The pizza delivery men gave this to me thinking this was acceptable- I was in shock to have rejected the delivery as I didn’t knew how bad it was until I brought it inside and opened the box. We called hoping the driver will come back as it was less than 5 minutes after he deliver and us calling the restaurant to let them know, only for a worker to say “What do you want me to do about it”, as we kept asking to pick up the product and give us a refund, however they insisted they want to replace it, and we were arguing for 5 minutes that we didn’t want the deep dish pizza anymore and just want a refund and no replacement. We will never again order this pizza, and if you were curious if this places a great place for delivery , I assure you it is not if you want your pizza to come looking like this as. Should’ve stick with little ceasars
Edit: Manager been arguing with me another 5 minutes insisting to replace the pizza and no refund as well demanding us to BRING back the pizza when they were the ones that delivered it! How dare they have the audacity for that. And the driver called us again can’t even speak to us properly in English and couldn’t understand him so we hung up
Edit 2: so the restaurant called us as they finally accepted that they will pick up the deep dish pizza and refund it to us. This was unacceptable. Again, nobody should ever support this business ever again
Aside from the other pizza, the bread taste horrible and it was stale already as if the pizza was old and they just reheat it up.

Food was fresh and the owners also brought me a complimentary garlic fries which were fresh and just the right amount of garlic. May have to watch out for the salt content, but otherwise we’re perfect! The pizza slices are huge and fresh to taste! I highly recommend this location!

Horrible service. Have been ordering Rosati’s since I was a kid in the burbs, and have always liked the pizza This location ruined it for me. I was delivered the wrong order. I was late, so they wouldn’t make a new order as they were closing. Offered 10% a future order only. Went back and forth for days trying to get a hold of a manager/ the owner who refused a refund. Had to dispute it with my bank. The employees even warned me when I called that he would most likely not refund me because in their words… he’s too cheap. Way too many good pizza places out there as other options with ethical service.

Pizza is disgusting. Think frozen pizza that's been reheated and then left out all day. Fries were likely just microwaved. Best anything in Chicago my @$$. 🤣

I'm going to paint you a vivid picture of a waste of time and money.
It's Sunday night. You're hungry after a long day of cleaning, errands, and dealing with people. You want something easy, tasty, and something you can just pick up for dinner. You chose pizza; a past time favorite. You look at a bunch of restaurants around you. You could pick any of them! Then you see an old favorite. Rosati's. You've ordered from them more times than you can count throughout your life. You've never had a bad experience, and pizza was never wrong.
You order for carryout and see wait time is roughly an hour. You think, "It's fine, it's a Sunday. I'll have dinner a little late. " You wait and wait. Finally an hour has gone by and you get in your car. You drive there and think nothing of it as you pick up your expectantly delicious, never wrong, always good pizza. You take the time to drive home. You open the box finally and to your surprise.
It's ALL wrong. Wrong order completely. So you call the store to get it resolved, and they say they can't help you due to the manager and you needing to return the pizza. They proceed to hang up on you mid conversation. You get back in your car and take the time to drive all the way back out there. When it was discussed on the phone, they would start remaking the new pizza. Well now you're very hungry, upset, and annoyed that your time is wasted. You get there, and to your surprise; pizza was never started. You need to wait MORE time. Well, now is when you figure the store will right there even further wrong, right?? Wrong.
They say it will be another 15 minutes and that the manager doesn't care.
He refuses to answer his phone. He refuses to do good on his paying customers.
Instead, the employee let's you have a measly 20 oz small soda because they can't do anything without their penny pinching manager answering his cell phone to explain how to right the wrong.
I used to work at a pizza place for over 5 years. Rule one is to take care of your customers when you make a mistake and make then waste THEIR time bringing the pizza YOU messed up back.
Not just remake a pizza. Not a 10% discount. Not a measly 20oz soda.
*I will never order here again and will advise everyone else not to either.

I’ve had their 12” gluten free pizza here a couple times and I gotta say, it’s DEFINITELY the best gluten free thin crust in Chicago! This particular location is amazing, as the staff are super friendly & hospitable. The owners, TJ & Bob are one of the utmost people you can find in the catering industry in which they’re extremely devoted & caring to their clientele. This restaurant DEFINITELY goes out & beyond with their products/services as they make everything here, especially the pizzas with love that’ll for sure get you to come back here. I DEFINITELY recommend this Rosati’s to everyone!!
