Sorry, no visit to the location but had a nice coupon for pizza and wings, upgraded to the 14' and had hot wings, mmmm all were good!!

I just want to share my customer experience about Shayla. I called in to place an order. I did not know exactly what I wanted. Shayla was very patient and knowledgeable. her willingness to help and answer my questions accurately put a smile on my face. her customer service skills are second to none. thank you Shayla. one satisfied customer!

I ordered delivery which came quicker than expected. The price for a 14” pizza(large) is high but it’s kind of gives medium size, but nonetheless I got sausage and pepperoni and it was delicious as always and we got the Italian and Caesar salad which were bomb as well. They had a lot of deals going on and at checkout it applied a 15% discount. Overall great food and service!!

Sausage and green peppers we're perfect - sausage was really good and the peppers were not too crunchy or soft and the crust and pizza were not soggy. Sauce is good balance between acidic and sweet with good consistency. Def. Going back

Ordered a pizza only to have it delivered all messed up, like the delivery guy pretty much made a sharp turn and half my pizza went to the other side and that’s after I fixed it.

Had order delivered. Pizza was hot when delivered. Pizza it's self had no real flavor, crust was like eating cardboard, bread sticks/garlic bread was pieces didn't taste like garlic in fact not much flavor at all, same with the sauce that came with it. Salad that was ordered had frozen lettuce and cucumber, which made the salad in eatable. Worst food I've had.

We were staying at a hotel, and they were happy to deliver to us. Perfect & DELICIOUS (as always) treat after an exhausting day. They even brought plates, napkins, cheese & red pepper. We were impressed with the service & amazed by the food. Highly recommend!!

This is our first time ordering from Rosati’s and we couldn’t be HAPPIER!!! The service was great, wait time was reasonable and the food came home HOT AND FRESH! They mail coupons, which makes eating out affordable for a family of 5! WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!! We have found out new pizza place! Thank you Rosati’s for making dinner delicious and easy! My kids loved it!

Ordered a specialty pizza, jalapeño poppers and fries, let me tell ya the pizza was great! Great crust and good amount of ingredients that won't be pizza soggy. The best jalapeño poppers in town. Fries are good too. Cesar and the crew are awesome. Thanks guys

Don't understand what happened to this place they use to be good but not anymore. I ordered dbl sausage, bacon, onion, and green pepper. It hardly had any sausage, green pepper on the outskirts of the pizza , and very little at that, hardly any onion. Not worth the money. I've been ordering there for a good 30 years, but not anymore. I am done. They don't even use real bacon anymore.

The pizza was horrible the wings were hard and dry! I do not recommend this place at all.

I would really like to see the pizzas more consistent.. every time i order take out it comes different. . Dough is different topping inconsistent.

Just went to a baby shower that had Rosati's cater their event. I cannot say enough good things about their delivery, service and food quality. Great place to use for all your party functions.

Didn't want to go out in the snow so ordered some pizza. Ordered sausage, onions pepper pizza and it was great . Especially for delivery. Flavor and crust was spot on. Great job.

Third time in a row we ordered a Rosati's Sub and didn't get the vinaigrette dressing that's suppose to come with the sandwich.

We usually order our pizza from a competitor but really wanted a pan pizza vs thin or stuffed crust. Rosati's came through nicely. The pizza crust was delicious, generous amount of sauce and toppings. Their pizza cheese blend was really good. Very soft and flavorful and not a bit oily. The order taker Thomas didn't rush me when I had several questions and really wanted to ensure I ordered correctly. He even gave me 10% off as a first time customer! The delivery man was super nice, came early and the pizza was piping hot and perfectly baked! We actually had to wait a few minutes for the pizza to cool down. I can't vouch for their other locations but this location (Golf Rd, Schaumburg) is excellent and didn't disappoint! Thanks for a delicious pizza experience!

Delicious! We recently moved here, have tried a lot of pizza places, this Rosati's is in our top faves. The thin crust is our fave.

We catered a birthday party and were extremely happy! Food was hot, fresh and on time. Staff is great! Our guests all asked who we catered from because it was so good. Already planning to use for our next event!

I don't normally order from this location but it was hands down...the WORST Rosatis location I have ever been to! My pizzas were undercooked, several pieces had NO cheese on them tiny pieces of sausage you could barely even see. The pizzas weren't sliced and it overall had no taste. A complete waste of money NEVER AGAIN I've had much better from Little Cesar's.

I have ordered pizzas from this location for several years. Ingredients on their pizzas these days are practically nonexistent. Extras are not cheap yet I could hardly find any on my pizza tonight. Sausage pieces are so small I hardly notice them. Onions aren't that expensive yet I can't find them on my pizza. Shame on you Rosati's. I expect more from you.

I love this place. They always have great sales and promotions going on. As of now, my only gripe is that they don't support Apple pay online or even in store. Once this business adds support for Apple Pay, then I will update my review to 5 stars- because the pizza is great!

We've ordered from this Rosati's Pizza location a few times now. The food seems consistent with other Rosati's locations we've ordered from. We typically order pizza and beer nuggets, which we like from Rosati's. Their delivery has always been on time and the food has always been delivered hot as I would expect. We'll continue ordering from this location.

A little disappointed with their food. Ordered pizza n bread sticks (so I thought)! The bread sticks were more like bread balls n way over salted. Okay my mistake, I ordered pizza w anchovies I thought it said artichokes, well needless to say we cldnt even eat the pizza. The anchovies were so freaking salty it ruined the whole pizza. Don't ever order pizza w ANCHOVIES so gross ewwwwww.

I've been ordering from Rosait's pizza from this location for about 13 years. The crust is the absolutely the best in the pizza world. Never over cooked or undercooked. Just divine. I have eaten at numerous pizza places, but nothing can compare to the flavor of this location at Rosait's. When I call and place orders I always ask for LEXI. (I used to ask for (Samantha), Lexi is the most friendly, outgoing person with such an excellent personality. Note to the owners, please recognize LEXI for never getting my order correct regardless how confusing my order may be. I know when I order from LEXI my order is always correct. Lexi has never made any ordering mistakes. I should have written this compliment years back. *INGREDIENTS - always FRESH. *CRUST - is cooked to perfection and the thickness of the crust is not super thin, but not super thick either. Just right in the middle It holds the toppings without bending and loosing all toppings. It's never burnt or undercooked. The texture provides a border of balance to the gooeyness contained within. *SAUCE - This is some incredible sauce. No wonder why it's a secret. Trust me, I tried asking for the sauce recipe (lol). *CHEESE - cheese can make or break your pizza experience. It's indescribable gooey good bite after bite. Another thing, It's nice to know when driving home after picking up our pizza, I don't have to worry about my order or anything extra missing. I should have written this long ago. So if you are reading this, try their pizza! Hat's off to LUIS the manager for running an excellent pizza business. LEXI - thank you for your attention to detail. You are very much appreciated. That's why every time I call, I ask for you. NOTE TO OWNERS: If you ever want to sell this location, please contact me first as I'm most interested.

I just started back traveling to Chicago and one of my favorite pizza is Rosati in Schaumburg. Before covid, I was getting bad product though and they never remembered to bring plates. Its been 13 months and I was looking forward to their wonderful sausage. Unfortunately, I got a saucerless pizza and burnt crust. I just would love to get plates, red pepper and napkins. I would call because online never turned out for me the last 7 times. Sausage is great though!

Was staying in a nearby hotel and needed a bite to eat. Called in an order and picked it up. The young man at the counter was very pleasant and food was hot and delicious!

Small Monster Pizza for tonight: Way over salted........somebody went crazy with the salt shaker. STOP OVER SALTING ---- PEOPLE CAN ADD SALT AT THEIR TABLE!!!!!!!! You don't need to add salt. Stingy on the cheese. Stingy on the meat. Stingy on the mushrooms and green peppers. Way over done ALMOST burnt. When this Rosati's makes a good pizza it is phenomenal but they failed tonight. I am going to have to resort to making my own pizza. This Rosati's just lately sucks.

Ordered two pizzas. One was thin cheese with sausage and the other was deep dish cheese with sausage. My husband and self thought that both pizzas tasted salty. The deep dish is described as smothered in cheese. There was very little cheese on the deep dish pizza. I would not describe as smothered with cheese as on the menu. It was smothered with sauce with very little cheese. I would not get again.

This place is the bomb. Friendly staff. Quick efficient delivery and the food is a great value. Get the Chicken Parmigiana with a side of pasta and meat sauce. I gotta tell you..if you get the meatballs on the side,not only will it change your life,but it'll only make you that much happier that you took my words of wisdom and experience. Wish more people did!!! Their meatballs are huge,fresh and absolutely amazing,and the cheese melted in with everything is a perfect compliment to this entree'. I can only speak for this dish,but It's enough to feed 2 people for sure. Jacqueline was my favorite in taking my order. Very professional and friendly. Can't wait to come back to this location. It make me happy!!!!!

So this is probably my 3rd time ordering from this location. Other times were good. This delivery was not good. One pizza was fine and the other pizza undercooked and not cut properly. Apparently, there's no quality control as one pizza was fine and the other was a mess. Horrible presentation, it was a pile of slop. Went down the garbage disposal and we won't be back. Tried to upload the photo but Yelp says it's too big even though it's within the size limit.

Have had pizza here for years. The most delicious I have had. The cinnamon bread twists are to die for. No joke!

I can see why this Rosatis has 3 stars. 3 stars is about what they deserve. Ordered a thin crust expecting the famous cracker thin crust I love at many other Rosati's to be disappointed that the crust was thicker and more doughy. Also I asked for plates and a to go container, which I didn't get. When you travel and are ordering from a hotel you shouldn't even have to ask for this they should just be standard issue. But I did, and still nothing. I'm paying $25 for a pizza, I'd prefer to not eat out of the box, thanks. Update, the owner, Matt P. responded below pretty quickly after my 3 star review and made me feel valued, kudos to him for paying attention to his customers. I might give them another shot. Sometimes just being heard goes a long way. I have updated my review based on his speedy response to 4 stars.

Ordered food and they said 45-60 minutes and no food. I call and they say sorry it's been pushed back to 90 minutes and still no food. What are the odds I'll get my money back?

Check your order before you leave the building. I had ordered a Classic and got a pepperoni. Odd this was, while waiting the worker came out and explained to another patron that they had made a Classic for her and not a Pepperoni. At home I realized what happened. Insult to injury, she was offered my pizza because of their error. I called to flag what happened. This place gets busy but there is no process to insure quality. Just be mindful. The pizza is good though!

NASTY! I will never eat at this place again...the Parmesan cheese had a horrible smell to it and the pizza was terrible.

I've received the wrong order numerous times and in most cases the driver didn't notify me of the delivery and left the food outside the building. I've tried giving Rosati's Pizza more chances but they've always been a let down. It's a bummer too since their deep dish is really good...

Been to several Rosati's and i truly love their pizza but this location seemed careless or the quality is just not there. Ordered pizza with specific instructions and although the special instructions were noted on the bill, it was not prepared as ordered. I was looking forward to some yummy pizza but not so. Not only did they not follow special instructions but it's like my pizza had 5 pounds of cheese on it, no tomato sauce whatsoever (white pizza) and just tasted very bland. Not returning to this Rosati's.

Shrimp dinner was ordered via Yelp with GrubHub as the provider for delivery. The delivery partner was clearly high when he dropped my food off and upon opening my order I noticed my fries were missing. The shrimp cocktail was frozen into a gel and the tiramisu was frost bitten, almost frozen. The owner submitted a credit and I decided to order take out: thin crust pizza with spinach and mushroom. It was delicious. Stick to the pizza!

Hot, salty and came quick enough to satisfy the hunger that burned inside me. Pizza isn't 'like sex', it's better. Yeah, I just made pizza better than sex in my head... but in my defense, I'm lazy and hungry and it's almost winter- Gotta take advantage of the one semi-acceptable time of the year to really fat it up and go hog wild outside the boudoir. As I said a few weeks ago, I order out for pizza 2-3 times a year and because my last pizza experience was less than stellar, my craving wasn't able to be curbed and I needed to call for 'za for the second time in less than 30 days. Thankfully, Rosati's answered my prayers for decent pizza + delivery so I was not only able to fulfill my pie destiny, but also feed myself for the next 4 days for $25. Toppings were plentiful, the delivery guy really nice and didn't even blink when I answered the door in a do-rag fashioned from a hand towel and the pizza came loaded with coupons for my next orders. Looks like I'm gonna have to up my pizza-order average for the year.

Sad day today. This place has been my go to for pizza for as long as I can remember. I've been a loyal customer of the Golf rd location for the last 8 years, and I crave their thin crust, well done, extra pepperoni pizza at least once a week. Recently, I've restricted my diet and decided that I would only order from them on my cheat day. That one special day to keep my mental well-being strong and intact after spending a week feasting on low carb meals. Today was that day, and I was so excited to splurge on an epic cheat day, but I was beyond disappointed and let down by horrible customer service that left me utterly frustrated with my experience.... so much so that I'm honestly offended to the point that I will never order from this location again. Whomever the young lady is answering the phone gave me the run around for 2 1/2 hours after ordering. I called at least four times questioning when the food would arrive, and she kept lying to me and saying that it was on the way. After the third call, she told me that they were really backed up and that I could expect my food in 20-25 minutes. 40 minutes went by before I called again to question what was going on. The lady lied again and said that the food was out for delivery. I proceeded to ask for an ETA and she refused to give it to me. She kept saying that it was on the way, but the funny thing about this story is that I could have literally walked the 3 miles to the restaurant faster than their driver could deliver the food. I understand that things happen that may prevent from us from working efficiently, but I can't look pass the continuous lies and lack of professionalism that ultimately left me HANGRY, and I didn't have a Snickers nearby. Needless to say, I had to cancel my order and settle for a steak burrito. It just wasn't the same, and my epic cheat meal fell flat.

On Friday my company decided to have a pizza party for the staff . I ok did order at 11am for 7 pizzas and wings she said it will be an hour to hour n half. At 12:39 i call they say we had trouble loading the delivery car but it's on way . The location was 12 moms away from us . At 1 i call I'm told it's on way there busy. Finally gets there at 115. When your told max time it should be that . Your a business n i don't need to know that ur busy n got all ovens full n delivery is taking 2 hours. Figure out ur business . Instead of having 50 satisfied customers , now we gotta get another pizza place .

Ordered though the website from the hotel which was super easy and in about an hour we had a hot, tasty thin crust pizza that came with a generous amount of cheese, disposable plates, two small cups of parmesan cheese and one cup of red pepper flakes which was a nice addition to the order.

Pizza is consistently delicious. And great customer service. It definitely on my top 3 pizza joints to order from!

Order was late, and completely wrong!!!!! Vegan means no cheese which I specified. A total waste of 30 bucks. You going to refund us? Seriously. WASTE. delivery man was very kind. Thats why I gave 1 star.

Update: so we have ordered from This location a few more time now for the duration of this job and I do have to say that the service on the phone has been great since the day in question. So it was a one time isolated incident. The only other complaint I would have is that we always order a 2 liter of root beer and one of the days we ordered the driver showed up with Sprite. I know it's an honest mistake, I was a delivery drive years ago. He made things right though. We asked if he could could refund us for the pop and take it back and he did and also ended up letting us keep it. That was cool. Great place, great pizza, and friendly service. Five stars Well we only ordered for delivery so all I can speak on is the phone worker, delivery driver, and the quality of the pizza. So to start the girl who answered to phone was not the friendliest. She was very short on her answers and just not friendly. The Pizza showed up pretty quick and the delivery guy was super cool. The pizza was great as Rosati's Pizza always is. I will give the girl on the phone the benefit of the doubt, she could have had something going on or just having a bad day. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and the pizza was good. I would give it a 5 star review if it wasn't for the girl on the phone so for now I will give it a 4 star review and see how my next experience goes if I do order from there again. I do recommend it though like I said Pizza was really good.

Best location. My food is always ready at the suggested time and overall the service is great!

I love this place but I have to think again before ordering here again. It's Covid.. everyone in the back making the pizza either has a mask under their chin, their nose, or nothing at all, talking over the pizza as they are cutting/boxing, delivery drivers in and out had no mask on too. I'm not saying masks are a miracle to Covid, I'm just saying it helps them to spit less on the food while they are talking over it.

Delivery over 20 minutes late and now they will not answer the phone after waiting an hour and a half already

I called to place an order and explained that I wanted to order 2 large pizzas with half toppings on each pizza and that I had a $10.99 coupon. When I inquired what my total was he told me it was $52. I calmly asked how that was possible but he couldn't explain. I asked again but he didn't seem to grasp my question or had difficulty understanding simple math. After 5 or so minutes going round and round I asked him what his name was and if I could speak with a manager. He told me his name was Jesus and gave me an expletive and said I'll get the manager but subsequently hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Desiree and I explained what happened. I explained to her that I spoke with Jesus and maybe he shouldn't be on the phone if he's having a bad day. She didn't seem to care and that was the end of our conversation. I decided I didn't want to order from this location and subsequently ordered from somewhere else where I received proper and pleasant service and didn't have to be sworn at or belittled. I've been a regular patron at this location but this experience really makes me consider whether I should return. This isn't the type of service I, or anyone, should expect when ordering a darn pizza. I understand people can have bad days but don't take it out on your customers!

We went here for the buffet a couple of weeks ago. Inexpensive - under $20 for 2 of us including the buffet and a drink. There isn't much for a buffet, but it is adequate for what it is. There is a salad bar, two soups and 3 or 4 choices of pizza. The wait staff was prompt about taking away used plates. One of the down sides to any buffet, in my opinion, is kids. When we were done, fortunately, we watched an unsupervised kid pick his nose, eat it and then use that same wet finger to get some of the sugar off of one of the sugar coated dough things that were available at the buffet while the parents were nowhere to be seen. Ewww! Maybe I'm being too hard on kids - there are probably adults doing the same thing! Back to the food though. The pizzas were ok. They didn't seem nearly as good as ones we have had delivered. The salad bar selections weren't bad. Neither of us had the soup so I can't comment on that. I would have liked to see some sort of pasta available though, besides the cold macaroni salad at the salad bar. Overall though, not bad. We'll probably go again. Hopefully there will be no nose picking sugar finger lickers there again!

What can I say, this pizza is great! We asked the hotel staff for a good pizza place and this is where they sent us. Absolutely delicious! The all meat delivers in taste, heftiness and yes some grease but it's the perfect balance. The side salad was huge, lots of goodies and enough for 2-3 people. Highly recommend this joint! Yum
