The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with someone to give us a table. The service was really good and they even helped out with figuring out what to get as there was a lot to choose from as some dishes came without the rice. The server was attentive and polite the whole way through. The food was amazing and the portions were really nice as well as I am a big eater, as well as having plenty of flavour & everything being cooked properly. The only thing I would suggest is having the options of the nuts poured over the noodles or not as it was all tucked to one side and it was taking a little time to mix it in. Other than that, really good food and good prices. Thank you.

Google
Vegan incredible! Watch out for the sauce on the fresh rolls, sweet, sour and finished with some unexpected but enjoyable heat. The drunken noodles were excellent as well. The tofu fried rive was very good, but the noodles were better...Did not have to wait as we got right in between shows at the palace theater but it did get busy as soon as we were leaving. A must try!

Rosa’s Thai in Covent Garden is definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re craving authentic Thai flavors. The food deserves a solid 5 out of 5—the spices, textures, and overall balance truly reflect the essence of Thai cuisine. Every dish we tried was flavorful and satisfying. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. An extra charm comes from the story behind the co-founder, which is both inspiring and heartwarming, especially for those who appreciate entrepreneurial journeys. However, the only downside is the limited space. The restaurant is quite small, so expect a wait during busy hours. It’s not ideal if you’re in a rush or coming with a larger group. Still, the quality of the food and the warm atmosphere make it worth the patience. A great place for an intimate meal and a taste of Thailand in the heart of London.

Google
Dined here a week a ago and it was worth every penny. Each of us had a different dish with equally generous portions. Absolutely delicious food - well seasoned and authentic. The space is a bit small but makes it cozy. The service was prompt and friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend it, and I would definitely return.

Google
I was really looking forward to trying this Thai restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The flavors were quite off and didn’t feel authentic. Some dishes were bland, while others were overly salty. The service was slow and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The atmosphere was okay, but it didn’t make up for the underwhelming food. I hope they improve their recipes and service, as I’d love to see this place do better in the future.

Google
Super disappointed. It’s super hot in the summer and there’s no air conditioning in the restaurant. At first we had no appetite at all for the room was hot and stuffy. The Pad Thai and Thai milk tea were both too sweet, and the nuts tasted like they were opened in the air for a long time. The stir fry pork rice was too salty. As other review mentioned, the waiting time for the food was long. I’m also a bit concerned with the food hygiene cuz one of the waiter was responsible for taking orders and making the drinks at the same time. The table was also greasy. Don’t recommend. It’s not worth.

Google
Rosa’s Thai is a chain of restaurants in the UK. The branch at Covent Garden at the Seven Dials was our choice that evening. Four of us for dinner. Sat al fresco. Gorgeous sunny evening. Our server Puja was incredible! Her personality and efficiency was spot on! We ordered a ton of stuff and taste wise was acceptable for London. Hey… we’re not exactly in Thailand. If you’re in for some exotic taste… why not!!!

Google
The place felt really cramped and stuffy, with no ventilation. The seats were super uncomfortable and the table was so sticky it felt gross. There was only one person doing everything - taking orders, cleaning, setting up tables, serving food and drinks. Is just too much for one person to handle. I asked for a Coke Zero and it came out warm like tea, and when I asked for ice the waitress seemed annoyed and took ages to bring it. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it did it was cold, dry, and way too salty I could barely eat it. I wouldn’t recommend!

Yelp
They have several floors of seating, about 30 people per floor. Restrooms top floor. Nice people. Reservations a good idea. Nice staff. Fantastic food. Everything I saw was beautiful and all the customers were happy with their food.

Yelp
While not upscale (it's in an outdoor shopping mall), Rosa's Thai served very tasty vegan food (several good vegan offerings on the menu) in a venue with decent ambience. Staff were attentive to the food allergy in our party. They directed us to scan a QR code to get a version of their menu that filtered out allergens, which was helpful. I wasn't super hungry but ended up eating the whole thing. Doesn't escape the sticky table and floor phenomenon that plagues most casual restaurants, but the loos were well-stocked and clean.

Yelp
Our family had very mixed reviews about this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my curried bass but everyone else did not enjoy their noodle dishes. They were undersauced and underseasoned. It was like eating dry, flavorless noodles. The chicken also had an odd texture. I probably wouldn't return to Rosa's if my travels bring me back to London.
google avatar

Tess M.

Yelp
I don't know if it's a London thing or not but the food is very salty. I liked the fried egg but the salt was too much for me

Yelp
I gave a fourbecause, I ordered Thai delivery and I didn't receive any utensils. I ordered red curry, no rice. I called and they were closed by then. But They answered earlier which was good.. explained the issue..,she showed empathy, but I had to ask what the solution could be, she then says we can come the next day for another meal . But I think it should have been offered instead of me asking for a solution. However, She was nice, food was really good. Things happen, it was probably the last order of the day. I ordered Pad Thai and Red Curry. The Pad Thai was really good... a

Yelp
Delicious as always, just as good and consistent for some authentic Thai cuisine. Minced chicken for pad kra prow is always a great sign. Also want to give a shout out to the host who was dealing with a party of 7 who showed up but whose table wasn't quite ready. They kept insisting like "how could my table not be ready, I made a reservation at this time" and the host just said give it 10-15 minutes, they're finishing dessert. It was like this group of 7 had never been to a restaurant before. But the host was great with how he dealt with it and then was able to seat us (just 2 of us) and was able to put this annoying customer out of mind so quickly. The food was incredible as always - pad khee mao and pad kra prow with minced chicken in both dishes. So much flavor, great spice, proper Thai. Loved it.

Yelp
As I was out in London site seeing of course I grew a bit hungry. I wanted thai and after doing some searching on Yelp, I landed on Rosa's Thai. What an awesome establishment. I went during lunch time and it was extremely vibrant both inside as well outside on their patio. It was a beautiful autumn day so I opted to sit outside. The service was a bit slow but always kind and helpful. This restaurant has an awesome lunch menu with specials however, I ordered the chicken pad thai and a cocktail (it was 5pm somewhere lol). The chicken pad thai was so tasty! It had nice bold flavor, packed with peanuts, sprouts , chicken, fried egg and veggies! I also requested a chili sauce on the side to add spice which really elevated the dish! If you're in the area and want a good lunch and a tasty cocktail, Rosa's is your place!!

Yelp
Yikes. I made the assumption that Thai food in any diverse country has to be good, but I am spoiled by the quality I get in NYC because...the dishes I had at Rosa's Thai Cafe were like the Panda Express of Thai Food...very colonized. Bland, none of the sharp contrasts of sweet and salt, or sour notes I've come to expect from Thai food and I've never seen Pad See Ew with cabbage? It's always chinese broccoli. Just weird and meh. Their The veggie app platter was good, I'd definitely recommend apps here. The drinks were fine. But the curries and noodles - no. The service and ambiance was lovely, so if you are just looking for a vibe, a snack and friendly service - this is a solid chain. If you want authentic thai food...I'd reconsider.

Yelp
Rosas what a nice surprise you are! Delicious authentic thai in a charming and cozy spot.We were promptly seated which was great luck. The staff was a bit standoffish but the food was amazing and delicious. A must try!

Yelp
Incredible food! The green curry was the best I've ever had and the Pad Kra Pao was unbelievable!

Tom F.

Yelp
Not good! Weak for Thai food by any standard. Not even the sauces were great. I would walk to find another Thai this seems like cheap chain food

Yelp

Yelp
Went recently near the Tower Bridge location. They have several locations. The wait staff was friendly and polite. The atmosphere was cozy and also open. The food was the main attraction. Everything that I ordered was delicious. Would recommend the restaurant to those who want a reasonably priced meal near a busy tourist spot!

Judith G.

Yelp
In London for a few days from US and found this cute little Thai place not too far from the London Eye. The food was exceptional, especially the spring roll dipping sauce. If we lived here it would be on our weekly restaurant destination list.

Yelp
Tried to get a table when I was here and they said they were booked when tables were open online. They let a couple in behind me who had no reservation. Not sure if it was because I was alone or that I didn't match their clientele. Don't normally leave reviews but this is horrible business practice.

Gary L.

Yelp
We've had great food and service in the past at a Rosa's. Unfortunately, this time, not so great. Appetizer platter came out like warm and mains weren't as good as previous visits. Perhaps they are getting too big and have too many locations to provide expected service for their pricing
google avatar

Yelp
Just left this place without ordering as hostess was rude and inattentive. She sat us beside an extremely dirty table with a fold up bicycle practically on our table. Waited a few mins and no menu. I asked to be seated at another table and she pointed to another table on the other side of the dirty table. I said no and my partner and I left Do not go here unless you want a dirt rude experience

Yelp
Rosa's Thai Cafe is a lovely spot to get some dinner, whether it's before seeing a show (we went to Matilda!) or when you're in the area. It's surprisingly big and the staff is very nice. We got the pad Thai and the pad see ewe which were both super yummy. For sides we got chicken satay skewers and fried spring rolls. Finally, for dessert we got their custard(?) tart which came with a drink and it was incredible. I would definitely recommend going here :) I'll be coming back!

Yelp
What surprised me the most about Rosa's Thai Cafe is that by the looks of this tiny restaurant, I would have thought that it was a small family run business. When we walked in, every table was filled and while we had to wait about 10 minutes, we were seated upstairs in a very cramped dining area. I'm not complaining! In fact we were seated right next to the kitchen( by their only air conditioning-unit and our waitresses was wonderfully helpful making sure that what we ordered wasn't too spicy and still inquiring if either of us had any additional food allergies. I noticed they had a website and a FB page and then to my surprise found that they have restaurants all over London. If the rest are as good as this one, you should pay them a visit. We only ordered four dishes but everything we ate from the jasmine rice to the curry salmon was delicious.
google avatar

Marissa F.

Yelp
Rosa's was wonderful. My friend and I were looking for a place to eat before seeing a West End show and Rosa's was in our ideal location and price range. We started by splitting red curry with tofu and fried rice -- both were delicious but we especially loved the fried rice. We came really hungry so we agreed to stuff ourselves with more carbs -- we ordered sides of coconut rice and plain noodles. The rice was a great compliment to the curry, but the noodles were very under-seasoned, so I'd recommend going with one of the entree noodles if that's what you're in the mood for. Overall, a great experience!

Yelp
Authentic Thai cuisine! Nice and cute decoration ! I like the restaurant ! The pad Thai is good

Johnny C.

Yelp
Wonderful food and great services. At the heart of Soho and close to all theatre in west end

Samuel T.

Yelp
Good food and reasonable price. Service was ok as it was quite busy so a bit of a slow service. But overall it was good.Ambience was ok and music was good.

Yelp
I walked in the rain braving Storm Dennis to eat here, so I guess I had high expectations. However, here are the issues I had: Service: The server (Kevin, from the receipt) turned me away saying it would be atleast a 40 min wait. Undeterred, I wanted to order a take away. He thrust the menu in my already full hands (I was carrying a bag and coat). A min later, a couple came in asking for a table (and they didn't have a reservation either), and he said "give me a min let me check". And then realised I was still there and magically he found two tables to seat both the new party and me. I was just thankful to get a seat as I was super hungry. I ordered a lot of food (and I asked if I could take away one of the dishes and eat the rest here), and Kevin dumped everything on the table (which was super small so had no space, and I had to move some of the dishes to a chair), and said "I'll give you a box and you can do whatever you want." He didn't offer to bring in water or sauces/chilli oil, and I helped myself to those from the kitchen counter. Basically, his attitude was "be grateful I gave you a table, now don't expect good service." All the while I could see his behaviour was better with the other customers. So I don't know if he was racist (I'm a small brown woman) or it's just him. At the end of it all, he had the audacity to add the 12.5% service charge (which I paid). Food: I ordered (all vegan) Tom Yum soup, Green Curry with Jasmine rice and drunken noodles. I asked them all to be spicy. They were all very bland, tasteless (Drunken noodles especially was oily and tasteless), and had very minimal flavour.

Yelp
Love Rosa's Thai. Food is great and it is so clean!! This might seem pretty random, but you know how there is always dust or crumbs between the bench and wall at a restaurant? Not here! I'm a bit OCD, so I always notice these things, and what I noticed at Rosa's is that it was super clean. So I didn't have to stress about getting my jacket dirty as I stuffed it in the corner. Haha. Their bathroom is also super clean, and I think that's always a good sign that they take really good care of their kitchen too. We've usually come for their lunch special, which includes an appetizer and main course for about 9gbp or so. Everything is pretty good. Can't really go wrong with any of the choices and I think I've tried everything on the menu. Haha. I wasn't a huge fan of the butternut squash curry, but that's only because I was craving some protein when I ordered it. But it's great for vegetarians or when you feel like going meatless. The noodles are yummy and the chicken curry is delicious too. Definitely a regular here.

Yelp
Try the Aubergine. You'll freak out. It's so good! Need to come here again... Friendly stuff, fantastic food, fair prices. Just go there! :-)
google avatar

Lizzy B.

Yelp
The green curry with chicken is fabulous. I am eating here on my own tonight, and feel perfectly comfortable. No need to even distract myself with a phone or a book. Great place to sit and watch people and eavesdrop on conversation!
google avatar

Erica L.

Yelp
Small little thai restaurant in the heart of soho. This place is so good, and not $$$$! I got the yellow curry (forgot the menu name) with tofu and the curry was very rich! My friend got the drunken noodles and said she would get them again. These plates are shareable (which we'd keep in mind next time) so it's nice you can do family style and try a little bit of everything. The restaurant is sort of small but it's pretty quaint and walking distance to a bunch of other places. Great for small groups who just want to have lunch and go shopping aftet
google avatar

Elizabeth W.

Yelp
I only got takeout, but it was good food! Smaller portions for a higher price, so I wouldn't bank on being able to share a dish.
google avatar

Melissa D.

Yelp
Such an excellent establishment. I was visiting in London when I tried this place, and I basically stumbled upon it by accident, but wow I am so glad that I did. The service is wonderful. The servers are kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The space is clean and cozy with good lighting and a nice atmosphere. Wooden tables and unique bowls make the aesthetic complete. Great for an Instagram post. I recommend Rosa's for lunch or dinner. I ordered the fried rice, which had lots of fresh greens in it, and as a vegetarian, I absolutely loved that. Plus it was very flavorful. Such a big portion that I ate it for lunch and then reheated it for dinner too. Very reasonably priced. I also ordered a tea that was magnificent!!! To top it off, it came in an adorable pot and really completed my Thai experience. The server kept tea coming endlessly as I sat there. I would go back here regularly if I lived in London!
google avatar

Andy M.

Yelp
Small but super delicious. Very nice staff. Maybe they could have knives but otherwise it's a great modern Thai cuisine.
google avatar

Debbie T.

Yelp
The food was good but overpriced. As I travel for business, I often eat alone. It seems that many restaurants save the least desirable table for a party of one. Before I know it I am uncomfortably sandwiched between two parties of two. I couldn't get out to use the toilet without both parties having to move. I passed a good Thai restaurant on the way back to my hotel. Every item on that menu was a good £3-£4 cheaper than Rosa's. The food was not exceptional enough to warrant the price.
google avatar

Rose P.

Yelp
This place was amazing! Stopped here for a very late lunch and were so pleasantly happy about this place. Really great flavors in the Chili & Basil Stir Fry Beef and the Punnang curry with chicken. Excellent!!! Definitely will come here again.
google avatar

Dimitris K.

Yelp
Pretty average place. They ran out of coconut milk, which is strange for a Thai place given how many dishes rely on it.

David O.

Yelp
This has to be the worst Thai food I ever had. There was No spices in the Pad Thai. It was noodles, sugar, crushed peanuts and bell peppers. No kidding. My wife ordered the green beef curry. She is hoping that was beef because it was spongy. The curry had the same consistency as water. The iced tea is instant and they sugar it like a southern grandma. We used our water to make it drinkable. The waiter disappeared after we ordered. This is a hole in the wall, so be warned

John D.

Yelp
Went with colleagues for lunch. Lunch menu is pretty alright and the flavor pretty good. However one of my colleagues had chicken skewers and the chicken was not cooked all the way, still pink in the middle. I would return for the food but beware of the chicken.

Edward K.

Yelp
Decent mid-price Thai food. I ordered the drunk noodles and spring rolls. Seating was located on the first floor although it seems like they have a second floor available. Bathroom is up the stairs on the third floor. Service could have been a bit friendlier. Otherwise it was cozy and I enjoyed visiting.

Leah L.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch, service was great and food was out very quickly. Signature curry was very good, as well as the sweet corn cakes. Although the food was a bit on the pricier side, it was a very enjoyable experience and a great place for a quick bite.

Yelp
We were walking along the river checking out the Tower Bridge when we decided to find a spot to eat. A couple of the places right off the river were super super expensive and we were looking for more low key. We found this place in between the buildings down and alley way of other restaurants. It had a hip urban atmosphere with a decent amount of seating but not a huge amount. The servers acted a little stuck up and annoyed for some of the questions us Americans asked but overall it was a good experience. Menu wasn't too big but had enough variety for any type of person who enjoys asian. I got the Pad See Ewe with veggies and it was cooked very well. Tasted like the typical dish. It didn't have any new amazing taste to it to call it out of this world but it tasted exactly like I was expecting. My mother got the pad Thai and she said it was the same experience with her and her food. Just what to expect for pad Thai. We got our food quick and were out of there within 45 minutes. So not bad at all for wanting a quick bite to eat. So if you're looking to eat the Thai comfort food like us , this place is the spot. I can't speak for their other dishes like the curry but it's worth checking out
google avatar

Lara W.

Yelp
our waitress was really kind and we were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation! ordered the pad thai (yum!) and paid around £11 including the service charge! i would go again!
google avatar

Annalyse L.

Yelp
Overall the food was delicious here, we had a little bit of everything and loved every bite. The whole place is a little small but that gives it a cozy feel. The staff was attentive for the most part but there was so confusion with getting seated and served when we went to the upstairs seating. However we would definitely be back and thoroughly enjoyed the food

Yelp
We headed to Rosas for dinner during our stay in London. I live in New York and have Thai food all the time- its one of my favorite cuisines, so I had high hopes for Rosas, and they delivered. We had a party of three and ordered multiple dishes all for sharing. We ordered from the starters menu- the grilled sausages (interesting, I know, but recommended by the restaurant) this was phenomenal. Spicy but full of flavor these fresh grilled sausages were amazing- I wish they had them at places in NYC. We also had the fried spring rolls- these were good, pretty standard spring rolls! We also ordered three entrees to share with some rice sides (rice you have to order separately) and chose a variety! Eating with two people who don't frequently eat Thai, I tried to choose a range of dishes. My favorite Thai dish is green curry- this was actually my least favorite dish at Rosas. I LOVE green curry because it is spicy- Rosas is actually sweet. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't what I was expecting. However, this was my moms favorite dish- she loved the flavor, the chicken was cooked well! We ordered the red chili paste curry with chicken- this was my favorite, spicy and full of flavor- I would have ordered a second serving of this it was so good- again this one is a bit spicy to buyer beware. Our third dish was a steak basil chili stir fry- which I knew that my dad would love but also because you can't go wrong with a stir fry. It was delicious and it was my dad's favorite- full of flavor, a bit spicy and the meat was cooked well and full of all the juices and spices of the basil chili. We had a great spread and plenty of options between the three of us! The portions are a bit smaller than the typical Thai place, but the sharing makes the food seem like it goes further but know that the price is the same as most other places, but smaller than average portions! I would definitely suggest going to Rosas, especially the cute location in Covent Garden!

Yelp
I think I'm a little late writing this review as I did have it about a month ago but this place is so good that I went there twice with some friends! My favorite item is the stir-fried aubergine (Aubergine is another word for eggplant!).
google avatar

Austin H.

Yelp
Excellent food and friendly service, would thoroughly recommend it. But do book as it is popular. Great value for money
google avatar

Greg G.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious. The portions are the right size and they are perfect. I don't eat carbs and yet I was able to enjoy the chicken wings and the chicken satay as well as the spicy beef salad. I highly recommend this place. And luckily they have several locations. But it does not feel like a chain. The food is fresh and really really yummy.

Rebecca B.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious Thai. Great service, fair prices, and great wine! We got the summer rolls and chicken satay to start and the pad Thai and Panang curry as the mains. Everything was perfect and delicious.

J G.

Yelp
My family and I got there at 9:40, yelp and the window in the restaurant says they close at 10:30. Waitress was super rude and told us they were closed. Glad we walked 15 min to find out they were gonna close 50 min early.

Ashley D.

Yelp
Thai is my absolute favorite so I love trying it in different cities/countries and Rosa's did not disappoint. I still have my favorite at home but their food was spot on with flavors and options and the space and staff were exceptional. The soups are the best!!

Amran J.

Yelp
Last day in London:( finished it off by visiting this lovely Thai shop. Not bad, enjoyed my food!!
