Celebrated my mom's birthday there and man they did not disappoint. We were a party of 13, food came out quick, and hot. They gave us complimentary fruits and sugar donuts with a Happy Birthday sign on. They even packed our food for us. Definitely recommend.

We ate here on a Saturday night in November 2024. It was fairly empty at 5pm but by 7pm it was very busy. The menu had a wide selection of American style Chinese food. We ordered 2 entrees, 2 appetizers and custard tarts that 3 people shared. The food came out one item at a time and we finished the first entree before the second one arrived. It was entertaining to watch the robot server bring our food. The 2 appetizers arrived after we had finished the entrees. The food was really good and we all loved the walnut shrimp! The next time I eat here I will request the entrees to come at the same time. The noise level was low and the staff was friendly.

One of the best Authentic Chinese restaurants in Minnesota. dim-sums are freshly made, pork buns, cream cheese wantons and egg tarts are extremely delicious. servers are very helpful and friendly, the place is nicely maintained. They Also have a place for events and private parties. Highly recommend! My only place to eat whenever I’m around the area.

Beautiful venue for weddings and private events! The restaurant has a spacious hall that easily fits 35+ tables, with plenty of parking for guests. They even have a dedicated area for a photo booth, which makes events extra fun. The owner clearly invested in high-quality sound and lighting, everything feels very professional. Food and drinks are always excellent, whether it’s for a big celebration or just dinner with friends and family. I always recommend this place for weddings, parties, and dining because the service and atmosphere never disappoint.

The egg rolls are just "ok" and the egg foo young........NOT good! Avoid. I don't think there is any egg in it Lol. All green, appears to be comprised of minced Celery. The gravy not good either. Kam wongs in Andover has best egg foo young in my opinion and that is all a review is. Opinion, but I have good taste and know what good is. Que Viet best egg rolls and Kam Wongs Egg Foo young!! Other than these two menu items, I think Rose Garden is ok. I rate 3 on the scale for food. My dog loves their egg foo young though. We gave it to him.

These are the best cream cheese wontons I've ever had 👌. This is the first place I've had orange chicken that had an orange flavor to it, and it was fantastic! I was very impressed with how the place looked. Employees were great. The cute robot waiter was just the icing on the cake. The kids loved it.

Been here so many times I lost count. It’s one of our favorite Chinese restaurants in MN. We always do our usual though and maybe sometimes add something different just to try. And they’re super fast on making the dishes as well. Though, I wouldn’t go during their buffet hours unless you want buffet. It’s crazy busy during that time. We usually order from the menu only.
