Rosalia’s is our go to brunch spot in the Pines/Miramar area. We absolutely love it. The drinks are fun. The waffle plates are amazing. Always colorful, unique, fresh, and tasty. The menu updates regularly. The staff is great. The prices are on point. The parking is simple. There’s nothing not to like. My only suggestion would be to make a reservation because they aren’t that big and fill up quickly. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. They have gourmet coffee options. Everything we’ve ever had here has been splendid. Check them out, I’m betting you’ll love them as much as we do.

Rosalia's Kitchen is amazing. From the food to service and decor, Rosalia's has it all! If you haven't tried it, this is a must. The decor is amazing and changes for the seasons. The drinks are crafted by staff and taste tested by friends and customers. Everything is on point! The gnocchi is to die for. Chicken and waffles...my goodness yes! Make sure you make a reservation because Rosalia's is always packed!

Food was great, the servers were nice and I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the food . The server mentioned its home cooked meals and he was right . I ordered the one thing most restaurants get wrong, a pasta bolognese , and to my amazement it was really well done . Slow cooked , tasty , plenty of care to the sauce and an item I would order again. The negative though is the decor . For such a refined meal , refined cutlery , plates , bar , it felt completely out place . I almost got up and left initially. I could not see myself bringing others to experience the decor, since ambiance is part of bringing others to enjoy good food . Teddy bears hanging from the ceiling, fake flowers and unicorns is not the best representation of the food , restaurant or sophistication of the items inside . The potential of this place could be similar to Smith & Wollensky. It was tough trying the Italian Israeli fusion, so hopefully the ambiance gets a renewal in the future .

Google
10/10 experience! We started with the burger sliders and potato cigars—both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The espresso martini flight was a fun touch, and the banana martini stole the show for me! My boyfriend ordered the Schnitzel Heaven (which lived up to its name), and I tried the Gnocchi Alla Vucciria from their secret menu. It was perfection—crispy chicken on the outside, soft and pillowy gnocchi on the inside. The vibes were just as impressive as the food—adorable summer mermaid-themed decor, cozy ambiance, and our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

This was such an amazing experience. It's definitely different from average flavor. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious. They have scan trons to see the different dishes, and they have a secret menu..

I recently discovered this place and instantly fell in love—not just because it was their Love Season, but because the entire experience is truly one of a kind. Every detail is so thoughtfully curated—from the interior decor to the creative names of the dishes and their beautiful presentation. My personal favorite so far has been the Dubai Chocolate Martini (don’t skip out on the truffle!!😋) Since finding them, I’ve already been back four times, and every visit has been consistently amazing. The food and cocktails never miss, and the friendly, attentive staff always go the extra mile to make sure you’re having the best time. Highly recommend—it’s the kind of spot that turns a simple outing into something special.

I've eaten here twice now. Once in the month of November and once in the month of December. Planned ahead like it's recommended on their website and made reservations both times. Food is amazing! I experienced both dinner and brunch both very satisfying in portion size. Attention to detail, flavors were on point, presentation was lovely. Atmosphere and service we pleasant on both occasions. Can't wait to see their Valentine's menu!

I recently dined at Rosalia’s and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was cozy and decorated for Christmas, with just the right lighting to set a relaxing mood. The service was outstanding—our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Speaking of the menu, the variety was fantastic, with options for everyone. The food was absolutely delicious! If you’re looking for a place with great food, excellent service, and a welcoming vibe, Rosalia’s should be at the top of your list. We’ll definitely be back!

Yelp
On December 27th, 2024, my boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at Rosalia!! It was so beautiful! It is definitely Christmas decor decked out and the drinks and food were amazing! Steph was our waitress and bartender and she is wonderful, sweet, polite, knowledgeable, and professional! She knows exactly how to make the perfect drinks for me!!! I am a lightweight! The drinks were delicious and everyone was super nice and helpful ! We waited so long for our reserved table but we sat at the bar instead and had an amazing experience! It was the perfect moment!! I highly recommend Rosalia and Steph!

Yelp
This place is amazing! The decor is based on the season of the month. The servers are outstanding! This place is very family oriented. You feel invited as you are attended by the servers. Stephanie (Steph) was particularly our server detailed, hospitable and friendly. Spoke to with Armando as well both friendly and knowledgeable of the entire menu. These servers are kind and friendly but professional as well. They both work together great. When one server is busy the other chimed in to check on us. The food was amazing too! Drinks: We only had wine but we also had shots of their coffee martini delicious! We will be back for other cocktails. Appetizers: Aráis Rolls - good Entrée: The White Lotus - delicious amazing combination Dessert: Isaraeli Cheesecake with butter cookie - this was so delicious (cheesecake factory look out this is even better). A special thank you to an amazing person Steph great personality, a great server! We will be back! Note: Reservations are recommend. Cheers all! Enjoy! See you there again soon.

Yelp
I came here for the first time at the end of February to celebrate a late Galentines with a group of 12 friends. The decor was absolutely adorable and cozy. The drinks were creative and interactive, mine was in a treasure chest! I also like that they have a secret menu for those who are more observant. I was afraid the food was going to be Instagram-able only, but it was delicious! I was very happy with my pistachio pesto papardelle pasta! Dessert was amazing. You have the try the brownie and the cheesecake too! Pure decadence! Our server Valeria did an amazing job of taking care of our large party and making us feel welcome.

Yelp
Great food and atmosphere. I loved this rigatoni pasta dish ! The arancini's remind me of home (Sicily) And the pistachio waffle have real pistachio cream that flew all the way from Sicily!!!!

Liza M.

Yelp
Rosalias is a charming little place that is a social media haven. The decor is built for sharing on your favorite platforms. The decor is one thing and food is another. I will tell you that we went during happy hour and that is the time that I recommend you go bc the drinks are great and they are discounted and the appetizers are also on special and it's a good deal. We had the S'Mores Espresso Martini which was delicious and the glass was rimmed with graham crackers and a onside was a floating roasted marshmallow. Simply divine. We started with the appetizer sampler. The arancini was seasoned and perfectly crispy and reminded me of a croqueta. The potato cigars were reminiscent of spring rolls and the spanakopita and other delights were tasty. It was a good start to the meal. We ordered the ossobucco ravioli which was hugely disappointing. Ossobucco is so tasty and has its own juices that can be made into an excellent pasta sauce. Why someone would smother these delicious raviolis in marinara is besides me. It battled the juices of the ossobucco and completely negated that great taste. To boot, you get three ravioli's which is shocking considering the price. Let's move on to the second main course, the secret menu chicken Marsala. So, these are two thick pieces of grilled chicken with mushrooms on top of it. There is no Marsala....maybe that's the secret. Marsala is made with Marsala wine and the pieces of chicken are typically pounded. This is far from what we received. The pasta with the lemon sauce, however, was on point and I would have that again. We ordered a Capuccino which was good and o the. Ordered our servers favorite dessert...the apple pie cheesecake. Ours came to the table frozen which is a shame bc the flavors were there but the texture was off. I know this place is the new hot spot and that's why we went. I feel like they are still trying to find their identity. I understand fusions but Mediterranean with Italian with Asian is a bit much. The appetizer sampler was not cohesive although the individual components were pretty good. I am giving Rosalia's three stars bc they are new and I want to support local business but my advice for this restaurant is to stop focusing so much on the social media gimmicks and secret menus and focus on the food and finding your voice through the food. That will keep people coming back and coming in outside of Happy Hour. You have the potential, Rosalia's! Response to owner: Rafael, I did address a couple of the issues above while in the restaurant and the dessert was taken off of our bill. I also am giving you all the benefit of the doubt, hence three stars versus less. It is very clear that this restaurant is your baby and that your are rightfully sensitive to reviews. Consistency is key in the restaurant biz and based on the reviews I've seen that seems to be missing. Saying "perhaps it wasn't made right that night" is a problem in itself. Please take this as constructive because your passion is obviously there and, as I stated, there is potential here. Believe me, I support small businesses but I cannot give you 5 stars on a 3 star experience. Thank you for your comments below.

Yelp
As we entered Rosalia's Kitchen, we were greeted with a warm and cozy explosion of festive decorations! We dined here in early January so their Christmas decorations were still up, and boy do they add an element of holiday cheer as you walk in. Not only is their restaurant decked out in yuletide adornments, but they even have an entire Christmas themed menu in addition to their normal offerings! This includes seasonal cocktails, as well as food and desserts. Some of the cocktails we saw come out, WOW what a presentation! D'Grinch.... Super creative both in appearance and flavors. We also arrived before 8pm so got to take advantage of the happy hour menu (EVERYDAY 4-8pm!). Their food was spectacular. We started with the appetizer sampler (Rosalia's sampler), and were particularly impressed with the arancini, the arais rolls, and the potato cigars. For my entrée, I customized an item off the Christmas menu, the Christmas tree pasta, swapped the spaghetti for linguine and added grilled chicken on the side for some protein. My date did a build-your-own pasta dish with gnocchi and the Bolognese sauce. The menu was very expansive, and there were SO many things that sounded good (including their brunch...) that I'd like to return again, even though it's quite far from where I live. For dessert, we both got indulgent, creamy, chocolaty drinks, myself the S'mores Espresso Martini served with an actual toasted marshmallow and my date the seasonal Kinder cocktail served with a Kinder candy bar. YUM! Perfect sweet touch for the end of the meal. Our server Justin was very friendly and timed things out as we preferred. We didn't feel rushed and had time to savor our meal before our show. The pricing was also very fair for Miami with the most expensive entree being in the $40s. Very reasonable. My only comment on what could potentially be improved was that we were asked to hold onto our dirty silverware in between courses instead of being given new silverware. Just a small touch, but an easy thing to implement to take the experience to the next level. Overall, Rosalia's Kitchen was AMAZING and I definitely recommend and will be returning!

Yelp
Last evening we celebrated Valentine's Day early at Rosalia's via reservations thru Yelp. They are full thru Valentine's Day now. They offer Italian, Mediterranean, Greek, Moroccan, Spanish and Lebanon dishes. The ambiance was festively decorated with hearts, teddy bears, streamers, and flowers! There are lots of photo ops including a flower covered altar in the back! It is a nice cozy little restaurant at Miramar Square near Super Cuts with lots of free parking spaces. To start the evening right, my daughter ordered the special Cupid drink in a special Valentine's day display, which she enjoyed. I ordered a Mango virgin cocktail, which came in the The G display. I didn't realize until I really looked at it what it signified, lol. Very clever. Both drinks were excellent! They have a great menu book. Inside that menu, if you look carefully, there is a Q code to go to their Secret Menu, which has even more special items to order. We ordered the White Lotus, which was a flattened chicken breast in a delicious batter accompanied with "out of this world" good Gnocchi, (potato dumplings). To die for dish!! Most of their dishes are shareable, which is what we did. A must order! We also ordered the Amore al Forno to share but neither one of us liked it. Unfortunately, it had a lot of bread with rigatoni type pasta and a thick white sauce that dried up quickly onto the pasta so we were eating dry bread with dry pasta that needed seasoning, creamier thinner sauce, and some meat with it. Then it would've been good. Robin saved the day and spoke to their manager, who okayed another dish in its place, which was called Gnocchi Della Vucciria. That dish was prepared very well. Last but not least, we had the Apple of my Eye for dessert, which was super creamy delicious! It had melts in your mouth goodness. You have to try it. Our server was Robin, who really went above and beyond to do his best. The place was packed and he was kept busy but still kept checking on us the entire time we were there. We never lacked for anything. We enjoyed our Valentine's Day celebration.

Yelp
I love Rosalia's! I've been twice recently and I definitely understand the hype. Important to know: it's a small place that's super popular for a good reason. I'd highly recommend making a reservation-but again, it's worth the planning ahead. The food is amazing and fresh, the staff are nice and great to talk to, and the drinks and decor are amazing. Let's start with the theming. You can go to Rosalia's multiple times and always have a different experience. They're great at decorating for holidays, with fun seasonal food and drink menus to match. I went in October for Halloween and December for Christmas and both were incredible. They both also happened to be for birthday celebrations, and turned out to be a great choice. Also keep an eye out for the secret menu! Rosalia's was voted one of the best cocktail spots, and it's easy to see why. You won't find these unique presentations anywhere else. Plus they're constantly coming up with new ones, so you'll never be bored. They are definitely expensive, so be warned, but they also have specials. Finally, the food. I got the build-your-own pasta with rigatoni and vodka sauce and it's so good. It's fresh, flavorful, and everything you want pasta allá vodka to be. My only thing is that the portion could be a bit bigger. Definitely check out Rosalia's! I can't wait to come back and see what they do next

Yelp
Rosalia's kitchen was quite the cute experience when we went to celebrate a friend's birthday! Starting with the engaging decor (now it's set up for Valentines Day) and their interactive menu and their secret menu ooooh we were delighted by the many choices and presentations of some very "normal " staples that were recreated here! So we had the trip of meatballs as appetizer: super cute presentation and the meatballs all very distinctively flavored so: a fun taster choosing our fave! Then we each chose an entree but we had 2 choosing a paste in a bread bowl! It was cute and delicious! A choice from the "lover menu"! I had the chicken Marsala which was a nice portion and came with 2 sides (sadly none of them were pasta, just mashed potatoes and salad) and to wrap it up, we ordered the cheesecake that was delicious: forget the name!!! Our birthday girl got a free ice cream with a candle and we all sang happy birthday together and concluded our happy time there. The service was a bit slow but very cheerful. The restaurant was packed ! It is very popular... But all included : Rosalia offered a fun dining experience that we all enjoyed. Good food, good service: enjoy!

Yelp
Came here to meet some friends. It's a little spot in Miramar. Fully decorated for Christmas which was nice. We were welcomed by our waitress Steph who was very nice and accommodating. Looking over the menu, it seems to be quite pricy. I ended up ordering the Italian pride sandwich which was pretty good. Just wish the bread to filling ratio was more proportionate. From the mozzarella to the pesto, tomato, prosciutto, etc. it was all yummy flavors, but didn't feel enough for the amount of challah bread I got. The fries were ok. Not sure it was worth the additional $2, since they were bland. Overall, it was an ok experience. Something to try if you're in the area and enjoy Mediterranean food.

Daisy S.

Yelp
3 employees during Shift. Recipe for disaster The drinks are made from wine... I'm puzzled just writing this review. The service was terrible (benefit of the doubt they had staff call out ). The food was as bizarre and didn't quite hit. The appetizers were thoughtful but did not execute. I could have made the charcuterie board at home On my own.

Joy J.

Yelp
They decorated so cute for Valentine's Day! The drinks weren't great, but the food was wonderful. Nothing too fancy, I had a chicken Cesar salad, but it was very tasty. Definitely enjoyed my experience. It's small inside so plan accordingly. Big parking lot.

Rosatil M.

Yelp
San Valentine Day We came in without reservation, considering a busy day, but still we were greeted by Daphne who took care of us immediately! The ambiance was so great with a amazing decoration and the food was beyond delicious great place to come in our little city of Miramar

Becky L.

Yelp
Came back with friends who were visiting. We didn't have a reservation but luckily there were seats at the bar. It was still happy hour (4-8pm) so we ordered a few specials to share including the arais rolls and the arancini rolls. I also loved their pistachio cocktail from the last time, so I made sure to try another creamy one: Biscoff. All of them were good, and my friends and I were impressed by the presentation of some of the drinks (the "Poseidon's treasure" came in a treasure chest). For my main, I ordered off the "secret menu", and got their gnocchi over schnitzel. Creamy pasta with crispy schnitzel--indulging and definitely hit the spot. My friends all enjoyed their drinks and food. It was a comfortable environment for us to all catch up. I also loved all of the holiday decor. Overall the food tasted great, and their creamy cocktails are quite the sweet treat. My favorites overall have been their hummus, arais rolls, and pistachio martini. Parking widely available as it's in a shopping plaza. Will definitely come back!

Morgan C.

Yelp
I've been eyeing this place for so long and we finally were able to go - at the perfect time! It was decorated beautifully with Christmas decor. It's small inside but cozy! I was going to rate this 4/5 stars because of our server. He wasn't that friendly, never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted another drink. All he did was take our drink order, food order and we never saw him again. The guy at the host stand was so nice and had a smile on his face. He is the one who gave us a to go box and the check. I gave 5 stars because of the food, drinks and decor. The pistachio martini was delicious and creamy. I ordered off their secret menu and it was so good! Came out quickly and it was hot! My husband's food was also really good. We were too full to order desert but we will when we return! There is plenty of parking. A reservation is a must because this place gets super busy!

Colette S.

Yelp
This place is so cute. They change the decor depending on the season and or special occasion. I've been a few times and the food has consistently been delicious. The white lotus had a refreshing lemony flavor, gnocchi were cooked perfectly and the chicken was delicious and tender. The drinks are so cute but that comes with a hefty price. They offer HH but in my opinion could be more economically priced fares. That said if you want a cute atmosphere with good food give this place a try !!

Sheila C.

Yelp
I was looking forward to a Galentines brunch with my girlfriends in this small themed decorated restaurant, turned out to be a complete deception. Getting reservations in this restaurant can be a challenge. We were able to reserve a table for four people, three weeks before the date. When we walked in, half of the restaurant was empty and remained that way for the time we were there. The host was courteous and welcoming, sat us down, gave us the menu (which it's not clear if it's Italian , Israeli or etc cuisine) and immediately the young long haired waiter came to our table. Started with ordering drinks and appetizers. The table next to us ordered a "Aim At My Heart" drink which caught my eye and I ordered one. Appetizers ordered were the bolognese arancini, Cheeseburger Sliders. He insisted to take our orders of our main dish so we went ahead and ordered as well. The food was ok but not impressed. Nothing to write home about but definitely writing here to share my experience with my yelpers. Our drinks never came before our entrees. When I followed up with the waiter , he hadn't put the order in. I was sooo upset and we cancelled our drink order and I settled for a strawberry mimosa. The rest of the group, didn't bother ordering anything else. My friend ordered a traditional breakfast and was upset that the fruit was hot and not fresh and the scrambled eggs were over cooked. The waiter never came by to ask us how our meal was. At one point, we spotted him sitting in the corner of the restaurant dozing off. Anyway, we took some pics of the dishes and but not too pleased with the decorations. It looked like Temu or dollar store valentines decorations had thrown up in there. Also, no background music, not that I like loud music playing while eating but would have been nice some soft music. The final straw was that our waiter brought us some carton boxes to serve our leftovers and while he was serving it right over my mimosa, crumbs fell straight into my drink. Didn't offer to even get me another one or take it off the bill. Terrible service. Overall, our experience was just a complete deception and sadly, we will not return. Lots improvement needed.

Marietsy P.

Yelp
Love this place! The food is fresh, it's got a great mix and something for everyone. The Nutella cheesecake was highly recommended and sells out quickly. There's a secret menu so ask for the password. The service is nice and friendly and there's indoor and outdoor seating but inside you get to really enjoy all the holiday decorations. Make sure to make reservations as it gets busy during this season.

Rosaly H.

Yelp
Great ambiance, great service! Food was delicious. Came in after work for happy hour and apps. The staff made awesome recommendations. We needed up trying most of the shareables but the hummus platter was my favorite. Definitely worth a try!

Francesca D.

Yelp
Great for catering! Had only been here for brunch, but attending a yelp holiday party last year opened my world to their hors d'oeuvres capabilities. Coordination of the request was super easy with Katy, was able to maintain quick communication, and make revisions easily. The catering options are extensive, and you can mix & match anything for what your event needs. Everything was nicely packaged when dropped off and the delivery person was very friendly and on time. Everybody was raving about the food the whole party. The arancini and bacon goat cheese dates won most complimented. My Italian in-laws were blown away by the bolognese arancini. The mini chicken waffles came with the perfect amount of syrup in cute little pipettes. Then the cranberry pinot noir meatballs were delicious of course. The Antipasti & Mediterranean platters were elegantly arranged with loads of goods. I had never tried any of their sandwiches at lunch, but everybody enjoyed them, and I was impressed they had such high quality "easy to grab" food options, for what I had pegged as more of a formal entree restaurant. Certainly recommend for your event and catering needs! They can really go as formal or casual as you want

Angelica G.

Yelp
Rosalia's dinner was good. Loved the Christmas decorations, it puts you on a very festive mood. Perfect for a family or friends gatherings. The service was great.

Jennifer K.

Yelp
So, I have hewn meaning to visit this spot for a while now but I have only just now gotten the opportunity. It's a small 12 table Italian restaurant. With a great intimate atmosphere. A few seats are also available bar side but if you plan on going during dinner time or for a special event- I recommend to pre-book a reservation so you don't miss out. I kept seeing this place pop up with cool drinks & yummy dishes so i had to go with a couple friends to experience the holiday specials. It was all decked out for Christmas & was beautiful to sit and look at. I got D'Grinch drink which was awesome & delicious! Very eye catching ! The table next to us had the 3 wishes drink that came out with a big cloud & Aladdin's lamp. My friend ordered the horny unicorn- but that one was underwhelming in just a small ceramic horse head. All drinks were good, and $5 off during HH. We also tried the espresso martini flight - very good - with many flavor options. As for food, we ordered rigatoni. Christmas tree pasta, pumpkin risotto & ravioli. All very tasty- but it seemed overpriced for the amount given. Also, they don't have garlic bread for the pasta so we ordered chala- which came out in a little loaf with everything bagel seasoning- which was weird for an Italian restaurant..... note : the drinks are all wine based They don't have a liquor license yet, so they use distilled wine to make the cocktails. They also have a full wine bar so I'd like to go for that - as it seems like a nice little spot to grab a glass of wine with a friend after work. They decorate & design special drinks for each holiday and will be setting up for Valentine's Day shortly. If your looking for an unusual & picturesque evening- try this one out

Melanie M.

Yelp
Cutest little restaurant!! Went here for a birthday brunch and it honestly was so good. Started with some mimosas, hummus with pita, and tried the spanakopita pastries which were absolutely to die for. So good that we had to get a second order. For my entree had the sliders which were the perfect size and juicy. The egg inside gave it the perfect touch, was only able to finish two of them. Overall had a great experience and the waiter was very attentive and handled a big party pretty well. Can't wait to return and try different menu items.

Oscar G.

Yelp
Justin was amazing and the recommendations he offered were really. Always a pleasure coming back to Rosalia's

Dorothea P.

Yelp
I got invited to this spot to celebrate a friend's birthday. We got there around 8pm on a Thursday night. I recommend making a reservation because when we got there we had to sit at the high top because even though there were tables available they were waiting for reservations. We had no problem with the shared high top because no one else was there. When we sat our waiter came over and asked what we wanted to drink. I asked for sparking water and when he came back with it I asked for a glass of ice. I thought it was cool the whole concept of Mediterranean mixed with Italian and I liked the QR codes on the menu for the secret menu and the photos. We ordered the ravioli lasagna the sampler and the salad with chickpeas. The pasta came out first, it was delicious probably my favorite thing that we ordered. Then the sampler came out I loved that we got to try a whole bunch of different things. I really enjoyed the pinwheel with the meat as well as the different dips. The salad came out last and as we were eating the hostess came over and said that she had made a mistake and that she had to move us from the high top. At that point I had a bite in my mouth and we were in the middle of the meal. I was taken back because she specifically had given us that spot because she had over reservations and now we had to move in the middle of our meal. When that happened they cleared the salad and the pasta plate even though we were not done with the salad. Once we settled into the other table we took our last couple bites and asked for the check. The hostess came over and asked if we wanted dessert and we didn't because there was a cold stone a couple doors down and we wanted to go there. She insisted and gave us a cheesecake to go which was a nice touch. Overall the food was good but I wouldn't come back without a reservation, because I felt like I didn't get good service because I didn't have one.

Yelp
Service: 5 Food: 5 Aesthetic: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Efficiency : 5 I really thought this place was overly "hyped" or popular especially since it was circulating social platforms a ton but it actually lived up to the hype. I understand why it's so liked and popular. A friend and I came for dinner on a Tuesday night at 7:30 pm and reservations are necessary. We had a two hour seating time as in we can only dine in for up to two hours because of how high demand the restaurant is. Our host was able to accommodate us a couple minutes early and his customer service along with the waiters was amazing. The food was good. What I love most about this place is they have a happy hour menu that ends at 8 PM. Which is usually unheard of considering happy hour will usually end anywhere between 6 to 7. My friend and I ordered bites from their happy hour menu and splurged on their drinks. The splurge was worth it on drinks. We had their seasonal drinks, the Grinch and the cookie batter martini. The aesthetic during the holiday season was really nice. Ornaments hanging from the ceiling,Christmas music playing and Santa came out to give candy and take pictures. I had never seen a room full of adults get excited to see Santa,it was special. Service, attention, reservation placement and even use of space (though narrow) was extremely efficient. All this to say Social media did not let me down this time. Moreover, Rosalia Kitchen team/staff you are all doing a great job. I hope the owner gives the team its credit. Definitely worth visiting.

Yelp
Came here for Happy Hour with friends and it did not disappoint! This was my second time here and the food is consistent and delicious as well as the drinks. The only problem is picking what dish you want to order because everything is that good!

Yelp
I reserved through Yelp and had to put my credit card on file but I wasn't able to reserve through google. As soon as you come to this restaurant everyone greets you and makes you feel super welcomed. This restaurant decoration is super cute I came in October so everything is Halloween themed. Stef was our server and she was soooo amazing and attentive. We never had to ask for a refill of water. She knew the menu very well and even knew items in the secret menu lol. We got there around 9:45pm the restaurant closes at 11 but the kitchen closes at 10:30. However, if you only want to go for drinks and dessert, you will be able to order this after 10:30. This is an Israeli and Italian restaurant, so you have the best of both worlds !! Drinks: I got the eye of protection which came with a bracelet and a tarot card. My sister chose the "can I rub your duckie" drink. Her drink was a bath tub with a rubber duckie that you can keep. Both drinks were delicious. Food: I ordered the lobster ravioli with shrimp and my sister ordered the lasagna ravioli. Both dishes were good but we loved the lasagna ravioli more and it came with more food. Dessert: my sister and I ordered the Israeli Cheese cake the and the Biscoff cheesecake. Both of them were out of this world!!!! We loved this experience and found out they serve brunch as well. We definitely want to come back for brunch and have more food in this really cool spot.

Yelp
Where do I start? Whoever is part of the creative team deserves a good pat on the back. They continuously surprise and outdo themselves. Dinner on Valentines was nothing short of amazing with the venue, the service by Justin, and the charisma of Denise. She is truly a pleasure to be around and was born for this. The White lotus plate has just enough lemon zest that compliments the rest of the plate. Thank you for making a lovely evening, an even more memorable one. The next reservation was already booked before I even left the restaurant. See you soon.

Yelp
This place is beautiful and the service is wonderful. Our food was amazing!!!! I was able to do some work while I was there with my husband and it was such a nice change of pace. Our waiter was very attentive and he was patient with us newbies. All in all we had a wonderful experience and will be back!

Yelp
I recently visited Rosalia's Kitchen, and it was awesome! The Pollo al Marsala was so good that I completely forgot to take a picture of it. I did get a shot of the pistachio martini though, which was just as amazing--smooth and perfectly balanced. The service was excellent, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful, adding a nice festive vibe. Overall, great food, great drinks, and great vibes. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
To help us get into the holiday spirit, my husband spent the day searching for a festive place to enjoy the evening. His efforts brought us to Rosalia's. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully decorated for the holidays, with each detail thoughtfully crafted and arranged by the staff. It felt warm, magical, and perfectly in tune with the season. Unfortunately, we underestimated just how popular Rosalia's is. Since it was a Monday, we didn't think a reservation would be necessary--but we were wrong. After driving 35 minutes to this charming spot, the only table available for the evening was outside, just beyond the reach of the holiday spirit and décor. Rosalia's menu is full of amazing choices, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options clearly marked. After consulting with our server, Steph, we decided on the potato cigars, spinach burekas, pear ravioli, and Mediterranean Mejadra. Steph was incredible--attentive, friendly, and personable. She made us feel right at home and was happy to answer all our questions about the menu. Towards the end of our meal, an indoor table unexpectedly became available, and Steph thoughtfully offered to move us inside. By then, we were already finishing up, so we decided to stay put--but her effort to make our experience even better didn't go unnoticed. The potato cigars were crispy on the outside and stuffed with perfectly seasoned potato, paired with a dipping sauce that gave them a nice little kick. The spinach burekas were these flaky little pastries filled with spinach and lots of flavor-- really satisfying. The pear ravioli was a fun surprise, with a great balance of sweet and savory flavors. And the Mejadra? Total comfort food. The rice, lentils, and caramelized onions were warm, hearty, and packed with spices that tied everything together. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and you could tell a lot of care went into the details. While we missed sitting inside to fully soak in the holiday magic, the quality of the food and Steph's amazing service made our visit completely worth it.

Yelp
Rosalia's is so fun! They really go all out with their theming and that makes it so exciting. We decided to come during their Halloween theme (and we have plans to come during their Christmas theme) and got a big table. The place was very cool looking and we all decided to try a couple different themed drinks. they all were fun looking (or extravagant) and tasty! Everyone's food was delicious and I don't think anyone didn't like their meal. One server was great, nice, and attentive! Can't wait to be back!

Yelp
Absolutely delicious Italian/Mediterranean food here in the heart of Pembroke Pines! From the customer service to the chic modern decor to the fresh and scrumptious food definitely a place I will be coming back too. We ordered the Hummus Pita Plater and Caprese Salad to start, the create your own pasta with Pappardelle with allá vodka sauce and crispy chicken, and the Mushroom Risotto. Everything was made to order and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Happy hour is everyday from 4-8pm and Tuesday they have $10 cocktails all day plus the happy hour specials from 4-8pm. Highly recommend for a date night or with a group of friends (:

Yelp
We were so excited to finally try Rosalia's Kitchen that we made reservations and drove all the way from the south, only to be disappointed. I initially asked for the Pistachio Martini, but the waiter informed us they were out and it would take about an hour and a half to prepare more. I settled for the D' Grinch, which was good, but not my first choice. For appetizers, we wanted to start with the Cranberry Meatballs, but they were unavailable. We then tried to order the Arancini, but those were out too. Finally, we settled on the Potato Cigars, which were available and absolutely delicious. When it came time to order our entrees, my husband asked for the Autumn Risotto, but it was unavailable. I chose the Challaback Girl, only to be told they were out of that as well. To top it off, they were also out of three of their dessert options. The Pistachio Martini eventually became available, and it was absolutely delicious, but the service overall was lackluster, and management was nowhere to be found. It honestly felt like a prank, but unfortunately, it wasn't. If you're planning to visit, I recommend calling ahead to ensure the items you want are available--or be prepared with a fourth or fifth choice just in case. I really wanted to love this place, but I'm not sure how I could after that first experience.

Yelp
Amazing experience! Loved that they still had the Valentine's Day menu and able to try their "love is in the air" drink! Awesome drink selection and food was amazing! Cant wait to come back for their next seasonal set up!

Yelp
Has this become my favorite place? Hidden in the Kohls shopping plaza this hidden gem is phenomenal. Everything on the menu is made so intentionally with bold flavors! Pasta is handmade and great mix of Italian, Spanish and Mediterranean foods there is something for everyone. Full bar also has a great assortment of craft cocktails and beer & wine. Save room for dessert too!

Yelp
I come to Rosalia's every Galentine's day and it NEVER disappoints. Their menu is vast and will satisfy every craving. Their drinks are SO creative and perfect for the foodies out there. WHAT WE HAD: - G Spot cocktail (must have while they have it) - Duckie cocktail (such a fun one) - meatball sampler (yes yes YES) - Chicken Sliders - White Lotus gnocchi dish - lobster ravioli - Israeli cheesecake Everything was delicious and the service is warm and welcoming. Please visit if you're in the area!

Yelp
This place is the pleasant and totally unexpected experience I needed to try! First off, the menu beautifully blends two cultures into a variety of dishes that still very much represent the owner's cultures while still somehow splurging on presentation. I think too often this is lost at a lot of places that either have one or the other, but struggle to balance both. My favorite dish (but seriously everything was delicious) is the Ravioli. It comes served in a mini cocotte. I'd eat this everyday. I loved all of their drinks. They were crowd pleasers. Go for the food, stay for the welcoming atmosphere. Great for date night, GNO & even a solo dinner! Bonus: Ask about their secret menu!

Yelp
I would say that this restaurant has amazing desserts! Each one was tastier than the other one. The services is nice and the place is really beautiful and each season they adjust the theme according to the holiday. However, one of the negative things for me is that the menu is too short and not very varied

Yelp
First of all, the Valentine's Day decor is ON POINT! Especially for a cute and corny galentines' day celebration like my girlfriends and I celebrated here tonight. Food was absolutely delicious, everything! Meatball sampler, hummus platter, potato tobaccos for apps and main course of gnocchi a la vodka with the breaded chicken--yum! The service was top notch, Denise in particular was phenomenal and she made our experience 10/10; bartender served up some delicious cocktails! Will be back and can't wait to try additional items from their menu !

Trisha R.

Yelp
Amazing staff, Delicious food, beautiful atmosphere definitely felt like Christmas!! Absolutely a must and extra perk is the hidden menu! Highly recommend reservations. Walk-in for this time period a definite NO. You will not get a table and will have to wait for a while.

Yelp
Had such a memorable meal Rosalia's Kitchen! There were so many delicious dishes and drinks at this family-owned, Italian and Mediterranean fusion restaurant. Every single thing was made with love and every recipe was passed down through the family. It shows in the quality of the food. Here's what we had: Drinks ~Can You Rub my Duck? Tequila, Vodka, Blue Curacao, Sour Mix, Coconut Cream and rose petals for relaxation. ~Smoke n' bubbles- Chai-infused vermouth, gin, PX sherry, orange juice, chai simple syrup, and aromatic bitters, topped with a smoke bubble. ~Tink-Her-Bell- Gin, Blue Curacao, Melon Liqueur, Peppermint, Tequila and Seedlip Garden 108 Food: ~Mediterranean beef kebabs- seasoned with Middle Eastern spices blend, onions, and parsley. Grilled on a stick and served with tahini. ~Corsican cheeseburgers- beef patty topped with American cheese, arugula, crispy onions, Mayo, and served with with a side of Harissa aioli ~Boozy meatballs sampler- Cranberry-Pinot Noir, Peach Bellini, Limoncello. Probably my favorite appetizer we had! ~Bolognese Arancini ~Israeli crispy chicken sliders ~The Saucy Clucker- focaccia sandwich with crispy breaded chicken, marinara sauce, melted mozzarella, olive oil and fresh basil. If you love chicken parm, this is a MUST ORDER! ~Chicken pocket picker- pita pocket with hummus, spring mix, tomato, cucumber amba aioli (creamy curry sauce), tahini (creamy sesame seed sauce), chopped red onion, and chopped parsley. The flavors and textures were so on point! A really solid sandwich. ~The Italian Pride- focaccia sandwich without housemade pistachio pesto, spring mix, prosciutto, sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella di bufala, basil, and a secret house-made balsamic glaze. It was so fresh! ~Israeli cheesecake. Light, fluffy, and a cookie crumble crust. So good. Highly recommend Rosalia's Kitchen for a delicious and unique meal!

Yelp
This restaurant blew me away. Every single item I got to try was a knockout. The dishes are a mixture of Italian and Mediterranean flavors and well-known dishes. My favorite was definitely bolognese arancini, which were packed with flavor, and the tomato/marinara sauce to dip really brought out the meaty sauce. I really recommend this spot if you like to sit and share appetizers with someone or a bigger group like I did. There's so many to try, and you can pair it with their great happy hour deals that offer discounts on all appetizers and drinks.

Yelp
The food, service & ambience was great & we can't wait to go back!! Everything we had was so tasteful from the drinks to the appetizers & the main course.

Yelp
Incredible food and service! Plus, they have the most beautiful themed decor ever for every season! Their pastas are absolutely delicious and if you have a chance to visit them definitely do so! My favorites were the Rosalia's sampler and Hummus with Chicken Shawarma from their regular menu along with the Lotus flower (on their secret menu) and if you go now during the month February they have an amazing love menu and cute themed drinks like the Aim for my heart! Highly highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back soon!
