this place can be for lively with ambience for a younger crowd not there for the food Lol

Yelp
I walked in and sat at the bar. The bartender was nice and attentive. The place is really dark. They give you chips and salsa. I ordered the steak fajitas. It seemed to take a while despite me being distracted by the football game on the screens. Even a guy sitting next to me arrived 5-10 minutes after me got his tacos before me. The steak was rather bland. Portion size was good. Rice was nice and tasty. The fixings were good except not nearly enough of the white crema sauce. These places never give you enough tortillas. They did eventually bring me more. Other than the bartender, I think this place was just ok.

Yelp
This was such a cute restaurant I loved all the artwork and pink colored decor inside. The tableside guacamole was good but was missing lime juice, we asked for mild but there really wasn't any spice, loved the pink chips. The birria tacos were really good and 3 tacos was the perfect amount. I also got the blood orange margarita that was delicious. Our waitress was really nice and told us all the specials and things she recommended I wish I remembered her name. We finished with the flan and churros and both were very good dessert to end our night.

Yelp
Such a cute restaurant! All the girls are wearing pink and the chips are pink too! Mariah (spell check) took care of us before we went to go see The Eagles at The Sphere and she was so sweet and so kind! We ordered the quesadilla and added steak and we also got a side of the street corn! Everything was prepared beautifully and tasted amazing!

Yelp
This place is so cute, it's so clean and adorable. The tables and little benches make the seating so different. Everything pink, even the chips on the table for the salsa. The alcoholic drink I got was kinda strong, wasn't able to fully enjoy it. The margarita I think it was, I don't even remember. But let me tell you that the food was awesome, I got the French toast. Our server was so attentive, he was always on top of everything filling up our water and always asking if we need anything.

Yelp
Food: 9/10. Don't get me wrong, the food is great! However, it's just a different style of Mexican taste. The sides taste somewhat Oaxacan/ Poblano. The portions are good. You'll get full for sure. It's a pricey restaurant, so plan to spend a good amount. Drinks: drinks are fairly priced. The pomegranate margarita was GREAT. I chose this flavor because I asked the server which flavor is most popular and it did not disappoint! It is only like $16 for each drink. Outside, they have a bar top where you can order a 24 oz and bigger 64 oz I believe of the slushie margaritas, similar to a Fat Tuesday & lower priced! And better flavor, in my opinion. SHOUTOUT TO THE BARTENDER AT THE OUTSIDE BAR TOP WITH BLACK HAIR AND FAIR SKIN, you were so nice to my boyfriend and I! Thanks for making our night great Service: our server was super attentive and would check on us every chance he'd get. Thank you! Ambiance is cute, it's a bit dark inside the restaurant but it's cute. I'd recommend coming here for cute pictures!

Yelp
Colorful Vibes & Tasty Bites at Rosa Mexicano Our recent visit to Rosa Mexicano was a mostly positive experience, earning a solid four stars. While it wasn't without its hiccups, the vibrant atmosphere and unique culinary touches ultimately won us over. Starting with the downside, our day began with a bit of frustration. Despite having a reservation, we still had to wait to be seated, as guests were being taken in on a first-come, first-serve basis. This organizational hiccup was disappointing, as it somewhat dimmed our initial excitement. However, things quickly improved once we were seated. The striking decor was all about pink--pink tortilla chips, plates, napkins, you name it. This fun, vibrant theme gave Rosa Mexicano a unique and playful charm, making it feel like a truly special spot for dining out. To kick things off, we ordered fresh guacamole. While it was enjoyable, we couldn't help but note that we've had more memorable guac elsewhere. It was well-prepared, but perhaps it didn't quite reach the wow factor we had hoped for. On a brighter note, the Mimosa Flight we ordered for drinks was refreshing and added a celebratory vibe to the meal. We moved on to our appetizers and entrees, starting with nachos and veggie quesadillas. The nachos were satisfying with great texture and flavor, and the quesadillas delivered on taste with their melty, well-seasoned filling. Next, we tried the jackfruit fajitas, which came with rice and beans. These were a unique and tasty option, though they leaned a bit on the sweeter side--a twist we didn't entirely mind but one that might not suit every palate. A lovely surprise capped off our evening: the restaurant brought out fresh chorizos as a complimentary treat to celebrate my birthday. This thoughtful touch was greatly appreciated and left a lasting impression. Overall, Rosa Mexicano offered a memorable dining experience. While there is room for improvement in managing reservations, the vibrant ambiance, unique pink-themed details, and satisfying dishes make it well worth a visit. If you're looking for a festive meal that delights both visually and tastefully, Rosa Mexicano is a great spot to explore. Four stars!

Yelp
Rosa Mexicana in Las Vegas is a vibrant spot that perfectly blends bold flavors with a lively atmosphere. The restaurant's signature pink decor adds a fun and modern twist, creating a cheerful and inviting space for diners. One of the standout experiences here is the tableside preparation of fresh guacamole, made with live vegetables and perfectly ripe avocados. It's as fresh as it gets and pairs wonderfully with their crispy nachos, which are flavorful and addictive. The menu features creative dishes, but the grapefruit dish truly steals the show. Its unique combination of flavors makes it a must-try for anyone looking for something different yet delicious. Rosa Mexicana is a great place for a fresh, flavorful meal with a side of fun and flair. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or a full dining experience, this restaurant leaves a lasting impression.

Yelp
Amazing , phenomenal, beautiful! This place really blew me away ! Our server was so sweet and attentive ! We were seated promptly and treated so well. We ordered the frozen margs and had the queso fundido along with the empanadas! I can't wait to return to Vegas .

Yelp
Came to this place for the first time tonight. First of alllll, I love the colors !!! The chips are PINK!!! Wow! The design inside reminds me of Cabo for sure. My bartender Gabriel was super sweet, super happy and spunky, and made excellent drinks. He was fun to watch, he's like a MACHINE making a million drinks, but not lacking in quality at all.....I mean excellent drinks! Very attentive too. Devon our waiter was very professional too and very attentive. We sat at the bar and we were sooo happy we did. Our friends came to join us half way thru. They got the same excellent food and service too. The food was GREAT. So flavorful. I had the Cobb Salad and the Flautas and Queso fundido appetizer. I will Definitely be back!

Yelp
Food was good, service was fine too. Good place for lunch. I was disappointed thought that we ordered a $22 guacamole table side and the was no lime in it. We asked about it and the guy said chef recipe does not include lime. Pretty disappointing guacamole without much flavor. The best guacamoles I ever had all take lime. I asked if he colluded bring us a like on the side, he said yes but never did

Yelp
The ambience and vibe of this restaurant is all of amazing!!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This place is for men and women. Even though it's pink...the guys in my party felt comfortable. Now on to the food....We ordered several dishes and everything was perfect. Our only complaint is the steak in the enchiladas was really tough. The steak was really chewy. The margaritas were really good. Plus, you can add a floater of grand marnier for $2. Definitely will be back the next time I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
What a beautiful place to have dinner at and it's delicious!! The Guacamole was amazing! We ordered empanadas, steak and enchiladas. And everything was amazing! Approved by a Mexican here, it's a very good representation of our cuisine. The ambiance is delightful. The service is top tier. We also didn't find it crazy expensive honestly to be on the strip, prices are pretty fair. I really recommend this place.

Yelp
My niece and I came here for breakfast. Service was slow dispite not being that busy. I ordered steak and eggs. The steak was really good and I would recommend. I got a coffee and I was told no refills, I don't recommend for the price. Go to Starbucks for slightly better deal. My niece really enjoyed her breakfast. She got a burrito. Overall, it was pretty decent breakfast, but in my opinion over price, however, that's Vegas

Yelp
Celebrated our bride to be and decided to have sunday brunch here to end our vegas bachelorette weekend. We had heard good things about this place and the pink/rose theme fit perfectly. We made a reservation and were seated promptly towards the back. The interior is beautiful and the water feature on the wall with the gold diver statues were definitely eye catching. Was surprised to see that there was not more customers on a Sunday close to noon because brunch is what this place is known for. All the food we ordered was yummy. Best caesar salad I've ever had at a restaurant. My friend and I shared a chila quiles that came with both red and green sauce, and we added steak on it. The spicy mango margarita was also refreshing. The manager came to check on us frequently to make sure we were doing okay. Only reason for 4 stars is because both the food and drinks took quite a while to come to the table, and they weren't even busy. Maybe understaffed that day? Willing to look past this hiccup though because the service and quality were spot on. Def giving them another chance next time I have girl friends visiting from out of town.

Yelp
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The experience is nice from beginning to end. I made a reservation and was sat in time. Our waitress Ashley was awesome with suggestions and great service throughout never letting our chips get low she's immediately refill. She smiled a lot and made the upkeep of all of her tables look flawless. The food was as delicious as it looks in the pictures. Come here, eat, drink and be treated well. ENJOY!

Yelp
I had made my reservation for 6pm but arrived early as we had skipped lunch. The ladies in the front were welcoming and helpful. After a short wait, we were seated. The restaurant is modern with some Mexican art painted on walls. Music is a bit too loud to converse. The complimentary chips and salsa were good. We ordered... Sparkling water Pomegranate margarita - very good! Fish tacos - not very good Land and sea enchiladas - good Mexican rice - very good! We only saw our waitress when we placed our order. When we were done eating, we had to use the bar code to pay online before we left. I am not a fan of this modern way of job elimination/cut backs. It was weird and not something that makes me want to return.

Yelp
Had a company lunch here last week. The restaurant is really cute. Food was very good. I would return

Yelp
Everything is PINK and neon and soooo cute. Food itself was fine. Nothing amazing but very in g theme of the modern restaurant, even the chips were pink. Service was great! Very attentive and friendly.

Yelp
The ambiance of this restaurant is so so beautiful and pink. I loved the pink room a good space for pictures. The little cage seating was absolutely nice. The interior decorations spit on . The service was extremely good. She was always checking up on us and made sure our foods and drinks were good. I ordered Mexican Fried Rice, my first time trying it and OMG the best ever . It was well seasoned and cooked. I highly recommend this place for a cute girly brunch or dinner. Thank you Rosa Mexicano
google avatar

Yelp
Love the decor and atmosphere of this place . The chips and salsa were good . The pink chips threw me off a little bit but they were nicely salted and went well with the salsa . Wife and o went for brunch and I got the chorizo and egg quesadilla and it was good and very filling . My wife got chilaquiles and it was a huge portion. She said her Bloody Mary was one of the best she's ever had but my cocolito was ok . I could taste the alcohol and not very much coconut . Our waitress was very good , she answered any questions she had and was very nice .

Yelp
I'll start by saying the table side guacamole is a must and a staple for Rosa Mexicano! I used to go to the Rosa Mexicano that was in Miami Beach and when I saw they opened one in Las Vegas - I had to try it. This one blows the Miami Beach one away - the decor is so chic with hot pink and blue tones. The booths are, I can only describe as, adorable - you feel like you're in a bird cage in a good way. They also had a live DJ and an outdoor seating area. The service was also great - Brent had great recommendations, was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back!

Yelp
When I found out they opened a location in Vegas and that it was very PINK, I knew I had to come here! Finding the restaurant when coming from the rideshare pickup area was kind of tricky, but know that it's located at one of the entrances Strip-side. It was fairly busy when we arrived around 2:30 p.m. on a Monday, but nothing too bad. My table request was honored when we were seated, which is always nice. Looking at pictures, the food didn't look that great, but everything we had was delicious! We split their classic guacamole (so good!) and fish tacos (no pic because we went in on those!), and we had frozen strawberry and mango margaritas to drink. We also got great-tasting complimentary chips and salsa with our meal and to my delight the chips were pink! If I had one complaint, it would be that their restroom could have been cleaner and looked after - the trash bin was overflowing for one. The pink lighting in there is so nice, but I couldn't wait to get out! Also, I did not see the pink dining room that is advertised on social media - I wonder if it is reserved for special events? That was a bit disappointing. I would have loved to eat in there! Still, what a fun place to eat with all the delicious food and drink and all the pinkness of course!

Yelp
This place was Legit ! I know , I know it's West coast Mexican food blah blah but this is Vegas and not CA or AZ! The vibe in the place is great , service is amazing and the food is very good ! Freshly made salsa , amazing Enchiladas and solid tacos . A strong choice in sin city and I think I'm still burning off those chips ....
google avatar

Janeth A.

Yelp
The vibe is very cutesy. Lots of photo opps, intriguing designs. The music is playing just loud enough so you can hear it, but soft enough to still have conversations. The music selection itself was sad, though. Please play some reggaeton or music in Spanish at least. The service was great! Very attentive hosts and servers, all wearing pink. Absolutely loved the pink vibes. I had a cucumber mint mocktail and that was very refreshing. THE FOOD THOUGH. If you're looking for amazing authentic Mexican, don't come here. It's very white washed, very simple, very mild in flavors. Even their salsa and guacamole were very mehhh. I had the enchiladas and they were a mess. The cheese was good but it's just not an authentic enchilada. It's very Americanized. Some of the girls got the shrimp tempura tacos per the servers recommendation, and they were dry and awful. One gal had the birria quesadilla and that was okay. Overall, do not recommend for the food experience. Also, if you're a local, it's way too much trouble to pay for parking and walk a mile for meh food. The pink chips were cute though!
google avatar

Nicole M.

Yelp
Food was mediocre and the ambience was okay but definitely looked nothing like the photos. When I made the reservation I let them know we were celebrating my 40th birthday and it wasn't even acknowledged. The table side guacamole was good but the lobster taquitos (which were more like little tacos) were not good at all. I also ordered a spicy margarita and they brought be a regular one but the service wasn't great so I didn't say anything. It's a pricey spot and definitely not worth the money.

Yelp
Rosa Mexicano's first Las Vegas location opened about three months ago in the Miracle Mile Shops. The chain's founding chef, Josefina Howard, opened the flagship Rosa Mexicano on New York's Upper East Side in 1984. It's known for elevated fiesta Mexican cuisine. The Las Vegas location is huge and features the chain's signature pink color (Rosa means pink in Spanish). Dynamic artwork, a bubble wall and even a live DJ. It's definitely Instagram worthy. We arrived at 9pm on Super Bowl weekend and the restaurant was maybe half full, which I found surprising. After a 10-minute wait, our server came by and took our drink order. He returned about 10 minutes later with our drinks to inform us he had been "cut". Which means his shift ended and another server would finish our order. I can't say I've ever experienced that an "elevated" restaurant before. The pink tortilla chips were served warm and the roasted tomato salsa had the right amount of kick. After a day of travel, we weren't up for a large order of food. I wish we had ordered the tableside preparation of the signature Guacamole en Molcajete. We enjoyed the Queso Fundido, made with Mexican cheese blend, roasted poblanos and salsa verde. It was fun! My daughter and I both ordered the Spicy Cucumber Margarita, but couldn't taste much tequila. We found the rest of our meal to be just okay. The Birria Questacos, made with brisket, queso and cilantro were juicy and the consume was tasty. My Steak Tacos were ruined by gristly meat, literary one of every three pieces. Our replacement server never came by after our order was delivered, so I gave up on getting my order remade. When he finally came by, everyone at the table had finished, so I asked for it to be taken off the check. He was apologetic about my entree. Given the chain's reputation, I was really surprised by our dining experience.

Yelp
I've been to Rosa Mexicano many times in NYC and we know that the food here is very good! We were a large group and they were able to accommodate and everyone got their food and they were happy We started with guac and chips (some spicy some not so) which was very good! I know that Chef Daniel and Amanda were amazing and I'm glad they made the food so wonderful! We had tacos, chicken, beef and more at the table. The margaritas were delicious as well. It has lots of colors with hot pink and blue. They have a DJ and and you also have the choice to sit outside as well. Enjoy it and go for a drink!

Yelp
If you have the American Express Gold card and need a place to use the new bi-annual $50 Resy credit, Rosa Mexicano is a great place to use it. No reservation required, you don't have to sit down and eat in the restaurant. The hostess was beautiful and so helpful, thank you. We ordered the steak and eggs off the brunch menu to-go and took it back to the room. It was cooked perfectly, it was delicious and included 3 tortillas and a bag of rose-colored chips w two portions of salsa. Total was $43 including 21% tip so it was free.

Yelp
Overall, I enjoyed this restaurant. We were visiting Vegas for a conference and decided to try it out. My favorite dish was the plantains, very flavorful. Our server was great, but the only downside in our experience was that it was so hot in the restaurant. I'm not sure if they were having A/C issues but it made it a little uncomfortable to stay very long. Overall, we had a great time and I would visit again next time I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
My friends and I found this spot last minute. This restaurant is located in Planet Hollywood, it is a newly opened spot that is mixed with a lounge. It took about 30-40 minutes to get seated on a Saturday night (not bad in my opinion) - table-side GUACAMOLE ~ I stepped aside before we got seated and came back to guacamole being made table-side, my friend told me they said it was complimentary; however it was not. It was I want to say $21-25ish. It could've used a lot more lime and salt however the freshness and quality of it was really good. The chips and salsa that comes with was magnificent, we ended up mixing the salsa with the guacamole bc it had a very nice sour and salty taste that really helped the guacamole. - EMPANADAS ~ eh. When I think of empanadas I think of ground beef more of a thicker filling, this one was very mushy, mainly cheese. I enjoyed the taste but also didn't at the same time?? It was good enough to finish but not good enough to order again. - NACHOS ~ YUM. Talk about perfect bite EACH time. These were perfectly made and individually topped I personally love that because nachos get soggy very easily but not only that it also makes it hard to eat when only the top layer has toppings, this allowed us to have a perfect bite and finish the plate! - CHICKEN TACOS ~ do yourself a favor and order these. Talk about BOMB. - BIRRIA TACOS - I've had better but it was still very good and meaty. I'd order again - CHURROS - think about a perfectly cooked rib that falls off the bone LOL, that's how soft and gooey and warm it was, it fell apart. It was very yummy. I was not a fan of the sauces but that's my personal opinion, my friends enjoyed the chocolate sauce. - AMBIANCE - the restaurant was very cute and aesthetic - SERVICE - it could've been better we weren't check in on much, and had to ask other people for our server. Someone who wasn't our server was more interactive with us than our actual server. But for a Saturday I'd like to say I also understand.

Yelp
Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, great service! Guillermo was a wonderful server and he recommended the steak quesadilla which we loved. The pinks chips were really fun and delicious, and the red salsa is one of the best I've ever had. I was happy to see a $5 drink menu here as well! We will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
This place is a little pricey, but after reading the reviews my wife and I decided to give it a shot. We started off with a pitcher of Pomegranate margarita, but after drinking more than half a pitcher I didn't feel a thing, so not sure how much tequila they are putting in there. The provded chips and salsa were a nice bonus, with fresh chips. They have table side guac as an option, but the price was too expensive for me, and most likely overkill in terms of how much food we needed. I ordered the Birria Quesatacos at the recommendation of our server. They were delicious, and different than the usual taco (as he recommended). Nice change from the usual taco options when trying out a different Mexican restaurant. My wife ordered the Del Mar Enchiladas, which were good but a little pricey and a little much for us. Overall everything was delicious and we left overly stuffed. I've mentioned price throughout, and it is Vegas so I always expect prices to be a little more inflated. The tacos were a good median priced option, I would lean that way if you are looking to keep the overall bill reasonable. Overall a nice dining experience, I'd return again when I'm passing through!

Yelp
New restaurant inside Planet Hollywood. Rosa Mexicano is a chain, so knowing that was kind of a turn-off. However, with that being said, the atmosphere was nice decor lovely, although a bit too much pink. Lol The food was mediocre. Luckily, the manager on duty, Holly, was amazing and offered another dish we would enjoy. Holly was sympathetic and kind and asked what she could do to make it better. She brought us another cocktail on her and more. Our waiter and Holly asked us to please come back and try them again. We will do just that. I'm sure they are having some new opening pains. A couple of highlights of the place was, the young man making the guacamole at our table with anything and everything you want in it. Hands down the best guacamole I've had. If you go try that, you won't be disappointed. I will go back just because Holly asked us to. I believe in second chances when asked. If you are in Vegas, check it out.

Yelp
Not sure if I was there on an off night, but the experience was just average. I loved the decor, and it was fun to sit in one of the "birdcage" booths. The hostess was very friendly as we were seated. The server arrived shortly after and told us about thr tableside guac. I'm not a huge fan of guacamole, so we passed, but it was neat to watch the process at many of the nearby tables. The pink chips were unique and fit the decor, and the accompanying salsa was very, very good. We ordered nachos for the appetizer, and they were very enjoyable. As opposed to piling a bunch of ingredients on a plate, these nachos are layered on nine chips so that the servings are basically bite size. The candied jalapeños gave the dish just the right amount of heat. After the nachos, however, the meal took a downward turn. The restaurant was not very busy, but it took about a half an hour after finishing the appetizer before the entrees arrived. Thankfully, another round of chips and salsa was provided, but I ate so many while I waited that by the time the entree arrived I was mostly full already. The beef brisket enchilada was full of flavor, and I enjoyed the two that came in the entree. However, I don't believe they lived up to their price point on the menu especially given that the Mexican rice that was included as a side was essentially the same as what I make in my kitchen at home from a box or a bag mix. Further, it took 15 minutes to get a second glass of tea after having requested it, and the water bottle for the table ran dry before the meal was finished which meant I had to finish the meal without having water to accompany the dish. Even after requesting more water, none was delivered to the table until right before we were ready to leave. For the price point and trying to present themselves as an upscale restaurant, I wasn't overly impressed with the experience. The food was good, the hostess was great, and the service was mediocre. I might go again on a future trip to Vegas, but it's not on my priority list as a must stop.

Yelp
The inside is so cute and aesthetic! I also like how there was a live dj. We were seated immediately and the staff was overall very attentive. I will say that I was pretty disappointed in the food taste. The appetizers were better than the meals themselves. I was with a large group and we shared chicken tacos, birria, and the fried rice. I'm not sure if it was just an off night, but all the meat was extremely over cooked and dry even with the sauces. Maybe it was an off day or it was busy, but I definitely wish the food was as good as the appetizers.

Yelp
this place has beautiful decor& the staff is very friendly. the food is also a good portion and delicious. I got the huevos rancheros and it was so good. they also had this really cute, free chips and salsa and the chips for pink, which were so adorable. The only thing I have to complain about is we sat outside by choice, but the plates that were outside were very dirty. when we would rub out fingers against the plate, there was dirt, so we just avoided using the plates. I understand that wind and dirt are in evitable, but maybe don't leave the plates outside when no one is dining just so this doesn't happen again Besides that, I love this place! Also highly recommend. Upon check out, they give you these really cute pink pastries that are absolutely delicious. Thank you guys for a great experience, I will return for sure

Yelp
The atmosphere looks really cute. I was ready to leave a five star review for this restaurant. The food was good. I wouldn't say the drinks were notexcellent. We had the beef empanadas and other food. The experience went south when the waiter forgot our order and then pretended like he didn't forget it and brought it out way later. I would appreciate an apology or free drink more. I'm sure this place is great most of the time. The mole had way too much cinnamon.

Yelp
I stopped by here by default because of Nacho Daddy's incompetence. 2 very friendly, nice female hosts greeted me + hubby. Nice conversation. Nice decor, Latin music playing overhead. Female server was nice, friendly as well. I ordered a pomegranate margarita which was good; shrimp quesadilla was decent, nothing u gotta have - the shrimp tasted more broiled than grilled which would have given it more flavor, not a lot of shrimp tho or even cheese(??); love the salsa & (pink)chips; rice + beans were ok(different flavor, texture than what I'm used to)...funny the server asked if we wanted to share a bowl of rice & beans vs have our own..u would have to love the taste of them in order to order both servings...Hubby stated the birria tacos were good which is what I should have ordered. Would I recommend? Sure why not.

Yelp
We came here for a quick bite. You can tell this restaurant has HEAVY foot traffic and was not very clean when we sat at our table. The menus were a tad bit crusty and the chairs were a little dirty. The food was okay, somewhat plain. Our waitress on the other hand was exceptional & attentive! This is a one and done type of place.

Yelp
Wowza, beautiful, delicious, and great service! You are surrounded in beauty and uniqueness from beautiful dishes used to present sides and entrees, the different types of table settings, the many areas of seating with gorgeous ambiance.... Hailey was our server and she was amazing. Food.... I had the grilled shrimp Allambre with poblano rice, the shrimp was amazing with a mango bbq flavor, the cheeses poblano rice was incredible and the spinach was a delicious surprise with raisins and pumpkin seeds and all Gluten free.... I'm celiac and had no reaction and loved my food! absolutely delicious! I hope I can get this to go-Im local! Cause this has been my fave meal for the year! My husband had the roasted Chicken Jadore, chocolate mole with plantains.... Omg amazing flavors, just incredible. My friend absolutely loved the fish tacos and the beans. The enchiladas looked good, but I think the stars were the shrimp, roasted chicken and fish tacos. The salsa and chips were fantastic! We went with a group of 10, lots of seating for big and small parties! Tip for mgmt- The table but up against the wall, so if someone had to use the restroom everyone on the wall side had to scoot out. There was plenty of room to move the end/wall table 1.5 feet from the wall so guests can have access both ways. Looking forward to coming back, and definitely coming back later to enjoy the outdoor area! Yes I'm getting the grilled shrimp!

Yelp
Recently, my girlfriend and I celebrated a Lakers win at the in-season tournament championship game by dining at the newly opened Rosa Mexicano. The vibrant pink theme and a dual-level daiquiri bar set the perfect date night ambiance. We kicked off with the guacamole, a showstopper made right in front of us, adorned with unique extras like bacon and sweet plantains. The interactive guacamole experience added a delightful touch to our evening. For mains, my girlfriend enjoyed the chicken flautas with mashed potatoes, creatively presented to resemble a burrito. On the other hand, I opted for the roasted jadori half chicken. While the chicken was slightly dry, the peanut butter cinnamon sauce didn't quite hit the mark for me. The dish came with a side of rice and veggies, completing the plate. Despite a slow server, which can be forgiven for a new establishment, the overall experience was enjoyable. Rosa Mexicano's unique atmosphere and diverse menu earn it a solid 4 out of 5 stars in my book. A promising spot for those seeking a fun, flavorful dining adventure.

Yelp
While I am very familiar with Rosa Mexicano at National Harbor, MD, I was blown away by the dining experience at this new 1 year old location in Vegas on the boulevard. I think this location was previously Pabst Blur Ribbon (PBR). From the time I walked in till the time I left, the staff was very attentive. Even as more customers came into dine, there was little to No impact on my experience. Table side guacamole is always a hit. I tried some of there signature drinks. They were fantastic but I will tell, Mezcal, go great with everything. I had a drink with Mezcal in it; mind blown. Mezcal, is a tequila, that stand alone, similar to bourbon, with its silky smoky sultry taste or as ingredient in a mixed drink. I was not too hungry after the guacamole so I opted for 6oz filet and spinach for my dinner. The steak was cooked to temp. The sautéed spinach was decent. What a great dining experience. National Harbor location should take note at what they are doing in Vegas. I will definitely visit this location again.

Yelp
The food is so so good. I had the steak and eggs, medium rare and over easy, respectively. The potatoes and grilled veggies were so delightful, very well seasoned. Others in my party had chilaquiles which were humongous. Free pink chips and salsa with refills. The chips were warm and fresh. We didn't see until later but another party ordered guacamole and a staff member wheels a cart over and makes fresh guacamole. FYI, if you come here for brunch and want to order coffee, it only comes hot and from a keurig. The blood orange frozen marg is sweet and extremely cold. The mezcal cocktail comes over liquid nitrogen in a fish bowl and they warn you not to drink that part . The decor/ambiance is cute and colorful with fun pops of neon pink. Such a cute spot. Staff were attentive with water, chips and salsa refills. And they knew it was a birthday so they brought out free little churros with chocolate and jam dip. Only downside was that food took awhile to come out. Not sure if that's usually the case or if there was a specific reason why the food came out so late. Recommend if you have the time!

Yelp
Easy location in the middle of it all! Pretty spendy, as is all of Vegas it seems. Fresh guac, signature pink chips, enchiladas, tacos and street corn. All were great! It's hard to decide if it's worth the price because inflation isn't their fault (135$ pre-tip for quac, two entrees and one drink). Service was very friendly.
