Rosati's Pizza

We ordered here today for Father's Day. They were sweet to deliver. My dad is picky on pizza and he loved it. They didn't have mushrooms but he was fine with another topping. I tries the chicken parm and it was amazing. Perfect chicken. My mom had the chicken strips and fried mushrooms. Both were delicious 😋 everything was great. Will order again

FYI - WE ONLY SAY AT THE BAR FOR MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL. I've had Rosati's pizza before, and it is quite good. This night, there were specials that made the pizza price incredible. The wings were excellent, too. This night we went over to watch the Raiders game. The bar has at least 15 TVs all tuned to the same game. It wouldn't be so much of a problem if there were, say, 2 or 3 TVs in a row. The problem is there are TVs stacked one behind another so you see part of the game on EACH TV. It's almost impossible to watch ONE TV without getting a migraine. On top of that, there are numerous plastic dividers between the booths that also cast reflections. From where we were sitting, we saw no less than 20 images of the game all at once. It was dizzying. My buddy said the bar used to be very different. If we go back, there is NO WAY I'm sitting in that bar, even if there are different games playing. Will order out for sure. Sit in the main dining room, sure. Sorry, didn't take any pictures.

This place needs to hire more friendly people to work the front counter. The females behind that counter are down right RUDE & not friendly at all. They also never even bother to say Thank You if you tip even if you are picking up your food. They aren't the ones making the pizza and just push the box to you. Why ÿ⁶⁶ started on the quality of the food now. We have tried the lasagna and it was drenched in oil. Not good at all! Pizza has gone down hill too. They are def using cheaper sauce & cheese.

Part 2 ! This past weekend, my in-laws had asked , let’s go for pizza. I said where to , they Rosati’s. I told my in-laws remember the story I told you about our last experience. He said yes, I want sure about going. So we decided to go, we sat on the patio. Needless to say , the patio was dirty , the table we sat at has food on it, meaning it wasn’t wiped off from the previous customer. The server came up to us. She had asked us if we wanted drinks. I said you have a menu? Said oh yea , let me get it. Asked a few times , please wipe the table off. We had asked can you turn on the patio lights ? She said let me check , Said no they don’t work . A couple next to us was looking for help so they can check out and box their food, they could not find anybody, so the gentleman had a call into the location. Somebody answered the phone he told them we’re on the patio. Can somebody help me! Again another disappointing service and the quality has gone down hill.. being from Chicago, and growing up around Rosati‘s, has always been a great memory. This location is sad. Our pizza was wrong , we called to let them know and the manager had an attitude. I explained what we ordered was from your website. He then says it’s not our website, I told him it’s link to your location. I asked for him to make it right, he then offered a few dollars off my next order . Then he tells me bring the pizza in and we will make a new one. I paid for delivery service. Rather just owning their mistake, he was argumentative with our phone call. very inconvenient for myself and the family. I told him to for get it and hung up. My wife calls back to explain, we get the same attitude again , finally the manager refunds our money ! Very disappointed, worst customer service!

We normally have dinner in the restaurant but it was full tonight so we sat in the bar area. It was a great experience! Not smoky at all, the food was delivered faster and the service was friendly. Will definitely sit at the bar from now on!

A throw back to my college days. Definitely proved my theory that food is usually far better in memory than in reality. Good, friendly service in a nice, small location. Pizza was good, but sauce was too sweet for my tastes. Thin crust was just the right thickness with a good balance of chewy and crispy.

This may be the best Rosati's in the nation. Having lived in Chicago for 16 years prior to moving out to Las Vegas, I have ordered my share from Rosati's all over that wonderful city by the lake and this one takes the cake. We've ordered from this Rosati's 3 times and it. Is. Fabulous. They have been consistently good with the thin crust pizza. It takes me back. Keep up the good work. I love you.

Good cheesy garlic bread, meat lovers thin crust, and chicken Alfredo pan pizza. Helpful, friendly employees. Only 4 stars because it took forever on a Saturday night, and 16 oz beers were $8. They did give us 10% off for our wait time, which I appreciated. I'd order ahead next time and wait for a night with drink specials.

We ordered delivery through Grubhub and everything we ordered was delicious, which I feel never happens. We will definitely order again, but probably sooner than we should based on carbs. Thin crust pizza with meatballs - perfectly thin and crunchy and the meatballs were tiny and spread all over instead of big chunks (which we liked). Lasagna - seriously delicious sauce! Omg I will get again. Garlic parm/spicy bbq boneless wings - the bbq was the right amount of spice. MMM! Mozzarella cheese sticks - delicious! We love the marinara.

Pizza and Greek salad really good! Had it delivered and it's really big and cut into squares. Lots of toppings and the dough is flavorful. Salad is also very big and lots of fresh toppings!

This place is a hidden gem! I love the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff. The pizza is always cooked to perfection and has a great crust. I also appreciate that they offer a variety of sandwiches and pastas, so there's something for everyone. The best part about this place is that they have slot machines! It's a fun way to pass the time while you wait for your food. I've even won a few bucks here and there. If you're looking for a casual and fun spot to eat, I highly recommend this place."

Local place with great food and service. Lots of TV's to watch games on. Beer is cold. Plenty of food options to try. Pizza is excellent.

First off, if they had a spot for a zero star review it would definitely be applied. For how much one 18" pizza is (about $45 mind you) you would think that this pizza would blow you away. Well, in fact it is the opposite the two pizzas that we ordered for our family were disappointing to say the least. The veggie thin crust pizza tasted like it was out of a freezer, and the marinara sauce tasted like ketchup on both of the pizzas. Now for the wings, they were dryer than the Mojave desert and tasted like they were AGAIN pulled out of a freezer. For the delivery time it said about 45 minutes to an hour, which is kind of bizarre considering that we were not even ten minutes away from the restaurant. The pizzas and the rest of the food showed up about an hour and 20 minutes after placing the order and was delivered to the wrong house. All in all terrible experience should have got food from a different restaurant.

Delicious slices served quickly. Small-ish restaurant with just enough seating to accommodate the rotation of patrons. Get your slices, sit, eat, then be about your day so the next customers can sit and enjoy.

I read some of the reviews I saw some negatives, But for me it's a whole different experience LOL the pizza we had had square slices kind of weird but it was awesome lol!! I couldn't complain the pizza is great. Our server was pretty cool And I was watching my Golden knights game!!

Rosati's $3.95 16oz beer special on Tuesday: They should open a used car lot. Discussed the $3.95 beer special with the bartender, identified which beers were included, and selected one: Miller Lite... They served me (3) 22oz mugs for a total of 66oz. The receipt says (4) 16 oz Domestic Beers for a total of $24.00 ($6 each, not $3.95) for a total of 64oz. It's like I got 2 oz for "FREE" IF I could ignore being overcharged $8.20 on what should be a $15.80 tab. There was also an undisclosed $1.05 credit card surcharge on the tab, which is just insulting at this point.

The Chicago Style thin crust pizza was just okay. The crust was dry and not enough sauce and cheese. The sauce was bland and sausage was not tasty. Not enough sausage, peppers, onions and mushrooms either.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Thank you so very much for a very pleasant dinning experience.

While visiting our friend took us here to get a take out pizza. Excellent!!! We also got two Caesar salads and they were very good too. Nice large pizza for being a MEDIUM and it was just as good the next morning cold. It was really nice and cheesy. It was getting close to closing time but still took our order. Everyone was very nice. You know that saying, "you pay for what you get", "or you get what you pay for", well it is true here. A medium 14" thin classic combo was $24.25 and two large Caesar salads 19.50. I don't think I have ever paid that much for a medium pizza, but it was well worth it. I would recommend this place if you want a really great pizza.

This establishment is a great option for a quick meal or enjoying the bar. The ambiance is typical of a pizza restaurant, with the added touch of holiday decorations. We have consistently had positive experiences with the staff, who are always courteous and accommodating. The pizzas are consistently excellent, with a delightful crispiness. The marinara sauce is exceptionally flavorful, while the ranch dressing is highly regarded. We often make a stop for appetizers and take a pizza to-go. This local spot is highly recommended for delicious pizza and wings.

Not just anyone can say they have a neighborhood bar where EVERYONE knows YOUR name. My husband and I can, since day freakin one! Dez and Hunter have always treated us like family. Catch your favorite game on the bar side or bring the family and enjoy a delicious meal on the restaurant side. This will be YOUR favorite dinner spot

This pizza pales in comparison to the one on eastern and warm springs. I ordered a classic combo on thin crust. It was a bit dry and they were so much lighter on the ingredients. I ordered a classic combo thinking it would have classic ingredients like pepperoni. Nope, not one but it had huge sausage balls and a few pieces of green pepper and onion. Equivalent to little Caesar's pizza I'll go back to streets of New York pizza where the pizza is edible.

I would love to give this review 5 stars but there was a couple things that can honestly be worked on. We ordered the cheesy fries and were very disappointed. Fries looked like the frozen type you get at the grocery store, they also had nacho cheese on the side for the price I was at least expecting a full tray of fries. The pizza was big and smelled fantastic but it was way to salty. I could have went back to the restaurant but I have a 2 year old who wanted dinner and didn't understand so trying to carry the food plus a crying two year old was not gonna be fun. Staff on the other hand was super friendly. The restaurant it self seems like a fun little place.

I use to eat here all the time and it was always great food and great service. This place has been run down to the ground. The manager has let the employees treat people with disrespect and I see why the reviews dropped down from a five star to a three. It's a shame cause this was once a great place for Chicago type pizza.

Food was ok. Place is clean. The bartender was good at her job. This is the rose I left her.

The owner is setting this place up for failure. It is Saturday night. Ever table is full, every machine has someone sitting at it and there is one person to run the bar and the tables. I gambled over $400 dollars and had to beg for a drink every time. I feel so bad for the bartender. They didn't have jack Daniels, jagermister, or what felt like any decent liquor. No bottled water. Urinal in the men's bathroom doesn't work and soap dispenser was on the ground. To top it all off, the music was horrible and I had to pay to play decent music.

What a surprise. We have an advisor book so got a good deal. Pizza, half with cheese, half no cheese. Salad was huge and tasty Garlic bread was very tasty. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. Marty has dinner for tomorrow. Also was a new neighborhood which I like doing

The pizza was not good the 2 liter soda was Out of date Go to the one on Cheyenne and Hualapai So much better place To go

The crust tastes like you are eating a deep dish on snyder's pretzel. That's not a good thing. Crunchy, salty, and tastes roasted is not what i expect out of my crust. It's a shame because the toppings and sauce were good. I never thought the crust would matter so much until i had a bad one

Sign says they close at nine, but their kitchen closes at 8:15 according to the girl at the counter? So their hours are anyone's guess.

So disappointed in the poor service and attitude from the staff. My husband and I ordered food for pick up. He arrived and stood in line waiting to pick up the order with no staff at the counter. 3 more people came in and stood in line. Still no one came over or acknowledged that there was a line up of people waiting to pick up their orders. Finally, after several minutes, a woman comes over (no apology for the wait) and rudely talks to my husband and others. All I wanted to do was pick up our to go order. The food wasn't that great to go through that kind. I know this review most likely won't go anywhere but maybe it will cause future customers to choose another establishment.

A three is generous I think. The puzza was OK at best. We had never had Rosati's before (still looking for a good consistant puzza place) so we gave it a try. We ordered a Veggie puzza with Sausage and Pineapple added. The sausage used was good and there was a pretty good amount of pineapple, but a huge lack of veggies. I think I saw 3 pieces of peppers, there where a few mushrooms (I think) and zero tomatoes that I could see. The crust was OK, not great. We may give Rosati's one more chance and then maybe move on..

I'm a regular but I'll tell you what I went in there tonight while around 4 PM and I ordered an extra large pizza and said I'll be sitting right there. Please let me know as soon as it comes out because I had to drive it all the way to the mountain to be hot when I get there Maybe the employees to know what tip means tip means "to ensure proper service" I watched my pizza come out and be sat in a pile of pizzas while there is only two there are standing around talking and I waited and waited and waited and then when she saw me walking around, she said oh it just came out and I said no that pizza has been sitting there for a long time. I didn't think it was mine. So when you're not busy, you're standing around talking talking talking talking and my pizzas on the shelf getting cold and by the time I drive to the mountain it's ice cold and that was my contribution to our Friday night get together. I was so humiliated last time I got it there and it was nice and hot still, this time it was ice cold and for the price of an extra large pizza really really really hurt and embarrassed

I live very close to the Rosatis on durango and I have been there maybe three times. Being a supervisor in customer service I can say that the service is something to be desired and there's not an eagerness to extend themselves either on the friendliness or the upsell. The chicken fingers are half the size if Metro Pizza's and fries should be offered with them. For a $70 price tag fries should be a given. The dire times we are in definitely calls for excellent product and services.

Came in with family, a usual favorite. We were told as we were ordering they are not offering a full menu because of graduations and knights game. Sadly there were only two tables, our including there. Not sure if the father died or what happened but this place went down hill big time! Stir clear, hit another location or another pizza place. Kills me to say this because my family knew the original owner.

Good drinks in the bar area. Garlic cheese bread tastes great! However, the chicken salad isn't the best as it's served with wilted lettuce & a ton of croutons. Customer service is great!

Ordered through Uber eats, i love fettuccine Alfredo and honestly this one was so plain and not flavor at all, it felt like they just melted butter and milk and put it together with no cheese & my husband got the buffalo mild wings, said they were a disappointment as well overall dry and not flavorful at all.. very disappointing

After coming here for 9 years I will not be coming back. Cook messed up my sons order after waiting over 30 mins the cooked made chicken tenders instead of chicken wings. Everyone else had there food my husband had to look for the waiteress to find out what was going on with the order. There was only on other table in the restaurant and all the wait staff seeemed to know them so they kept going over to that table and never checked on us. I also had to go upfront to ask for the check and To go boxes. I have no idea what has happened to this location and I have raved about to so many people but not anymore. They have also messed up on so many occasions when I order to go. I remember the time they had tried to pass off chicken nuggets as boneless wings. I am not happy with service or their food.

Food is delicious and service is amazing! The prices are refreshingly affordable and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. Beer is cold and decently priced.

This place is WAY overpriced, and everything we got was terrible. Raw doughy pizza, overcooked meat on dip sandwich, burnt fries, and wings you couldn't even eat they were fried so long.

not the same place as years ago...we have been ordering for yrs here and now deep dish pizza mostly a thick rust with 1/2 the cheese and ingredients we used to get... we are Chicago people and we know the difference. This place changed and will be our last time ordering here..Ahmed was very much unfriendly when asked about changes..NOT THE EXPECTED CHICAGO PIZZA WE ARE ACCUSTOMED TO..

2nd time here and must say it was absolutely awesome again. The service was super nice and of course we appreciated that we were able to be here on christmas day. We have neber been anywhere on christmas day before and this was a great first time experience. Our server sydney was super nice . We had the chicago style pizza again but the meat lovers. It was perfection yummy. We will definitely return .

I have gone to Rosatis a few times and every time I have been served by Hunter and Dez. They both are very friendly, personable, and on point. Rosatis has great deals, cold beers, great food, and good atmosphere. This will be my new favorite bar. 10/10

Cool atmosphere, cool music. Server was a little snarky and overly sarcastic, she thought she was being amusing but, she wasn't. Food was good but, not worth the price. Mozzarella sticks are WAY over priced for six sticks. Lasagna was a little heavy on the ricotta but, pretty good. Also ordered a meatball sandwich to go and it was good but again, not worth the price. Not likely to go back anytime soon.

So we were wanting an appetizer and have never been here. The reviews weren't the best but we wanted to try anyway because the menu looked good! We were pleasantly surprised. I got a margarita on the rocks with mozzarella sticks and my husband got a meatball sandwich. The mozzarella sticks were good and his sandwich was pretty good. The margarita was great! There are a bunch of tv for the game so anywhere you sit you can see a tv! The service was great, and the waitress was friendly! You can sit in the restaurant area or the bar so kids are allowed! We will be coming back, give it a try

My family's and I have been ordering from this location for years but since the pandemic it has declined in its service and taste. IM always hoping that it will be different each time we order from them but it's not. We've had them forget a pizza with the order even though it was on the ticket and when we called to see if they were coming back with the full order, there was no explanation as to why it was forgotten and no offer for a refund or discount even though it arrived 40 minutes after the rest of the order was delivered. We will not be ordering from them again.

The food is good, and the pizza's top-notch. But this is about some very bad service I've gotten at the bar lately. My wife and I have been going to the bar for years for the occasional lunch, where we enjoyed playing some video poker, having a couple drinks, and getting a nice meal. In all that time, we never had anything but a good time (even better when we managed to win enough to pay for our meal). The last couple times, however, have been disappointing to the point we will not go there any longer. A few weeks ago, we tried to take advantage of a $10 pizza coupon on a Tuesday. We never had any problems using the coupon prior to that, but a new bartender told us that they wouldn't accept a pizza coupon on days where they have a wing special. Why would the price of wings have anything to do with a pizza coupon??? He made the ridiculous claim that you couldn't use ANY coupon on Tuesdays because of the wing special. Note: WE WERE GETTING PIZZA, NOT WINGS. So we left, and got lunch somewhere else. Then today, (which was a Friday, so I knew I could use the coupon,) I ordered the pizza, sat down at a machine, and played for a while. I played for about a half hour, and I was disappointed that after I cashed out, and went to pay for the pizza, my drink not comp'd. I asked about it (because I've ALWAYS gotten my drinks comp'd if I was actively playing), and the bartender (same guy who refused our coupon from before) said that drinks were NOT comp'd if I cashed out more than I put in. WHAT THE HELL?? Just because I managed to get a 4-of-a-kind means I don't get comp'd drinks? This was the absolute last straw. I can go to literally any other bar for lunch, get free drinks while I play video poker, and not have coupons refused because an unrelated item is on sale. Rosati's used to be great, but now I'm done with them.

I used to love this place and get a deep dish pizza with wings on the regular. I didn't care it was way more expensive than every other pizza place, because it was delicious.... Then they stopped making deep dishes bigger than a small. If I'm willing to pay $40 for a large pizza, then I'd think it'd be worth it. They said it occupies too much time in the pizza oven. Really? Get another pizza oven! It'll pay for itself in a month. Until they bring back large, I just drive all the way to the Cheyenne location

Just the perfect local bar The friendliest, courteous and prompt staff most of them, which have been there since it opened. It's a no smoking establishment. I would guess it has 12 TVs When big games are on you can hear from any place in the bar and it's not too loud Pretty decent payout on some of the slots But we all know the house always wins lol The Chicago Pizza is probably the best in town I have never ever had a bad dish there Prices are really reasonable You can actually control the jukebox from your phone

Man this place has fell off badly. This would always be my families go-to pizza for gatherings. My grandparents said since COVID this pizza has gotten worse. My aunt bought 4 boxes of pizzas and a box of wings. The pizza was so dry and the one box that had sausage they put 1 sausage per slice. Let me guess inflation? The wings was pretty dry too. The only thing good was the BBQ sauce. Time to find a new pizza spot. This is sad we're from Chicago so we have an expectation from this restaurant.

Delicious chicken Alfredo! Even better is the meat lovers pizza. The atmosphere is fun and the customer service was wonderful.

Ordered from postmates with delivery fairly quick. Lasagna was a COLD mass of pasta with some sauce thrown on it. I have been eating at this location since 2013 and normally their food is very tasty and presented well. This lasagna was layers of pasta with no cheese in between, some cheese thrown on top and some tasteless sauce on top. It's as if they took it from a freezer and tried to heat it up. I called the and spoke with "Austin" who said since I had ordered through postmates there was nothing they could do. I LOL because postmates didn't prepare the food and delivery was fairly quick. After I laughed and asked "Austin" what did postmates have to do with the quality of the food "Austin" offered to recook it but said I would have to pick it up. I reminded "Austin" I paid the delivery fees and tip to have my food delivered as I'm not able to drive at this time. Austin pretty much said "oh well." It's not edible, going in the trash. Picture can't show the coldness and tasteless of the lasagna.

This is our FAVORITE local bar, why!? Well they have the friendliest staff. The bartender makes the best micheladas and the prices are reasonable! Plus, they have the best pizza. During hockey season this is the place to be, & when hockey isn't around you have the best selection in the Jukebox.

The food was amazing, best I've probably ever had. Definitely worth the price. amazing service as well, especially from our waiter Charles. all in all a great experience and would recommend it to anybody we know.

We ordered an 18" pizza, flat crust, mild sauce, extra cheese, extra sausage, and extra pepperoni. It was delivered in about 40 minutes, hot, fresh, and delicious. Best pizza we've had in a long time!
