Fantastic boutique to buy provence made high end fragrances. You can also book a workshop to make your own and unique scent. The lady who helped us to make the perfume was very knowledgeable, super nice. I recommend to any one who is in Aix and loves fragrances. A must go

Lovely experience and worth it for people not really wanting to shop in Aix-en-Provence, yet you want to experience Aix-en-Provence. Make your own fragrant home diffuser, perfume, scented tile, and more. Verify if you are having a private or public class. If it is private, each person pays an additional 20 Euros. They do ship! The cost of shipping can be added to your online purchase.

Rose et Marius has a beautiful shop in a convenient location in Aix-en-Provence. The very nice young woman staffing the shop on the day of our visit (a Monday morning) eagerly helped us under less than ideal conditions: her English was not fluent, my French was jet-lagged, and my husband does not speak French at all. I was already a user of the excellent products made by this company, but we were able to discover new scents. We bought three eaux de parfum, two soaps, and a candle. We will make a second visit if we get to travel to Aix again, but I’ll make sure I’m not in the throes of jet lag. Check out their website. Their international service is very good.

Pleasant store. Very nice service. Can see why they are so popular.

Such a beautiful little parfumerie in Aix en province! The scents are just exquisite

We did the private session to make our own perfumes. The woman who led the session was lovely and patient. But the perfumes we made are really bad. Part of the issue was that the woman is not a professional nose and lacked training. I had made my own perfume before and it was interesting and with great explanation and guidance. Here it was: mix 4 things you like - each equal amount. We tried various combinations but it was quite arbitrary. The quality of the scents themselves is also low (which explains the low price). If you are looking for fun, it’s pleasant, but if you are looking to make good perfume, it’s not it.

Great experience, great people involved in the project, authentic exclusivity (not just following a trend) and real pure ingredients. There is a story behind the Rose and Marius shop in Aix which I really appreciated and I also appreciate the business position. No franchising....The term luxury is overused but here luxury is conceived as superior quality. And then, the taste of France...
