I had a deep dish pizza that sucker was heavy and delicious was built exactly the way I asked double double cheese meat, lover, great sauce had to eat it with a knife and fork. It was gooey chewy just the way I love it. One negative thing I can say that I asked for extra extra cheese. I didn’t feel like I got that I got more sauce.

Hands down the best pizza in Flower Mound. We’ve tried just about every pizza place in the area, and nothing comes close to Rosati’s—especially if you’re a fan of thin crust. The flavor is next level. The sauce has a great tang, the cheese is rich and gooey, and the amount of toppings they load onto each pizza is honestly unreal. You can tell they don’t skimp on quality either—the toppings are fresh, flavorful, and generously spread from edge to edge. We always go with the thin crust, which they cut into squares. I’ll admit, I usually prefer slices, but the flavor and topping quantity more than make up for it. It’s that good. Rosati’s has spoiled us—we can’t even think about ordering from the standard chain places anymore. Why anyone around here would settle for less when Rosati’s delivers straight to your door is beyond me. My guess is they just don’t know about it yet. If you’re in Flower Mound and craving real-deal pizza, this is it. Couldn’t be happier.

Being from Chicago, I've struggled to find good pizza since moving here in 2021. When I walked passed this place and saw authentic Chicago pizza, I was skeptical. I walked in and based on the smell alone, I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! The pizza was absolutely delicious! I was so happy. My only issue is that the sauce contains chunks of tomatoes (I don't like tomatoes). Next time (and there will be a next time), if I can't get less tomatoes, then I'll probably pick out as many as I can by hand. Still a great 🍕!

My overall experience was great… pizza is the best I’ve had in Texas; tastes like home. My only complaint is that I made sure that the pizza I ordered did not come with mushrooms and after a 30 minute drive to and from Flower Mound/ Highland village, my pizza still had mushrooms on it…. So not the best experience this time around.

Legendary Chicago Pizza, both Deep Dish & Thin Crust (Tavern) - Spectacular ! The only place better than Rosati's is a 1000 miles away If you do not try Deep Dish & Thin Crust Pizza from Rosati's, you have never had real pizza !

This was our first visit and the pizza had a perfectly charred crust that was crisp on the outside yet delightfully chewy on the inside and the toppings were fresh, and sizzling to perfection. We were totally impressed by this small restaurant among a shopping strip. I highly recommended for anyone looking for great pizza in Flower Mound.

We order from them often. Last night we ordered lasagna and pizza. The lasagna was wonderful however the pizza tasted as if we ordered from Pizza Hut. They obviously have strayed from the Rosatis actual recipe and substituted with what appears to be store bought sauce and cheese. Very disappointed. We order pizza from there (at a greater cost) for the Chicago taste - speaking as a Chicagoan and a Rosatis customer for 50 years - this is not it.

I had a delivery from the Flower Mound store. On my app, it said it was already delivered. I called to say that the food was not delivered to my house. They said it is on the way and will be there in 5 minutes. They were there in additional 15. The pizza was gloppy and not cooked enough. The garlic bread was burnt. The desserts were delicious. The drinks were nice and cold.

You might wonder what takes a place to go from 5 stars to one? Look no further. Love hair baked into your stuffed pizza crust? How about when asking to talk to the owner, via phone, website request, you're ignored? I have no idea why people pay into owning a franchise, decide to cut corners on product and processes. The stuffed pizza today, xx pepperoni, ur lucky to see a single saucer per slice. Sauce on top looks like a can of crushed tomatoes were dumped on top. No seasoning, no heat, no flavor. Bottom burnt to a crisp. If the flavor seems off, take a close look. Their lack of hairnets introduce you the ultimate experience. Organic human hair floss! Yeah that's right folks. Baked right into the crust.... Prior review: We order the stuffed pizza to go. Absolutely perfect every time!

Ordered the Chicago style pizza . It was really bland tasting the crust was tough. Got beef , mushroom, black olive. No flavor.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We ordered thin crust pepperoni - and put "pie cut" so that the pizza is cut in normal triangle cuts that adults can eat without feeling like they're in kindergarten. Despite putting CLEARLY "pie cut" - it is on the attached receipt - it came cut for toddlers. When I called to complain, I got rudeness, derision, attitude and dismissal from the manager on duty. Not only was he rude, but there was no offer to remake the pizza. When I asked if they would remake it, he said "only if you send the entire pizza back and it hasn't been touched. It will take an hour." My husband not wanting to wait to eat until 8:30 said never mind. When trying to eat the messed up pieces, the topping fell off with every bite. $50 for pizza and it's practically inedible, you can't pick it up like a normal slice. What freaking adult would eat this crap? Who came up with this as a method of slicing pizza anyway??? Why didn't they read the clear instructions? Don't waste your money. Will NEVER order from this ridiculous excuse for a restaurant again.

my husband is from Chicago so anytime I can give him a taste of my childhood he is thrilled. ordered a thin crust pizza, and I was picking it up it they accidentally dropped it! they re made it fresh for me!! They made things right and the pizza was worth the wait!

We ordered online yesterday. And didn't think we would have to call to confirm but we should have. Got to the place and no pizza. We got apologies and another 30 minute wait to make the ordered and paid for pizza. They wait was a pain!! But they did give a free cannoli!! Which was amazing. Now on to the review of the actual pizza. Omg!! So good. So freaking amazing. We got a thin crust supreme and it was out of this world !! So fresh love the huge chunk of bacon that were all crunchy and toasty.

Food was very good. Had a glitch in the first order but they rectified it. Is pricey but a SMALL MONSTER is enough to feed 3..yes it's 25 bucks but it is a meal and loaded with ingredients. Salad good to. Give it shot.. Worthwhile forsure

Terrible inconsistency with delivery! 2 hours? I call and they are short on drivers. Let the customer know and they can pick it up. Bad service! Third time it's happened so it's a real problem.

Great Chicago style thin crust pizza. Straight sausage is my favorite. Square cut and delicious. Maybe a little heavy on the cheese?

I should have learned my lesson by now. Chains advertising "Chicago Style Deep Dish" pizza outside Illinios that can deliver on that promise number eactly two: Giordano's and Pizza Uno. Rosati's is a Chicago original, but they franchise their stores. This is the only explanation I can come up with for why the deep dish pie I ordered was so forgettable. The other possible explanation is their Tavern Style pizza is better, also a Chicago style. Wikipedia says Rosati's Chicago has had deep dish on its menu since 1926. It does not reign on any lists of "best pizza in Chicago". Despite this, while in line to pick up my pizza, a woman from Southlake told me her Chicago native friend told her this was the best Chicago style pizza they'd recommend. Everyone has preferences, I suppose. You cannot dine here. So, everything is pick-up only. We tried a pasta dish as well. It was eh in a styrofoam container. I'd hoped for more.

The Flower Mound Rosati's Pizza makes the best Chicago Cheese Deep Dish pizza. When I called and spoke with the order taker I was skeptical. in the past I have had some pizza restaurants really burn what is supposed to be a 'butter crust'. I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised when their kind delivery driver brought me my pizza. Guess what? Rosati's in Flower Mound did not burn my crust to a crisp. I could actually eat my Chicago Deep Dish crust this time! And both the crust and the pizza were delicious! And as a bonus, I have several days of yummy left overs in my fridge . What happened to this place?! This used to be the best pizza around. This was absolutely awful! Cheese sticks tasted like they had been sitting under a hot lamp for hours. Super soggy and no flavor. The pizza tasted like it was stale and the ingredients were just awful. The sauce had no flavor, the "fresh" ingredients definitely were not. This place tastes like one step above gas station pizza. Absolutely awful

Terrible customer service!!! Call to place an order at 8:31 PM and was told no longer taking orders because they close at 9 PM. They stated it was still 30 minutes till closing and he said that they close the kitchen 30 minutes before closing and would not be taking my order. We proceeded to place our order at the Lewisville location since they close at 10 PM. This time my husband called back on accident thinking he was calling the Lewisville location. We'll to our surprise, they took his order!!! Upon arrival I asked to speak to the manager since they took my husband's order and the sign on the door says they're open till 10 PM!! We would order from them weekly but customer service has changed along with the quality of food with the new owners! I will TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE and recommend you do the same!! They can say bye to 8 years of loyalty!! Beware of NEW OWNERS!!! UPDATE: Arrived to pick up pizza at 9:03 PM and was taking an order over the phone. SHOCKING!! They got my order WRONG!!!

horrible horrible service. Man said it would be another 30-45 minutes after already waiting 20 minutes. they did not pick up the phone the whole time we were there. also all the people people in the back were wearing open toed shoes and no hair nets. never going back. They were also really rude

Rosati's in Flower Mound is a great choice for pizza and more! They have pizza, sandwiches, pasta, wings, and other delicious choices. My husband and I recently picked up take-out (no dine-in options) that included an Italian sandwich, a calzone, and a small cheese pizza. The food was all delicious! We found additional toppings to be a little pricey (no one wants a naked calzone). Note: This location is at the corner of two busy, divided streets, and it can be tricky trying to figure out how to get in and out of the parking lot. And whoops! We were so hungry that we forgot to take photos!

Had a bit of a mixup due to a coupon misunderstanding and Rosati's went above and beyond to make it right. The pizza was delicious (thin crust this time,) hot when delivered, and perfectly hit my pizza craving tonight. The wings and cannolis were delicious as well. We will continue to be happy customers!

Ordered a deep dish pizza with green peppers and onions, well done. It was fantastic. Plenty of tomatoes, cheesy, well seasoned, crisp crust. Actually heavy. If deep dish pizzas are your thing - and they're not for everyone - then check out this Rosati's.

We love our deep dish pizzas and are picky about them. They need to have the crunchy crust with ample ingredients, cheese and tomatoes. We order "well done". Today our order was perfection.- Just like the time Rosati's headquarters was in town. Go Rosati's

Ordered delivery recently. So so good! Party of four and everyone really loved the Chicago deep-dish. We asked for it well-done bc it's so thick, and it was perfection. Will be ordering again! Their dough, seasoning, sauce, and cheese were delicious and it served plenty! Glad we found this place in Flower Mound.

This is for the Fort Worth store. If your wanting to try Rossetti's don't! We ordered online and got there. To be told it would be an extra 15 minutes. I go back in 15 minutes later and am told 2 hours. It's a hot mess. They shouldn't even be taking orders tonight.

If you're from TX or your idea of pizza nights growing up was ordering Pizza Hut or Domino's....I cannot trust your opinion of Chicago pizza restaurants. If you've read of my other reviews you know that I'm a midwesterner from right outside Chicago and grew up eating thin crust, party cut pizza that was never bad. I have been trying to find edible pizza in DFW for the past 10 years. I have tried a handful of Chicago style pizza places, even some with Chicago names and all of them were terrible. I've come close with one pretty good pizza place that's not even Chicago style. Frustrated, I was just about to start getting mail order pizzas from Chicago like I do my popcorn. I was skeptical that Rosati's was just using the name, especially when I saw the logo on the website was slightly different from the logo on the websites from the Midwest. However, I saw some of the wrapping papers with the same logo that is used in the Chicago area and accepted that it might be authentic. The next test was the pizza. It smelled right on the way home. That familiar cardboard and pizza combination brought back some memories. I decided to go with a deep dish...not something I normally get but I'm a greedy pregnant lady right now. I got my mom a thin crust. This is it! The sauce, toppings, and crust were on point. Nothing was under seasoned or over seasoned. Everything was just right. My deep dish was felt more like a crustless pizza in the middle with a lot of crust on the end because the filling makes the crust soft in the middle. The filling was perfect though. You can see the seasonings sprinkled on top of the tomatoes. The sauce is great! My mom said her pizza was mmmmmmgoood, but requests that the cheese not be so brown next time. Flower Mound is kinda of a journey, but I will travel for good pizza. If they could come to the Euless area they will have a biweekly customer.

I've eaten here a half dozen times in the past few years and it was always great. Our order last Saturday, the pizza was burnt to a crisp, basically inedible. We were given the wrong dessert, tiramisu instead of a brownie. Tiramisu containing espresso, we were unable to feed this to the kids after dinner. We tried calling the store. First they let it ring and ring, then they started picking up the phone and hanging it up immediately, on every call. Looking at other reviews, I see a consensus starting to form that this place has gone downhill. Too bad. I won't be eating here again anytime soon.

This review is purely on their lunch special! Lunch specials are the best... they have the biggest slices... I don't even have words! This is absolutely the heartiest pizza I've ever had! 100% recommend to grab a slice and a drink for lunch!

Not sure about the negative reviews but I found this location to be quite good. My wife and drove about 20 mins to this Rosatis to get pizza for us and our boys. It was really good and fresh. Honestly no complaints at all. It just seems hard to find good pizza in the area. The Lewisville location however is NOT recommended. We used to eat there and found they had a roach problem. So understand this is the Flower Mound location that is indeed recommended I am reviewing. Again the pizza was pretty good. Sure I have had better. We had pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. It was cooked right and not too much sauce. I do think extra cheese would make it better so I next time that is something I would order. Give them a try!

First time trying Rosati's and sadly I am extremely disappointed. Not worth the $70.00 that was spent on our meal tonight. We ordered a deep dish that had crust that was not cooked all the way threw and was gooey on the inside, our thin crust pizza was more appetizing but it was very greasy, then ordered 20 plain wings that were not appetizing AT ALL. When we called to let them know about the wings the employ who took our call, said they would contact the owner and give us a call back, but we never received that call back... I am extremely disappointed.

Chicago style pizza. It is awful.The toppings are rare, minisucle , tasteless. Tomato paste the only flavor slathered thick to hiding the the other ingredients are spread xtra thin. The dough was bland and the bottom was soggy. Literally the worst pizza from a pizzeria.

Order for the first time from this place today after a friend recommended them for their Chicago style pizza. All I can say is I wish I ordered from this place sooner. The delivery person was very nice as well.

I am not sure how this place stays in business. The Chicago style pizza was a flavorless lump of plain crust, a huge amount of cheese and plain canned tomatoes. I can honestly say that this the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust had no flavor it tasted like flour and water. The pasta had a marinara that had a strange flavor, I wish I could describe the flavor. It wasn't good either. The kids they had working there were very nice. No problem with them just bad flavorless food.

From Chicago so my review is solid...great pizza, cost a lot but this is not Pizza Hut nor dominos...this is real pizza...so b prepared to pay more...keep up the gud work.

Rosati's - Flower Mound did an incredible job of catering our team dinner for 40 people. The food was delicious, hot & prepared perfectly. The staff was super helpful in helping me load the large order in my car. Can't recommend this local business enough for your next large gathering!

Good pizza, but kitchen does not appear to be up to standards in cleanliness. A/C not working at the Flowermound location for many months, which added to bad conditions for the good and employee discomfort.

Even though the pizza is so good, the customer service is THE WORST!!!!! I have had more issues with this store than I can count. They have cancelled multiple orders after waiting long periods of time. The wait time on deliveries is at the very least an hour! However my greatest complaint is definitely the customer service! THREE times my order has been cancelled after a 30-45 minute wait time and when I call to ask why, ALL THREE times the employee was extremely rude, argumentative, and provided no resolution! My family and I placed orders at this store every week, if not multiple times a week and that stops today!! They just lost our business!!! If you are willing to roll the dice on whether or not you'll get your food in a timely manner, if at all, with zero compensation or even a discount provided for bad service, then I would recommend this store. Otherwise it's a craps shoot!!! The pizza is great which is why we kept going back even with all the issues but it's just happened too many times now. Good luck!

As a Chicago native , this definitely taste like home !! So happy I can satisfy my Chicago pizza craving right here in Texas, my new favorite spot !

The delivery service was pretty good and free with a coupon. The antipasto salad was good, and the calzone was pretty good. The mozzarella sticks (which we didn't order- they got our order wrong and charged us for these but we missed it) were Sonic quality. They cheesy bread was okay. Overall, it was okay.

Was just okay, nothing Amazon- we got the meat lovers stuffed deep dish- seemed pricy for what we got. Wasn't bad, just wasn't great

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza for the first time this evening. It was not good. The pepperoni and sauce was piled around the corners and then all of the cheese was thrown in the middle of the pizza. We only ate a few pieces. The breadsticks were delicious though.

I hate to write bad reviews. However, this place has lost its way. I normally like to take complaints up with management. Unfortunately, when I called to resolve my issue they hung up on me. Frustrating! So here I am to warn y'all. My kids love the Chicago style deep dish. We have been a customer for years. This summer quality has taken a turn for the worse. This last, and I do mean LAST, delivery was disgusting and had to be discarded. The crust was an undercooked mess. The sauce and cheese all drifted to one side and off the pizza. Clearly, the pizza had been dropped or mishandled. The mozzarella sticks must have been microwaved. They were rubbery, smashed, and broken. Avoid. There are ample alternative options around town.

The absolute best pizza and a taste of home for anyone from Chicago. The deep dish is fantastic and the owners are the nicest!

this place was absolutely terrible we called in before and told them how many people we were bringing and they were very rude and very disrespectful I don't recommend this place at all DONT COME HERE

I'm giving this place three stars. I have ordered here three times: 1st time pizza was excellent. We couldn't believe how good it was. 2nd time it lived up to expectations. Today: the worst pizza I've ever had. I don't mind paying 20 bucks for a small pizza if it is excellent. I won't pay $20 for a small pizza that is good only 66% of the time. You guys charge way too much to put out a crappy product. When I say bad I mean bad. The pizza was so over cooked the crust was burnt. The crust was like thick cardboard. It hurt my jay to chew. There was no sauce. Super dry. Wow I was disappointed. No I didn't call and complain. I'd give you a pass if it was just ok. I'll give this place one more try. But if you have an excellent pizza place that is consistent you may want to think twice

First time to order. HORRIBLE experience!!! HORRIBLE! Can't even review the food because we NEVER got the food. It's Valentine's Day and saw Rosati's heart shaped pizzas on Facebook several times today. We decided to stay in and order pizza. Thought we'd give it a try. 7:03 - Three pizzas ordered online for pick up. 7:10 - Patiently watching the pizza tracker on their website. 7:20 - Husband arrives and waits for me to tell him when pizza it ready. 7:35 - Received notification that pizzas were ready for pick up. 7:38 - Husband is told they aren't ready. Also told that the order was JUST placed a couple of minutes ago so they haven't had time. 7:43 - I send husband a screen shot of my timed staled confirmation email .. stamped 7:03! Think that's bad? Female who my husband assumes is the manager walks to the back and tries to quietly tell the staff she needs 2 heart shaped pizzas ASAP! Male comes to counter ready to 'handle this'. He walks to the oven and cracks it and apparently purposely stands in front to block the view. Husband sees one pizza in the oven. Male turns to husband and says: "oh your two pizzas are in the oven, it will be just a minute" Husband: "TWO????" Male: "Sorry, I mean one .... ?" WTH??! 7:52 - Still no signs of our pizzas even being made. Now both are in the back and husband is left standing next to a lady whose pizza was sent with the delivery driver by mistake so she is waiting for them to remake hers. 7:53 - Husband tells them to credit our card back and cancel the order. 7:54 - Husband texts and tells me to place a Jet's Pizza order!! (down the street .. amazing pies!) Wish I knew they were also doing heart shaped pizzas .. would have saved a huge ordeal. 2 thumbs down for Rosati's!! The pizzas on the website looks amazing ... guess I'll never know. Happy Valentine's Day! UGH

We have not been in a long time. Partly because it is expensive pizza and secondly because the product has been inconsistent and also the orders have been wrong. We decided to give Rosati's a try again and was disappointed again. This time sparse toppings and the crust was soggy. Not sure we will give them a try again. Plenty of other options for pizza in the area.

I miss Chicago pizza and this was pretty close. I would have liked big chunks of Italian sausage but oh well and alittle more cheese on the top but otherwise pretty close . I also love that they cut it in squares and not triangles it matters people!!! Chicago pizza lovers love their squares . The Italian beef with melted mozzarella was very tasty. We will be back every time we are on our way to pick up our son at UNT

We order pizza every week and we finally found a place my wife and I can agree upon. My wife's comment yesterday - this is my favorite new pizza We order the thin, full pep, half sausage. It is hard to find a pizza place that serves real Italian sausage. The crispy edge pieces are what i like They have some coupons available, even a lunch special (large slice and coke for 5.00)

As a truly homesick Chicago native I must say it was like a small slice of home here in TX. I drove almost an hour to pick it up and the pizza was gone before my wife and I got back home. Good thing we ordered extra food.

Unfortunately this was a waste of time of money. I received a flyer on my door for this pizza place and had never tried it. So I decided to give it a shot today. I placed my order before the store opened and waited for my delivery. I got a phone call 20 minutes before my delivery time to let me know that no one was available to deliver and it was going to be late. Oh by the way we also don't have one of the menu items that you selected even though it's offered on our website. They offered a discount on my meal for it being late and apologized so I didn't think it was that big of a deal. However they only told me they were missing 1 of the items I ordered not 2 out of 3. They offered another item as substitute for the 1 item. My meal finally arrived one hour after it was supposed to be here with only one item that I ordered and a substitute. The substitute was cheese french fries and they were cold and inedible. The pizza I ordered had garlic that was so strong and offensive that I had to throw the entire pizza in the trash. So now I am out $30 and I still have no meal. Now I'm calling someone else for delivery. I will not ever order from here again.

I ordered food for pick up. The quality here is not consistent but I have a family member who still likes it sometimes so I ordered from here. When I arrived to pick up, one young lady sat talking on the phone, at the front desk and refused to even look at me. It was clear the conversation was social from the side I could hear so I finally started trying to ask her for my order. She was very determined to not make eye contact. Finally, I saw a young man walk to the food prep area in the back. So I called out to him to please let me pick up my order. I had already been there for ten minutes. He scowled at me and told me that it was in a hot box so I could wait. I told him I had already waited 10 minutes and I did not pay for food to sit in a hot box, I paid for taking it home to eat. The young man got angry and slammed his hand down on the counter where he was trying to make a pizza, grabbed my order from the "hot box" and handed it to me. He was quite angry. When I got home, I found a portion of the order missing. Plus, the pizza that was left had sat in the hot box too long and was no longer fresh. I tried to call the store about it but they just put me on hold and never came back. This place is horrible!

The best!!!!! Their Chicago style pizza is amazing, makes you feel like you're in Chicago.
