Rose Bowl was a fun stop during our Montrose vacation. My 15-year-old nephew loves to bowl, and he was thrilled to see a bowling alley only blocks from our hotel. This bowling alley is charming, with well-functioning equipment and rental shoes that velcroed instead of lacing up, which I loved. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!

For years now habe been to the rose bowl for special Olympics and the staff seems to be annoyed every year.dont host the kids with special needs to make yourself feel better.growing up in this town and dropping in here and there and seeing reviews about the great staff makes me wonder if they write their own reviews. 2 decades later ive seen no improvement with staff unless your in a league you dont seem to matter.

We stopped here on our way to the mountains for a camping trip. My kids absolutely loved this bowling alley! They have arcade games and plenty of bowling lanes. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the whole establishment, especially the restrooms. These guys do a top-notch job at making their business a clean, quality establishment.

We went to an Alpine Lumber party here on Saturday night and it was fun for it being my first time going there!! The staff was very friendly and the bowling alley was clean. We had pizza and drinks there. I definitely want to go back in the future and next time try ax throwing!

I enjoyed the lanes. The guy working (maybe the owner) was nice, even gave me a tip on bowling. Prices were very reasonable for bowling & drinks. Didn't always get all the pins but it just added to the fun

Visited while on work trip. Loved the atmosphere, people, Bowling and arcade. (Power breaker did go out, but at least it was at the end of our visit) Will visit again if ever that way.

At 6pm it wasnt so packed but after a few games or so the place was really crowded. This bowling alley is really great and really live with locals. The games are $4.00 per game. I will definitely go back here again to bowl. $4.00 per game/person $3.00 Rental shoes $3.50 per game Thursday - Sunday

Good times. Balls pretty beat up. Haven't done ax throwing but I wish they would put in a pool hall.

Yelp
Brought the kids here after dinner, they had a blast! Thanks for allowing our large party to cut loose and have some fun!

Yelp
Cute little bowling alley in small town Colorado. Staff was good, but we were assigned not one but three lanes that ended up breaking. The machines could use some updating since so much breaks. Good spot for a night out with friends though.

Yelp
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained the pricing to me multiple times since I'm kinda slow. Lol. Was planning for about 10 people. Also had some great pizza. Really great time!

Yelp
Gary exceeded our expectations. His service and demeanor were top-notch. He made me a fresh pot of coffee when I arrived and then served the most delicious cocktails. He even coached us through our axe throwing. He had a lot of patience with us. Thank you Gary! Karen, Lisa and Marry Eliza. And the Boys!!

Yelp
This place sucks! It was so unfortunate they wouldn't let us have the bowling bumpers up because we were over ten! What type of place dose this then when we said we can't bowl with out them they said we suck and need to get better. The employees here suck and then when we got food lots of their stuff was not working and I found a very long hair in my drink! I used to love this place but now I hate going here! Wouldn't recommend.

Yelp
Honestly it would be a fine place if it weren't for the people who work there. No one wears a mask. None of the employees and none of the customers. Would not call it a cleanly place or a safe place to go during a global pandemic. Not to mention the racism my friend experienced while there. It's 2021 and sad to see how people are still so small-minded. I wore a mask that said "Dump Trump" there a month back and that caused my server to be unprofessional and just plain rude to me. I understand people have different views but it takes a very bad employee who's very immature to act out because they don't agree with the customer. I was shocked she even got hired. All in all, go for the bowling but expect a side of Covid, racism and plain rude people to serve you.

Yelp
Super friendly staff, clean, kid friendly (bumpers and leaders, arcade), and adult friendly (bar). Didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes for a lane on a busy Friday night.

Yelp
Used to love going here until some absolutely dismal treatment from an employee named Carl. The lack of professionalism left us in awe. Kudos to Steve and Scott who always are awesome! Lessons to be learned from these two!

Yelp
The Rose Bowl is my other bowling house. The facilities are clean, the food is good and the service is great.

Yelp
This place is a joke! The owner is a complete jerk to customers. The prices are absolutely outrageous! I have been in multiple times over the years, but now I refuse to step foot in that business. We use to go play rock n bowl on Fridays. When I first started going you could pay $10 to bowl all night. Now the prices are $20 a person. The owner is such a money hungry jerk. I don't always feel like bowling when my husband and friends want to so I'll sit and chat with them. Even though I am not bowling I am spending over $20 on food and alcohol. But on more than one occasion I was told I had to leave because I wasn't bowling. What kinda business turns away a paying customer? We had some friends go for a date night. As two parents who don't get much time to themselves, they were taking their time, buying food, and enjoying their night. They were told by the owner that they had to bowl faster or leave. Like come on these people are bowling and buying food and drinks and you are going to turn them away. I CANNOT support someone who isn't appreciative of my busy and I recommend no one ever support them either

Yelp
Just called to ask a question on the games after 9pm the guy that answered was just rude, he just hung up and didn't answer my question. Worse customer service
